专利说明:
Punching plug, in particular for flexible tube The present invention relates to the field of flexible tubes comprising a cap sealing the neck prior to the first use of the tube, and a perforating plug adapted to perform the piercing of the cap. Tubes provided with a cap associated with a perforating plug comprising a punch adapted to perforate said cap are known. The operculum makes it possible to preserve the product contained in the tube hermetically during its storage prior to its first use, which represents a very important part of the overall lifespan of the tube. There are plugs in which the punch is disposed in the plug and protrudes from it so as to perforate the cap when the cap is screwed on the tube head. In particular, it is advantageous to have a stopper whose punch allows partial cutting of the cover. Indeed, with a complete cut, the seal may be mixed with the contents of the tube. Conventionally, several turns of rotation are necessary for a plug to move from an open position to a closed position. In particular, it has already been proposed tubes with which three turns are required to move from a position where the punch is flush with the cap at a limit position. During these three turns, the seal is pierced and then sheared gradually to reach the desired partial cut. There is a need for an assembly for closing a tube which makes it possible to facilitate the handling of said assembly, particularly during the partial cutting of the lid. For this purpose, the present invention provides an assembly for closing a tube, said assembly comprising: - a tube head comprising a neck and a cap sealing said neck, - a plug comprising a punch provided with at least one tooth , said tooth or teeth being configured to make a cut, in particular peripheral, of said lid. According to the invention, said plug is configured to pass from a position in which said one or more teeth are flush with said lid, said flush position, to a position in which said one or more teeth have pierced said lid, said piercing position, then from said piercing position to an end-of-travel position allowing partial cutting of said cap, the passage from said piercing position to said end-of-cutting position being effected with an angular amplitude of rotation less than 360 °. Thus, the invention is based on the observation made by the applicant that it is possible to obtain a cutout of a lid with a reduced number of turns of the plug by distinguishing between the angular amplitude necessary to pierce the lid, which will depend essentially on the elasticity of the latter, and the angular amplitude useful for cutting. By then providing a cutting angular amplitude of less than 360 °, we obtain a partial cut, fast and clean, of the lid during the first use of the tube. In this way, the manipulation of the assembly by the user is facilitated, in particular by saving time for cutting the lid. Plug means an object for sealing a receptacle, in particular an outlet opening of a product, in a reversible manner. A plug according to the invention can thus move from an open position to a closed position and vice versa, mainly by a screwing movement or the like. The present invention may exclude closure assemblies, such as a hinged service capsule, fixed to an opening definitively or not, and comprising a passage opening for the outlet of the product and a folding cap for closing said orifice . In all the figures, the elements in common are identified by identical reference numerals. As illustrated in the various figures, the invention relates to an assembly for closing a tube, said assembly 1 comprising: - a tube head 3 comprising a neck 5 and a cap closing said neck 5, - a plug 7 comprising a punch 9 configured to make a cutout of said lid. The tube head 3, a first variant is shown in Figures 5 and 7 to 10, a second variant is shown in Figure 6 and a third variant is shown in Figures 11 and 12, comprises the neck 5 defining a longitudinal axis 2 71, a shoulder 11 and a full insert 12 forming in its center the lid 12 '. Said seal closes said neck 5 at the bottom of the latter. As shown here, said neck 5 and said shoulder 11 are designed in one piece and are continuously continuous. As for the insert, it may be an insert such as that described in the application FR 2 994 947. Said neck 5 is here in the form of a cylinder extending from an upper end located towards the outside of said tube towards a lower end opposite to the upper end and directed towards the inside of said tube. Said upper end has an outlet orifice 5a allowing the output of said product contained in the tube. The lower end is adjacent to said shoulder 11. Said shoulder 11 extends from the lower end of said neck 5 to an outer periphery, here cylindrical, in a direction substantially perpendicular to the axis Z-Z ', that is to say corresponding to the part of the head tube 3 flaring from said neck 5. Said