专利说明:
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR LOADING A STORE The present invention relates to the field of packaging products by casing, and is intended, on the one hand, a device feeding plates intended to form cardboard boxes, and on the other hand, a method implementing this device. In this area, the products are processed industrially in successive positions, then, once the products are finished, they are sent for a cardboard crating. These cardboard boxes are obtained from flat cardboard plates which are erected within a body forming means. For example, WO2008047008 is known which presents a solution for gripping plates and then forming crates. This cash-forming station has a magazine with a carpet, on which the successive plates are deposited, to be then seized one after the other by a system of suction cups. The plates in the store are almost vertical. W09852826 presents an open crate forming unit, where a turnstile comes to seize from the magazine the plates one after the other. The carpet at the mouth of the store has a slope that has the effect of tilting the plates forward and facilitate their seizure. A cash trainer is also described in FR2563494. In the field of the invention, it is therefore necessary to regularly supply such a station with flat plates pre-cut or pre-folded present on a pallet in the environment of the station. This supply is usually done manually, by an operator who must then be assigned to said station, the risk that it loads the store excessively to allow it to work in parallel on other machines. The invention thus aims to facilitate and automate the supply of pre-cut plates of a feed magazine of a cash-forming function, a magazine in which the plates are stored one behind the other approximately vertically, and this with a solution as versatile as possible, and thus compatible without major redesign with the largest possible number of positions, but also capable of processing a very wide panel of plates, in terms of dimensions, batch configuration or not, or even configuration of that lot. To do this, the invention proposes to supply the store with an automated loading device and autonomous with respect to the powered station, able to detect itself the state of the store that it must supply, and possibly also able, given its compactness, its power and its input method, to treat a very wide range of plates or lots. The invention thus relates to a loading device for successively supplying cardboard plates to a processing station by folding said plates in order to form packaging boxes, said processing station having a store for receiving the successive plates, optionally grouped in batches, said device having, meanwhile, a manipulator comprising, on the one hand, a gripping tool for gripping said plates, and, on the other hand, an actuator for moving the tool between a stock of plates and the station's receiving shop. This device is characterized in that it comprises, on the one hand, a detection means for detecting the state of filling of the magazine, as well as, on the other hand, a control unit, controlling the action of the device and receiving for this purpose the detection information of the detection means, said control unit being independent of the control of the station and programmable to adapt the operation of the loading device to the type of treated plates. The invention also relates to a method implemented by this device, namely a method of loading batches of plates in a store of a processing station by folding said plates to obtain boxes, comprising a essentially step of transferring, in said store, plates from a stock, and this with the aid of a manipulator of a loading device. This method is characterized in that it comprises steps consisting essentially in detecting the state of loading of the magazine by means of a detection means of said loading device, and in implementing the manipulator on the basis of this detection. as well as a predefined program governed by a control unit of the loading device which does not control the operation of the station. The invention will be better understood thanks to the description below, which is based on possible embodiments, explained in an illustrative and non-limiting manner, with reference to the appended figures, in which: FIG. set of a loading device, between a stock and a store that it feeds; - Figure 2 shows a detailed view of a gripping tool; FIG. 3 schematizes a plate with predefined fold zones; - Figure 4 shows a detail of the gripping tool for cutting a possible link around the lots. The invention therefore firstly relates to a loading device 1 for successively supplying cardboard plates 3 with a processing station 4 for folding said plates 3 in order to form packaging boxes, said processing station 4 having a magazine 5 for receiving the successive plates 3, possibly grouped in batches 2, said device having, meanwhile, a manipulator 6 comprising, on the one hand, a gripping tool 7 for grasping said plates 3, and, on the other hand, on the one hand, an actuator 8 for moving the tool 7 between a stock 9 of plates 3 and the magazine 5 of receiving station 4. The station 4 thus provides at least one box forming function from essentially flat cardboard plates 3 and a magazine 5 where the plates 3 are stored. The station 4 is possibly not only such a box former, but can also provide the boxing function itself, that is to say the transfer of products received in the chain, into the crates formed. The plates 3 are generally in one piece and define all or part of the future body, possibly with flaps of strength. It is by unfolding and folding that the station 4 transforms the flat plates 3 into