专利说明:
Electrical outlet assembly with electrical disconnect solution Technical field of the invention The present invention relates to a set of electrical outlet. The electrical outlet assembly comprises a base and an electrical plug adapted to be fitted on the base. The combination of the plug and the base is made by magnetic effect. State of the art Patent Application WO2012032230A1 discloses a socket assembly comprising a base and an electrical plug adapted to fit on the base. The plug has two electrical tracks for electrically connecting two electrical contacts of the base. The two electrical contacts have the particularity to move between a retracted position inside the base and a position outside the base so as to prevent access to the contacts when the device to be connected is not used. When the plug is approached from the base, magnetic control means, comprising a permanent magnet integrated in the plug and a movable magnetic element housed in the base and secured to the electrical contacts, allow the extraction of the electrical contacts of the base and their connection with electric tracks. When the plug is uncoupled from the base, a mechanical spring system repositions the moving mechanism inside the base. During this phase of separation, the current flowing between the plug and the base creates an electric arc that can last up to 10ms. However, these arcs tend to use and materially and visually degrade the areas of electrical connection between the plug and the base. US Pat. No. 4,156,265 proposes a solution in which the electrical circuit is disconnected when a bulb is unscrewed from its base. The solution is to use a reed type micro-switch whose control is achieved by the mechanical movement of the bulb relative to the base. This solution is however not suitable for a set of electrical outlet as described above where the removal of the plug does not always follow an identical movement, it may be axial or made by pivoting relative to the base. The object of the invention is to provide a suitable solution on a set of electrical outlet comprising a base and a plug to limit, see or avoid any degradation of the electrical connection areas when the plug is separated from the base and this, whatever the angle of withdrawal of the plug relative to the base. The solution of the invention is particularly suitable for a set of magnetically coupled electrical sockets in which the electrical contacts are extracted from the base by magnetic effect. Presentation of the invention This object is achieved by a set of electrical socket comprising: a base comprising at least two first electrical contacts connected to an electrical supply circuit, a first integral magnetic part in movement of the first two electrical contacts, said first magnetic part being arranged for magnetic displacement between a first position in which the first electrical contacts are retracted inside the base and a second position in which the first electrical contacts are outside the base, - a plug intended to be coupled to the base and comprising two second electrical contacts for electrically connecting the first two electrical contacts when they are outside the base and a second magnetic portion arranged vis-à-vis the first magnetic part when the plug is coupled to the base to move, by effect magnetic, the first magnetic part to its second position, causing the first electrical contacts to the outside of the base, - detection means comprising a magnetic flux measurement sensor, arranged to measure the magnetic flux flowing between the two magnetic parts, a processing unit arranged to receive magnetic flux data from the magnetic flux sensor and to generate a control signal when the plug is separated from the base, - disconnection means cooperating with the detection means and arranged to disconnect the supply circuit when receiving the control signal from the processing unit. According to a particularity, the processing unit comprises first means for monitoring the level of variation of magnetic flux with respect to a first threshold value. According to another particularity, the processing unit comprises second flow level monitoring means with respect to a second threshold value. According to another particularity, the processing unit comprises a logic processing circuit arranged to apply a logical OR between a detection signal generated by the first monitoring means and a detection signal generated by the second monitoring means. According to another particularity, the disconnecting means comprise an electromechanical relay connected to the supply circuit. According to another feature, the base comprises a housing and the assembly comprises an electronic card housed in said housing, said electronic card comprising the processing unit and the measurement sensor. According to another particularity, the first magnetic part and / or the second magnetic part comprises at least one permanent magnet. According to another particularity, the measurement sensor is positioned in the circuit followed by the lines of a magnetic field generated by said permanent magnet. According to another particularity, the assembly comprises a ferromagnetic piece arranged with respect to the permanent magnet for channeling its magnetic flux in order to orient it towards the measurement sensor. Said ferromagnetic part is for example arranged in direct contact with the permanent magnet. The permanent magnet and the ferromagnetic part are for example housed in the housing of the base and the measurement sensor is fixed on this housing. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES Other features and advantages will appear in the following detailed description with reference to the accompanying drawings in which: FIGS. 1A and 1B show an example of an architecture of the electrical socket assembly of the invention, respectively with the plug separated from the base and the plug fitted on the base, FIG. 2 illustrates the principle of measuring the flow magnetic sensor generated by the magnetic assembly used, - Figures 3A and 3B schematically show two embodiments of the processing circuit used throughout the invention, Figure 4 illustrates the detection principle employed in the invention. Detailed description of at least one embodiment With reference to the appended figures, the electrical socket assembly of the invention comprises a base 1 and an electrical plug 2 intended to fit on the base 1. The base 1 comprises a plastic housing 10 intended for example to be embedded in a wall. The base 1 has a front face 11 against which can adapt the plug. The base also comprises a mobile support 12 on which are fixed two first electrical contacts 120, 121. The first two electrical contacts 120, 121 are connected to an electrical supply circuit 15 by means of conductive electrical wires. The base 1 also comprises a first moving magnetic part 13 movably secured to the movable support 12 and arranged to move by magnetic effect between a first position and a second position. A spring 14 positioned inside the casing 10 of the base, for example fixed on the one hand to the casing 10 of the base and on the other hand to the movable support 12, is arranged to return the first magnetic part 13 to its first position when the magnetic effect needed for extraction is no longer important enough. In the first position of the first magnetic part 13, the first electrical contacts 120, 121 are retracted inside the base 1 and in the second position of the first magnetic part 13, the first electrical contacts 120, 121 are in position. outside the base 1, passing through its front face 11. In its second position, the movable assembly formed by the support 12 and the magnetic part 13 abuts, for example against a portion of the housing 10. The electrical plug 2 comprises for its part a plastic casing 20, having a front face 21 intended to bear against the front face 11 of the base 1, defining a junction plane P (defined vertically in the appended figures) between the base 1 and plug 2. The plug 2 further comprises two second electrical contacts 220, 221, for example two electrical tracks flush on its front face 21, intended to come into electrical contact with the two first electrical contacts 120, 121 of the base 1. It also comprises a second magnetic part 23 fixed inside the housing and intended to attract the first magnetic part 13 when the plug 2 is approaching the base 1 in order to extract the first electrical contacts 120, 121. Preferably, the two tracks electric are circular in shape and concentrically positioned. The first magnetic part and / or the second magnetic part comprises at least one permanent magnet so as to generate a magnetic flux between the two magnetic parts. Different magnetic architectures can thus be envisaged, such as those described in applications EP2628213, EP2667459, ... However, these are not the subject of the present application and it should be understood that the invention can adapt to any architecture as long as it provides for the presence of a maximum magnetic flux between the first magnetic portion and the second magnetic portion when the plug is fitted on the base and decreasing when the plug is removed from the base. With reference to the appended figures, the first magnetic part 13 comprises for example a permanent magnet 130 of annular shape and the second magnetic part 23 comprises a permanent magnet 230 of annular shape. The permanent magnet 130 and the ferromagnetic part 230 are intended to be positioned coaxially when the plug 2 is approaching the base 1. When the plug 2 is opposite the base 1, the permanent magnet 130 and the permanent magnet 203 are arranged so as to each have an air gap surface parallel to the junction plane. In such an electrical outlet assembly, the invention aims to avoid any occurrence of electric arc in the electrical connection areas when the plug is separated from the base. It is necessary to quickly detect this separation. For this, the electrical outlet assembly comprises: - Detection means of the separation of the plug relative to the base, - Disconnection means 8 of the electrical supply circuit when the plug is separated from the base. These means are for example made on an electronic card housed in the housing 10 of the base 1. More specifically, the detection means comprise a sensor 3 for measuring the magnetic flux present between the plug and the base, the magnetic flux being maximum when the plug 2 is fitted on the base 1 and decreasing as the plug 2 is remote from the base 1. The magnetic flux sensor 3 is judiciously positioned to best capture the magnetic flux Φ and its variation. Preferably, the measurement sensor 3 is positioned on the circuit traversed by the magnetic field lines L existing between the two magnetic parts 13, 