专利说明:

The present invention relates to a door for a cooking chamber.
It also relates to a domestic cooking oven, and in particular a pyrolysis oven, comprising such a door for cooking chamber.
In general, the present invention applies to a door adapted to close a cooking chamber of a domestic cooking appliance, of the electric or gas domestic oven type.
It finds its application, without limitation, in an electric pyrolysis furnace, in which the temperature inside the chamber can reach 500 ° C during pyrolysis cycles.
A door for a cooking chamber thus comprises an outer panel, a door frame secured to the outer panel and an inner panel closing the front face of the cooking chamber.
Such a door for a cooking chamber is known from EP 1 783 433 A1.
In this document, in addition to the outer panel and the inner panel, the cooking chamber door comprises one or more intermediate panels making it possible in known manner to create insulating air gaps inside the door, and thus to limit the temperature rise of the door, especially at the level of the outer panel.
The document EP 1 783 433 thus proposes a door for a cooking chamber allowing a simplified assembly and disassembly of an intermediate panel in order to facilitate the cleaning of the door for a cooking chamber.
However, to access the intermediate panel, it is necessary to mount the inner panel removably on the door frame.
In EP 1 783 433, the inner panel is removably mounted in a groove formed by a longitudinal bar disposed along an upper edge of the door, that is to say the edge placed horizontally and partly high of the cooking appliance when the door closes the cooking chamber.
A clip is for pinching the inner panel in the door frame at the lower edge of the door.
The clip is for example mounted by gluing to the door frame.
However, the removable assemblies of a door panel for cooking chamber using bonding techniques are problematic in terms of cost and withstand temperature.
In fact, the large temperature variations to which the fixing adhesive is subjected have the effect of degrading the adhesive, ultimately leading to the release of the fasteners.
Also known in DE 3,238,441 A1 is an outer door panel for a cooking chamber removably mounted on a rim of an inner panel.
A fixing clip is glued to the window of the outer panel and has an elastic tongue for cooperating with a notch of the edge of the inner panel.
However, the interior panel is not removable. However, this inner panel in direct contact with the interior of the cooking chamber is subjected to heavy soiling and cleaning is made difficult.
Moreover, in addition to the aforementioned drawbacks relating to the use of the glue to fix the fastening clip on the glass of the outer panel, the cleaning of the outer panel is made difficult by the fixing clip glued to the panel, creating obstacles trapping dirt.
Note that it is also known to equip a cooking chamber door with a glazed interior panel mounted on a removable frame.
However, the user must then dismantle the assembly consisting of the glazed interior panel and the frame. Again, the cleaning of the glazed interior panel is made difficult by the presence of the frame.
The present invention aims to solve at least some of the aforementioned drawbacks and to provide a door for a cooking chamber having a simple inner panel to mount and dismount. To this end, the present invention relates to a cooking chamber door comprising an outer panel, a door frame secured to the outer panel and an inner panel removably mounted on the door frame.
According to the invention, the cooking chamber door comprises an element for fixing the inner panel to a rim of the door frame, the fixing element comprising a tab extending in a plane perpendicular to said inner panel, said tab comprising a resilient tongue projecting from the plane of said tab in a mounting position, the resilient tongue being housed in an orifice of the flange of the door frame in the mounting position.
Thus, thanks to a fastening element implementing a projecting resilient tongue, mounting means are obtained by clipping the elastic tongue into a hole in the rim of the door frame, allowing easy disassembly of the inner panel and reliable positioning. against a rim of the door frame.
The cooking chamber door can thus be easily cleaned, by extracting the removable inner panel from the door frame, the inner panel having traditionally undergone the most dirt and grease splashes due to its positioning closing the cooking chamber. .
In a practical embodiment, the orifice passes through the flange in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the lug of the fastener. The user can thus access through the through hole to the tab of the fastener and act on the protruding elastic tongue to allow the extraction of the elastic tongue of the orifice, and thus the disassembly of the inner panel.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the fastening element has gripper means at one end of the tab, the fastener being mounted on the inner panel by inserting an edge of the inner panel into the clips. clamp means.
