Technical Field The invention relates to an adjustable positioning element with which a component can be positioned and fixed in space, comprising a bolt with which said component can be positioned in an axial direction of said bolt, a hollow body having a crossed annular bottom by said bolt, a fixing member with a washer which surrounds said bolt and which is arranged laterally movable in the bottom of said hollow body with respect to said axial direction, the washer being intended to be pressed into the bottom of said hollow body when the fastening member is hooked to the bolt so as to laterally fix said bolt in said hollow body. Prior art It is known to use adjustable positioning elements for attaching a component, such as a headlight housing, to a support such as a body plate of a motor vehicle. During the installation of the headlight housing, targeted positioning of the headlamp is required before attaching it. Thus, the known positioning elements generally comprise a hollow bolt traversed by a screw surrounded by a fixing washer, a bolt forming a nut which cooperates with the hollow bolt and the fixing washer. The hollow bolt is threaded into a lighthead housing mounting hole and the attachment bolt engages the hollow bolt by screwing into the nut. The screw serves to position the hollow bolt in a z-direction in the fastening orifice relative to the bodywork. The washer is tightened by screwing between the fixing bolt and the hollow bolt nut when positioning in the xy plane of the headlight housing is adjusted. With this arrangement, to make readjustments of the hollow bolt in the z-position, the fastening bolt must always be loosened. During loosening of the fixing bolt, the xy position is lost. After readjustment of the position z, a readjustment of the position xy must therefore be performed again. These positron readjustments entail high costs when installing headlight housings in the automotive industry. Document US 8337132 discloses such a positioning element with which it is possible to modify the position z when the position xy is fixed or to modify the position xy without modifying the position z. However, during disassembly of the component, during maintenance for example, it is necessary to unscrew the hollow bolt and the fixing bolt, which leads to a new adjustment of the xy position and / or the z position. Presentation of the invention The object of the invention is to propose another positioning element which has a simplified use. The invention therefore relates to an adjustable positioning element with which a component can be positioned and fixed in space, comprising a bolt with which said component can be positioned in an axial direction of said bolt, a hollow body having an annular bottom passed through said bolt, a fastener with a washer which is intended to surround said bolt and which is arranged laterally movable in the bottom of said hollow body, the washer being provided to be pressed into the bottom of the hollow body when the element of fixation is hooked to the bolt so as to fix in a lateral position the bolt in the hollow body, characterized in that said fixing element and said bolt are arranged to attach to one another by a reversible snap. The positioning element according to the invention may have the following features: - said fixing element may be shaped to clamp said bolt so as to achieve latching. said fixing member may comprise a jaw formed by two opposing limbs which act as spring loaded lever arms. it may comprise a nut screwed onto said bolt and on which said fixing element can be snapped. said nut may be provided with a peripheral groove in which said fixing element engages by pinching. said washer can be pressed into the bottom of said hollow body by means of a rotatable locking member in said hollow body. said rotatable locking member may be a bayonet socket which locks into said hollow body by rotation. - The washer and said branches can be in one piece. said nut may have an ogival shape with a vertex which forms an impression adapted to receive a screwing tool. said rotary locking element can form an impression adapted to receive a screwing tool. said hollow body may have a mushroom shape axially recessed with a head having a sealing surface and a foot having locking notches. it can be made entirely of plastic. With such a positioning element according to the invention, the component of the support can be disconnected by separating the bolt and the fixing element by unclipping without losing the adjustment of the axial and lateral positioning of the bolt in the hollow body. As a result, the component can be reassembled on the support without making a new adjustment in xy or z of the positioning element. Brief presentation of the drawings The present invention will be better understood and other advantages will become apparent on reading the description which follows and the appended drawings in which: FIG. 1 illustrates an exemplary positioning element according to the invention; Figure 2 is an exploded profile view of Figure 1; Figure 3 is an axial sectional view of a positioning element according to the invention illustrating a positioning of a component; Figure 4 is a perspective view of the hollow body of the positioning element according to the invention; Figures 5A and 5B illustrate the nut of the positioning element according to the invention, respectively in a perspective view and an axial sectional view; Figures 6A and 6B are respectively a perspective view in an axial sectional view of the fixing element of the positioning element according to the invention; Figure 7 is a perspective view of the locking element of a positioning element according to the invention. Description of an embodiment FIGS. 1 and 3 illustrate an exemplary embodiment of a positioning