专利说明:
TECHNICAL AREA The present invention relates to a container for liquid cosmetic product. BACKGROUND [0002] The following application container of the pen type is conventionally known. The application container houses an impregnated body in which a cosmetic solution is impregnated in a long axis tube. A back end of an applicator bar made of a felt material or similar material is inserted into the impregnated body. A tip of the axis tube holds an end portion provided with a tip of the application bar and the tip of this application bar is configured as an application part (see for example Patent Document 1). . By using the capillarity of the applicator bar, this application container absorbs a cosmetic solution in the impregnated body and sends the cosmetic solution to the application part, thus ensuring application of the cosmetic solution to a receiving part of the application as a skin. LISTING LIST OF PATENT DOCUMENT [0003] Patent Document 1: Unexamined Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 3-41609 TECHNICAL PROBLEM [CKXM] When makeup is applied while looking in an ice cream container, the axis tube of the pen-type application container is awkward. It is difficult to see the target of the application and for this reason it is necessary to fix it. [(K) 05] The object of the present invention is to provide a container for a liquid cosmetic product that does not interfere with the application of a makeup when looking in an ice and makes it possible to easily see the target of the application, ensuring improved usability. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The container for a liquid cosmetic product according to the present invention comprises a main container body, a guide tube and an intermediate core. The main container body has a housing portion for housing a liquid cosmetic material therein. The guide tube is made in a tubular form. The guide tube is positioned at an end side provided with a tip of the container main body. The guide tube has a tube hole communicating with the housing portion. The intermediate core is disposed in the main container body and the guide tube. The intermediate core sends the liquid cosmetic material. A rear end of the intermediate core is positioned within the housing portion. A tip of the intermediate core extends from an opening at a tip of the guide tube to form an application portion. The guide tube has a portion inclined at an end side provided with a tip. The inclined portion is inclined relative to a central axis of the main container body. The intermediate core is inclined along a tube hole on the inclined portion. A central axis of the tube hole on the inclined portion is inclined in a direction identical to a direction of inclination in which a central axis of the inclined portion is inclined with respect to the central axis of the main container body and is inclined in in addition to the central axis of the inclined portion. In this liquid cosmetic container, the end-side guide tube provided with a tip of the container body has the inclined portion which is inclined towards the central axis of the main container body. The container does not interfere with a makeup application while one is looking in an ice and, for this reason, a target of the application can be seen easily, thus ensuring an improvement in the usability. Here, the inventor has found the following. When the inclined intermediate core is impregnated with the liquid cosmetic product, the intermediate core has the characteristic of warping to return to a state before inclination. While the intermediate core is inclined along the tube hole within the sloped portion, the Intermediate core warps to regain the state prior to tilting in the portion of aperture that extends from an opening at the tip of the guide tube. With an application part thus warped, the central axis of the application portion is moved (becomes eccentric) of the central axis of the inclined portion. Ced makes the application difficult (makes it difficult to draw a line). For this reason, the container for liquid cosmetic product according to the present invention uses the following configuration. The central axis of the tube hole in the inclined portion is inclined in the same direction as the inclination direction in which the central axis of the inclined portion is inclined with respect to the central axis of the container main body and is inclined relative to the central axis of the inclined portion. When the application portion extending from the opening to the tip of the guide tube, warps to try to regain an initial state, the central axis of the application portion approaches the axis central part of the inclined part. Therefore, a user can make an application while looking in an ice, the central axes of the inclined portion and the application portion being adapted approximately to one another. ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION Thus, the present invention may provide a container for a liquid cosmetic product that does not interfere with an application of a make-up when viewed in an ice cream and, for this reason, an application target is easy to see, ensuring improved usability. Figure 1 is a vertical sectional view showing a container for liquid cosmetic product. Figure 2 is a front view showing the container for liquid cosmetic product of Figure 1, the cap is removed. Figures 3 to 6 are drawings each showing a guide tube. Figure 7 is a front view showing an intermediate core before insertion. The container for liquid cosmetic product of this embodiment is used for an application of a liquid cosmetic product to an application part. As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, a container for a liquid cosmetic product 100 comprises a container main body 1 and a guide tube 2 which constitute an outer shape of the container, and, as represented in FIG. 1 , comprises an inner cotton 3 housed in the main container body 1, an intermediate core 4 and a cap 5. The intermediate core 4 is housed in the main container body 1 and the guide tube 2 and extends from an opening 2a which