Thus, the fastener is held by pinching on an edge of the inner panel, providing reliable mounting and good durability in time of mounting the inner panel in the door frame.
After dismounting the inner panel, the fastener can be removed from the edge of the inner panel. The clamp means can be unclipped from the edge of the inner panel. It is thus free of any fastener, facilitating cleaning on the entire surface of the inner panel.
In a practical embodiment of the invention, the elastic tongue comprises a first end secured to the tab and comprises a wing curved at a second free end, said curved wing being adapted to come into contact with an edge of the opening of the edge of the door frame.
The cooperation of the elastic tongue with the orifice of the rim is thus achieved by means of a curved wing in contact with an edge of the orifice, ensuring a reliable positioning and blocking of the inner panel mounted in the door frame.
In practice, the cooking chamber door comprises two fixing elements mounted respectively at two angles on the same side of the inner panel.
The mounting by two-angled fasteners of the inner panel ensures reliable and secure mounting of the inner panel in the door frame. Conversely, it is necessary to act on the two fasteners to obtain disassembly of the inner panel, thus avoiding any accidental manipulation, causing disassembly of the inner panel.
According to another advantageous characteristic of the invention, the cooking chamber door comprises at least two holding elements adapted to maintain at least one intermediate panel in the door frame between the outer panel and the inner panel, said at least two elements keeping tabs pressed against the inner panel.
The holding members thus exert a pressing force against the inner panel, in a direction substantially perpendicular to the inner panel.
The pressure force induces a tensile force, in the direction perpendicular to the inner panel, of the inner panel on the fastener, and in particular on the tab extending in a plane perpendicular to the inner panel.
This tensile force has the effect of reinforcing the cooperation of the protruding elastic tongue housed in the orifice of the rim of the door frame and thus mechanically lock the fastener element in the rim of the door frame.
The reinforced cooperation of the elastic tongue with the opening of the rim of the door frame is further improved when the elastic tongue comprises a curved wing adapted to come into contact with an edge of the orifice of the rim of the door frame. The curved wing thus forms a surface or plane abutting against the edge of the orifice, the abutment being reinforced by the tensile force applied to the tab of the fastener.
According to an embodiment for further reinforcing the mechanical locking of the fastening element in the rim of the door frame, two fixing elements are respectively mounted at two angles on the same side of the inner panel and two holding elements are respectively housed in two opposite corners of the door frame, vis-à-vis respectively the two corners of the same side of the inner panel.
In a practical embodiment, the holding elements are made of silicone.
According to another advantageous characteristic of the invention, the flange extends along an upper edge of the door frame.
Thus, the user easily accesses the fasteners for mounting and dismounting the inner panel on the door frame.
Indeed, when the cooking chamber door is in the open position, the flange extending along the upper edge of the door frame is vis-à-vis the user and is easily accessible.
Preferably, the rim is a deflector section.
According to a second aspect, the present invention also relates to a domestic cooking oven, in particular a pyrolysis oven, comprising a door for a cooking chamber as described above.
The domestic cooking oven has features and advantages similar to those previously described in connection with the cooking chamber door. Other features and advantages of the invention will become apparent in the description below.
In the accompanying drawings, given by way of non-limiting example: FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a cooking chamber door according to one embodiment of the invention; - Figure 2 is a partial perspective view illustrating an inner panel being mounted in a door frame according to one embodiment of the invention; - Figure 3 is a partial perspective view illustrating an inner panel mounted in a door frame according to one embodiment of the invention; - Figures 4A and 4B illustrate in perspective in two different orientations a fastening element of an inner panel of a door for a cooking chamber according to an embodiment of the invention; FIG. 5 is a schematic view in partial cross-section along line V-V in FIG. 1; and - Figures 6A and 6B schematically illustrate the disassembly of an inner panel of a cooking chamber door of a domestic cooking oven according to one embodiment.
