专利说明:
TECHNICAL FIELD The invention relates to the field of postal sorting, and more particularly to an equipment for sorting into parcel bags. Prior art Currently, the reduced flow sorting of packages is weakly automated in sorting centers. By reduced flow is meant here a flow of up to three thousand parcels per hour. This type of sorting is generally carried out manually by specialized operators who pick one by one the packages from a sampling point, which visually recognize a destination affixed to a parcel that has been collected and, according to a certain sorting plan, determine the sorting bag in which the package is to be deposited. The sorting bags can then be picked up for distribution according to the postman's tour or emptied for a new sorting pass. Thus, the rate of sorting parcels in these sorting centers depends essentially on the number of Operators who work and their ability to sort the packages in the bags according to the sorting plan. It will also be understood that the change of sorting planes at each sorting pass requires a concentration effort to the Operators which can lead to sorting errors. In addition, this type of equipment mobilizes a large floor area in a sorting center that can not be exploited for other tasks. Presentation of the invention The object of the invention is therefore to overcome these various disadvantages. For this purpose, the subject of the invention is an equipment for sorting parcels, characterized in that it comprises a receptacle support, in particular bags, with a modular structure with modules each mounted on brake wheels and which are arranged to be coupled to each other in a disassemblable manner by fitting or interlocking, in that it further comprises at least one mobile shuttle carriage controlled in remote displacement by a control / control unit arranged to bring the shuttle carriage to a point of loading where a package to be sorted is placed on the shuttle robot carriage and then move the shuttle carriage with the package to one of the containers determined by said unit based on a sorting indication automatically read on the package, and in that it is provided a ground marking disposed along the receptacle support modules and which is detectable by the shuttle robot during its movement along these support modules of receptacles. The idea underlying the invention is therefore to provide an automatic sorting equipment for sorting packages in containers, in particular bags, which is modular and removable in which mobile shuttle robots moving on the ground following a permanent marking performs an automatic sorting of packages under the control of a control / command unit in which a sorting plan is recorded. The modular and removable bag support is easily movable because the modules are rolling and all of the equipment can be stored quickly at the end of a bag sorting operation which allows to exploit the place released in the sorting center for another task. In particular, the mobile support modules can be quickly moved to installation or uninstallation by Operators or by shuttle robots under control of the control / command unit. This arrangement according to the invention therefore makes it possible to reduce the operating costs of this type of installation by optimizing the use of space in a postal sorting logistics center. The equipment according to the invention may advantageously have the following particularities: said receptacle support modules may be arranged in two parallel rows and be mechanically connected to each other by U-shaped interlocking connecting tubes. said ground marking may be disposed between the two parallel rows of receptacle support modules. each receptacle support module and each shuttle carriage have each seen on the lateral side the shape of a bracket with a pole and a cap, the carriage stem and the support bracket being arranged to interlock each other one in the other. The receptacles are in particular bags but they can be replaced by bins or other receptacle that can be fixed on the support modules and can receive parcels sorted by the shuttle robots. Brief description of the drawings The present invention will be better understood and other advantages will appear on reading the detailed description of an embodiment taken by way of non-limiting example and illustrated by the accompanying drawings, in which: FIG. 1 shows with a view to lateral side of the bag support modules and a shuttle cart. Figure 2 is an overall perspective view of an equipment according to the invention comprising two rows of bag support modules. Figure 3 illustrates a module coupling system that is easily removable. DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS The sorting equipment according to the invention is designed for sorting with reduced flow non-machinable postal objects of the parcel type. Referring to Figures 1 and 2, the sorting equipment according to the invention comprises one or more shuttle carriages 1 each consisting of a carriage 2A for the carriage of a package 3 and a shuttle robot 2B for moving of the package 3 placed on the carriage 2A. The carriage 2A and the shuttle 2B may be provided to be attachable or not. Here, the trolley is mounted on wheels. Each shuttle robot 2B is an autonomous shuttle robot capable of moving on the ground to perform automatic sorting of packages between a loading point 4 of the packages 3 shown in FIG. 2 and the removal points S of the packages constituting sorting outlets. here are bags hanging open on the top. As can be seen in FIG. 1, each carriage 2A has the profile of a stem and here a U-shaped form forming a post 7 above the casters 8 of the motorized shuttle 2B and a stem cap 9 on which is fixed a horizontal carrying tray 10 for a package 3. Furthermore, the equipment according to the invention comprises a bag carrier 6 which has a modular structure with tubular modules 6A, 6B, 6C each mounted on brake rollers 60 to be easily movable on the ground, for example between a storage and storage and a sorting area. According to the invention, these bag support modules such as 6A, 6B, 6C are arranged to be easily coupled together in line in the direction D removably by embedding or interlocking. Figure 3 shows a coupling system by embedding two adjacent