shoulder 11 is configured so that a tube skirt can be fixed, particularly at its periphery, to form said tube. More specifically, the insert comprises a peripheral section, typically of frustoconical or disk shape, and a central section forming said lid, whose diameter typically corresponds to the internal diameter of the neck 5, at its lower end. As illustrated in particular in Figures 1 to 4, the punch 9 protrudes axially from the rest of said plug 7. Said punch 9 is configured to be inserted inside the neck 5 of the tube head 3 when the plug 7 is fixed on said neck 5. Said punch 9 is in particular derived from the material of said plug 7. Said punch 9 allows cutting and / or perforation of the lid. It is for that provided with at least one tooth 25, in particular at least two teeth 25, here three. The one or more teeth 25 are advantageously located at a distal end of said punch. This is according to the invention of a partial cut. The lid thus remains connected to the rest of the insert, preventing any mixing of the material forming the insert with a product contained in the associated tube, and a possible distribution of this material to the user. We define a longitudinal direction of the plug 7, corresponding to the longitudinal axis Z-Z 'of the neck 5 when the plug 7 is fixed on the neck 5. In general, said punch 9 has a cylindrical section of revolution whose outer diameter corresponds substantially to the internal diameter of the neck, with a game close. The stopper 7 according to the invention is configured to pass from a position in which said tooth or teeth 25 are flush with said lid 12 ', said flush position, at a position in which said tooth or teeth 25 have pierced said lid, without have started cutting, said piercing position, then the piercing position at an end of stroke position allowing partial cutting of said cap 12 ', the passage from said piercing position to said end position being effected with an angular amplitude of rotation less than 360 °. By distinguishing the part of the stroke of the plug used to pierce the lid, which may vary depending on the elasticity of said lid, the part serving for its cutting, it is possible to ensure a partial cut of the lid and this with a restricted angular amplitude, which makes it possible to limit the number of revolutions necessary for the commissioning. The end position can also correspond to a closing position of said plug 7 as is the case in FIG. 10 or 12. In the closed position, said cap is cut and said neck 5 and said cap 7 provide a seal said tube. According to one aspect of the invention, said one or more 25 have a height greater than or equal to the axial stroke of the plug 7 between said piercing position and said end position. The height of the teeth is measured, for example, from their large base to their opposite peaks According to another aspect of the invention, said cap 25 is configured so that said partial cutout allows said cap 12 'to remain bonded to said tube head by a material bridge over an angular amplitude of between 20 and 50 °. Such an interval allows a good retraction of the lid while limiting the risk that it eventually break in use. Advantageously, said assembly is configured to present a waiting position in which the punch 9 is kept at a distance from the cap as is the case in FIG. 8 or FIG. 11. According to a first embodiment, said neck 5 and said cap 7 are configured to allow themselves to maintain said plug 7 fixed on said neck 5 in said standby position (Figure 8 or 11). To ensure the passage of the plug 7 from an open position and / or said standby position to the end position and / or closure, said neck 5 may comprise for example at least one guide groove 13 configured to cooperate with said plug 7. In the embodiments shown in Figures 5 and 6, said neck 5 comprises three grooves 13 for the passage of the plug 7 from the open position and / or waiting to the end position racing and / or closing. More particularly, the grooves 13 for guiding said neck 5 are configured to cooperate with at least one element 15 projecting from said cap 7, in particular to allow the passage of said plug 7 from the open position and / or the position to the position end of stroke and / or closing. Thus, said groove 13 extends on the outer surface of said neck 5 of the upper end of the neck 5 located near the outlet orifice 5a at the lower end opposite said upper end. Said groove 13 also extends between two edges 17, extending radially from a bottom 19 of said groove 13. Preferably, said groove 13 is integral with the neck 5. Said cap 7 is configured to move from the open position and / or waiting to the end position and / or closing by at least one rotational movement, including screwing. In particular, in the embodiments shown here, said rotational movement is also simultaneously accompanied by an axial movement along the axis ZZ 'and it is a helical movement. Advantageously, the