专利说明:
The present invention relates to a self-supporting railing comprising a shoe, an amount supported by the shoe and a deporting arm received inside the shoe and designed to be equipped with at least one ballast element. The term guardrail means a set of elements forming a protective barrier. A self-standing railing is a guardrail that is not permanently attached to a construction structure but is ballasted on the construction work to prevent any tipping. This type of self-supporting railing is very advantageous especially for a quick and inexpensive assembly / disassembly and to ensure the tightness of the construction work by avoiding damage to the support surface of the guardrail. Most known self-standing guardrails conventionally comprise a plurality of uprights which support substantially horizontal rails, each upright being supported at the bottom by a hoof resting on the construction structure and receiving internally an offset arm equipped with least free end of at least one ballast element. Such self-bearing guardrails are known in particular from documents FR 2 960 249, FR 2 939 461, FR 2 919 642, FR 2 980 226 or EP 2 525 015, in which the shoe is made in the form of a one-piece piece of complex and expensive design, and impractical to allow adjustable inclination of the amount. The present invention aims to provide a self-supporting railing having a simple design and inexpensive shoe, which is advantageously adapted to allow adjustment of the inclination of the upright and / or to receive a plinth. For this purpose, it proposes a self-supporting railing comprising a shoe, an amount supported by the shoe and at least one offset arm received inside the shoe and designed to be equipped with at least one weighting element, said railing being characterized in that the shoe comprises two independent flanges, facing one another and assembled by at least one lower clamping system through the flanges and the offset arm, and by at least one locking system. upper clamping through the flanges and the upright, where the upright and the offset arm are clamped between the two flanges by means of the lower and upper clamping systems. Thus, it is sufficient to place the flanges on either side of the upright and the offset arm, so that the amount and this offset arm are interposed between these flanges, and to tighten the lower and upper clamping systems to maintain fix the amount and the arm of offset between the flanges. It is understood, within the meaning of the present application, that the flanges are independent in the sense that the flanges do not form the two parts of the same single piece and will be associated (or assembled) at least when the lower clamping systems and higher will be put in place. In a particular embodiment, the railing comprises a pivot axis passing through the flanges and the upright to allow pivoting of the upright on the shoe around said pivot axis, and the upper clamping system comprises a threaded rod passing through the flanges. and the amount and cooperating with a clamping nut, wherein the flanges each have several upper holes provided for the passage of the threaded rod to allow a locking of the amount of several inclinations. Thus, the amount pivots about the pivot axis which is carried by the flanges, and the threaded rod is positionable on different upper holes to allow adjustment of the inclination of the upright. According to one feature, each flange comprises, among the upper holes, a main upper hole in the form of a circular arc centered on the pivot axis and having an upper end and a lower end, and the upright has a main through hole that can to be aligned on each main upper hole so that the threaded rod is able to pass through the main upper holes of the flanges and the main hole of the upright, to allow a blocking of the upright at an adjustable inclination according to the position of the rod threaded between the top and bottom ends of the main top holes. Such principal upper holes thus make it possible to guide, in a continuous or non-discrete manner, the threaded rod between the upper and lower ends of the main upper holes, and thus to continuously adjust the inclination of the upright between two extreme inclinations defined by the high and low ends of the main top holes. According to another characteristic, the main upper holes extend over substantially 90 degrees with shaped high ends for blocking the upright at a substantially vertical inclination and with low ends shaped for locking the upright at a substantially horizontal inclination. In a particular embodiment, each flange comprises, among the upper holes, at least two secondary upper holes angularly offset about the pivot axis, and the upright has a through secondary orifice that can be aligned on said secondary upper holes so that the Threaded rod is able to pass through said secondary upper holes of the flanges and the secondary orifice of the upright, to allow a locking of the upright at several fixed inclinations depending on whether the threaded rod passes through one or other of the secondary upper holes. Thus, these secondary upper holes define fixed (or discrete) inclinations of the upright, with the possibility of changing inclination by changing secondary upper holes for the passage of the threaded rod. Advantageously, the at least two secondary upper holes comprise first secondary upper holes for locking the upright at a vertical inclination, and second secondary upper holes for locking the upright at a non-vertical and non-horizontal inclination. In an advantageous embodiment, each flange has a main wall in which are formed the upper holes and provided with a vertical edge on which is provided a vertical flange folded at right angles to the main wall and provided with at least a light, where the