is located at a tip of the guide tube 2. The cap 5 is releasably placed on the end side provided with a tip of the main container body 1 to protect an application part 4a ( the details will be described later) which is an end portion provided with a tip of the intermediate core 4. The main container body 1 is made for example of a PP and is formed into a conical stepped cylindrical shape. The addition of a rear cap 6 to the container main body 1 closes an opening at a rear end of the main container container 1. An interior space formed rearward of a stepped portion located on an outer peripheral surface of the main body container 1 is configured as a housing portion 1a for housing the liquid cosmetic product. The housing portion 1a is filled with the inner cotton 3 in which the liquid cosmetic product is impregnated. The inner cotton 3 is, for example, made of a polyester. An adjusting means 7 which is disposed at a rear end of the inner cotton 3, can adjust an inner cotton size 3. Here, a cosmetic product for eyeliner is used as a liquid cosmetic product impregnated in the cotton 3, and particularly preferably, a container for cosmetic eyeliner product is used as a container for liquid cosmetic product. However, another liquid cosmetic product such as a liquid cosmetic product for eyebrow or hair mascara can be used as a liquid cosmetic product. The guide tube 2 serves as a support for holding the intermediate core 4. The guide tube 2 is made of PP or a similar material and has a tubular shape. As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 5, the guiding tube 2 comprises a base portion 2b and an inclined portion 2c. The base portion 2b is concentrically positioned about a central axis C1 of the container main body 1 and extends almost linearly. The inclined portion 2c is inclined to be bent (tipped) from a tip of the base portion 2b. The base portion 2b comprises a conical cylindrical portion 2d and a cylindrical portion 2f with a smaller diameter. A cylinder of the tapered cylindrical portion 2d is tapered along the central axis C1. The smaller diameter cylindrical portion 2f is mounted on a rear end of the tapered cylindrical portion 2d via a stepping surface 2e. The smaller diameter cylindrical portion 2f is a portion inserted into an end portion provided with a tip of the main container body 1. As shown in Figure 3, Figure 5 and Figure 6, springs 2g and 2g are disposed in opposite positions on an outer peripheral surface of the smaller diameter portion 2f. The springs 2g and 2g are cut to have a U-shape to communicate with the inner side and the outer side of the tube, and the rear parts of the springs 2g and 2g are cantilevered. A convex portion 2h which is disposed on an end side provided with a tip and on an outer peripheral side of this spring 2g is a portion which abuts on an inner peripheral surface of the end portion provided with a tip of the 1. An end on one end side provided with a tip and an inner peripheral side of the spring 2g is configured as the engaging end 2i for receiving intermediate core 4. As shown in Figures 3 to 6, the inclined portion 2c with a cylindrical shape is inclined and is in continuation with the tip of the conical cylindrical portion 2d. An angle of inclination β of a tube hole 2j on the inclined part 2c (an angle formed by the central axis Cl of the main container body 1 and a central axis C3 of the tube hole 2] on the inclined part 2c 5) is greater than an inclination angle α of the inclined portion 2c (an angle formed by the central axis C1 of the container main body 1 and a central axis C2 of the inclined portion 2c) shown in FIG. in Figure 3. That is to say, the central axis C3 of the tube hole 2j on the inclined portion 2c is inclined in a direction identical to the inclination direction in which the central axis C2 of the inclined portion 2c is inclined with respect to the central axis C1 of the main container body 1 (bottom in the drawing) and is further inclined with respect to the central axis C2 of the inclined portion 2c. As shown in FIG. 1, the intermediate core 4 has the shape of a rod and is disposed inside the main container body 1 and the guide tube 2. The intermediate core 4 can have capillarity. As the intermediate core 4, different intermediate cores can be used such as one obtained by a polishing process applied to a synthetic fiber such as one made of acrylic, polyester or resin-coated nylon, one obtained by a drawing process in a sheet-like synthetic fiber, and one obtained by a method of molding a porous polyurethane in a mold. As shown in Figure 7, before being inserted into the guide tube 2, the intermediate core 4 extends linearly along the central axis. An end side provided with a tip of the intermediate core 4 extends along the direction of the central axis as a portion 4b having a smaller diameter. A portion back from this smaller diameter portion 4b is configured as a larger diameter portion 4c with a larger diameter. A pair of opposing grooves 4d are formed in the middle of the large diameter portion 4c in the direction of the central axis. The engagement ends 2i of the guide tube 2 enter the pair of grooves 4d. The intermediate core 4, which is formed of the d writing material above and which extends linearly, has a characteristic that a curved portion of the intermediate core 4 warps to regain the initial shape by impregnafion liquid cosmetic product in the intermediate core 4 curved. As shown in Figure 1, the end side provided with a tip of the intermediate core 4 is inserted into a tube hole on the base portion 2b of the guide tube 2. The portion 4b smaller diameter the end side provided with a tip of the intermediate core 4 is bent (curved) and is inclined to follow the tube hole 2j in the inclined portion 2c. The end portion provided with a tip of the intermediate core 4 extends across the opening 2a on the guide tube 2, and this extended portion is configured as the application portion 4a. This application part 4a performs a similar function to one referred to as a so-called chip. Before the guide tube 2 which has the intermediate core 4 