passage of said plug 7 from the open position and / or waiting to the end position and / or closing position is reversible. It is thus possible to open said tube and then close it after use, and vice versa. Advantageously, said groove 13 has an inlet 131 located towards said outlet orifice 5a of said neck 5 and successive guide portions. This may include a first portion 132 ensuring the waiting position and other portions allowing the passage from the waiting position to the end position and / or closing. In particular, said groove 13 has: - a first portion 132 ensuring the waiting position, - a second portion 133 for removing said plug 7 from the waiting position, - a third portion 134 allowing the passage of said plug 7 by the flush position then by the drilling position, - a last portion 135 allowing the passage of said plug 7 in the closed position. In both tube head variants 3 shown here, said first portion 132 is vertical with respect to the Z-Z 'axis. It is followed by the second portion 133 which is helical x slope, then by the third portion 134 which is helical slope y. The slope y of the third helical portion 134 is greater than the slope x of the second helical portion 133. Said groove 13 finally ends with the last portion 135 which is horizontal with respect to the Z-Z 'axis. In these two variants, said neck 5 further comprises a guide ramp 21 configured to cooperate with at least one of the elements 15 projecting from said cap 7 to position it at the inlet 131 of said groove 13. The ramp 21 of guidance guides one of the elements 15 projecting from the plug 7 in the first portion 132 of the guide groove 13. Advantageously, said guide ramp 21 has a reverse guide direction to the guide direction of said groove 13 for the passage of said plug 7 from the open position and / or waiting to the end position and / or closure. Thus, to position one of said elements 15 projecting from said plug 7 in the inlet 131 of said groove 13, it is necessary to make a rotational movement in a direction opposite to that which will be operated in the groove 13. This rotational movement is usually performed by a machine in an automated manner. Once said stopper 7 has been placed in the waiting position, it is necessary to make a rotational movement in a direction opposite to that applied in the guide ramp 21, generally in the conventional direction of rotation of closure of a stopper 7 which is generally clockwise, this to remove the plug 7 from the waiting position and initiate the passage to the end position and / or closing. This double direction of rotation, prevents the machine, when placing the stopper 7 in the waiting position, performs too much rotation, initiates a passage to the end position and that the punch 9 damage the seal before using the tube. Advantageously, said ramp 21 may also comprise a stop 23 for forcing the stopping of one of said elements 15 projecting from the stopper 7 at the inlet 131 of the groove 13. Here, the abutment 23 is an extension of an edge of the first portion 132 of the groove 13 towards the orifice 5a of the neck 5. Advantageously, the teeth 25 have an edge and / or a cutting end. This is in particular a slice 27 of the teeth, substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the plug. In the remainder of the description, when reference is made to the relative position of the teeth between them, reference will be made more precisely to the relative position of said sharp edges 27. Advantageously, at least a first of said teeth 25 have a height greater than or equal to the stretching value of said lid. This first tooth 25 is thus configured for the perforation of said lid. In other words, the one or more teeth, in particular the highest teeth, have a height sufficient to exceed and / or compensate for the stretching value of the cover. Indeed a tooth too small will tend to insufficiently pierce the seal because of the small angular extent of the movement of the plug. With a higher tooth, drilling starts earlier, which is favorable. In a first variant such as that shown in Figures 1 and 2, said teeth 25 may have an identical height. In particular, in this variant, said punch 9 comprises three cutting teeth whose vertices are regularly distributed over 180 ° around its distal end. By way of example, said teeth have a height of 1 to 3 mm, in particular from 1.4 to 2.1 mm, this in particular for a lid and / or an insert whose thickness is less than 0.3. mm .. In a second variant such as that shown in Figures 3 and 4, said teeth 25 may have different heights, including a second of said teeth 25 may have a height less than the stretching value of said lid. Thus, in this variant, said punch 9 has four cutting teeth 25 whose vertices are evenly distributed over 180 ° of the periphery of its distal end. Two of said teeth, said large teeth 25a, have a height greater than the stretching value of said