23. Preferably, the measurement sensor 3 is fixed to the base 1. The measurement sensor 3 is for example fixed on the outside of the housing 10 of the base. Advantageously, the detection means may comprise a piece 4 of ferromagnetic material arranged to channel the magnetic flux from the permanent magnet positioned in the base for the measurement sensor 3. FIG. 2 schematically represents the principle of channeling the magnetic flux Φ with the aid of a ferromagnetic part 4 and the positioning of the sensor 3 for capturing this magnetic flux. The use of this ferromagnetic part 4 makes it possible to channel the flux at the output of the magnet and thus to provide the sensor 3 with a flux that is more constant and of sufficient intensity to be picked up. This piece 4 has a high relative permeability, which channels the flow well. In addition, the large difference in permeability between this ferromagnetic part and the air has the consequence of obtaining flux lines that are very perpendicular to the outlet face of the flux on the ferromagnetic part 4. Advantageously, the ferromagnetic part 4 is housed in the base 1. It has for example an annular shape. It is for example fixed against the face of the permanent magnet 130 which is opposite to its gap surface. In a first variant embodiment shown in FIG. 3A, the detection means comprise a processing unit 5 comprising at least one input intended to receive analog measurement data coming from the magnetic flux measurement sensor 3 and at least one output. to which the processing unit 5 is capable of generating a disconnect GIS control signal. The processing unit 5 comprises in particular means for monitoring the variation of the measured magnetic flux. When the flow variation becomes less than a threshold value S1, the processing unit 5 is arranged to generate the disconnection SIG control signal for the disconnection means 8. The monitoring means comprise means 50 for determining the flux variation by calculating the derivative of the magnetic flux curve and a comparator 51 receiving as input the calculated derivative and a threshold value S1 for determining said GIS control signal for disconnection. The monitoring means are for example made in the form of an electronic circuit with discrete components. In an alternative embodiment, the monitoring means could include a microcontroller processing the measurement data digitally. In a second variant embodiment shown in FIG. 3B, the detection means also comprise a processing unit 5 comprising at least one input intended to receive analog measurement data coming from the magnetic flux measurement sensor 3 and at least one output to which the processing unit 5 is capable of generating a disconnect GIS control signal. This processing unit 5 is provided with first magnetic flux variation monitoring means such as those described above in connection with the first embodiment variant and second means for monitoring the magnetic flux level. These second monitoring means comprise, for example, a comparator 61 receiving as input the flow measurement data coming from the measurement sensor 3 and a threshold value S2 necessary for the comparison. When the flow level falls below the threshold value S2, the monitoring means generate a detection signal SIG_D2. According to this variant embodiment, the processing unit 5 comprises a processing logic circuit 7 arranged to receive a first detection signal SIG_D1 coming from the first monitoring means and / or a second detection signal SIG_D2 coming from the second detection means. monitoring. The processing logic circuit 7 implements a logic OR to generate the disconnection GIS control signal to disconnect means upon reception of the first detection signal SIG_D1 and / or the second detection signal SIG_D2. More precisely, the disconnection means 8 are controlled on receipt of the disconnection SIG control signal from the processing unit 5. They comprise, for example, an electromechanical relay connected in series to the electrical supply circuit connected to the electrical contacts of the base. Advantageously, they may also comprise a freewheeling diode connected in parallel with the winding of the electromechanical relay and possibly a resistor connected in series with the freewheeling diode to improve the reaction time of the electromechanical relay. The disconnection means, in particular the electromechanical relay, are for example made on an electronic card housed in the housing (10) of the base. This electronic card may be identical to that hosting the detection means described above. The electrical supply circuit 15 comprises for example two terminals connected to the electromechanical relay. The curves shown in FIG. 4 illustrate the detection of the separation both by the level of variation of the magnetic flux and by the variation of the magnetic flux level. It is understood that the SIG disconnection control signal goes high when the flux level falls below the threshold value S2 and / or when the flux variation falls below the threshold value S1. The solution of the invention has many advantages, among which: The simplicity and reliability of the means employed, the limited size of the means employed, a simple electronic card being necessary and easily housed in the base case, The possibility to detect the separation of the plug of the base whatever the angle of withdrawal of the plug.
