Flush glazed device for vehicle door, door, motor vehicle, method of manufacture and corresponding sealing device 1. Field of the invention The field of the invention is that of motor vehicles. More specifically, the invention relates to vehicle doors, and in particular the equipment of bays formed in such doors. More specifically, the invention relates to vehicle doors equipped with at least one glazing panel movable substantially vertically, in particular to move from a closed position to an open position in which it penetrates fully or partially into a lower body box ( the movable panel can, of course, generally take a plurality of intermediate positions). Such a vehicle door can in particular be a side door, but the invention can also be applied, for example, to swinging doors and / or sliding a vehicle, including the rear doors, tailgates ... 2. Prior art Examples of such glazed devices are described in particular in patent documents EP 0 778 168 and EP 0 857 844. According to this approach, a frame is provided, on the side facing the interior of the vehicle, carrying one or more (conventionally two) rails, cooperating with pads integral with the movable glass panel, and fixed on the face of the latter oriented towards inside the vehicle. The frame can, if necessary, be truncated and be limited to amounts carrying the rails. This technique is interesting because it allows to design original designs, because of the removal of the conventional door frame, while maintaining effective guidance and maintenance of the movable panel. Patent document FR 2 872 094 discloses a technique for producing motor vehicle doors on which the glass surface is flush (that is to say in which no frame appears from the outside) and consisting of separately fabricating a door structure and a glazed assembly that are superimposed to form a vehicle door. Although this principle is interesting, the means ensuring the sealing of such a door are not easy to manufacture (by their complex shape) and to assemble. Moreover, such a vehicle door still requires the assembly of a large number of parts, which goes against the objectives of reducing weight and bulk glazed devices. B. Objectives of the invention The present invention aims to solve the weaknesses of this prior art. The invention aims to provide such a vehicle door having a flush appearance in itself and with the bodies, and has a good quality of structure and sealing. More specifically, an object of the invention is to provide a glazed device for producing a vehicle door, which is simple to implement and assemble, for example, on a assembly line. Another objective is to provide a method of manufacturing a door for a motor vehicle, which is simple and quick to implement. Furthermore, another object of the invention is to provide such a glazed device, which can be easily maintained or replaced, for example, following an accident. 4. Presentation of the invention These objectives, as well as others that will appear later, are achieved by means of a glazed device intended to be assembled to a door box to form a motor vehicle door, comprising at least one movable glass panel and sliding guide rails of said movable glazing panel between a closed position and at least one open position, said movable glazing panel carrying, on its side facing towards the inside of the vehicle, at least one slidably mounted guide shoe relative to one of said guide rails, said guide rails being connected in their upper part by an upper cross member. According to the invention, said upper cross member carries first sealing means intended to come into contact with the vehicle body when the door is closed, and in that said upper cross member and said guide rails carry second sealing means. to come in contact with the mobile glass panel. A glazed device is thus easily produced which is intended to be positioned on a door structure by providing two levels of sealing: between the glazed movable panel and the frame of the glazed device, the latter being formed by the rails of guiding the glazed movable panel and a cross member connecting the upper ends of the rails, and - between the frame of the glazed device and the body of the vehicle once the glazed device is mounted on the door structure and the door is fixed to the vehicle . Thus, it is possible to have efficient operation and sealing, for each glazed device and each door, despite the tolerances necessary for the manufacture and assembly of vehicles. According to a particular aspect of the invention, the first sealing means are distinct from the second sealing means. In a variant, they are manufactured in one piece. According to a particular aspect of the invention, the first sealing means are welded to said upper cross member. According to a particular aspect of the invention, the first sealing means are overmoulded on said upper cross member. According to a particular aspect of the invention, the second sealing means are in the form of a continuous seal. According to a particular aspect of the invention, the second sealing means are secured by clipping on said upper crossbar and said guide rails. According to a particular aspect of the invention, the first sealing means are disposed on the upper face of said upper cross member and in that the second sealing means are arranged on the underside of said upper cross member. According to a particular aspect of the invention, said upper cross member comprises a slot in which is intended to be housed an edge of the body box. According to a particular aspect of the invention, said slot is located between the upper face and the lower face of said upper cross member. According to a particular aspect of the invention, the glazed device comprises a lower crossbar connecting the two guide rails in their lower part and intended to be fixed on the body box. The invention also relates to motor vehicle doors, comprising a glazed device according to the characteristics described above, as well as motor vehicles comprising at least one such glazed device. The invention also relates to a method for manufacturing a motor vehicle door comprising the