cap and two other said teeth, said small teeth 25b, have a height less than the stretching value of said cap. Large teeth 25a and small teeth 25b are alternated. With such a punch profile 9, the lid is pierced by the two large teeth 25a, then it is quickly sheared by these two large teeth 25a with the help of the small teeth 25b to finally obtain a clean and partial cut of the operculum in a limited number of turns of the cap 7, in particular here, in less than half a turn. Such a profile, in particular the presence and alternation of the small 25b and large teeth 25a, also has the advantage of reducing and distributing the point of impact of the punch 9 on the lid during drilling and limits the risk of tearing of the lid. In these two variants, said teeth 25 are of triangular profile, in orthogonal projection on a plane parallel to the Z-Z 'axis. They also have a bevelled profile at the edge 27 shearing the lid and / or at their apex. Such a triangular profile reinforces the tooth at the rear of its beveled portion. This prevents the tooth from deforming during cutting. This also makes it possible to thin the tooth and consequently obtain better shear. The triangle profile of the tooth thus makes it possible to obtain a tooth with a wider and more resistant base, in particular at the time of piercing the lid while maintaining a sharp side (slice 27 beveled) for drilling and then the cut of the lid. The said tooth or teeth preferably have a curved profile, in particular along an arc of a circle centered on the axis Z-Z '. In the case of a plurality of teeth, said teeth are advantageously on the same arc. Advantageously, said neck 5 and said cap 7 each comprise at least one locking means cooperating together to hold said cap 7 in the waiting position. In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 5 and 7 to 10, the one or more locking means of the neck 5 are one or elements 29a, 29b, 29c projecting situated on an external surface of said neck 5. Said neck 5 thus comprises two projecting elements which are two lugs 29a, 29b located towards the entrance of said groove 13. More particularly, a first lug 29a is located at the entrance of the first portion of the groove 13. This lug 29a limits the upward axial movement along the axis Z-Z 'of said plug 7 and makes it possible to maintain said plug 7 fixed on said neck 5 and to avoid unwanted withdrawal of said plug 7. The second pin 29b is located between the first and second portions 132, 133 of the groove 13. It makes it possible to limit the rotational movement of said plug 7 and in particular the exit of the plug 7 from its standby position and its engagement towards the end-of-travel position. In other words, this second lug 29b keeps the punch 9 away from the lid and avoid perforation and / or cutting thereof without the intervention of the user before the first use. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 6, the one or more locking means of the neck 5 are one or more elements 29a, 29b and 29c projecting situated on an external surface of said neck 5. Said elements projecting from said neck 5 are in particular protrusions 29a, 29b and 29c of the edges 17 of said groove 13 extending towards the inside of the groove 13. Thus, said groove 13 has a first protrusion 29a located at the entrance of the first portion 132 of the groove 13. This first protrusion 29a limits the upward axial movement along the axis Z-Z 'of said plug 7 and allows to maintain said plug 7 fixed on said neck 5 and to avoid a withdrawal unwanted of it. Said groove 13 also has a second protrusion 29b, of the same kind, located between the first and second portions 132, 133 of the groove 13. This second protrusion 29b limits the rotational movement of said plug 7 and in particular the outlet of the plug 7 of his waiting position and his commitment towards the end position. In other words, this second protrusion 29b keeps the punch 9 away from the lid and avoid perforation and / or cutting thereof without the intervention of the user before the first use. Said groove 13 has, in addition, a third protrusion 29c, of the same nature as the protuberances 29a, 29b, located on the edge 17 opposite to that comprising the first two protuberances 29a, 29b. Like the protrusion 29b, this third protrusion limits the rotational movement of said stopper 7 and in particular the exit of the stopper 7 from its waiting position and its engagement towards the end-of-travel position. In this embodiment, the edges 17 of said groove 13 further comprise at least one protrusion 31 located in the last portion 135 for holding the cap 7 in the closed position. Here, each edge 17 comprises an outgrowth 31. These protuberances 31 not only allow to maintain the stopper 7 in the closed position, but can also serve as a closure control to the user. Thus, the resistance felt by the user when the elements 15 projecting from the stopper 