a subsequent reception volume for the products. The crates obtained conventionally have a bottom, normally intended to be horizontal, then sides normally intended to be vertical then, perpendicular two by two. The bottom, or its lid, the opposite, can be obtained by flaps extending from the sides. The various elements of the plate 3 are generally fixed together, by gluing, adhesive tape, staples, or other, for better stability. It is understood that depending on the rate of input products of the processing station 4, the latter consumes a certain flow of plates 3, and that it is then necessary to regularly supply the magazine 5 of the station 4. The magazine 5 is supplied from a stock 9, generally near the station 4, at which the plates 3 are stored in large quantities, generally in the form of a pallet containing a large number of stacked plates 3. The invention proposes to supply the magazine 5 by a loading device 1 which is autonomous and can be installed to supply a station 4 without structural modification of the latter. The loading device 1 thus has a manipulator 6 comprising a tool 7 for gripping, and an actuator 8 which moves the tool 7. The actuator 8 is preferably of the multi-axis robot type, at the end of which the tool 7 is mounted. It is therefore the tool 7 which moves the plates 3 from the stock 9 and bring them into the magazine 5. The tool 7 therefore grasps at least one plate 3 each time. In preferred cases, the plates 3 are organized in batches 2 of self-supporting superimposed plates 3, the plates 3 constituting them being interconnected by a link 13. It is then only necessary for the tool 7 to grab an end plate 3 of this stack to take the whole lot 2. At each maneuver, the loading device 1 deposits in the magazine 5 a plate 3, and preferably a lot 2 of plates 3. The station 4 consumes one by one the plates 3 present in the store 5. According to the invention, the loading device 1 comprises, on the one hand, a detection means 10 for detecting the state of filling of the magazine 5, as well as, on the other hand, a control unit 11, driving the action of the device and receiving for this purpose the detection information of the detection means 10, said control unit 11 being independent of the control of the station 4 and programmable to adapt the operation of the loading device 1 to the type of plates 3 treated. The loading device 1 thus comprises a control unit 11 which controls the movement of the manipulator 6 and turns it on according to the needs of the station 4 to supply its magazine 5. This control unit 11 receives for this purpose a signal emitted by a detection means 10 and representing the state of filling of the magazine 5. The loading device 1 is therefore autonomous and acquires only information representative of the state of the magazine 5, to, if necessary, replenish it by a suitable control of the manipulator 6. The control unit 11 governs the operation of the manipulator 6 according to a predefined program, which determines, for example, the thresholds from which to start or stop supplying the magazine 5, the dimensions of plates 3 or of batch 2 to be processed. or the exact place where the tool 7 must grab the plate 3 or the lot 2, the force to be exerted, etc. The control unit 11 is specific to the loading device 1 in that the latter is not controlled by the control member of the station 4. It is therefore easy to integrate such a loading device 1 on a station 4 existing, and compatibility conditions are limited. The control unit 11 also makes it possible to modify the program according to which the manipulator 6 is implemented. It is thus possible for an operator to modify the operating parameters of the manipulator 6. Such a loading device 1 is very versatile since it can adapt to practically all existing stations 4 equipped with a magazine 5, but it is also capable of processing a large panel of plates 3 or 2, or at least to be easily configured or reconfigured in autonomy for that. The control unit 11 may be a computer with a programming interface, for example. The communication with the manipulator and / or the detection means 10 may be wired or wireless. The control unit 11 thus serves to control the movement of the manipulator 6 to enter, as necessary, a lot 2 or a plate 3, and bring it into the magazine 5. The programming of the trajectories between the stock 9 and the magazine 5 can be done during a step during which an operator manually moves the gripping tool 7 between the stock 9 and the magazine 5, the movement that he undergoes said tool 7 being completely or occasionally detected, tracked and recorded by the control unit 11 as a path to be reproduced later during normal operation. It will be understood that the number of stocks 9 from which the plates 3 are drawn and the number of powered stations 4 is arbitrary, since such a loading device 1 can supply one or more different stations 4, from one or more stocks 9 different, which may possibly contain plates 3 of different format, or lots 2 of different formats. The detection means 10 is then adapted to the plurality of magazines 5 to be fed. In a conventional manner, the detection means 10 takes the form of an object detection cell positioned in the magazine 5 to be supplied and is capable of detecting the plates 3. According to an additional possible feature, the tool 7 is provided with a sensor 16 for detecting the plates 3, so that the tool 7 can be used by scanning to detect the shape that the set of plates 3 takes in the stock 9. The plates 3 are in fact stacked in the stock 9, and it is therefore necessary to identify their exact position before seeking to move them with the manipulator 6. It is