    [0001] The present invention relates to a support equipped with a hooking system for bags containing shells, such as oysters, and an assembly comprising such a support and a pocket. Currently, the breeding of certain shellfish, in particular oysters, is carried out in pockets, generally plastics which are suspended from a support by means of flexible links such as elastic bands. The establishment of such strips is long and tedious. An object of the present invention is to provide a support equipped with a hooking system for bags containing shells, such as oysters which does not have the disadvantages of the prior art and which in particular allows easy hooking and fast pockets. For this purpose, a support is proposed for suspending bags containing shells, said support comprising: - a frame, and - a hooking system comprising two hooks, each hook having: - a fixing base fixed to the frame, - an open loop having a first end, a second end and an intermediate portion between the first end and the second end, the first end being integral with the fixing base, the intermediate portion forming a U between the first end and the second end, and a fastening part secured to the second end and facing the fastening base. Advantageously, the closing part is longer than the fixing base on the opposite side to the open loop. The invention also proposes an assembly comprising a support according to one of the preceding variants and a pocket having two hangers, wherein for each hook, the distance between the fastening base and the closing part is less than the width of the hangers.
    [0002] Advantageously, the hangers and the hooks are made of stainless steel, and the frame is made of steel. The characteristics of the invention mentioned above, as well as others, will emerge more clearly on reading the following description of an exemplary embodiment, said description being given in relation to the attached drawings, among which: FIG. 1 shows a support according to the invention equipped with an attachment system for pockets containing shells, FIG. 2 shows a side view of a hook of the hooking system, and FIG. 3 shows a front view of the hook of the attachment system. In the following description, the terms relating to a position are taken with reference to a support in the position of use, that is to say as shown in FIG. 1.
    [0003] FIG. 1 shows a support 100 on which a pocket 50 is suspended, and which thus form an assembly. In FIG. 1, there is a single pocket 50, but it is possible to put more according to the dimensions of the support 100 and pockets 50. In the embodiment of the invention presented here, the support 100 comprises a frame 101 which has two inverted U-shaped rigid armatures 102a-b and two support bars 104a-b, each having a first end and a second end and wherein the first end is attached to one of the rigid armatures 102a and the second end is fixed on the other rigid frame 102b. The structure of the frame 101 may be different and comprise for example more or less support bars and have a different shape.
    [0004] For each pocket 50 to be suspended from the frame 101, the support 100 has a hooking system 150 which has two hooks 152a-b. The pocket 50 has two hangers 52, each being housed in one of the hooks 152a-b. Figs. 2 and 3 show the hook 152a which is here identical to the hook 152b. The hook 152a comprises: - a fixing base 154 which is fixed on the frame 101, here on the support bar 104a, and which here takes the form of a bar extending parallel to the support bar 104a, - a loop open end 156 having a first end, a second end and an intermediate portion between the first end and the second end, the first end being integral with the attachment base 154, the intermediate portion forming a U between the first end and the second end; and a closing part 158 secured to the second end and facing the fixing base 154.
    [0005] The introduction of the pocket 50 then consists in inserting each hanger 52 between the closing part 158 and the attachment base 154 of a hook 152a-b and pushing it until it falls into the part intermediate. The implementation is easy and it is no longer necessary to set up elastic bands.
    [0006] The two hooks 152a and 152b are oriented in the same manner so that the insertion of each hanger 52 is in the same direction. To prevent the hangers 52 come out of the hooks 152a-b, in particular by strong tide, the distance between the fixing base 154 and the closing part 158 is less than the width of the hangers 52. The establishment of a hanger 52 is then possible by spacing the closing portion 158 from the fastening base 154 to insert said hanger 52. For this purpose, the hook 152a-b has a certain flexibility which is due to the material used (for example stainless steel ) and its dimensions. To facilitate the insertion of the hanger 52 by spacing the closure portion 158, the closure portion 158 extends beyond the fastening base 154 in the direction opposite to the direction of insertion of the hanger 52. show it in Figs. 1 and 2, the closure portion 158 is thus longer than the fastening base 154 on the opposite side to the open loop 156. In Figs. 1 to 3, the closing portion 158 deviates to the right (Fig. 3) as the frame 101 is located here to the left of the attachment base 154. Of course, the hook is reversed if the frame 101 is in position. here to the right of the fixing base 154 and that the spacing of the closing part 158 deviates to the left. The left-right position of the closure portion 158 with respect to the attachment base 154 thus depends on which side the closure portion 158 deviates. The rounded shape of the U of the intermediate portion may be different as it forms a housing into which the hanger 52 descends when it is put in place. But the rounded shape, rather than a shape with angles prevents the hanger 52 gets stuck in the corners during the movements of the sea and deforms or even tear, the hook 152a-b. To prevent the electrolysis due to the presence of sea water degrades the hangers 52 and the hooks 152a-b, they are made of stainless steel, while the frame 101 is made of steel. The electrolysis then takes place on the frame 101 which has a larger mass and can therefore support said electrolysis longer before becoming unusable.
    [0007] The fastening of the pocket 50 takes place through a relatively hard connection since it is carried out by the hangers 52 and the hooks 152a-b, that is to say that there is no connection elastic, which provides a steeper movement in the shell and therefore a better separation.
    [0008] The fact that the fixing of the pocket 50 takes place in the water and through the hangers 52 and the hooks 152a-b which are made of the same stainless material, makes it possible to have no wear even when there is has movements between them.