7 cross the two protuberances 31, makes it possible for him to indicate that the stopper 7 is at the end of its travel, that it is correctly closed and that the seal is assured. As mentioned above, in the two embodiments shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the plug 7 comprises at least one projecting element 15 configured to cooperate with said elements 29a, 29b, 29c projecting from said neck 5 to hold said plug 7 in position. standby position and to cooperate with said groove 13 of said neck 5 to allow the passage of said plug 7 from the waiting position to the end position and / or closing. In these two embodiments, said plug 7 comprises three projecting elements 15, which makes it possible to balance and stabilize the plug 7 when it is in the standby position. Advantageously, the element or elements 15 projecting from said plug 7 are located on the lower part of said plug 7 and are made of material thereof. Advantageously, an upper surface 33 of said plug 7 has at least one opening 35 to the right of the elements 15 projecting from said plug 7. These openings 35 serve in particular to mold the plug 7 and more particularly to the molding of the elements 15 protruding. Thus, the number of openings 35 is identical to the number of elements 15 projecting from said plug 7. In the plug 7 shown here, said elements 15 projecting from the plug 7 are pins of diameter substantially similar to the width of the guide grooves 13 to allow the pins to be guided by them. Here, the plug 7 comprises three pins evenly distributed on the lower part of said plug 7 and three openings 35 on its upper surface to the right of the pins. To ensure the tightness of the tube when the cap 7 is in the closed position, said plug 7 comprises on the inner face of its upper surface a material thickness corresponding to a sealing ring 37 located radially recessed said openings. Said sealing ring 37 is configured to cooperate with a ring seat 39, provided on an inner surface of the neck 5, at the upper end of said neck 5, when said cap 7 is in the closed position as can be seen on the Figure 10 or 12. Different steps for the placement of the plug 7 in its waiting position and for its passage from the waiting position to the end position and / or closing position will now be described. These steps refer to the embodiment of the groove 13 shown in FIG. In a first step, said cap 7 is fixed on said neck 5 in its waiting position. For this, the elements 15 projecting from said plug 7 are guided in the guide ramp 21 by a rotational movement in the opposite direction of clockwise. This step is visible in Figure 7. The elements 15 projecting from the plug 7 are then placed in the inlet 131 of the corresponding grooves 13 at their first portion 132. They are held in abutment to the right by the extension of the first portion 132 of the groove 13 and towards bottom by the first lug 29a of said neck 5. Said cap 7 is then placed in its waiting position by an axial downward movement, in which each projecting element 15 engaged in the groove 13 is snapped beyond the first lug 29a. Said cap 7 is then held in the waiting position via the first and second lugs 29a, 29b which limit its movement to the left (rotation) and upwards (translation) as described above. This waiting position is visible in Figure 8. By a first helical movement, each element 15 projecting from said plug 7 engaged in one of the grooves 13 at the second portion 133 is snapped past the second lug 29b and the plug 7 leaves the waiting position. This step and visible in Figure 9. Then, by a second helical movement generated by the third portion 134 of the groove 13, the projecting element 15 passes into the flush position and then into the piercing position. The helical movement finally ends when each projecting element 15 engaged in the groove 13 reaches a stop position located at the end of the last portion 15 of the groove 13. The stopper 7 is then in the end position and / or the closure is visible in Figure 10. The lid 12 'is partially cut. To remove said plug 7, the user performs the steps in the opposite direction. In the embodiment of the guide groove 13 shown in FIG. 6, the various steps for placing the stopper 7 in its waiting position and for its passage from the waiting position to the end of travel position and or closing are substantially similar. In the embodiments of FIGS. 1 to 10, before use, the stopper 7 is held in place on the neck 5, at a distance from the cover, by complementary shapes provided on said stopper 7 and said neck 5. As illustrated in FIGS. 11 and 12, in a variant, the assembly according to the invention comprises a removable ring 50, placed around the neck 5, between the shoulder 11 of the tube head 3 and the stopper 7, to ensure a such holding said stopper 7 at a distance from the lid 12 ', before a first use. In other words, the plug 7 is in the waiting position (FIG. 11) thanks to the removable ring 50. In this embodiment, said neck 5 is provided, for example, with a helical thread 52, advantageously having a sufficiently steep slope to enable the stopper 7 to be screwed on quickly. Said plug 7 present teeth 25, here three, which may be similar to those mentioned above. During the first use, the user removes the cap 7. He then has access to the removable ring 50, which he removes. He then repositioned the cap 7 which can be screwed by the user to its end position (Figure 12) now that the ring 10 has been removed. For the following uses, said end-of-travel position may correspond to the closed position of the stopper 7. As illustrated in FIGS. 13 and 14, according to two other exemplary embodiments, a passage amplitude between the flush position and the end-of-travel position is between 120 and 320 °. In addition, the teeth 25 are angularly spaced from each other so that their angular travel overlap. This limits the effort perceived by the user for cutting. Advantageously, said plug 7 is configured so that the passage from said standby position to said end-of-travel position is effected with an angular rotation amplitude between one and two turns, preferably one and a half turn, and for the transition from said piercing position to said end-of-travel position is effected with an angular rotation range of between 90 and 200 °. The applicant has indeed found that with such values, it combines the speed of complete opening of the cap and reliable partial cut of the lid during the first use, with caps of current elasticity. In these figures, the location of the teeth 25 is symbolized by a square corresponding to the location of their sharp axial edge. According to a first example, an embodiment of which is illustrated in FIG. 13, said teeth 25 have an identical height and said plug is configured so that an overlap of the angular travel between two angularly adjacent teeth is between 20 and 40 °. Here, said teeth are four in number and are regularly distributed over 220 °, being separated from each other by about 73 °. In the particular embodiment illustrated, the angular travel of each tooth between the flush position and the end position is 126 ° with an overlap of travel between two teeth close to 23 °. The stroke required to move from the flush position to the drilling position is about 30 °. It is illustrated a1 for each tooth. The stroke then used for cutting is thus about 96 °. It is illustrated a2 for each tooth. The overlapping areas are illustrated R and the area of the uncut seal 12 'is illustrated A. The latter is here 44 °. Such operation is obtained, for example, with a neck 5 and a plug 7 having a screw pitch of 10 mm and an axial displacement span of 3.5 mm between the flush position and the end position. That being so, the invention also applies to higher steps. According to a second example, an embodiment of which is illustrated in FIG. 14, said teeth 25 have a decreasing height in the opposite direction of rotation of the plug and said plug is configured so that an overlap of the angular travel between two angularly adjacent teeth is between 20 and 350 °. The angular stroke to move from the position where the tooth in question touches the lid to the position where it has pierced the lid, without cutting, is increasing, starting from the first tooth. The angular overlap of cutting between two angularly adjacent teeth is decreasing starting from the overlap between the first tooth and the second tooth. Here, said teeth are three in number and are regularly distributed over 180 °, being separated from each other by about 90 °. In the particular embodiment illustrated, the angular travel of each tooth between the initial flush position, that is to say the flush position of the first or highest tooth, and the end position of stroke is 229 ° with a descending cutting overlap between two adjacent teeth, here 89 ° between the first and the second tooth and 76 ° between the second and third tooth. The stroke required to move from the flush position to the piercing position is here about 50 ° for the first tooth, about 63 ° for the second tooth and about 76 ° for the third tooth. It is illustrated a1 for each tooth. The stroke then used for cutting is approximately 179 ° for the first tooth, 186 ° for the second tooth and 173 ° for the third tooth, taking into account the overlap area. It is illustrated a2 for each tooth. The overlapping areas are illustrated R and the area of the uncut seal 12 'is illustrated A. the latter is here 27 °. Such operation is obtained, for example, with a neck 5 and a plug 7 having a 5.5 mm screwing pitch and an axial displacement span of 3.5 mm between the flush position and the end position of race. That being so, the invention also applies to weaker steps. In these two examples, the teeth advantageously have a triangular profile similar to that mentioned above.