therefore proposed to directly provide the tool 7 with a sensor The manipulator 6 can then be controlled so that the tool 7 scans the volume where the plates 3 should be in the stock 9. Note that the sensor 16, mounted on the tool 7, can itself form the detection means 10. One and the same means then both the sensor 16 embedded on the tool 7 that the detection means 10 to quantify the contents of the magazine 5. The detection zone of the sensor 16 is oriented towards the place where the plates 3 should be located so as to detect the presence of the plates 3 and thus identify their position. The manipulator 6 itself is therefore used to characterize, thanks to the tool 7 which provides the required scanning, the contour occupied by all the plates 3 in the stock 9. This data is then sent to the control unit 11, which can in particular analyze these results and deduce, for example, the dimensions of the plates 3 and / or the batches 2. The control unit 11 starts this detection program and therefore uses the result to send the tool 7 to find the plates 3 where they are. This monitoring cycle can be implemented at the beginning of a series, when a plate pallet 3 has just been provided, or still in series, to check the correct configuration of the plates 3. This contributes to the autonomy of the charging device 1 and its versatility with respect to possible technical environments. According to another possible characteristic of the invention, the tool 7 is provided, on the one hand, with a clamp 12 for grasping a possible link 13 holding together by forming a closed loop the plates 3 of the same batch 2, and, on the other hand, a cutting means 14 for opening such a link 13, the loading device 1 optionally comprising, for its part, a link destroyer 13, for cutting the link 13 into pieces. As has already been mentioned, in certain configurations, the plates 3 are connected in batch 2 by links 13, in the form of plastic strips. A single link 13 is generally used to form a lot 2. This link 13 must of course be removed so that the station 4 can form the boxes from the plates 3 one by one. It is here proposed, in such cases, to load the batches 2 themselves in the magazine 5 and thus to open the links 13 only after this transfer from the stock 9 to the store 5. In order to maintain a storage device loading 1 simple and capable of processing plates 3 connected in batches 2, it is therefore advantageous to directly provide the tool 7 with a cutting means 14 which can, once the batch 2 loaded in the magazine 5, cut the link 13 and open it, to make the plates 3 independent. The clamp 12 takes the form of a piloted vice that must be closed once it surrounds the link 13. The cutting means 14 has a moving cutting blade that cuts the link 13 while is caught in said vice. The tool 7 thus has a clamp 12 to enter the link 13, and a cutting means 14 which slices the link as it is gripped by the clamp 12. The link 13 remaining gripped by the clamp 12, the tool 7 is moved to clear the link 13 of the plates 3, and possibly to bring it into an area where it will be treated and destroyed, for example by reducing it into small pieces. According to another possible additional feature, the tool 7 is provided with a set of pneumatic suction cups 19 for gripping a plate 3 or even a lot 2 from above. In the configuration illustrated in FIG. 2, the tool 7 is thus provided with of suckers located at the end of a carcass 23 or structural shell surrounding most of the elements of the tool 7 such as the venturis, the clamp 12, the cutting means 14 and / or the sensor 16, and in which circulate The suction cups 19 are capable of exerting a large force on the plate 3 against which they are affixed. They are, moreover, close to each other so that the outer wheelbase of the tool 7 is significantly small compared to the force that it can exert on the plate 3 against which the suction cups 7. Such a tool is therefore particularly versatile since capable of processing plates 3 of small dimensions, namely barely larger than the wheelbase of the compact set of suction cups 19 and therefore of the tool 7, to heavy batches 2 of several plates 3 of dimensions much larger than said wheelbase, thanks to the force of the suction cups 19. The loading device 1 is thus particularly versatile. According to another possible additional feature of the loading device 1, it is capable of detecting intrusions in the working environment of the manipulator 6, and consequently altering the operation of the latter, so as to avoid the risk of collision with operators. , said loading device 1 then being devoid of fairing restricting access by the operators to the working environment of said robot. For example, the detection of intrusions can be done with a set of sensors in the environment of the robot manipulator 6, which send to the control unit 11 signals representative of a presence detected in the working area of said manipulator 6, more or less close. Once a presence is detected, the operation of the manipulator 6 goes into degraded mode according to the associated risk, which can go to a complete shutdown. Alternatively, the manipulator 6 itself may be provided with sensors that detect presence or shock or abnormal contact. This signal can be taken into account by the manipulator 6 itself or by the control unit 11. The advantage of providing the loading device 1 with such a safety function is to be able to eliminate the fairings and other solutions limiting the access of the working area of the manipulator 6 to the operators. Such a loading device 1 is then easy and inexpensive to install and set up in the environment of an existing station 4, but its operation