专利说明:
The invention relates to the field of motor vehicles, more particularly to a floor of a motor vehicle. A floor of a motor vehicle for conventional road use with a motor at the front generally comprises a longitudinal tunnel for the passage including an exhaust pipe, a transmission shaft and / or ducts. Such a vehicle floor includes side walls joining the central tunnel with the side sills. The realization of the vehicle must meet many benefits including shock tests. Among these tests is the side impact test, including the side impact test against a pole. Figure 1 illustrates an example of the conditions of a side impact test of a motor vehicle 2 against a fixed pole at 30km / h. During such a test, the vehicle 2 is mounted on a platform 4 launched in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the vehicle 2, so that the vehicle laterally hits a pole 6, at a seat of passenger. The transverse deformation of the vehicle causing significant risks of injury to the passenger, the test aims to measure the amplitude of the deformation of the vehicle. It should be noted that the test notes in particular the deformation at the floor of the vehicle. The floor tunnel is usually an important cause of the transverse deformation of the floor. The deformation generally also includes tearing or tearing at the attachment points of the seats which are particularly stressed during such an impact. In addition, manufacturers face stricter regulations in terms of consumption, especially C02, which pushes them to make vehicles, including floors, lighter. Tearing of the floor is generally favored by the use of lighter materials, for example composite materials. It is therefore desirable to reduce the transverse deformation of the floor of the vehicle during a side impact, and in particular in the context of a lightening of the vehicle. Patent document DE 10 2006 031 452 A1 discloses a floor comprising a central tunnel extending longitudinally, sleepers extending from each side of the tunnel and intended for fixing seats, and a stiffener extending transversely under the tunnel between the sleepers. The stiffener is fixed at its ends under the sleepers and, in its central portion, bypasses the tunnel from below. The central portion comprises two vertical sections vis-à-vis corresponding vertical portions of the tunnel. In the event of lateral impact of the vehicle, the vertical section which is opposed to the impact is supported on the corresponding face of the tunnel opposite the impact, itself taking support on the opposite crossbar so as to transfer the impact force on said cross. This teaching is interesting in that the stiffener promotes the reduction of the deformation of the floor at the tunnel through the support of a cross opposite the shock. However, it is limited to the floors comprising sleepers forming a lateral support against the tunnel. DE 10 2008 036 179 A1 discloses a motor vehicle floor comprising a longitudinally extending central tunnel and two side walls on either side of the tunnel. The floor also includes sleepers mounted on the side walls for the transverse reinforcement of the floor. These sleepers are also intended for fixing seats. The floor further comprises a stiffener extending transversely in the tunnel. The document further discloses that the stiffener may be configured to support a dashboard support. This teaching is interesting in that the stiffener makes it possible, in addition to strengthening the tunnel, to reinforce the fixing of a support outside the floor. The reinforcement of this teaching is however limited to bearing on the walls of the tunnel, which can limit its scope of action of reinforcement compared to the rest of the floor. The patent document US Pat. No. 6,666,501 B1 discloses a floor of a motor vehicle comprising a first tunnel and first side walls on either side of the tunnel, as well as a second tunnel and second walls on either side of the second tunnel. ; the first and second sets of walls are juxtaposed and form between them transverse cavities to stiffen the floor. The materials used to make the floor can be aluminum or magnesium type, they can be assembled by gluing, welding or riveting. The teaching is interesting in that the floor is made of lightweight materials which is favorable to the weight of the vehicle. The tunnel reinforcement solutions of the aforementioned teachings are not adapted to the floor of this teaching, mainly due to the sandwich construction of the floor. The object of the invention is to propose a solution that overcomes at least one of the drawbacks of the state of the art, in particular of the state of the art mentioned above. More particularly, the invention aims to provide a solution for reducing the deformation of a motor vehicle floor made in the context of a lightening of the vehicle and comprising a central tunnel in the event of side impact at 30 km / h against a pole. More particularly still the invention aims to reduce the deformation of the floor induced by the solicitation of a seat on the floor during such a test. The invention relates to a motor vehicle floor comprising: a central tunnel; two main walls extending transversely on either side of the tunnel, respectively; two reinforcing walls, each of said walls being disposed above one of the two main walls and fixed to said wall, so as to form a cavity; remarkable in that it further comprises: at least one fastening element extending in each of the cavities, between the reinforcing wall and the corresponding main wall forming said cavity; a stiffening element of the central tunnel, extending transversely to the tunnel and fixed to the fastening elements. According to particular embodiments, the floor of a motor vehicle may comprise one or more of the following characteristics, taken separately or in any technically possible combination: the stiffening element comprises a curved central portion conforming to the tunnel and two tabs on either side of the curved central portion, each of said tabs comprising a fixing hole cooperating with one of the fastening elements. - The fasteners form spacers extending vertically between the main walls and the reinforcing walls. each of the reinforcement walls and the corresponding main walls comprises an orifice through which one of the fastening elements passes. each of the fastening elements comprises at its upper end means for fixing a seat of the vehicle. - The stiffening element extends under the tunnel and the main walls, and is fixed to said walls by the fasteners. the stiffening element extends above the tunnel and the main walls, along the upper or lower face of the reinforcement walls, and is fixed to said walls by the fastening elements. - The floor further comprises a cross member extending transversely under the tunnel and the main walls. - The stiffening element is a profile, preferably metallic, of generally straight section with two ends forming a shoulder below the cross section. - The stiffening element is a metal plate shaped by folding, preferably by stamping. - The metal plate is a steel plate with a thickness of less than 3mm. - The steel plate is of elastic limit Re> 450MPa and breaking strength Rm> 750MPa. - The stiffening element is a stamped with a rounded edge. - The