following steps: manufacturing a door box; manufacturing a glazed device comprising at least one movable glass panel and sliding guide rails of said movable glass panel between a closed position and at least one open position, said movable glazing panel carrying, on its face oriented towards inside the vehicle, at least one guide shoe slidably mounted relative to one of said guide rails, said guide rails being connected in their upper part by an upper cross member assembly of said door box and said glazed device. According to the invention, the step of manufacturing the glazed device comprises a step of laying first sealing means on said upper cross member intended to come into contact with the vehicle body when the door is closed, and a step of laying on said upper cross member and said guide rails of second separate sealing means intended to come into contact with the movable glazing panel. This method of manufacturing a door for a motor vehicle is simple and quick to implement. According to a particular aspect of the invention, the method comprises, prior to laying the first and second sealing means, a step of manufacturing first sealing means and second distinct sealing means. The invention also relates to a sealing device for a glazed device (according to the characteristics described above. According to the invention the sealing device comprises first sealing means carried by said upper cross member and intended to come into contact with the vehicle body when the door is closed, and second sealing means carried by said upper cross member. and said guide rails and intended to come into contact with the movable glazing panel. According to a particular aspect of the invention, the first sealing means are distinct from the second sealing means. 5. DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES Other characteristics and advantages of the invention will appear more clearly on reading the following description of an embodiment of the invention, given as a simple illustrative and nonlimiting example and the accompanying drawings. among which: Figure 1 is an exploded view of the assembly forming the structure of a vehicle door according to the invention; Figure 2 is an exploded view of the glazed assembly of Figure 1; Figure 3 is a sectional view of the upper part of a vehicle door according to the invention; Figure 4 is a sectional view of the rear side portion of a vehicle door according to the invention; Figure 5 schematically illustrates the steps of an exemplary implementation of the method of manufacturing a motor vehicle door according to the invention. 6. Detailed Description of an Embodiment The invention thus relates to a new technique for producing a door (side door, rear door, tailgate, cabin door ...) of a motor vehicle whose window, or movable panel, is perfectly aligned and flush with the bodywork. As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the embodiment described below relates to a front side door of a vehicle. However, of course, the same approach can be implemented on other doors of a vehicle. This motor vehicle door, and in particular its glazed portion, is flush ("flush" in English), that is to say that no frame or frame member protrudes outwardly of the vehicle, compared to the plane of this glazed part. This door 1 conventionally comprises a box, or frame, door 10, forming the structure of this door. The box 10 comprises an upper frame 103, which defines an opening 102, and which is connected to a lower part 101. In the figures, the outer bodywork element is omitted, to reveal the interior of the lower part 101. of the box 10, which comprises in particular elements for receiving and holding the glass part 11. This glazed portion 11 is made independently, as illustrated in Figure 2, and then assembled to the box 10, to form the door 1. The glass portion 11 comprises a frame having an upper cross member 111, connecting two uprights each formed by a rail 112 *, 112B, sliding guide a movable glass panel 110 and a central cross 113. The glass panel, or window, movable 110, can be moved in a substantially vertical direction between: a closed or closed position, where it closes the opening 102 formed in the upper frame 103 of the box 10, its lower edge 110D remaining inserted in the thickness (that is to say in the lower part 101) of the box 10, the upper edge 110c coming into contact against the window gasket which will be described later, the leading edges 110B and rear 110A being located in the rails 112a, 112b; an open position, where it releases the opening 102 and is completely or partially retracted into the thickness of the box 10, and intermediate positions. It is noted that the rails 112A, 112B constitute structuring elements of the glass part 11. The upper cross member 111 has a curvature corresponding to that of the upper frame 103 of the box 10. The upper cross member 111 is plastic, in this example. The two rails 112A, 112B, which are made of plastic or aluminum, are mounted by screwing or riveting on the top rail 111. The glazed portion 11 is assembled independently of the door casing 10, then mounted on the latter by fixing the upper rail 111 and rails 112A, 112B on the casing 10. There is then a door 1 can be mounted directly on the vehicle. One or more sealing lips 114 of door are disposed on the top (that is to say on the upper surface 111B) of the upper cross member 111 so as to be compressed between the upper cross member 111 and the vehicle body (referenced "C" in Figure 3) when the door 1 is closed, which ensures a good seal. The sealing lip or lips 114 are secured to the upper cross member 111 by welding, overmolding or any other technique. To ensure the seal between the frame 10 of the door 1 and the movable glass panel 110 when the latter is in the closed position (so as to prevent water or other elements from entering the interior of the vehicle ), the upper cross member 111 and the rails 112A, 112B carry a peripheral glass seal 115 (called a slide) which comes into contact with the contour of the movable glazing panel 110. This window seal 115 is presented the shape of a continuous