remains safe and limited risks. The subject of the invention is also a method implementing the device as described above, namely a method for loading batches 2 of plates 3 in a magazine 5 of a station 4 for processing by folding said plates 3 into to obtain boxes, comprising a step consisting essentially of transferring, in said magazine 5, the plates 3 from a stock 9, and using a manipulator 6 of a loading device 1. As he has already been said, the stock 9 generally takes the form of a pallet on which are superimposed the plates 3, possibly packaged in batches 2, in which case the plates 3 are transferred batch 2. Of course, this method can be used to make operate the loading device 1 so that it feeds several different stations 4, possibly with several magazines 5 each, the plates 3 possibly coming from several stocks 9, and thus possibly having formats different. The device can therefore serve as a feeding means distributing different plates 3 in different forms, that is to say to the unit or batch 2, but also different templates, from several different stocks 9 to several different stores 5 and thus acts as a distribution center of the plates 3. Preferably, the manipulator 6 remains anchored to the ground and the at least one stock 9 and the at least one store 5 are in the action zone or working environment of said manipulator 6. According to the invention, the method comprises steps consisting essentially in detecting the state of loading of the magazine 5 by means of a detection means 10 of said loading device 1, and in implementing the manipulator 6 on the basis of of this detection as well as a predefined program governed by a control unit 11 of the loading device 1 which does not control the operation of the station 4, in particular a control unit 11 dedicated to the loading device 1, in particular a control unit. control 11 which allows a user to modify said program using a programming tool 17 such as a computer, for example. The control unit 11 is therefore specific to the loading device 1 and the detection means 10, although mounted so as to detect the presence of plates 3 in the magazine 5, is connected to said unit to provide it with the information necessary for the operation of the manipulator 6 which transfers the plates 3 to said magazine 5, so as to ensure optimal filling. According to a possible additional feature of the method, it further comprises a step consisting essentially in detecting the state of loading of the stock 9 with the aid of the manipulator 6 itself, by moving a sensor 16 on a tool 7 is mounted on an actuator 8 of the manipulator 6. This step is implemented at the beginning of the operating cycle, when a fully or partially full pallet is brought to the stock 9, or even during production to check the state of the stock 9, or to confirm the template of the plates 3, in particular of the batches 2 themselves. This signal representing the state of filling of the stock 9 is therefore taken into account by the control unit 11 governing the movement of the manipulator 6, to decide in particular on the exact location where the tool 7 must come to get the plates 3 or lots 2, but also, possibly, to execute an alert procedure when a defect is detected in the stock 9, empty stock type 9 or fallen plates 3, etc. According to another possible additional feature of the method, it further comprises a step consisting essentially of opening a batch 2 of plates 3, by cutting an elongated link 13 which holds together the plates 3 of said batch 2, and this using a cutting means 14 on board or a tool 7 mounted on the actuator or 8 of the manipulator 6. The transfer of the plates 3 to the magazine 5 is then batch 2, which of course reduces the frequency of transfers . It is however not necessary for the operator to intervene to open the link 13, and since the cutting means 14 is mounted on the tool 7 and therefore integrated into the loading device 1, it is not necessary to complete installation with an additional device. In possible embodiments, where the products 3 are in batch 2 in the stock 9, several batches 2 provided with links 13 are deposited successively in the magazine 5, the step of opening lot 2 is not put implemented for the last batch 2 deposited. Thus, at least the last batch 2 deposited in the magazine 5 forms a block of plates 3 held together and therefore not likely to slide to spread flat in the magazine 5 where they should normally be oriented to near vertically. This block is therefore relatively stable with respect to the same number of plates 3 not connected to each other, and then stabilizes the plates 3 upstream, which can then be released from each other by the opening of links 13 of their batches 2 respective. Preferably, it is on the occasion of the deposit in the store 5 of a new lot 2 that the link 13 of the previous batch 2 is cut, so that only the last batch 2 in the store 5 is closed by a link 13. As the cutting means 14 is mounted on the tool 7 and the latter is present in the magazine 5 since it has just deposited the last batch 2, it is relatively fast to move the tool 7 to the batch 2 previous to open link 13. Finally, according to another advantageous characteristic, the loading device 1 comprises a manipulator 6, provided with an actuator 8 as well as a tool 7 for gripping at its end, the gripping tool 7 comprising a set of suction cups, the grasping the batch 2 being done by positioning the tool 7 substantially in the middle between the two large edges of the plates 3, at the short edge away from a fold zone of the plate 3. The predefined program of the control unit 11 thus positions the tool 7 there, once the state of the stock 9 has been determined