We will first describe with reference to Figure 1 a door for cooking chamber according to one embodiment of the invention.
The door may be adapted to equip a domestic cooking appliance, such as a gas oven or an electric oven.
Figure 1 illustrates in perspective a door 10 for cooking chamber disengaged from the cooking chamber.
The door 10 comprises an outer panel 11, a door frame 12 integral with the outer panel 11 and an inner panel 13.
The inner panel 13 is intended to close the cooking chamber and is therefore placed vis-à-vis the food to be cooked.
The inner panel 13 is therefore subjected to projections and dirt, requiring regular cleaning.
The cooking chamber door 10 may also comprise one or more intermediate panels held in the door frame 12, between the outer panel 11 and the inner panel 12.
Here, without limitation, the door 10 comprises an intermediate panel 10 '.
This type of configuration is conventionally used in a door for a cooking chamber in order to limit the rise in temperature thereof.
Such a door for a cooking chamber, with one or more intermediate panels, is described in particular in document EP 1 783 433 A1, the content of which is incorporated by reference into the present description.
With reference to FIGS. 6A and 6B, reference will be made in the following description of the lower side 10a of the door 10, the side of the door intended to be mounted in the lower part of a cooking chamber 61, generally around a horizontal axis of rotation allowing the door 10 to move between a closed position, in which the door extends vertically to close off the cooking chamber 61, and an open position, in which the door 10 extends horizontally, perpendicularly to the front face of the cooking chamber 61.
The door 10 for a cooking chamber thus has on the opposite side of the lower side 10a, an upper side 10b, intended to come to the upper part of the cooking chamber when the door 10 closes the cooking chamber.
The door frame 12 extends around the periphery of the door 10 and is integral with the outer panel 11.
In particular, the door frame 12 comprises an upper edge 12b on the upper side 10b of the door 10.
As well illustrated in Figures 2 and 3, the upper edge 12b of the door frame 12 comprises a flange 20.
The flange 20 thus forms a periphery projecting from the door frame 12.
The flange 20 extending along the upper edge 12b of the door frame 12 here constitutes a profile forming deflector.
Such a deflector placed on the upper side 10b of the door 10 is known and allows to direct the air output of the cooking chamber. For example, the flange 20 is a deflector thermoplastic or thermosetting or metal.
The inner panel 13 is removably mounted on the door frame 12.
The lower side 10a of the door 10 has a housing 15 with a lower edge 13a of the inner panel 13.
The lower edge 13a of the inner panel 13 can thus be slid inside a housing groove 15.
The housing 15 thus allows to maintain in position the inner panel 13 at its lower edge 13a.
In order to maintain the inner panel 13 in the door frame 12, the door comprises at least one fastening element 30 mounted on an upper edge 13b of the inner panel 13.
We will now describe with reference to Figures 4A and 4B a fastening element 30 according to a non-limiting embodiment. The fastening element 30 comprises a tab 31 extending substantially in a vertical plane in FIGS. 4A and 4B. In this embodiment, the fastening element 30 comprises clamp means 32 at a first end 31a of the tab 31.
In this embodiment, the clamp means 32 comprise a flat wing 33 secured to the end 31a of the tab 31 and extending substantially perpendicular to the tab 31. The plane wing 33 comprises one or more flexible tongues 34.
The flexible tongues 34 are folded from the plane wing 33 and extend generally parallel to the plane wing 33. The space formed between the plane wing 33 and each flexible tongue 34 thus constitutes gripper means 32.
As will be described later with particular reference to FIG. 5, the clamp means 32 are adapted to be mounted on the inner panel 13 of the door 10 by inserting an edge of the inner panel 13 in the clamp means 32.
In this embodiment, the fastening element 30 comprises two flexible tongues 34 disposed on either side of the tab 31.