strip and comprises an upper portion 115c whose curvature corresponds to that of the upper cross member 111 and the upper frame 103 of the box 10. The window gasket 115 further comprises two rectilinear branches 115A, 115B extend parallel from this upper part 115c. As illustrated in the sectional views of FIGS. 3 and 4, the window gasket 115 is fixed on the bottom (i.e. on the lower surface 111c) of the upper rail 111 and on the rails 112A. 112B, so as to be concealed beneath the movable glass panel 110 when it is closed. The window gasket 115 is then compressed between the upper frame 103 of the box 10 and the movable glass panel 110, which ensures a good seal. It is noted in FIG. 3 that the upper part 115c of the window gasket 115 carries four sealing lips, in the example illustrated in FIG. 3, intended to come into contact with the upper edge 110c of the panel. movable glazing 110, which is closed. This upper portion 115c is secured by clipping (and possibly bonding, or any other joining technique) to the upper cross member 111 and the upper frame 103 of the box 10. It should be noted, moreover, in FIG. 3, that the upper cross-member 111 has a U-shaped inner groove 111A disposed between the upper surface 111B and the lower surface 111c, in which an edge of the upper frame 103 of the box 10 during assembly of the glass portion 11 on the box 10. Finally, it is noted that the upper portion 115c of the window gasket 115 comprises a U-shaped end which overlaps another edge of the upper frame 103. The movable glazing panel 110 is driven in displacement by drive means (not shown), for example a rack mechanism, itself powered by an electric motor. Other drive means, including manual drive means, can of course be implemented. Guiding shoes are fixed on the face of the movable glass panel 110 facing the inside of the vehicle. These guide pads are intended to cooperate with the rails 112A, 112B and guide the rear edges 110A and 110B front of the movable glass panel 110 in the rails 112A, 112B. In practice, these pads are generally not visible from the outside (the corresponding area being screen printed). In this embodiment, two pads 116 and 117 are provided to cooperate with the rearward-facing rail 112A, and a single pad 118 is provided to cooperate with the forward-facing rail 112B. The guide rails 112A, 112B provide the dual function of translational guidance and swaying. This swaying, which is not imperative in all embodiments, makes it possible to slightly shift the movable glass panel 110 outwards, before it is displaced in translation, so as to disengage it from the seal of window 115, to facilitate movement and limit the deterioration of the latter. In FIG. 4, it can be seen that the shoe 116 fixed to the movable glazing panel 110 is disposed in the rail 112A and that the branch 115A of the window seal 115 is clipped onto the edge of the rail 112A oriented towards the movable glazing panel 110. The branch 115A of the window gasket 115 has a first lip that comes into contact with the rear edge 110A of the movable glass panel 110, which is closed, and a second lip that covers the frame of the box 10. It is understood that, in the same way, the branch 115B of the window gasket 115 on the rail 112B, has a lip coming into contact with the front edge 110B of the movable glass panel 110. The frame of the glass part 11 furthermore carries: a central cross-member 113 connecting the guide rails 112A, 112B and which is screwed, for example, on the top of the lower part 101 of the box 10, and two joints of sealing, namely an inner liner 119 (fixed on the central cross member 113) and an outer liner 120 (fixed on the frame) which are intended to come into contact with the inner and outer surfaces respectively of the movable glazing panel 110 and which are intended to to prevent water or other elements from entering the thickness of the box 10. The frame of the glass portion 11 also carries, in this example, a trim member 121 extending in the plane of the movable glass panel 110 when in the closed position (or shutter), and a base 122 of side mirror. The door can carry a blind. The glass unit may also include one or more fixed glazed panel (s), or quarter (s). In a particular embodiment, the movable glazing panel carries, on its side facing the interior of the vehicle, two guide pads each mounted sliding relative to a guide rail. In another particular embodiment, the movable glass panel carries a single guide shoe cooperating with one of the two guide rails in which slides the movable glass panel. Figure 5 schematically illustrates the steps of an exemplary implementation of the method of manufacturing a motor vehicle door according to the invention. In this example, the method comprises the following steps: - manufacture (step E1) of a door box 10; - manufacture (step E2) of a glazed device 11 comprising at least one movable glass panel 110 and guide rails 112A, 112B sliding said movable glass panel (110) between a closed position and at least one position of opening, said movable glass panel 110 carrying, on its face facing the inside of the vehicle, at least one guide pad 116, 117, 118 slidably mounted relative to one of said guide rails 112A, 112B, said guide rails 112A , 112B being connected in their upper part by an upper cross member 111, - assembly (step E3) of said door box 10 and said glazed device 11. It should be noted that the manufacturing step (E2) of the glazed device 11 comprises a laying step E21 of the sealing lips 114 on the upper cross member 111 intended to come into contact with the bodywork of the vehicle when the door 1 is closed, and a laying step (E22) on the upper cross member 111 and the guide rails 112A, 112B, window seals 115 intended to come into contact with the movable glazing panel 110. Prior to the installation of the sealing lip 114 and the window seals 115, the latter are manufactured separately, forming separate sealing means, or in one piece which is positioned on the upper rail 111 and the guide rails 112A, 112B. Many additions or variations to the embodiment described above can of course be considered.