and therefore the exact position of the stack of rectangular plates 3, as well as the dimensions of the plates 3. It has indeed been found that grasping the plate 3 from above at this point, its deformation when it is in a batch 2 formed by a link 13, is then minimized. This positioning of the tool 7 contributes to the versatility of the loading device 1 which can then lift without excessive degradation of the plates 3 or 2 batches. This positioning is thus preferred for the various possible plate configurations 3. According to another possible additional feature, during the journey between the stock 9 and the magazine 5, the batch 2 is brought at least temporarily supported on an outer support relative to which it is then moved, by rotation and / or translation. In fact, in the cases where the manipulator 6 grasps batches 2 each connected by a link 13, the gripping by the upper plate 3 causes the latter to deform with respect to the others that it carries under it thanks to the link 13. program of the control unit 11 then preferably takes into account the dimensions of the plates 3 and / or the batch 2 to adapt the trajectory of the batch 2 between the stock 9 and the magazine 5 so as to minimize the deformation of the first plate 3, and / or to minimize the deformation of the entire batch 2. Rotations about a horizontal axis can thus be provided during the journey, or the removal of the batch 2 in the magazine 5 followed by movements of repositioning rotations of the batch 2. The batch 2 can be brought in support on a support surface, at a slice or on one side, then be pivoted or translated, which also allows to retake the batch 2 and thus reposition the plates 3 against each other. others, align ed. In the embodiment illustrated in the appended figures, the loading device 1 comprises a manipulator 6 with, on the one hand, an actuator 8 of the articulated arm robot type, and, mounted at the end of one of these arms, a gripping tool 7. The loading device 1 is mounted to act between, on the one hand, an area where there is a stock 9 of batches 2 of plates 3, and, on the other hand, a magazine 5 of a station 4. The station 4 thus provides at least one crate forming function from plates 3 or even a packing function that is to say placing products within the box formed. The plates 3 are therefore packaged initially in batches 2, placed one on top of the other, and preferably connected together by a closed flexible link 13 which holds them together in one block. This block is more or less rigid, depending on the rigidity of the constituent plates 3 and the clearance between the link 13 and the plates 3 of the lot 2. These lots 2 may comprise some plates 3 or even several tens, superimposed and against each other. other. Lots 2 are thus placed on a pallet, forming an input stock 9. It is understood that a pallet can be loaded with several layers each comprising several batches 2 next to each other. The batches 2 are then loaded by the loading device 1 in the magazine 5 of the station 4. A cardboard box is erected by the station 4 from each plate 3 taken individually. The station 4 thus successively consumes the plates 3 of the batches 2 present in its store 5. The latter is generally provided with a conveyor belt which successively advances the batches 2 or the plates 3 to the catch area by the station 4. A subsequent step within the station 4 may be the packing, that is to say the filling, with products of the bottle, bottle or other type, crates formed using the plates 3. The loading device 1 therefore has the essential function of transferring the batches 2 from the stock 9 to the magazine 5, so as to ensure that the magazine 5 is always powered so that the station 4 can operate without discontinuity. The loading device 1 can of course serve to feed several different stations 4, possibly from the same stock 9. The loading device 1 is then able to load several magazines 5 and therefore several different stations 4, from one or more stocks 9. The plates 3 are deposited singly or in batch 2 from the stock 9, and the manipulator 6 is provided with a gripping tool 7 compatible with the characteristics of weight and dimensions of the object to be transported: lot 2, stack of plates 3, plate 3, etc. As will be described later, a suction cup tool 7 is preferred, the batches 2 being gripped from above, at their upper plate 3, opposite to that with which the batch 2 is in contact with that under him. In general, gripper tools 7 can also be used, the batches 2 being gripped by their side. The loading device 1 preferably also comprises, on the one hand, a detection means 10, and, on the other hand, a control unit 11. The detection means 10 serves to monitor the filling state of the magazine 5 and to provide this information to the control unit 11 which controls the loading device 1, in particular the movement of the manipulator 6. The control unit 11 of the loading device 1 is disconnected from the station 4, and, at the Unlike a control unit that would be common to both the loading device 1 and the at least one machine or station receiving the plates 3, the control unit 11 does not also provide control of the station 4. The station 4 is thus equipped with its own control unit, which conditions the operation on the basis of a processing logic as well as different sensors with which it is equipped. The control unit of the station 4 therefore preferably does not ensure the operation of the loading device 1 and is therefore not connected to it. The control unit 11 of the loading device 1 is therefore able to control the operation of the loading device 1, but not the operation of the station 4. Conversely, the control unit of the station 4 does not control the operation of the loading device. 