专利说明:
The invention relates to the production of a side glazing of a means of transport, and in particular a tram or train glazing, said glazing being a fixed glazing, optionally laminated. . Such a glazing unit usually comprises: a glazed element having an outer face that faces an outer space, an inner face that faces an interior space, as well as a peripheral edge, at least one plate having an outer face located vis-à-vis the inner face of said glazed element, an inner face facing said inner space, and a peripheral edge, and said outer face of said plate being glued to said inner face of said glazed element through a layer of adhesive, - a peripheral profiled bead, located, at least partly on said inner face and more peripherally of said inner face of said glazed element than said plate, - a threaded rod which extends substantially perpendicular to said inner face of said glazed element and towards said interior space. The prior art thus knows the US Patent No. US 7,080,874 which discloses a solution for fixing a glazing in a bay. In this document, it is proposed that the threaded rod is fixed to the plate on the inner face of the plate. The prior art also knows the European patent application No. EP 2 796 334 another solution for fixing a glazing in a bay. The object of the invention is to provide a glazing, fixed, possibly laminated, which is easier to fix than in the prior art. Indeed, the glazed element, the bay, and the positioning of the plate to the glazed element each have a manufacturing tolerance and in practice, the relative positioning of each with respect to the others, especially when there a plurality of platens per glazing (which is recommended) and a fortiori when the glazed element is laminated (which may be necessary for safety reasons, for some applications), may cause differences with respect to the desired nominal position according to the plans. This possible difference between the nominal positions and the actual positions of the constituents of the glazing and the means of transport is a major problem, especially when replacing a glazing after breakage because it is sought that this replacement is the easiest and fastest possible to limit the cost of immobilization of the means of transport. The invention is thus based on providing that the threaded rod can be rotated on itself by a suitable tool from the outer space or blocked in rotation from the outer space. In addition, the invention reduces the bulk of the fixing of the glazing and thus allows to fix the glazing further outside, thereby increasing the volume available inside the transport means. The object of the invention is, in its broadest sense, a lateral glazing of a means of transport, in particular a tramway glazing, said glazing being a glazing, fixed, said glazing comprising: a glazed element having a face; outer facing an outer space, an inner face facing an inner space, and a peripheral edge, - at least one platen having an outer face facing the inner face of said glazed element an inner face facing said inner space, and a peripheral edge, and said outer face of said plate being adhered to said inner face of said glazed element by means of a glue layer, - a peripheral profiled bead, located, at least in part on said inner face and more peripherally of said inner face of said glazed element than said platen, - a threaded rod which extends substantially perpendicularly to said inner face of said glazed element and towards said interior space. The glazing unit according to the invention is remarkable in that said plate has a through-hole and opening on the outside face and on the inner face of the plate and said glazed element has at least one through-hole and opening on the outer face and on the inside of the plate. glazed element, said hole of the glazed element being coaxial with said hole of said plate. The hole of said plate is thus located in an extension of said threaded rod towards said outer space. This hole in the plate is intended to allow the passage of the threaded rod towards the interior space and the free rotation of the threaded rod relative to the plate. Preferably, the periphery of said hole of said plate is recessed towards the interior space with respect to said outer face of the plate, in order to facilitate the tolerance adjustment with respect to the nominal positioning of the glazing and the bay. Said glazed element preferably has several holes, each through and opening on the outer face and on the inner face of the glazed element as well as several plates and as many plates as holes; the tolerance adjustment between the glazing and the bay is more effective if there is a plate per hole than if a plate is associated with several holes. In a first embodiment, the glazed element is a single sheet of glass or very rigid plastic material (for example polycarbonate). In a second embodiment, the glazed element is a multiple element, laminated. In this second mode, said glazed element comprises an outer substrate, an inner substrate and an interlayer of plastic material situated between the outer substrate and the inner substrate, said substrates and said plastic sheet each having a