专利说明:
Injection nozzle for cosmetic composition with marbled effect, module and associated machine The present invention relates to an injection nozzle for filling a container with a cosmetic composition comprising at least two cosmetic products, the injection nozzle comprising: a hollow body, defining a volume of injection of products, at least an introduction inlet of the first product and a main ejection outlet of the cosmetic composition, - a main axis rod, mounted movably in the hollow body, and - a cut-off valve mounted at a free end of the rod , the valve being adapted to be displaced by the movable rod between a closed position of the main ejection outlet of the composition and an open filling position of a container. Such an injection nozzle is intended for filling a container with a cosmetic composition comprising several products at least partially immiscible to form a marbled effect. The cosmetic composition is for example a styling gel, a cosmetic product for the care of a body surface of a user, such as the skin or the hair, a shower gel or a shampoo. More generally, a cosmetic product is a product as defined in Regulation EC No. 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and <± i Council dated 30 November 2009, relating to cosmetic products. US 6 390 148 B2 discloses an injection nozzle comprising a hollow body defining an injection volume and a movable rod actuating a cut-vein valve. Such an injection nozzle is adapted to dispense a homogeneous composition. However, it does not give complete satisfaction. Indeed, the injection nozzle is not intended to inject into a container a cosmetic composition comprising at least two cosmetic products, such that the cosmetic composition has a marbled effect in the container. This kind of effect is now sought to make the product attractive to customers. An injection method for producing such a marbled effect is described in WO 2004/098545 A2. In this document, the cosmetic composition is prepared with a marbled effect before entering an injection nozzle. However, such a method requires a particular injection machine upstream of the injection nozzle. Such an injection machine is expensive. In addition, the machine is specific to this process, it can not be used to implement the distribution of other non-marbled products. Achieving a marbled effect in a cosmetic product then entails a significant additional cost. An object of the invention is therefore to distribute in a container, inexpensively and versatile, a cosmetic composition comprising at least two cosmetic products, with a marbled visual effect. For this purpose, the subject of the invention is an injection nozzle of the aforementioned type, characterized in that it comprises: a fixed static mixer in the hollow body, the rod passing through the mixer, and a distribution assembly a second product, opening into the hollow body upstream of the mixer. The injection nozzle according to the invention may comprise one or more of the following characteristics, taken in isolation or in any technically possible combination: the distribution assembly of the second product comprises a central injection channel of the second product formed through the movable rod; - The distribution assembly of the second product comprises a diffusion member in which opens the central injection channel, the diffusion member defining at least one ejection outlet located at a distance transversely of the rod; the diffusion member comprises a plurality of hollow arms extending from the central injection channel and deviating radially with respect to the main axis; the hollow arms each comprise at least one ejection outlet; the ejection outlets of the second product are distributed, preferably uniformly, over the circular periphery of the rod; - The rod is movable in translation along the main axis through the mixer; the mixer defines a central hole, the movable rod extending through the central hole; and the body has an internal surface delimiting the injection volume, the mixer extending radially in the annular space between the inner surface and the rod, the mixer being spaced from the rod by a distance of less than 1 mm. The invention also relates to an injection module comprising an injection nozzle of the aforementioned type, a second product tank, and a second product conveying assembly connecting the second product tank to the distribution assembly of the second product. produced on the injection nozzle. The invention also relates to an injection machine comprising an injection module of the aforementioned type, a first product reservoir and a first product conveying assembly connecting the first product reservoir to the spout introduction inlet. injection and a set of successive containers to fill, arranged opposite the spout. The injection machine according to the invention can comprise one or more of the following characteristics, taken separately or in any technically possible combination: the injection module can be separated in one piece from the machine; injection, - the injection machine comprises a container holder clean to rotate the container to be filled. The invention will be better understood on reading the description which follows, given solely by way of example, and with reference to the appended drawings, in which: FIG. 1 is a diagrammatic sectional view of a spout; injection device according to one embodiment of the invention, - Figure 2 is a schematic perspective view of the injection nozzle of Figure 1 without the hollow body, - Figure 3 is a schematic view of a machine of the invention. injection comprising the injection nozzle of FIG. In all that follows, the orientations are in relation to that shown in the figures. In particular, the terms "horizontal", "vertical", "high", "low" mean in relation to the orientations chosen in the figures. Other orientations are possible depending on the use of the nozzle according to the invention. The terms "upstream" and "downstream" refer to the normal direction of flow of the cosmetic composition or the products. An injection nozzle 10 according to the invention is shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. This nozzle 10 is intended to be integrated into a dispensing machine 100, described below and visible in FIG. The injection nozzle 10 comprises a hollow body 12, a rod 14 extending through the hollow body 12, a static mixer 16 disposed around the rod 14 and a product distribution assembly 18. The injection nozzle 10 further comprises a valve cutter 20, carried by the rod 14. The hollow body 12 extends around a main axis X, shown vertically in FIG. It has an internal surface of revolution about the X axis delimiting an injection volume 22. The hollow body 12 defines at least one upper inlet 24 for introducing the first cosmetic product into the injection volume 22 and a main outlet 26 for ejecting the cosmetic composition out of the injection volume 22. The inner surface has an upper portion, for example cylindrical X-axis, and a lower portion converging downwardly. The upper input input 24 is located axially on the top of the upper part. The main output 26 is located at the converging lower portion. The main ejection outlet 26 is adapted to be arranged facing a container to be filled above it, as will be seen below. The rod 14 extends along the main axis X in the center of the hollow body 12. It extends between an upper upstream end 27 and a lower downstream end 28. The rod 14 is movable in translation along the main axis X, between an upper closing position and an open position. In this example, the dispensing assembly 18 is formed partially in the rod 14. It comprises a product diffusion member 32. The dispensing assembly 18 makes it possible to distribute the second product in the hollow body 12, within the first product. The dispensing assembly 18 is disposed in the injection volume 22 of the hollow body 12. It defines a circulation passage of the second product from an inlet of the second product in the rod 14 to at least one ejection outlet 30 located in the broadcasting member 32. In the example shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the distribution assembly 18 has several ejection outlets 30 distributed around the axis X. The distribution assembly 18 here comprises between 4 and 20 ejection outlets 30. The diameter of the ejection outlets 30 is between 0.5 mm and 2 mm. This allows a relatively homogeneous distribution. Each ejection outlet 30 is located at a distance transversely of the rod 14 and opens into the injection volume 22 upstream of the mixer 16. The rod 14 defines a central channel 34 for the passage of the second product. The central channel 34 extends from the upstream end 27 of the rod and opens downstream into the diffusion member 32 through openings 36 which are distributed angularly around the axis X. The diffusion member 32 defines each ejection outlet 30. It comprises here a plurality of hollow arms 38 protruding radially from the rod 14. Each hollow arm 38 extends from the central channel 34 and deviates radially from the main axis X. The rod 14 and the diffusion member 32 are here formed of three parts assembled by screwing. In particular, the diffusion member 32 is made by 3D metal printing, preferably aluminum. Each hollow arm 38 defines a secondary channel 40 opening through at least one respective ejection outlet 30. Each secondary channel 40 extends radially from at least one opening 36 to the ejection outlet 30. All the ejection outlets 30 of the second product are here situated axially upstream of the static mixer 16. They advantageously extend around the axis X along a circle of center passing through the axis X, and situated in a perpendicular plane to the main axis X. They are thus distributed, preferably uniformly, on the circular periphery of the rod 14. The mixer 16 is a static mixer. It is fixedly mounted in the injection volume 22 of the hollow body 12. The mixer 16 defines a central hole 29 of axis X. The movable rod 14 is inserted through the central hole 29. It passes through the mixer 16. The mixer 16 extends radially in the annular space between the inner surface of the hollow body 12 and the outer surface of the rod 14. It is spaced from the rod 14 by a distance of less than 1 mm, advantageously less than 0, 1 mm. He thus comes closer to the stem, to a functional game by, for the displacement of the rod. The mixer 16 is substantially in contact with the inner surface of the hollow body 12. The static mixer 16 is able to partially mix and disperse the products circulating in the hollow body, without the need to use rotating parts. At the input of the static mixer 16, the cosmetic composition comprises the first and second products. The first and second products are at least partly immiscible. The first product is a cosmetic product, of the gel type. The second product is, for example, an oily phase. At the outlet of the static mixer 16, the cosmetic composition has a marbled effect formed by mixing the first and second products. The static mixer here comprises a three-dimensional lattice of bars. The bars are inclined with respect to the X axis, according to varied and intersecting inclinations. The bars separate the layered composition of the first and second products and disperse them over the entire periphery of the hollow body 12. The static mixer 16 is, for example, a combination of at least one, and preferably at least three, of Sulzer® SMX or SMX plus static mixer elements. The cut-off valve 20 is mounted at the lower end 28 of the rod 14. The cut-off valve 20 has, for example, substantially the shape of a truncated cone. The valve 20 is mounted on the rod 14 at the top of the truncated cone and the cone extends below its tip. The cut-off valve 20 is movable jointly in translation with the rod 14. It is able to be displaced by the movable rod 14 between the upper position of