is mounted on the main body of the container 1 in which is housed the inner cotton 3, that is to say when the intermediate core 4 does not contain not (not impregnated) liquid cosmetic product, the central axis C3 of the tube hole 2j on the inclined portion 2c (see Figure 5) is adapted to (is positioned concentrically with respect to) a central axis of the application portion 4a extending from the opening 2a on the guide tube 2. The central axis of the application portion 4a is inclined in a direction identical to a direction of inclination in which the central axis C2 of the inclined portion 2c (see Fig. 3) is inclined with respect to the central axis C1 of the main container body 1 (bottom of the drawing) and is further inclined with respect to the central axis C2 of the inclined part 2c. That is, the central axis C2 of the inclined portion 2c and the central axis of the application portion 4a are moved (are not positioned concentrically with respect to each other) . As shown in FIG. 1, the smaller diameter cylindrical portion 2f of the base portion 2b is inserted into the tube hole on the end side provided with a tip of the main container body 1, the convex portions 2h (see FIG. 6) springs 2g of the guide tube 2 abut on, and are brought into pressurized contact with, the inner peripheral surface of the container main body 1, the 2nd staging surfaces abutting on the surface upper end of the main container body 1. Thus, the guide tube 2 with the intermediate core 4 is mounted on the main body of container 1. In addition, this pressurized contact pushes the springs 2g inwardly. The engagement ends 2i (see FIG. 6) of the springs 2g enter the grooves 4d (see FIG. 7) on the intermediate core 4, the intermediate core 4 being thus mounted on the guide tube 2. In this state, the tube hole on the guide tube 2 communicates with the housing portion 1a of the container main body 1 and the rear end portion of the intermediate core 4 is positioned within the housing portion 1a and is inserted into the inner cotton 3. Thus, in the container for liquid cosmetic product 100 shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2, the intermediate core 4 absorbs the liquid cosmetic product impregnated in the inner cotton 3 by the capillarity of the intermediate core 4 and sends the cosmetic product liquid to the application portion 4a at the tip, thereby impregnating the liquid cosmetic product. Then, in the intermediate core 4, while the smaller diameter portion 4b inside the inclined portion 2c remains inclined according to the tube hole 2j on the inclined portion 2c, the application portion 4a warps to try to regain the initial state before tilting. The central axis of the application portion 4a is adapted to the central axis C2 (see FIG. 3) of the inclined portion 2c to approximately adjust (concentric position) the respective central axes of the inclined portion 2c and the application part 4a. That is, the liquid cosmetic container 100 shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 is obtained in which the application portion 4a extends forward so as to be approximately perpendicular to the surface of upper end of the inclined portion 2c while the central axes of the inclined portion 2c and the application portion 4a are approximated to each other (are positioned concentrically). With this embodiment, the guide tube 2 on the end side provided with a tip of the main container body 1 comprises the inclined portion 2c which is inclined towards the annular axis Cl of the main container body 1. The container does not interfere with a make-up application when looking into an ice cream and, for this reason, an application target can be viewed easily, which improves the usability. The central axis C3 of the tube hole 2j on the inclined portion 2c is inclined in the direction identical to the inclination direction in which the central axis C2 of the inclined portion 2c is inclined with respect to the axis central C1 of the main container body 1 and is further inclined with respect to the central axis C2 of the inclined portion 2c. For this reason, when the application part 4a which extends from the opening 2a on the tip of the guide tube 2, warps to try to find the initial state, the central axis of the part of application 4a approaches the central axis C2 of the inclined portion 2c. The user can perform the application while looking in the ice, the central axes of the inclined portion 2c and the application portion 4a being adapted approximately to one another. This ensures that the usability is further improved. While the present invention has been specifically described on the basis of its embodiment, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. For example, the embodiment describes the application of the inner cotton type liquid cosmetic container which houses the inner cotton 3 containing the liquid cosmetic product in the housing portion 1a of the container main body 1 and which dispenses the product. liquid cosmetic of the inner cotton 3 to the application portion 4a to the tip of the intermediate core 4 through the intermediate core 4. However, the present invention may also be applied to a container for liquid cosmetic product in which the liquid cosmetic product is directly poured into the housing portion la and where the liquid cosmetic product is supplied to the application portion 4a through the intermediate core 4. While the embodiment has a configuration in which the guide tube 2 comi ^^ end the base portion 2b and the inclined portion 2c, the entire guide tube may be the inclined portion. The guide tube 2 and the main container body 1 may be one piece. The intermediate core 4 having the application portion 4a can be replaced by a configuration such as a drawing brush and a brush. A container for liquid product that pushes the liquid cosmetic product outwardly by a push mechanism and a container for liquid cosmetic product to press such as a tube and a flexible bottle that can push the liquid cosmetic product out by a pressure force exerted by the user can be used as a container for a liquid cosmetic product.