Furthermore, in this embodiment, the tab 31 comprises at a second end 31b, opposite the first end 31a, a curved wing 31c. The curved wing 31c thus forms a return wing from the second end 31b and extends in a plane slightly inclined with respect to the plane of the tab 31.
As will be described later with particular reference to Figure 5, the curved wing 31c is adapted to be inserted into a housing of the door frame 12.
Furthermore, the tab 31 comprises an elastic tongue 35 projecting from the plane of the tab 31 in a rest position.
FIGS. 4A and 4B thus illustrate the fastening element in a position of rest or stable position, in which the elastic tongue 35 projects from the tab 31.
The elastic tongue 35 comprises a first end 35a integral with the tab 31.
In this embodiment, the tab 31 comprises a notch 36, the elastic tongue 35 extending from an edge 36a of the notch 36. The edge 36a of the notch 36 is thus merged with the first end 35a. of the elastic tongue 35.
Moreover, at a second free end 35b, opposite to the first end 35a, the elastic tongue 35 has a curved wing 37.
In this embodiment, the elastic tongue 35 thus comprises a main portion extending, in a first direction, from the first end 35a integral with the tab 31 and a curved wing 37, extending substantially perpendicular to the portion principal of the elastic tongue 35.
As well illustrated in FIG. 4B and in FIG. 5, the curved wing 37 further comprises in this embodiment an end end 37a forming an angle with the curved wing 37.
As can be seen in FIG. 4B, in a rest position in which the elastic tongue 35 projects from the tab 31, the end end 37a extends substantially parallel to the plane of the tab 31.
When the fastening element 30 is made of sheet metal, it can be made by folding and cutting the sheet to form the gripper means 32 and the elastic tongue 35.
In particular, the tongue 35 can be made from a cut in the plane of the tab 31, coming from the formation of the notch 36.
We will now describe with reference to Figure 5 the mounting of such a fastener 30 on an inner panel 13.
As well illustrated in FIG. 5, when the fastening element 30 is mounted on the inner panel 13, the tab 31 extends in a plane perpendicular to the inner panel 13.
Furthermore, the clamp means 32 are mounted on the inner panel 13 by inserting an edge of the inner panel 13 in the clamp means 32.
In the embodiment as described above with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3, an upper edge 13b of the inner panel 13 is inserted into the clamp means 32.
The tab 31 is inserted into a housing 22 of the rim 20 of the door frame 12.
In this mounting position, the elastic tongue 35 of the fixing element 30 is housed in an orifice 21 of the rim 20 of the door frame 12, the orifice 21 extending opposite the housing 22. L orifice 21 thus forms a notch inside the flange 20 with an edge 21a opening into the housing 22.
As well illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 5, the orifice 21 passes through the rim 20 in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the tab 31 of the fastening element 30.
Thus, the elastic tongue 35 is housed at one end of the orifice 21 passing through the rim 20.
More specifically, in this embodiment in which the elastic tongue 35 comprises a curved wing 37, the curved wing 37 is adapted to come into contact with the edge 21a of the orifice 21 of the flange 20 of the door frame 12.
The edge 21a thus forms a stop for holding the elastic tongue 35 in the orifice 21 by the edge 21a cooperating with the curved wing 37.
In addition, the end end 37a of the curved wing 37 makes it possible to limit the insertion movement of the elastic tongue 35 into the orifice 21.
Finally, the second end 31b of the tab 31 and the curved wing 31c are inserted into the housing 22 of the flange 20 of the door frame 12.
The housing 22 comprising a wall 22a extending substantially vis-à-vis the orifice 21, the curved wing 31c bears elastically against the wall 22a. In this position, the curved wing 31c extends substantially parallel to the plane of the tab 31. The curved wing 31c thus exerts an elastic stress at the second end 31b of the tab 31 and allows the position to be maintained in position. elastic tongue 35 in the orifice 21 of the flange 20 of the door frame 12.
