专利说明:

The present invention relates to cosmetic compositions for the care of the skin.
As the largest organ of human beings, human skin performs many vital functions. With an average surface area of around 2 m2 in adults, it plays a leading role as a sensory and protective organ. The purpose of this organ is to transmit and discard mechanical, thermal, actinic, chemical and biological stimuli. The skin protects the human organism among others against the damaging effects of different microorganisms, but can also be damaged by these microorganisms themselves despite its own protective mechanisms.
Inflammatory skin conditions are caused by harmful bacteria, for example Propionibacterium acnes, which are permanently on the skin but which multiply more strongly under certain conditions and thus cause for example an "impure skin" or acne. It is therefore essentially microorganisms (bacteria and fungi) that can be classified as pathogens.
However, in this case also the resident bacterial flora of the skin is made up of other bacterial species which not only are not harmful but, on the contrary, oppose their growth to harmful germs and thus play an important protective role. These are mostly coagulase-negative staphylococci such as S. epidermidis. In general, the desired benign cutaneous germs are referred to as "saprophytes". However, there are also desired cutans that are not associated, according to the current classification, with the saprophytic skin group, just as there are germs classified as "pathogens" which are desirable under certain circumstances so that the limit between what is "desirable" and what is "undesirable" does not coincide with the boundary between "saprophyte" and "pathogen". In particular, it must be taken into account that good benign cutaneous germs can be pathogenic when their proliferation is excessive. The classification of bacteria as pathogens may therefore depend on the composition of the microbial flora of the skin.
Non-selectively antibacterial active substances, such as those used in commercial cosmetics to prevent and fight against acne, kill not only unwanted skin germs but also the desired skin germs and thus cause disruption. of the biological balance, which can have various undesirable consequences.
There is therefore a need for means which selectively allows, on the application site on the skin, an advantageous microbiological balance because they promote the growth and / or the survival capacity of the desired microorganisms of the flora. of the skin with respect to the growth and / or the survival capacity of undesirable germs of the flora of the skin. Such substances are also referred to as "prebiotics".
Evidence of a prebiotic effect of substances has so far been substantially limited to the intestine. Thus, in various publications, the use of substances which promote the growth of desirable intestinal bacteria is described.
German patent application DE 103 33 245 A1 describes the use of prebiotic plant extracts in skin cosmetics. In this application, the group of prebiotic plant extracts comprises among others extracts of Ginseng (Panax ginseng) and blackcurrant (Ribes nigrum).
In the German patent application DE 10 2012 223 405 A1, there is described a skin care product which contains among other ingredients extracts of ginseng (Panax ginseng), Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris), tea (Camellia sinensis) ) and blackcurrant (Ribes nigrum) as well as the Caprylyl / capryl glucoside emulsifier.
Although skincare products known in the state of the art already meet high requirements in terms of cosmetic efficacy, there is still a need for cosmetic skin products having improved cosmetic effectiveness and stability of the skin. high storage. The object of the present invention is therefore to provide cosmetic skin care products which contain cosmetically active plant extracts, which are present in storage stable form, which are stable both chemically and physically and which are characterized by good cosmetic properties, in particular low adhesion and good compatibility with the skin.
It has now been found, surprisingly, that skin care cosmetics, which solve the aforementioned problems, contain in addition to specific plant extracts also an alkyl glucoside having a long alkyl chain.
