专利说明:
The invention relates to a handle assembly system for a hand tool, in particular for a hand tool of great length such as a pruner for example. Hand tools of great length as a pruner include either a long pole or one or two long sleeves. As a result, the handle or the pole is in several sections that are assembled one after the other. For reasons of transport and storage, these tools with long hands must be able to be disassembled relatively easily. However, this dismantling must only be possible voluntarily. It should not be possible when using the large hand tool. To this end, means for securing an assembly of two of the sleeve sections to one another are provided. Currently, these securing means are abutment or arcboutement, as described in documents US 2014/0000065 and US 2009/0235512. These are disengageable devices to allow disassembly. Because of this, they are complex because they have many pieces, and fragile. An object of the invention is to provide a handle section assembly system that is simple and robust. For this purpose, there is provided, according to the invention, a handle assembly system comprising first and second sleeve sections intended to be assembled with each other, retaining means of one of the first and second sleeve sections in the other of the first and second handle sections and means for securing an assembly of the first and second handle sections, the means for securing an assembly being frictional securing means. Advantageously, but optionally, the assembly system according to the invention has at least one of the following additional technical characteristics: the friction-securing means comprise a friction seal interposed between the first and second handle sections. - One of the first and second sleeve sections comprises an annular groove for receiving the friction seal. - The other of the first and second handle sections comprises a bearing surface adapted to extend opposite the annular groove. - The retaining means comprise a thread for screwing one of the first and second sleeve sections in the other of the first and second handle sections. - The thread is a trapezoidal thread. - The assembly system further comprises force recovery means between the first and second sleeve sections. the force-recovery means comprise a first portion of one of the first and second sleeve sections and a second portion of the other of the first and second sleeve sections, the first and second portions being complementary in shape; one of the other. the first and second portions are of cylindrical shape of revolution. - The force recovery means are placed between the securing means of an assembly and the retaining means. Other features and advantages of the invention will appear in the following description of a preferred embodiment of the invention. In the attached drawing: Figure 1 is a sectional view of an assembly system according to the invention. Referring to Figure 1, we will describe a handle assembly system 1 according to the invention. The handle assembly system 1 here comprises two handle sections 3.5. The first sleeve section 3 is generally cylindrical in shape with a longitudinal axis X. The first sleeve section 3 is hollow: it comprises a recess 35 opening along the longitudinal axis X at one end 36. end 36, the first sleeve section 3 comprises, successively, from right to left in FIG. An end surface which is a bearing surface 34 forming a bearing abutment of the first sleeve section 3; A first portion having a thread 33. The thread 33 is here a trapezoidal thread. Other types of threading may be used as an alternative embodiment. The thread 33 extends longitudinally over a first predetermined length of the recess 35 of the first sleeve section 3. A second portion having a first portion 32 having, here, a cylindrical shape of revolution of axis X. This first portion 32 is formed of a lateral contact surface delimiting, at this first portion 32, the recess 35 of the first segment portion 3. Again, this first portion 32 extends longitudinally over a second predetermined length of the recess 35 of the first sleeve section 3. A third part comprising a bearing surface 31 which extends longitudinally over a third predetermined length of the recess 35 of the first sleeve section 3. The bearing surface 31 is of cylindrical shape with a revolution of X axis and delimits at the third part the recess 35 of the first sleeve section 3. The second sleeve section 5 is also of cylindrical general shape of revolution of longitudinal axis X. The second sleeve section 5 is hollow: it comprises a recess 57 opening along the longitudinal axis X at one end 56. From this end 56, the second sleeve section 5 comprises successively, from left to right in FIG. An annular groove 55 made on an outer side wall of the end 56 of the second sleeve section 5. The annular groove 55 receives a friction seal 51. The friction seal 51 extends, radially centrifugally, projecting from the outer side wall. A first portion having a second portion 52 having, here, a cylindrical shape of X-axis revolution. This second portion 52 is formed of a lateral contact surface forming, at this second portion 52, the side wall of the second portion 52. sleeve section 5. This second portion 52 extends longitudinally over a length at least substantially equivalent to the second predetermined length of the recess 35 of the first sleeve section 3. A second portion having a thread 53. The thread 53 is here a trapezoidal thread. Other types of threading may be used as an alternative embodiment. The thread 53 extends longitudinally over a length at least substantially equivalent to the first predetermined length of the recess 35 of the first sleeve section 3. An end surface which is a bearing surface 54 forming a bearing abutment of the second sleeve section 5. The threads 33 and 53 are complementary to one another. It is the same for the first 32 and second 52 portions which has complementary shapes to each other. The first portion 32 is a female portion and the second portion 52 is a male portion. We will now describe an assembly of the first 3 and second 5 sleeve sections with each other. The end 56 of the second sleeve section 5 is introduced, along the longitudinal axis X, into the recess 35 of the first sleeve section 3, then the second sleeve section 5 is screwed together by making one cooperate with the other. other the threads 33 and 53, until the bearing surface 54 of the second sleeve section 5 comes into abutment with the bearing surface 34 during a tightening. The two bearing surfaces 34, 54 then form a bearing abutment of the assembly system 1 according to the invention. The threads 33 and 53 then form retaining means of the assembly system 1 according to the invention. Once the second sleeve portion 5 has been tightened in the first sleeve section 3, the first 32 and second 52 portions are in contact with each other because of their complementary shape and a sliding fit. realized between the two portions 32,52. They extend opposite and in contact with each other. The first 32 and second 52 portions then form force recovery means of the assembly system 1 according to the invention. This makes it possible to transmit the bending forces, in particular, of one of the first 3 and second 5 sleeve segments to the other of the first 3 and second 5 sleeve sections. On the other hand, once the second sleeve section 5 has been tightened in the first sleeve section 3, the friction seal 51 is crushed in the annular groove 55 by pressing the bearing surface 31 of the first sleeve section. 3 which then extends opposite the annular groove 55. The crushing of the friction seal 51 allows securing of the clamping thus formed between the first 3 and second 5 sleeve sections. The annular groove 55, the friction seal 51 and the bearing surface 31 form means for securing a frictional assembly of the assembly system 1 according to the invention. Of course, it is possible to bring to the invention many modifications without departing from the scope thereof.