edge and said edges being of preferably in continuity with one another. The or each sheet of plastic material used for the laminated glazed element according to the invention has an ability to enhance the mechanical strength by adhering the glass sheet disposed thereon to the substrate disposed below; in this laminated glazed element, at least one of these sheets of plastic material, or even all these sheets of plastic material, may or may furthermore have a sound insulation capacity. In this second embodiment, the making of the holes in the glazed element is more complicated because it is necessary to perform the drilling before the lamination, but this complication is compensated by the interest of the invention. In a variant, said threaded rod preferably comprises a head which is located at least partly in said hole and not projecting beyond said outer face of said glazed element, so that the head is protected by the glazed element and at the same time it does not constitute a projecting element that protrudes beyond the general line of the means of transport. The hole in the plate is thus intended to retain the threaded rod so that the plate can transmit a reaction force to the glazed element during the attachment of the threaded rod to the bay of the body of the means of transport. Preferably then said head of the threaded rod has an outer section in the hole of the glazed element which is circular, said hole of the glazed element has a circular inner section and said hole of the glazed element has a diameter between 1.2 and 1.4 times the diameter of said outer section of said head of the threaded rod, in order to facilitate the tolerance adjustment with respect to the nominal positioning of the glazing and the bay. In another variant, said threaded rod comprises a head which is located outside the hole of the glazed element, in said outer space, to allow use of a wide head, which allows better hold the glazed element. Said profiled bead is preferably completely peripheral; it is in one piece all around the glazed element; it preferably has a thickness greater than the sum of the thickness of said glue layer and the thickness of said platen, in order firstly to prevent the contact between said platen and a visor flange vis-à-vis -vis the plate and secondly to keep the profiled bead under stress in compression during the fixing of the glazing. Said adhesive layer is present on the entire surface of the inner face of said glazed element which is vis-à-vis the outer face of said plate. The present invention also relates to a method of fixing a fixed side glazing in a bay of a side wall of a means of transport, in particular a side wall of a tramway, said glazing being according to the invention , said threaded rod being introduced through the hole of said glazed element, then through said hole of said plate, towards said interior space, then a nut is screwed onto said threaded rod against a rabbet. Advantageously, the present invention thus makes it possible to fix a glazed element to a bodywork bay in a reliable, precise and rapid manner. The present invention makes it possible in particular to offer several points of freedom in the adjustment of the position of the attachment relative to the bodyshell and then makes it possible to compensate for greater differences in the respective positioning of the glazed element and the platinum fixing vis-à-vis the bay of the body. Advantageously, the present invention thus makes it possible to produce a fixed multiple glazing unit, which has a smooth external view, with no mechanical element more outward than the outer face of the glazed element. The details and advantageous characteristics of the invention emerge from the following nonlimiting example, illustrated with the aid of the attached figures illustrating: in FIG. 1, an embodiment of a fixed glazing unit according to the invention, seen from the interior space; in Figure 2, the glazing of Figure 1 seen in vertical section of the glazing along AA of this figure; and in Figure 3, the plate of Figure 2, seen from its outer face. In Figures 1 to 3, the proportions between the dimensions of the different elements are respected in order to facilitate their reading; the same references designate the same elements in all the figures. Figure 1 illustrates a side glazing 1 of a transport means, according to the invention, as it can be seen by a passenger located inside this means of transport. In particular, this is a side glazing of a tramway and Figure 1 illustrates what a tram passenger sees looking on a left or right side compared to a general direction of the tramway. This glazing thus achieves a vertical separation between an interior space I which is inside the tram and an outside space Equi is outside the tramway. In the embodiment of Figure 1, the glazing 1 is in one piece, with no window open inside the glazing. In the exemplary embodiment illustrated, the glazed element 10 is a laminated glazed element comprising: an outer substrate which has two main faces: an outer face which faces the outer space E and an intermediate face which is the opposite of the outer face; this substrate further