1. The control unit 11 is independent of the station 4, and the loading device 1 forms an autonomous module that can easily be added to an existing station 4, without modifying the steering member, without reprogramming or other. If necessary for the proper functioning of the loading device 1 and the station 4, exchanges of information between the control unit 11 and the control station of the station 4 can be implemented. For example, information representing the number of plates 3 required for a complete cycle of production by the station 4 can be taken into account by the control unit 11 so as to avoid filling the magazine 5 beyond the amount that will actually be used during this manufacturing cycle. This avoids overloading the magazine 5 and possibly be thrown plates 3 present in the magazine 5 after the manufacturing cycle is complete. It is also possible, conversely, to anticipate the change of format and to transfer the number of plates 3 required for the production cycle early enough, which makes it possible to clear the pallet earlier, even though the cycle manufacturing is not finished yet. The loading device 1 is preferably provided with a detection means 10 for measuring the state of filling of the at least one magazine 5 that it supplies. For example, it may be a proximity detector oriented towards the area where the batches 2 and plates 3 are against each other and which may possibly be positioned within the store 5. It may also be a sensor 16 mounted on the tool 7. It will of course be understood that if the loading device 1 has to feed several stations 4, the measurement is carried out in each magazine 5 and the detection means 10 is adapted and then comprises the number of cells needed. The detection means 10 is connected to the control unit 11 which receives a signal corresponding to the quantity of plates 3 present in the at least one magazine 5 to be filled. The control unit 11 then uses this signal to implement the manipulator 6 and bring new batches 2 of plates 3 into the magazine 5, in accordance with processing logic, of the type triggering a transfer to the magazine 5 as long as the quantity of plates 3 is between two predefined thresholds, etc. Optionally, the signal representing the quantity of plates 3 in the magazine 5 could also come from a device of the station 4 itself, or even its own control unit. The loading device 1 is therefore controlled autonomously and its program can be preferably modified by a user using a programming tool 17 which has said loading device 1. Such a change in operation can for example be carried out with a computer. With this programming tool 17, the operation of the loading device 1 can be modified to take into account a new plate format 3, for example, or even a lot 2 or even new dimensions and / or a new arrangement. 9. Again, it will be noted that this programming tool 17 is preferably autonomous with respect to the station 4, which allows the loading device 1 to be controlled independently of the control capabilities of the station 4. The programming tool 17 allows to select from a set of predefined programs, or even to define a new program through an interface which it is provided. It will be noted that such a loading device 1 is therefore independent of the construction of the station 4, since it is able autonomously to obtain the information it needs regarding the state of the magazine 5. It does not therefore require not be connected to an external controller, and can be easily added to any existing station 4 without changing it. The programming tool 17 adds to this versatility the possibility of modifying the operation of the manipulator 6 to take account of new batch formats 2, in terms of the plate size 3, the number of plates 3 in a batch 2, the presence or no tabs, etc. The knowledge of the state of the stock 9, both in terms of quantity and in terms of the position of the batches 2, is accessible as soon as the operation of the manipulator 6 is followed, step by step. Nevertheless, it remains necessary to be able to identify, at the start of a transfer cycle to the magazine 5, the exact configuration of the stock 9. This stock 9 is in fact generally a set of batches 2 or plates 3 on a pallet, brought by a operator. The position of the pallet and the position of the batches 2 on the pallet can therefore vary. In addition, it is possible to have to stop production while the stock 9 is not emptied, to change format, for example. In this case, the pallet and its remaining contents are released and reused later, during a new manufacturing cycle. Thus, generally, at the start of a new cycle, the lots 2 in the stock 9 may have an unknown configuration. It is therefore necessary to start the supply cycle at the magazine 5 by identifying the geometrical configuration of the stock 9. To do this, it is proposed to directly use the manipulator 6 itself. Thus, the manipulator 6 is provided with a sensor 16 at the level of the tool 7, and, at the start of the cycle, a step of detecting the state of the stock 9 is implemented, during which the tool 7, and therefore the sensor 16 it carries, is moved to scan the space for the stock 9 and thus detect the volume occupied by the stock 9, and thus to determine where are the batches 2 to enter. The sensor 16 may be a proximity sensor, for example a laser beam type object sensor. It is preferably oriented towards the opposite of the fastening portion of the tool 7 to the actuator 8. Thanks to the scanning of the stock 9 by the sensor 16, it is also possible to quantify the dimensions of a unit batch 2. Alternatively, these values