专利说明:
AFFLEURANTE HANDLE WITH PUSH-PULL FUNCTION FOR OPENING The invention relates to the field of handle devices for opening a vehicle, especially a motor vehicle. Some motor vehicles have their opening or some of their opening equipped with handles of the "flush" type. A "flush" type handle device is characterized in that the movable handle, in particular pivoting and / or translation, is embedded in the opening flush with the neighboring bodywork and can be deployed out of said extension in view of its grasping and manipulation. Patent document US Pat. No. 8,701,353 B2 discloses a "flush" type handle device for motor vehicle doors. This device comprises a motorization of the handle, namely that the handle is moved from a position where it has returned to an extended or extended position. The reverse movement is provided by a spring or by the engine in question. This device may also comprise deicing means such as a resistive element disposed in the handle in question. These de-icing means according to this teaching can also include a control of the motorization of moving the handle outwards at regular intervals so as to break the formation of ice and thus allow its movement in winter conditions. This teaching also provides other means such as an ultrasound transducer or the injection of a deicing fluid. The published patent document WO 2014/049026 A1 also discloses a "flush" type handle device. The device is also provided with a motor to move the handle from a retracted position to an extended position. The motor is configured to move the handle from the extended position to the retracted position in response to the detection of a force exerted on the handle and directed to the retracted position. In addition, the motorization is dimensioned to move the handle, particularly from the retracted position to the output position in the presence of ice, the latter being then broken by the displacement in question. The two teachings mentioned above require complex means and / or potentially energy consumers to overcome the problem of possible blockage due to ice formation. The invention aims to overcome the problem of blockage by the ice formation of a handle of the type "flush" simply and economically. The invention relates to a vehicle opening handle device, comprising: a support intended to be mounted on the opening leaf and forming a cavity with an opening; a handle mounted movably on the support, with a retracted position where said handle extends substantially in the opening and an extended position where said handle extends outside the cavity; remarkable in that the movable mounting of the handle is configured to allow at least a portion of said handle to enter the cavity under the effect of a pressure exerted on said handle from the outside towards said cavity, in order to then move from the retracted position to the exit position. The retracted position corresponds to a so-called "flush" position. The retraction movement of said handle or at least a portion of said handle into the cavity makes it possible to break ice formed between the handle and the support. According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the mobile assembly is a pivotal mounting. According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the handle extends in a main direction, the pivoting mounting being on an end portion of said handle, the opposite end of said handle corresponding to the portion able to enter the cavity . According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the movable assembly is configured to move the handle towards the outside of the cavity following the retraction movement of said handle or at least a portion of said handle into the cavity. According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the movement of the handle to the outside is provided by an elastic element, such as a spring. According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the retraction movement of the handle or at least a portion of said handle in the cavity is more than 3mm, preferably 5mm. According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the cavity is delimited by walls adjacent to the opening, said walls comprising flanges extending along and behind the handle in the retracted position, so as to form retaining surfaces. for ice formed between edges of said handle and said walls, said retainer occurring during the retraction movement of the handle or at least a portion of said handle into the cavity. According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the handle has, at its edges, a rounded front surface and a generally flat rear surface. Advantageously, the support 6 comprises one or more discharge orifices at one or more low points of the cavity, said orifice or orifices being dimensioned and configured to evacuate the pieces of ice that would penetrate the cavity. The invention also relates to an opening of a motor vehicle comprising a handle device for opening said opening, remarkable in that the handle device is in accordance with the invention, said opening being preferably a side door. The invention also relates to a motor vehicle comprising at least one opening, remarkable in that the opening is in accordance with the invention. The measures of the invention are interesting in particular that they make it possible to overcome the problem of blocking by ice formation between the handle and its support, and this with simple means compatible with a motorized or purely mechanical control of the handle. Indeed, the measures of the invention avoid having to oversize an electric actuator, as in particular in the state of the art. They also make it possible to provide a handle of the "flush" type whose control between the retracted and the retracted positions can only be mechanical, that is to say non-motorized. The movement of the handle from the retracted position to the extended position is effected by exerting pressure on the handle so that it returns at least partially into the cavity so as to release retaining means against a elastic force tending to pull out the handle. Once these retaining means released and the manual pressure exerted on the released handle, the latter can then move from the retracted position in the cavity to the output position under the elastic force. The reverse movement from the extended position to the retracted position can be effected identically, that is to say by exerting a manual pressure on the handle to move it towards the cavity against the elastic force in question, until the handle sinks into the cavity to reach a position where the retaining means are reactivated. Once the manual pressure is released, the handle then returns to the retracted position under the elastic force, abutting against the retaining means. Other features and advantages of the present invention will be better understood with the help of the description and the drawings, among which: FIG. 1 illustrates a portion of a side door of a