comprises a peripheral edge, - an inner substrate 17 which has two main faces: an inner face which faces the inner space I and an intermediate face which is opposite to the inner face; this substrate further comprises a peripheral edge, and an interlayer of plastics material 16 located between the outer substrate 16 and the inner substrate 17 and which has two main faces: one facing the outer substrate, the other facing the inner substrate, as well as a peripheral song. The outer substrate 15, the plastic interlayer sheet 16 and the inner substrate 17 are each in one piece. These three elements are superimposed so that their respective songs are in continuity with one another. The interlayer sheet of plastic adheres on each of its faces to the substrate which is positioned against this face. This glazing 1 is a fixed glazing in the sense that the glazing is intended to be fixed to the structure of the means of transport (here the tram), without the possibility of moving relative to this structure during operation of the tramway. The glazed element 10 also has high and low horizontal edges, as well as left and right lateral edges (seen from the inside, as in FIG. 1). The glazing 1 is intended to be fixed to a side wall 3 of a transport means, in particular a side wall of a tramway. Rus precisely, it is intended to be fixed in a bay 30 of such a wall, in order to close it. However, it is necessary that the glass fixing means to the bay it must close can be disabled to allow to change the glazing if it is broken. This wall of the bay has an outer face 31 facing the outer space E and an inner face 32 facing the inner space I. Preferably, the glazing 1 does not include a bead of peripheral adhesive that would glue the edges of the glazing with the structure of the means of transport. For fixing it in the bay 30, the glazing 1 comprises: at least one plate 20, as can be seen in FIG. 3, having an outer face 21 situated opposite the inner face 12 of the glazed element 10, an inner face 22 facing the inner space I, and a peripheral edge 23, and the outer face 21 of the plate 20 is bonded to said inner face 12 of the glazed element 10 via a layer glue 19, as can be seen in FIG. 2, - a profiled peripheral bead 4, located, at least partly on the inner face 12 and more peripherally of the inner face 12 of the glazed element 10 than the plate 20, - a threaded rod 5 which extends substantially perpendicular to the inner face 12 of the glazed element 10 and towards the interior space I through the plate 20. The plate 20 is here a metal alloy plate, a thickness of about 2 mm. Sslon the invention, the plate 20 has a hole 24 through and opening on its outer face 21 and on its inner face 22 and the glazed element 10 has at least one through hole 14 and opening on its outer face 11 and in its face 12, the hole 14 of the glazed element 10 being coaxial with the hole 24 of the plate 20. As the hole 24 of the plate was made before gluing the plate to the glazed element and that the hole 14 of the glazed element was made before gluing the plate to the glazed element, it is then from the bonding of the plate to the glazed element, coaxiality must be correctly achieved. Thus, to fix the glazed element, it is possible to introduce the threaded rod 5 through the hole 14 from the outer space towards the inner space I, then to screw a nut 52 on the threaded rod 5 against a rebate 33 of the bay 30 to firmly secure the glazing to the bay. For this fixing-locking operation, the threaded rod can be rotated on itself by a suitable tool from the outer space or be locked in rotation from the outer space. This solution makes it possible to reduce the depth p of the rabbet 33, as illustrated in FIG. 2, with respect to an outside face 31 of the rack, to a value lower than the solutions of the prior art; this makes it possible to increase the space available inside the means of transport. The depth p can thus be between 20.0 and 90.0 mm; it is here about 60 mm. As can be seen in FIG. 1, it is preferable that the glazing 1 comprises several plates 20, and therefore that the glazed element 10 has several holes 14 for fixing it in the bay 30. It is possible for example to provide plates along the top and bottom edges of the glazed element 10, for example every 30 cm (distance between the axes of two holes 24). The threaded rod 5 has an outer section which is circular and the hole 24 of the plate 20 also has a circular inner section; the hole 24 of the plate 20 has a diameter of between 1.1 and 1.4 times the diameter of the outer section of the threaded rod 5. FIG. 2 illustrates the nominal position, that is to say the ideal position, as provided in the plans, of the threaded rod 5, both with respect to the plate 20 (and therefore of the glazed element 10), that the rabbet 33 of the bay 30. This rabbet has a hole 34 and in the ideal position, each of the holes 14, 24, 34 respectively of the glazed element, the plate and the rabbet has an axis and all the axes are coaxial; the corresponding axis is illustrated by axis A. This axis A is preferably located at a distance d between 10.0 and 40.0 mm from the edge 13 of the glazed element, and