can be specified by a user, or even simply selected from several possible dimensions. The tool 7 thus also ensures in these cases a function of detecting the stock 9 to be processed. It will be noted here that the contour detected by the sensor 16 can then be compared to an expected configuration for the format, and any inconsistency, for example from a supply error, can be detected and reported. The plates 3 being intended to form crates by folding, they generally have linear folding zones 18, possibly provided for easy folding, such as pre-fold lines. The base of the boxes to be formed is generally rectangular, and the folding zone 18 extends linearly perpendicularly to this base, along these sides which are then vertical if the base is horizontal. In folded configuration, the plate 3 is formed by the sides of the future box, see Figure 3, from which extend the blanks that form the bottom. The fold zone 18 linear then extends between two sides of the body perpendicular to each other, and therefore between two edges of the plate 3 which are parallel thereto and which will form the edges of the box formed, possibly closer to an edge than on the other for non-square rectangular base box configurations. As has already been stated, the batches 2 of plates 3 may have a link 13 which holds these plates 3 together. Seen according to FIG. 3, this link 13 may be, with respect to the folding zone 18, and therefore segments that will form the edges perpendicular to the base of the box, is parallel and therefore from top to bottom in Figure 3, or perpendicular, and therefore from left to right. Once the lot 2 deposited in the magazine 5 its longest part can be either vertical or horizontal. As shown in Figure 2, the tool 7 preferably has a set of suction cups 19 which together form a surface from which the manipulator 6 grasps the batches 2. During the maneuver of taking a lot 2 to lift it, he It is then preferable to come to apply the tool 7 in a gripping zone 20 which is situated essentially between the folding zone 18 and the edge of the farthest parallel plates, preferably at equal distance between the two perpendicular edges. By entering in this manner the upper plate 3 of the batch 2, the deformation of the first plate 3 is limited under the effect of the weight of the batch 2 during the transfer towards the magazine 5, and in general, the deformation of the batch 2. Such deformation is generally followed by a degradation of the mechanical characteristics of the plate 3, by folding of the folding zones 18 in the opposite direction or by crushing caused by the link 13. In addition, the advantages of such a zone of take 20 are found for plates 3 of almost all dimensions. The seizure at such a gripping area 20 thus contributes to the versatility of the loading device 1, since the same setting adjustment logic can be used each time. Of course, it is preferable to move the plates 3 of the stock 9 to the magazine 5 while they are still held together by a link 13, which must then be opened so that the plates 3 of the batch 2 can be used one after the other. To do this, the loading device 1 preferably has a cutting means 14, which allows to open such a link 13 circling the plates 3 in a batch 2. The cutting means 14 is advantageously mounted on the tool 7 itself, so that the latter also performs a function of opening the link 13, then, as described below, of release to a destroyer 15. The cutting means 14 comprises a clamp 12 which can retain the link 13 once cut. As shown in Figure 4, the cutting means 14 also has a spout 21 pointed to come between the link 13 and the batch 2, this spout 21 possibly forming a jaw of the clamp 12. The cutting means 14 also comprises a blade 22 mobile. For the cutting operation of the link 13, the tool 7 is moved so that the spout 21 is inserted by its end portion between the link 13 and the batch 2, then the clamp 12 is actuated to grasp the link 13. The moving blade 22 is then moved to cut the link 13. The tool 7 can then be moved and take with it the link 13, clamped in the clamp 12. Advantageously, the loading device 1 also comprises a link destroyer 13, where the tool 7 releases the link 13. Such a link destroyer 13, located in the circulation area of the manipulator 6, allows the user to debit the link 13. link 13 into a plurality of smaller segments, which facilitates the storage of links 13 cut as a cycle. In addition, advantageously, the cutting means 14 is mounted on a damper, possibly of the jack type, which prevents the movement of the manipulator 6 degrades the lot 2 by exerting on it excessive pressure when it comes close and then insert the beak 21 under link 13. The steps follow each other preferably in the following way. If the signal of the detection means 10 received by the control unit 11 corresponds to a situation in which lots 2 must be brought, the tool 7 approaches the next batch 2 in the stock 9, grasps it, then the moves to the magazine 5 to place it on the carpet, possibly causing the advance of the plates 3. It is however preferable to keep the possible link 13 around the lot 2 which has just been deposited. The weight of the batch 2 and the cohesion provided by the link 13 allow the batch 2, as long as the link 13 holds the plates 3 together, to be used as a weight ensuring that the plates 3 downstream in the treatment process by post 4 do not slip. Indeed, the plates 3 have a generally vertical orientation in the store which can easily lead to falls if the plates 3 can slide on the carpet from which they normally extend approximately vertically. Once the link 13 is removed, the plates 3, arranged substantially vertically against each other, are free to