element 1 according to the invention with which a component, for example a headlight housing of a motor vehicle, can be positioned and fixed in space with respect to a support, in this case the body of the motor vehicle. The positioning element 1 comprises several component parts which can all be made of plastic material, for example by injection molding or by 3D printing or the like. These constituent parts are shown in particular in Figure 1 in the mounting position and in Figure 2 in an exploded form in alignment in the axial direction z. In FIG. 3, the positioning element 1 according to the invention is illustrated between a component indicated by the reference 7 and a support indicated by the reference 8. The positioning element 1 according to the embodiment shown in Figures 1 to 3 comprises a bolt 2, a nut 3 which is screwed onto the bolt 2, a hollow body 4, a fastening element 5 and a locking element 6. The hollow body 4 is shown in perspective in FIG. It is here in the form of mushroom hollowed out axially. It comprises an axially recessed head 10 having an outwardly curved side and an inwardly facing flat side which forms a sealing washer sealingly engaging a pierced plate of the support 8. The head 10 extends axially from the inwardly facing side by a foot 9 which is axially hollow with an annular edge forming a kind of penetration which passes into the bore of the support plate 8. The interior of the foot 9 forms a cylindrical recess with an annular flat bottom joined to the head 10 which serves as a shoulder. The hollow foot 9 has an outer surface here cylindrical which is provided with a plurality of flexible fingers II forming locking notches arranged in regular spacing on a circumference of the foot 9 and at a distance from the flat side of the head 10. The locking notches 11 are protruding at the outward repose of the hollow foot 9 and are able to retract elastically and radially towards the inside of the foot when the hollow foot 9 is pressed into the hole in the support plate 8 and to resiliently return to their rest position at the end of the depression so that the locking notches 11 are positioned in abutment on the edge of the drilling of the support plate to axially block the hollow body in the support plate. As can be seen in FIG. 4 and according to an exemplary embodiment of the invention, inclined slots 14 may be provided in the cylindrical wall of the hollow foot 9 which serve as cam guide grooves. Here there are two inclined slots 14 diametrically opposed. The bolt 2, visible in FIGS. 2 and 3, here comprises on a first end 15 a first thread intended to be screwed into the component 7, and on a second end 16 a second thread cooperating here with the nut 3. Between the first and second threads, the bolt 2 comprises an intermediate zone 17 here with a hexagonal cross-section which serves as a gripping surface for a screwing of the bolt 2 in the component 7. The nut 3, illustrated in FIGS. 5A and 5B, here comes as a blind nut with outer surface 18 profiled ogive and is provided inside a threaded bore 19 which cooperates with the threaded portion 16 of the bolt 2. The opening 20 of the nut 3 is bordered by a flat ring 21 which extends radially outwardly of the opening 20. When the nut 3 is driven into the hollow body 4 through the head 10, the flat ring 21 is positioned at the interior of the domed side of the head 10 of the hollow body. The outer surface of the nut 3 forms here in a central zone a peripheral annular groove 22 with straight edges for attachment. The ogive-shaped nut 3 here has a closed frustoconical crown 23 which defines a recess 40 adapted to receive a screwdriver (in this case a hexagonal wrench) so as to be rotated to be displaced axially along the bolt 2. According to the invention, the fastening element 5 and the bolt 1 are designed and adapted to catch one another by a reversible snap-fastening ensuring a locking in the axial direction z. To achieve snap-fastening easily, the fastening element 5 can be shaped to elastically grip the outer surface of the bolt 2. In the case of example, the fastening element 5 comprises a jaw formed by two opposing branches 26 which act as spring loaded lever arms. In the embodiment, the two branches 26 are secured to the washer 25 which surrounds the second end 16 of the bolt when it is driven into the hollow body 4, the washer being movable laterally in xy in the annular bottom of the body hollow relative to the axial direction z. The fixing element 5 shown here in FIGS. 6A and 6B here comprises a sleeve coaxial with the washer 25 with an outside diameter smaller than the outside diameter of the washer 25, the sleeve and the washer 25 being in one piece . As can be seen in these FIGS. 6A and 6B, the sleeve of the fastening element 5 forms in its thickness the two branches 26 which have a posterior (rear) part acting as a spring lever arm and an anterior (front) part which forms a part of jaw. In the example, each leg 26 has a rotational articulation zone 27 which is connected to the sleeve and which is able to deform elastically by elastic torsion. The front part (front) of the branches 26 has a free end forming a hook 28 which is intended to engage in the annular groove 22 of the nut 3 to catch on the straight edges of this groove 22. The rear (rear) portion 26A of the branches 26 extends obliquely along the axial direction z outside the sleeve of the fixing member 5 and above it so that the two rear portions 26A two branches 26 can be easily brought closer to each other to separate the hook-shaped ends 28 at right angles forming the jaw so as to release the snap with the nut 3. When released , the two rear portions 26A of the two branches 26 move away from each other which causes the closure of the jaw. In the exemplary embodiment, the