here 20.0 mm. However, in view of the respective manufacturing tolerances of the glazed element, the plate and the rabbet, in practice, it is possible that for at least one plate of the glazing the triple coaxiality is not perfect whereas it is for one (or more) other (s) of the same glazing. Ansi, choosing at least one of the holes slightly larger than the outer diameter of the threaded rod, the succession of the two holes 14, 24 allows to pass a threaded rod through its holes by providing a possibility of correction of the coaxiality. As can be seen in FIGS. 2 and 3, the periphery of the hole 24 of the plate 20 is preferably recessed towards the inner space I with respect to the outer face 21, that is to say that, for example, a recess conical 25 is made all around the hole 24 to allow easy modification of the axis of the threaded rod when the head 50 abuts against this withdrawal. This makes it easier to compensate for tolerances with respect to the nominal positioning of the glazing and the bay. The overall thickness of the plate 20, with its tapered shrinkage, is here of the order of 10.0 mm. The head 51 here has an outer section in the hole 14 of the glazed element 10 which is circular, the hole 14 of the glazed element 10 also has a circular inner section; said hole 14 of the glazed element 10 has a diameter of between 1.2 and 1.4 times the diameter of said outer section of the head 51 in order to make it easier to take up tolerance with respect to the nominal positioning of the glazing and the bay . The glazed element 10 preferably has a plurality of holes 14, each through and opening on the outer face 11 and on the inner face 12 of the glazed element 10 as well as several plates 20 and as many plates as holes. Indeed, the tolerance adjustment between the glazing and the bay is more effective if there is one plate per hole than if a plate, with several threaded rods is associated with several holes. It has been verified that an adequate mechanical strength is obtained on the basis of the example of FIG. 1, when: the two substrates 15, 17 are each made of glass which has undergone a treatment intended to reinforce it, such as a heat treatment and in particular a quenching heat treatment and are each of a thickness of 1 to 4 mm, for example 2 mm, - the plastic sheet 16 is made of PVB and has a thickness of 0.76 mm . In the exemplary embodiment illustrated, the threaded rod 5 comprises a head 51 which is located at least partly in the hole 14 and does not protrude from the outer face 11 of the glazed element 10; Thus, both the head 51 is protected by the glazed element and at the same time it does not constitute a projecting element that protrudes beyond the general line of the means of transport. In an embodiment not shown, it is possible that the threaded rod 5 has a head which is located outside the hole 14, in said outer space, to allow use of a wide head, which allows better hold the glazed element. The profiled bead 4 is here a double lip bead, whose two lips are in contact with the rebate 33. It has a thickness which is greater than the sum of the thickness of the adhesive layer 19 (approximately 1 mm) and the thickness of the plate 20 (about 10 mm), in order firstly to avoid the contact between the plate and the rabbet 33 opposite the plate and secondly to maintain the profiled bead under compressive stress when fixing the glazing, to ensure sealing. The adhesive layer 19 is present on the entire surface of the inner face 12 of the glazed element 10 which is opposite the outer face 21 of the plate 20 to maximize the grip of the plate to this inner face. Optionally, the glazing comprises a protective film 6 located against a portion of the inner face 12 of the glazed element 10 without said plate 20 having a clamping member extending further inwards on the protective film 6. Preferably said threaded rod is crimped on said plate: for example it comprises a shoulder which prevents it from being unscrewed from said plate, in order to facilitate the positioning of the glazing. The present invention is described in the foregoing by way of example. It is understood that the skilled person is able to achieve different variants of the invention without departing from the scope of the patent as defined by the claims. It can be envisaged, for example, that certain fixing plates in the bottom of the glazed element are replaced by positioning plates, or that other plates are provided in the bottom of the glazed element against its internal face for positioning. ; such positioning plates do not allow a final fixing of the glazed element as a threaded rod plate, but allow positioning and / or a temporary clipping vis-à-vis the body berry, to facilitate the final fixing of the glazed element by the threaded rod plate (s). In a positioning plate, the threaded rod is thus replaced by a clipping pin, fixed to the positioning plate. As another example, a positioning plate may have in vertical section a shape of h, so that the groove of the h can come astride the rabbet when positioning the glazing in the bay. It is not necessary that a hole be made in the glazed element vis-à-vis a positioning plate.