vertical wings of the flanges are coplanar and the guardrail further comprises a skirting board fixed on said vertical flanges by means of screws passing through their respective slots. Thus, the shoe is shaped to receive a plinth. According to a possibility of the invention, the pivot axis is positioned relative to the vertical wings so that the amount is pivotable without coming into contact with the baseboard. According to another possibility of the invention, the lights are oblong in a vertical direction to allow a vertical adjustment of the position of the plinth on the shoe. According to another characteristic of the invention, the guardrail further comprises a pad fixed on the underside of the shoe. Advantageously, each flange has a main wall in which are formed the upper holes and provided with a horizontal edge on which is provided a horizontal flange folded at right angles to the main wall, and the pad is fixed by clipping on the wings horizontal flanges. The present invention also relates to the characteristic that each flange is composed of a sheet metal plate. Other features and advantages of the present invention will appear on reading the detailed description below, of an example of non-limiting implementation, with reference to the appended figures in which: - Figure 1 is a schematic view perspective of a self-supporting railing according to the invention, wherein the amount is locked in a vertical inclination; FIG. 2 is a schematic view zoomed on the shoe of the railing of FIG. 1; - Figure 3 is a partial schematic view in perspective of the guardrail of Figure 1, with the amount blocked in a vertical inclination and with a baseboard attached to the shoe; - Figure 4 is a schematic view equivalent to that of Figure 2, but exploded; - Figure 5 is a schematic side view of the railing of Figure 1, with the amount blocked in an intermediate inclination not vertical and non-horizontal; - Figure 6 is a schematic side view of the guardrail of Figure 1, with the amount pivoting for an adjustment of its inclination or to fold it horizontally; - Figure 7 is a schematic side view of the railing of Figure 1, zoomed on the shoe and with the amount folded horizontally; and FIG. 8 is a partial diagrammatic view in perspective of the guardrail of FIG. 1, with the offset arm traversing the shoe horizontally completely. With reference to FIGS. 1 to 8, a self-supporting railing 1 according to the invention comprises a shoe 2, an upright 3 supported by the shoe 2 and an offset arm 4 received inside the shoe 2 and designed to be equipped with at least one ballast element 10. The upright 3 is provided to support one or more smooth (not shown) substantially horizontal, and has as such means for fixing the smooth or slats. In the illustrated example, the fastening means consist of orifices 33 for passage of the stringers, but in a variant they may be constituted by stirrups, sleeves or jaws fixed on the upright 3. The amount 3 has a lower portion 30 supported by the shoe 2 which is based on a construction work (not shown), such as a roof terrace or terrace. As can be seen in FIG. 4, the lower part 30 of the upright 3 has two through-holes 31, 32 arranged one above the other, of which a so-called main orifice 31 and a so-called secondary orifice 32, the secondary orifice. 32 being disposed above the main orifice 31. The lower part 30 of the upright 3 also has another through orifice (not visible), called the pivoting orifice, which is positioned closer to the lower end of the upright 30 than the orifices 31,32. The offset arm 4 consists of a profile or metal rail and is intended to rest on the construction work and therefore to extend horizontally. The offset arm 4 has one or two through-holes 40, provided for attachment to the shoe 2. In a first configuration visible in FIGS. 1 to 7, the offset arm 4 is received inside the shoe 2 and extends in a horizontal direction, and this, towards the interior of the construction work (no represent). In this first configuration, at least one weighting element 10 is positioned at the free end of the offset arm 4, the other end of the offset arm 4 being housed and locked in the shoe 2. In a second configuration visible in Figure 8, the offset arm 4 passes through the shoe 2 and is weighted at each of its ends by at least one ballast element (not visible in Figure 8). Of course in this second configuration, it is possible that there are two offset arms 4 each introduced into the shoe 2 and extending in opposite directions. The shoe 2 comprises two independent flanges 20 to be assembled and to grip the lower part 30 of the upright 3 and the offset arm 4. Each flange 20 is composed of a folded and pierced sheet metal plate. Each flange 20 has a main wall 21 in which are formed: - one or more lower holes 22 through, on the bottom of the flange 20; - An intermediate hole 23 through substantially at mid-height of the flange 20; a main upper hole 24, on the top of the flange 20, in the shape of a circular arc centered on the intermediate hole 23 and having an upper end 241 and a lower end 242, where the main upper hole 24 extends over 90 degrees so that it has a quarter-circle shape, with the upper end 241 vertically aligned with the intermediate hole 23 and with the lower end 242 horizontally aligned with the intermediate hole 23; a first circular upper secondary hole 25 situated vertically above the upper end 241 of the upper main hole 24; - A second secondary secondary hole 26 circular angularly offset around the intermediate hole 23 relative to the first upper secondary hole 25 at an angle AN of 10 and 30 degrees. The main wall 21 is provided with a vertical edge 211 on which is provided a vertical flange 27 folded at right angles to the main wall 21 and provided with an oblong slot 270 in a vertical direction Z. The main wall 21 is provided with a horizontal edge 212 on which is provided a horizontal flange 28 folded at right angles to the main wall 21. The two wings 27, 28 are folded on the same side of the main wall 21, corresponding to the outer side of the flange 20 or the shoe 2 that is to say, in situation, the side opposite the upright 3 and the offset arm 4. On the shoe 2, in the situation, the flanges 2 are arranged facing one another, with their main walls 21 in parallel, with their holes 22, 23, 24, 25, 26 in alignment, with their vertical wings. 