Moreover, in this embodiment, as well illustrated in FIG. 5, the door 10 comprises a holding element 40 adapted to hold at least one intermediate panel 10 '(here two in number) in the door frame 12 between the outer panel 11 and the inner panel 13. The holding member 40 is compressed against the inner panel 13. By way of example, the holding member 40 is made of silicone and has one or more notches 41 in its height for allow to accommodate a corner of an intermediate panel 10 '.
Advantageously refer to the description of EP 1 783 433 for mounting such an intermediate panel in the holding member. The holding element 40 is thus kept compressed between the outer panel 11 and the inner panel 13 of the door 10.
As illustrated by the arrow F in FIG. 5, the compression of the holding element 40 has the effect of exerting a force against the inner panel 13, tending to move the inner panel 13 away from the door frame 12.
This compression force induces a tensile force on the fastening element 30, and in particular in the vertical plane in which the tab 31 extends.
Thus, the tensile force is transmitted to the tab 35 which cooperates in abutment with the curved wing 37 with an edge 21a of the orifice 21. The tensile force thus has the effect of reinforcing the fixing of the panel inside 13 in the door frame 12 thanks to the force exerted at the stop of the elastic tongue 35 in the orifice 21.
The cooking chamber door preferably comprises two symmetrical fixing elements 30, respectively mounted at two angles on one and the same side of the inner panel 13.
In this embodiment, the two fastening elements are respectively mounted at the two corners of an upper edge 13b of the inner panel 13.
Similarly, the door 10 may also comprise two holding elements 40 respectively housed at two opposite angles of the door frame 12, facing respectively the two corners of the upper edge 13b of the inner panel 13.
In this embodiment, the door 10 has four holding members 40 respectively housed at the four corners of the door frame 12 and adapted to hold here two intermediate panels 10 '.
Thus, the fixing of the inner panel 13 is carried out symmetrically on two opposite angles of the inner panel 13, here corresponding to the angles of the upper edge 13b of the inner panel 13.
As schematized in FIGS. 6A and 6B, the rim 20 of the door frame 12 then comprises two orifices 21 adapted respectively to accommodate an elastic tongue 35 of the two fastening elements 30.
Each orifice 21 passes through the rim 20 and opens at the upper side 10b of the door 10.
We will now describe the assembly and disassembly of an inner panel 13 of a door 10 for a cooking chamber of a domestic cooking oven 60 (shown schematically in Figures 6A and 6B).
The baking oven 60 thus comprises a cooking chamber 61 closed by a door 10.
As shown schematically in FIG. 6A, when the door is open, the user can apply a force on each elastic tongue 35 of the fastening elements 30.
The orifices 21 opening towards the upper side 10b of the door 10, the disassembly of the inner panel 13 can thus be obtained by simultaneously or alternately inserting two pointed tools (of the screwdriver type) in the orifices 21 and pressing on each resilient tongue 35.
The elastic tongue 35 is retracted into the notch 36 of the fixing element 30 and is thus dislodged from each orifice 21.
The inner panel 13 can be raised at the upper edge 13b of the inner panel 13.
Note that in the embodiment implementing a holding member 40 compressed between the outer panel 11 and the inner panel 11, the lifting of the inner panel 13 is facilitated by the compressive force along the arrow F exerted by the element holding 40 against the inner panel 13.
Then, the inner panel can be removed by dislodging the lower edge 13a of the housing 15 disposed on the lower side 10a of the door 10. Conversely, when mounting the inner panel 13 on the door 10, the lower edge 13a of the inner panel 13 is first inserted in the housing 15.
The inner panel 13 is then fixed to the door frame 12 by pressing on the upper edge 13b of the inner panel 13.
The resilient tongues 35 are inserted into the housing 22 of the door frame 12 until they are placed opposite each orifice 21.
Each resilient tab 35 is then protruded to be accommodated in the orifice 21 in the mounting position of the intermediate panel 13 in the door frame 12.
Of course, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above.
In particular, the flange having an orifice for cooperating with an elastic tongue of a fastener may extend along a side edge of the door frame, or along a lower side of the door.