modules, here consisting of two curved tabs 61,62 which intertwine, these two tabs respectively provided on the blanks of the two adjacent modules. FIGS. 1 and 2 also show a coupling system in two parallel rows of the bag support modules, here consisting of U-shaped nestable connecting tubes 63. As can be seen in FIG. 1, each module has the profile of a stem with a gallows post 64 and a gallows cap 65 which suspends a bag 6 open on top. The shuttle carriages 1 and the modular bag carrier 1 are designed in such a way that the stem cap 9 of a shuttle carriage fits over the stem cap 65 of a bag support module so that a package 3 placed on a tray 10 of a shuttle carriage can be brought over the opening of a bag 6 as shown in Figure 1 and can fall by gravity in this bag as explained below. More particularly, as illustrated in FIG. 1, there is provided in each bag support module a retaining means 16 above the stem cap 65 which leaves space for the passage of the stem cap 9 of a shuttle carriage and which holds the object 3 loaded on the tray 10 above the opening of the bag 6 when the shuttle carriage 1 moves away from the bag 6 in the direction DI so that the package 3 falls by gravity in the bag 6 . This retaining means 16 may be in the form of a pallet formed by a fallen edge. In Figure 2, there is illustrated a large pallet 16 which extends the entire length of several adjacent bag support modules. FIG. 2 very schematically illustrates a control / control system 13 for shuttle trucks 1 with an automatic address recognition system 14 comprising a camera 15 which is mounted in height in order to observe the upper face of each package 3 placed on a carrying tray 10 of a shuttle carriage 1 passing under the camera. The camera 14 forms a digital image of the package carrying the address information which information can be recognized automatically by the system 13 as known to those skilled in the art. It is understood that the shuttle carts 1 are remotely and wirelessly controlled from the system 13 to move along the sorting outlets S and deposit parcels in the bags 6 suspended in the bag support modules. In FIG. 2, these bags 6 have not been illustrated, but it must be understood that there is, for the example shown in this FIG. 2, here five bags per module and therefore the parcel sorting equipment illustrated on FIG. Figure 2 comprises a large number of bags aligned in two parallel rows which are sorting outlets. In Figure 2, there is illustrated a ground marking 15 which extends the entire path of the shuttle carts in a sorting logistics center, this marking extending here between the two rows of bag support modules facing each bag 6. In this configuration of the equipment, the shuttle carriages circulate between the two rows of bags, which means that the equipment is relatively compact on the ground even when there are many sorting outlets. This marking on the ground 15, here in the form of a succession of barcodes like QR codes regularly spaced apart on the path of the shuttle robots is designed to be automatically detectable by the shuttle robots during their movement. This marking on the ground is permanent and serves as a means of geolocation for shuttle robots to position for example against a bag corresponding to a sorting outlet for a package. To carry out the bag sorting of parcels 3, each shuttle carriage carrying a parcel engages at the end of a row of bag support module and runs along this row of modules, relying on the marking on the ground 15. The package 3 is then moved over the successive bags and depending on the delivery address of the package detected by the system 13, the shuttle carriage is stopped above the bag 6 which corresponds to the sorting outlet of this address delivery and is moved back so that the package 3 retained by the pallet 16 falls by simple gravity in the bag 6. With this arrangement according to the invention, it is possible to provide in a parcel sorting center for example a morning sorting on forty directions (forty bags) which is organized on a single row of bag support modules and a sorting of parcels after -Midi which is organized in two parallel rows of bags support modules with in addition a total disassembly of the installation after the morning sorting and after the sorting of the afternoon to free up space in the sorting center. In addition, morning sorting can be done with a small portion of the bag support modules in a certain area of the sorting center while the afternoon sorting can be done with all available bag support modules but in a other area of the sorting center. Between the morning sorting and the afternoon sorting, the bag-holding modules can be quickly removed by an Operator and transported easily by rolling in a storage area provided for this purpose in the sorting center where they can be stored. in a compact way with the shuttle carts. As can be seen in FIG. 1, the front brake wheels 60 (in the middle in FIG. 1) of the bag-support modules are designed to be retractable (as shown by the arrow-arrow arrow) in order to be released in order to release the space under the 65 gallows cap and let the shuttle carts circulate along the sorting outlets as explained above. This arrangement contributes to the compactness of the bag support. Furthermore, it can be provided at the brake wheels 60 from behind (left or right in Figure 1), a pointing device on the ground (a retractable tip) intended to be in register with a registration provided for in FIG. this allows the Operator to quickly position the bag support modules adequately in relation to the circulation path of the shuttle carriages. With this modular and dismountable arrangement according to the invention, a single operator is able to carry out an automatic bag sorting on a large number of destinations while ensuring disassembly and reassembly of the sorting installation after each sorting phase. This operator is posted during the sorting at the loading point 4 to manually load the shuttle carts into parcels, the sorting in bags being then carried out automatically by the shuttle carriages under the control of the system 13. If the sorting comprises several sorting passes Bags 6 can be removed from the bag carrier by the Operator and replaced with empty bags.