stiffening element is a stamped forming an edge bearing against the main walls or reinforcement. - The tunnel, the main walls and / or the reinforcing walls are made of organic matrix composite material. - The stiffening element is in one piece with the tunnel or the cross. - The stiffening element came from different material of the tunnel and / or the cross. - The reinforcing walls extend mainly parallel to the main walls and preferably comprise vertically extending portions. - The floor includes one or more stiffening elements. - The floor includes one or more pairs of fasteners. The invention also relates to a motor vehicle comprising a floor, remarkable in that the floor is in accordance with the invention. The measures of the invention are interesting in that the floor according to the invention is reinforced at the central tunnel, it is further strengthened at the level of the cavities between the main walls and reinforcement which promotes the reduction of deformation of the floor in case of shock test at 30km / h against a pole. Indeed, the stiffening element extending between the floor walls on either side of the central tunnel, a portion of the energy of a side impact against one side of the vehicle can be absorbed by the opposite part of the floor to the shock which reduces the deformation of the tunnel. In addition, the fasteners extending into the cavities between the main walls and the reinforcing walls of the floor and associated with the stiffening element distribute the absorption of the impact energy. The shock stresses at the points of attachment of the seats to the floor are further favorably balanced. Other features and advantages of the present invention will be better understood from the description and drawings in which: FIG. 1 is an illustration of a lateral impact test against a pole of a motor vehicle; - Figure 2 is a view of a motor vehicle floor according to the invention; - Figure 3 is a vertical sectional view of the floor of Figure 2 in a particular embodiment; - Figure 4 is a perspective view of a stiffening element of the floor of Figure 2; Figure 1 is an illustration of a side impact test against a pole of a motor vehicle launched at 30km / h. This figure has been described in connection with the discussion of the state of the art. Figure 2 is a view of a floor 8 according to the invention of a motor vehicle. The floor comprises a central tunnel 10; two main walls 12 and 12 'extending transversely on either side of the tunnel, respectively; the floor also comprises two reinforcing walls 14 and 14 'disposed above the two main walls on either side of the tunnel. The reinforcing walls extend predominantly parallel to the main walls, it can be seen that the reinforcement walls further comprise vertically extending portions 16 and 16 '. Each of the reinforcing walls 14 and 14 'is attached to each of the main walls 12 and 12' and forms with the latter a cavity 18 and 18 '. The floor further comprises a fastener 20 and 20 '(in broken lines) extending into each of the cavities between the reinforcing wall and the main wall. The floor comprises, finally, a stiffening element 22 (in broken lines) of the central tunnel, extending transversely to the tunnel and fixed to the fastening elements. Figure 3 is a vertical sectional view of the floor 8 according to the invention in a particular embodiment and level of the fastening elements 20 and 20 'introduced in relation to Figure 2. It can be seen the stiffening element 22 fixed fasteners. We can also see the central tunnel 10 of the floor which is in this case composite material, we can also see the main walls 12 and 12 'on either side of the tunnel and the reinforcement walls 14 and 14' from and other of the tunnel, each of the main walls and the corresponding reinforcing walls forming the cavities 18 and 18 '. The main walls and the reinforcing walls are here also made of organic matrix composite material and each comprise an orifice 19-i, 19-Γ, 192 and 192 'traversed by the fastening elements 20 and 20'. Each of these fasteners forms, in addition, a vertical spacer between these walls. It should be noted that each of the fastening elements comprises at its upper end means 24 for fixing a seat of the vehicle. This measurement is interesting, in that the absorption of the energy of a lateral impact of the vehicle against the post, impact particularly impacting the vehicle seat, can be divided between the main wall and the reinforcing wall via the element fastening on the shock side. It can also be observed that the stiffening element 22 comprises a central portion 26 of curved shape matching the tunnel, it also comprises two lugs 28 and 28 'on either side of the curved central portion, each of them comprising an orifice fastening 30 and 30 'cooperating with one of the fastening elements and being attachable to a main wall or a reinforcing wall by one of the fastening elements. In the particular embodiment presented here, the two tabs 28 and 28 'of the stiffening element 22 are fixed to the main walls 12 and 12', the stiffening element is a metal section of generally straight section with the two ends forming a shoulder. below the right section; the stiffening element 22 extending under the tunnel and the main walls can be seen in the image. The stiffening element may be a steel plate with a thickness of less than 3 mm and formed by folding. This steel plate can be of elastic limit Re> 450MPa and breaking strength Rm> 750MPa. This measurement is interesting in that in the event of lateral impact of the vehicle on the post, the stiffening element is able to transmit the energy of the impact on a side of the floor opposite the shock, the energy being balanced, furthermore between the main wall and the opposite reinforcement wall by means of the opposite fastening element. The floor 8 comprises in this case also a cross member 32 extending transversely under the tunnel and the main walls, the stiffening element 22 may be integral with this cross. In an alternative embodiment not shown, the stiffening element may extend above the tunnel and the main walls, along the upper or lower side of the reinforcing walls. It can also be made of composite material, preferably in one piece with the tunnel. Only one stiffening element and two fixing elements are illustrated here, but this in no way limits the invention. Such a floor may comprise several stiffening elements as well as more than two or more pairs of two fastening elements associated with the stiffening elements. Moreover, the combination of materials and mounting modes of the stiffening element and fasteners presented here do not limit the invention. Figure 4 is a perspective view of a stiffener element 22 of the floor according to the invention. The stiffening element is a stamped metal sheet. We can see the central shape 26 intended to match the shape of the tunnel, we can also see the side lugs 28 and 28 'with the holes 30 and 30' of attachment to the walls of the floor. It can be observed that the stamping comprises a rounded edge 34 intended to bear against the main walls or reinforcement. This measurement is interesting especially in the configuration of floorboards made of composite materials, the rounded edges to not damage these walls.