articulation zone 27 has a spring effect and is constituted by the material of the upper edge of the sleeve of the fastening element 5 and the hooks 28 of the branches 26 project radially towards the inside of the sleeve 6B formed in the cylindrical surface of the sleeve of the fastening element 5. The locking element 6 shown in isolation in FIG. 7 is a kind of cylindrical bayonet sleeve having an axial bore 30 The locking element 6 is provided to fit axially into the hollow body 4 around the fastening element 5 to clamp the washer 25 against the annular shoulder of the hollow body 4. As can be seen in FIG. 7, the locking element 6 in the form of a bayonet socket comprises two diametrically opposed lugs 31 which project radially to engage respectively in the inclined slots or cam grooves 14 formed in the foot of the hollow body 4 . The bayonet socket 6 has an annular base which has an internal diameter which is smaller than the outer diameter of the washer 25 but which is greater than that of the sleeve of the fastening element 5. The bayonet socket 6 here has an outer surface 32 which forms a hexagonal impression here intended to cooperate with a tool in order to apply to the blocking element 6 an angular rotation in the hollow body 4, this rotation resulting by a cam effect pins 31 in the slots 14, a axial displacement of the blocking element 6 towards the bottom of the hollow body 4 and a clamping of the washer 25 between the bayonet socket and the bottom of the hollow body 4. The clamping is here carried out by an angular rotation of one eighth of turn of the bayonet socket. One could have a locking element 6 of different shape, for example a hollow bolt which is screwed into a thread of the hollow body. The principle of use of the fastening element 1 is as follows. The hollow body 4 in the form of a mushroom is first inserted axially locked in a circular hole of the support 8. The head 10 of the hollow body bears against one face of the support 8 and provides a seal against runoff through the circular hole. The fastening element 5 with the arms 26 with lever arm is then inserted inside the foot 9 of the hollow body 4, the washer 25 lying flat on the annular bottom of the hollow body. The locking element 6 in the form of bayonet socket is then placed in the hollow body which is provided with two diametrically opposed axial grooves (designated 13 in Figure 4) which are formed in the inner surface of the foot and which open into the slots 14 so as to be able to bring by axial translation the lugs 31 at the top of the slots 14 of the hollow body 4. In this position, the washer 25 of the fastener is not clamped in the bottom of the hollow body 4 and thus the fastener 5 can move freely laterally in the bottom of the hollow body. Now, the bolt 2 is fixed to the component by screwing and is coated with the profiled nut 3 which is screwed as far as possible to the intermediate zone 17. The profiled nut 3 in the shape of an ogive screwed onto the bolt 2 (and with the component) is presented facing the head 10 of the hollow body and the profiled nut 3 is inserted through it into the foot 9 of the hollow body. The frustoconical end of the profiled nut 3 then penetrates into the sleeve of the fastening element 5, elastically separates the anterior parts (front) of the two branches 26 until they come to pinch the groove 22 and 'hangs by snapping. At this moment, the bolt 2 with the nut 3 is locked in the axial direction z with the washer 25 of the fixing element 5. In this position of the positioning element 1, it is possible to manually adjust the position of the component 7 relative to the support 8 in the axial direction z (see FIG. 3) by applying a rotation (unscrewing / screwing) on the nut 3 with a tool engaged with the impression 24. The position z being adjusted, it is now possible to adjust the lateral position (with respect to the z axis) of the component 7 along the xy directions (see FIG. 3) by laterally displacing the washer 25 in the bottom of the hollow body. When the appropriate lateral position xy is adjusted, a rotation is applied on the locking element 6 in the form of a bayonet socket which then squeezes the washer 25 in the bottom of the hollow body 4. After which the bolt 2 and therefore the component 7 is maintained positioned and fixed in space relative to the support 8 in the three directions x, y and z. This arrangement has the advantage of making it possible to remove the bolt 2 from the hollow body 4 without changing the settings xyz because of the reversible latching. Indeed, it is sufficient to unclamp the branches 26 lever arm of the groove 22 by bringing them closer to each other to separate the hooks 28 and separate them from the groove 22. The profiled nut 3 with the bolt 2 can then be axially out of the hollow body 4, and then again be inserted axially (for example after an intervention on the component 8) in the hollow body 4 while maintaining the positioning settings in xyz. It is understood that the arrangement of the positioning element 1 according to the invention also allows a position adjustment in xy and then a z position adjustment. The different parts 2,3,4,5,6 of the positioning element 1 according to the invention can be manufactured at low cost by plastic molding and even if it is a small series production by example by adding material in a 3D printer. It should be noted that the different parts of the positioning element according to the invention could have a shape different from that shown in the drawings as long as the hooking of the bolt with the washer fastener element is achieved by a snap-in reversible. For example, the fastening element 5 could have only one branch 26 with a lever arm. The latching could also be done by an elastic ring type "circlip" or the like.