vehicle, comprising a handle device of the "flush" type >> according to the invention; Figure 2 is a sectional view 11 / 11-11 / 111 of the handle device of Figure 1 in a retracted position with the ice formed around the handle; Fig. 3 is a sectional view 11 / 11-11 / 11 of the handle device of Fig. 1 in a broken glass position. Figure 1 is a perspective view of a vehicle side door portion 2 comprising a handle device 4 according to the invention. The handle device 4 is in this case a handle device of the "flush" type, that is to say where the support 6 on which the handle 8 is movably mounted forms a cavity adapted to receive the handle in position. retraction of said handle. In this position, the outer surface of the handle 8 is flush with the outer surface of the outer wall of the door 2. In the extended or extended position, the handle 8 at least partially leaves the cavity of the support 6 so that it can be grasped by a user of the vehicle to open the door. To do this, the user can move the handle 8 further outwardly to control the lock of the door to open. In the configuration shown in Figure 1, the handle 8 is in the extended position. In the specific case of this representation, the movable mounting of the handle 8 relative to the support 6 is pivoted along an axis (not visible) generally perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the handle 8, this axis being close to a end, in this case the left end of the handle 8. It is however understood that other movable assemblies are possible, such as in particular pivoting along an axis located at another position or in translation in a substantially perpendicular direction in the middle plane of the door. It should also be noted that the movable mounting of the handle relative to the support is in itself known to those skilled in the art. Figures 2 and 3 illustrate the features of the handle device 4 of Figure 1, according to the invention. These two figures are views according to the section III / III-II / III of FIG. 1. In FIG. 2, one can observe the support 6 forming a cavity 10, and the handle 8 in the retracted position where it is flush with the outer surface. 12 of the door 2. In winter conditions, ice 14 may be formed between the edges 81 of the handle 8 and the side walls 61 of the support 6 which are opposite said edges. This mirror 14 is capable of preventing the movement towards the outside of the handle 8, this displacement being able to be generated by an electric actuator, with a spring or any other type of actuator. In order to overcome the problem of blocking by ice, the invention provides that the handle 8 can be moved in the cavity 10 by the exercise of pressure on said handle. This pressure is advantageously exercised manually. Its intensity can thus be adapted to the needs, namely to the resistant force that generates the ice 14. The objective of this movement is to break the ice 14 is thus to then allow the handle 8 to be able to leave the cavity 10 . Figure 3 illustrates the device where the handle 8 is in the recessed position in the cavity 10, and the breaking phenomenon of the glass 14. For this purpose, the edges 81 of the handle 8 can form ridges. More particularly, the handle 8 may comprise, at its edges 81, a rounded front surface and a generally flat rear surface, the intersection of these surfaces forming the edges in question. The latter are thus advantageously directed towards the interior of the support 6, that is to say toward the cavity 10. These measures promote the detachment of the ice 14, as illustrated in FIG. Advantageously, the side walls 61 of the support, opposite the edges 81 of the handle 8 comprise flanges 62. These latter extend along the back of the handle when the latter is in the flush-in position flush with the outer wall of the door (Figure 2). They can also be behind the handle when it is in the retracted position in the cavity (Figure 3). The purpose of these flanges 62 is to form stop surfaces for the ice 14 and thus promote its detachment of the handle 8 and the walls 61. The flanges 62 may be behind the handle when the latter is in position pressed as far as possible into the cavity so as to avoid any direct interference between said flanges and the corresponding edges 81 of the handle 8. Alternatively, they may be arranged in such a way that the corresponding edges 81 of the handle 8 pass in front of them. depression of the handle in the cavity 10. In both cases, the profile of the flanges may be such that the flanges form surfaces inclined relative to the mean plane of the outer wall of the door, in the vicinity of the device, these inclined surfaces being directed towards the handle 8. The inclination of these surfaces makes it possible to guide the handle towards a central position and / or to guide the ice towards the cavity 10 during the depression of said handle. The actuator of the handle of the device which has just been described may be of the motorized type and also of the mechanical type. In this case of a motorized actuator, the depression of the handle which has just been described is advantageously carried out only in the event of the presence of ice in order to break it and to unlock the handle. A sensor may be provided on or near the handle to detect the presence of the hand of a user and, following this detection, to control the actuator to move the handle to the outside. The actuator may provide mechanical means of the spring type to allow its depression by the exercise of manual pressure. In the case of a mechanical actuator, that is to say non-motorized, the latter can be configured to exert an elastic force on the handle moving it outwards as soon as it has been pushed towards the cavity until at a certain point, a bit like the push button control of a ballpoint pen. In other words, the actuator of the handle can be configured so that the handle comprises two stable positions, namely the aforementioned in and out positions, the handle can be brought from the retracted position to the extended position by a recess of it to a predetermined point, this depression being against a resilient force resistant. Once this point is reached, retaining means preventing the exit of the handle beyond the retracted position are then deactivated and, once the pressure is released, the handle can then move under these elastic forces to the extended position . Pressing the handle towards the cavity so as to make it reach again the predetermined point then allows to reactivate these retaining means. The handle then returns to the retracted position, flush with the outer wall of the door. An actuator performing the function just described can be performed in different ways known or accessible in itself by the skilled person. With reference to FIGS. 2 and 3, the support 6 may comprise one or more discharge orifices 63 at one or more low points of the cavity 10, where these orifices are sized and configured to evacuate the pieces of ice that would penetrate the cavity 10.