closure of the main outlet 26 of ejection of the composition and the open position of filling a container. In the closed position, the cut-off valve 20 is in peripheral contact with the inner surface of the hollow body 12 at its lower end. It closes the annular space defined between the rod 14 and the hollow body 12. The cut-vein valve hermetically closes the main outlet 26. The sealing is provided in particular by a metal-metal contact. In the open position, the rod 14 has been moved down along the main axis X with respect to the closed position. The cut-off valve 20 is disposed away from the inner surface of the hollow body 12 and defines an annular distribution passage of the composition. A cosmetic composition can therefore exit through the main outlet 26. An injection machine 100 comprising an injection nozzle 10 as described above will now be described, with reference to FIG. The injection machine 100 comprises a reservoir 102 of first product and a conveying assembly 104 of the first product. It further comprises an injection module 106 comprising at least one nozzle 10 as described above, a second product tank 110, and a second product conveying assembly 112. The machine 100 also comprises a supply assembly 108 successive containers, facing the spout, and a container support 114. The reservoir 102 of the first product receives a volume of first cosmetic product, for example in the form of a gel. The conveyor assembly 104 of the first product extends between an outlet of the reservoir 102 upstream and the injection module 106 downstream. It is connected downstream to the introduction inlet 24 of the injection nozzle 10. The conveyor assembly 104 here comprises a first piston pump 116. The first piston pump 116 is able to dose the amount of the first product injected into the injection nozzle 10 with each filling of a container. This quantity is adjustable. The injection module 106 is here separable in one piece from the rest of the injection machine 100, which allows the machine 100 to be used for filling containers with a homogeneous composition comprising only the first cosmetic product, using a spout 10 without a static mixer and dispensing assembly 18 of the second product. The second product reservoir 110 receives a volume of second cosmetic product, for example an oily phase. The second product conveying assembly 112 extends between an outlet of the tank 110 and the second product dispensing assembly 18 of the injection nozzle 10. The conveying assembly 112 here comprises a second piston pump 118. The second piston pump 118 is able to dose the amount of second product injected into the dispensing assembly 18 each time a container is filled. This quantity is adjustable. The second piston pump 118 is synchronized with the first piston pump 116. Simultaneous dosing of the two products passing through the injection nozzle is carried out. The ratio of the amount of material of the first product to the amount of material of the second product passing through the injection nozzle is controlled to be equal to a predefined ratio. The support 114 is configured to successively maintain each container to be filled in a filling position under the spout 10. In the filling position, the container is able to be filled by the injection nozzle 10. It is, for example, located under the main outlet 26 of the injection nozzle 10. In a particular embodiment, the support 114 is able to rotate the container during its filling. The support 114 comprises a motor driving the container in rotation. The supply assembly 108 of successive tanks is able to transport containers to be filled by the injection machine 100 to the support 114 before filling, and then move them away from the support 114 after filling. A method of successively filling containers, implementing the injection machine 100 described above, will now be described. Each container to be filled is successively transported and placed facing the injection nozzle 10 by the supply assembly 108. For each container, the gate valve 20 of the injection nozzle 10 is moved to the open position by descent of the stem 14. A dose of first product is injected into the hollow body 12 from the conveyor assembly 104 of the first product by the introduction inlet 24 of the first product. A second product dose is injected simultaneously into the hollow body through the dispensing assembly 18 of the second product from the conveyor assembly 112 of the second product. The second product is distributed to the ejection outlet (s) 30 upstream of the mixer 16. The first product and the second product then descend through the mixer 16 where they are partially mixed to form the cosmetic composition having a marbled visual appearance. The cosmetic composition flows through the outlet and progressively fills the container. When the container is filled, the gate valve 20 is moved to the upper closing position by raising the rod 14 along the axis X. This process is repeated successively for all the containers to be filled. The injection nozzle according to the invention and the associated injection module thus make it easy to convert a conventional injection machine into an injection machine for filling containers with a cosmetic composition having a marbled effect. For this, the conventional injection nozzle is replaced by the injection nozzle according to the invention and a second product conveying assembly is connected to the distribution assembly of the second product. This arrangement makes it possible to fill containers with a cosmetic composition having a marbled effect, more economically and adaptable to different types of machines. In a variant, the container is rotated about its axis by the support 114 during the flow of the cosmetic composition, which modifies the marbled effect obtained. In yet another variant, the product circulation passage defined by the distribution assembly 18 is located outside the rod 14 and not in the rod 14.