27 coplanar and vertical and with their horizontal wings coplanar and horizontal. The upright 3 is pivotally mounted on the shoe 2, and more specifically between the flanges 20. As such, the railing 1 comprises a pivot axis 5 passing through the intermediate holes 23 of the flanges 20 and passing through the pivot hole of the amount 3, to allow a pivoting of the upright 3 about this pivot axis 5, thereby adjusting the inclination of the upright 3 relative to the vertical direction Z. For example, the pivot axis 5 comprises two rivets 50, with: - a rivet 50 which passes through the intermediate hole 23 of one of the flanges 20 to be riveted on the pivoting orifice of one side of the upright 3; and another rivet 50 which passes through the intermediate hole 23 of the other flange 20 to be riveted on the pivoting orifice on the other side of the upright 3. On the shoe 2, in the situation, the flanges 2 are assembled together, and also assembled with the offset arm 4. As such, the railing 1 comprises at least one lower clamping system 6 passing through the flanges 20 and the offset arm 4, and more specifically through the lower hole (s) 22 of the flanges and the orifice (s) 40 of the offset arm 4. As an example, the shoe 2 comprises two lower clamping systems 6, with a system of lower clamping 5 associated with an orifice 40 and another lower clamping system 6 associated with another orifice 40. By way of example, the or each lower clamping system 6 comprises two rivets 60, with a rivet 60 which passes through a hole 22 of one of the flanges 20 to rivet on the orifice 40 on one side of the offset arm 4 and another rivet 60 which passes through a lower hole 22 of the other flange 20 to rivet on the port 40 on the other side of 4. Alternatively, the or each lower clamping system 6 consists of a self-drilling screw or a screw-nut assembly. In addition, the flanges 2 are assembled with the upright 3, by means of the pivot axis 5 (and its two rivets 50), but also by means of an upper clamping system 7 passing through the flanges 20 and the upright 3, where this upper clamping system 7 comprises a threaded rod 71 passing through the corresponding upper holes 24, 25 or 26 of the flanges 20 and one of the orifices 31, 32 of the upright 3. This upper clamping system 7 also comprises a nut 72 screwed onto the threaded rod 71. It should be noted that the threaded rod 71 has a diameter slightly smaller than the diameters of the holes 25, 26 and the width of the hole 24. Three configurations are possible: a first configuration (visible in FIGS. 1, 2, 3) in which the threaded rod 71 passes through the first upper secondary holes 25 of the flanges 20 and the secondary orifice 32 of the upright 3 which are aligned, where the amount 3 is blocked at a vertical inclination (in other words in the vertical direction Z); a second configuration (visible in FIG. 5) in which the threaded rod 71 passes through the second upper secondary holes 26 of the flanges 20 and the secondary orifice 32 of the upright 3 which are aligned, where the upright 3 is locked in a non-inclination vertical and non-horizontal with an angle AN with respect to the vertical direction Z; and a third configuration (visible in FIGS. 6, 7 and 8) in which the threaded rod 71 passes through the main upper holes 24 of the flanges 20 and the main orifice 31 of the upright 3 which are aligned, where the upright 3 can be blocked according to an adjustable inclination according to the position of the threaded rod 71 between the upper ends 241 and lower 242 of the upper main holes 24. In the third configuration, the threaded rod 71 is free to slide in the upper main holes 24, between the upper ends 241 and lower 242, when the nut 72 is loosened and when the upright 3 pivots (as shown by the arrow PI on Figure 6). For a locking of the amount 3 in vertical position, it is still preferable to use the first configuration. As can be seen in FIG. 3, the railing 1 may also comprise a baseboard 8 fixed on the vertical flanges 27 of the flanges 20 of the shoe 2, by means of screws 80 (in particular of the self-drilling screw type) which pass through the lights 270. respective vertical wings 27. These lights 270 being oblong in a vertical direction Z, it is possible to adjust vertically the position of the baseboard 8 on the shoe 2, as shown schematically by the arrow VE in Figure 3. As can be seen in FIGS. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 8, the railing 1 may also comprise a shoe 9 fixed on the underside of the shoe 2, so that the shoe 2 will not bear directly on the structure of the shoe. construction, but via this pad 9. As shown in Figures 2 and 4, the pad 9 comprises inner edges 90 opposite and opposite, the spacing between the inner flanges 90 corresponds to the distance between the free edges 280 of the horizontal flanges 28, which allows to fix the shoe 9 by clipping (or latching) on these horizontal wings 28. Of course the implementation example mentioned above is not limiting and other improvements and details can be made to the railing according to the invention without departing from the scope of the invention where Other forms of uprights and / or offset arms may for example be made.