slide under the effect of gravity within the same store 5, if they are not retained By keeping at least the last batch 2 maintained by the link 13, it is then possible to provide that the station 4 is devoid of a dedicated equipment to form a stop upstream for the stack of plates 3 in the store 5. A lot 2 whose plates are still retained by the link 13 can thus be used at the end of the plate column 3 within the magazine 5 to prevent the downstream plates from slipping and thus to guarantee their position. The loading device 1 therefore preferably does not cut the link 13 of the batch 2 which it has just deposited and which forms the end of the column of plates 3 in the magazine 5. Advantageously, it is after having deposited a batch 2 , and that the tool 7 is therefore at the store 5, it is maneuvered to be brought to the previous batch 2 and remove the link 13. In normal operation, there is always at least a lot 2 self-supporting and stable to retain the plates 3 downstream. This makes it possible to simplify the magazine 5 and therefore the station 4. In a loading sequence, it is therefore conceivable for the tool 7 to embark a lot 2, deposit it in the magazine 5 still closed by the link 13, then go and release its link 13 the previous batch 2 by cutting it and then eventually shipping it to the destroyer 15. Figure 2 shows a possible embodiment of the tool 7 gripping. This tool 7 is intended to be mounted at the end of an actuator 8 of the multi-axis robot type and has, to drive the batches 2, a set of suction cups 19. These suction cups are preferably six in number, arranged so as to compact into a rectangle. By using a compact configuration of suction cups 19 that can ensure a high tensile force, a versatile tool 7 is obtained, on the one hand, because of reduced space, since the suction cups 19 are close to each other and the tool 7 can therefore come on lots 2 barely larger than the configuration that forms all the suction cups 19, and, secondly, because able to create the force required to lift a lot 2 many plates 3 large. The compact arrangement of powerful suction cups therefore contributes to the versatility of the tool 7. These suckers 19 are supplied with vacuum by a system of venturis, each sucker 19 having its own venturi. The tool 7 has a mechanical carcass 23 for embodying the components of the tool 7. This carcass 23 carries the mounting interface on the actuator 8 and preferably takes the form of an arch structure 24, extending for each from the mounting interface to a suction cup 19. The arches 24 extend, in part, perpendicular to the plane in which the suction cups 19 are located, then, for another part, substantially parallel to this plane up to at the editing interface. The suction cups 19 being positioned respectively at the vertices of a rectangle and in the middle of its longest edges, the arches 24 extend in two parallel groups of three aligned. A reinforcement 25 of rectangular shape successively joins the ends of the arches 24 where the suction cups 19 are located. The arches 24 thus form the contours of a tool volume 7. The wheelbase of the tool 7, seen on the plate 3 when it is grasped, preferably corresponds essentially to that of the carcass 23. This means that most of the elements of the tool 7 are in the interior volume of the carcass 23. Of course, certain elements of the tool 7 have to protrude from the carcass 23, at least momentarily, as the clamp 12 which must interact with the links 13, or the spout 21 which must be inserted between a link 13 and a batch 2. The fact that the carcass 23 accommodates in its internal volume most of the functional elements of the tool 7 also has the result of protecting said elements: venturi and associated pneumatic components, filters, etc., sensor 16, base of the cutting means 14, damper of said deco means upe 14, and others. Finally, in order to be able to easily add a loading device 1 to an already existing station 4, it is also possible that the manipulator 6 is sensitive to the elements of its environment and thus able to detect a presence in order to anticipate shocks in his work area. Access to the working area of the manipulator 6 is then possible without risk for an operator, and the loading device 1 may be devoid of secure fairing and preventing access. Different solutions can be implemented as an altered operation if the loading device 1 detects a presence near the work area, or even a complete stop as soon as the presence is detected in the work area, or a setting fast stop in case of unexpected shock detection, etc. This risk prevention is also possible using a set of detectors identifying an intrusion in the working area of the manipulator 6, and sending this signal to the control unit 11, which can then pass said manipulator 6 in a degraded mode of operation in which the risks for an operator are damaged. A loading device 1 without a protective fairing is particularly simple to add to an existing station 4 and remains safe and inexpensive. Thanks to the invention, it is thus possible to provide a standalone loading solution store 5 post 4 body forming which is easy to add on any type of post 4, without the need for major redesign, and particularly versatile. A loading device 1 according to the invention is easy to adapt to different formats of batches 2 or plates 3, and to different types of station 4, which makes it a standard module. Although the description above is based on particular embodiments, it is in no way limiting to the scope of the invention, and modifications may be made, in particular by substitution of technical equivalents or by a different combination of all or some of the features developed above.
