专利说明:

[0001] The present invention relates generally to an arrangement of an ice-free vehicle headlamp on a vehicle, and more particularly to an arrangement of a headlamp of an ice-free vehicle headlamp. vehicle without ice on a motor vehicle. In general, motor vehicles are equipped with headlights that allow improved night vision. EP2325883 discloses such a known type of lighthouse. It comprises a housing with one or more light sources which can be of different types (LED, halogen lamp or conventional filament bulb) and lenses and / or reflectors arranged to direct the light emitted by the light sources into a particular direction. In addition, the front face 15 of the housing (that is to say the face towards which the light is projected or guided) is a transparent glass which allows to project the light to the outside of the projector, while ensuring good sealing to the housing. This ice shields azimuth adjustment elements and / or height (here called site) projection provided in the housing of external contaminants, such as sand, chippings or water for example. However, this transparent ice is usually glued to the walls of the housing and has several disadvantages. Indeed, it has a certain resistance to the transmission of light so that it transmits only a part of the light it receives (up to 10% of the light is absorbed by such ice) and it can become opaque in time so as to absorb even more light. Finally, it is an element reported to the lighthouse and requires a fixing step which increases the costs of the projector because it requires a complex and expensive bonding process. In addition, in such a headlight the means for adjusting the azimuth 30 (left right direction), the fixed point and the site (down-high direction) are bulky and complicated to implement because they require at least three fixing points to the housing. It was therefore thought to realize lighthouses without ice. These headlights therefore require optical modules having a seal well above average because of the absence of ice. Also, they require that the site and azimuth adjustment elements are well protected, which implies that they are made in the module, which is problematic because it increases the size of the modules. An object of the present invention is to meet the disadvantages of the documents of the prior art mentioned above and in particular, first of all, to propose a vehicle headlamp equipped with moving elements but devoid of outer ice while decreasing the clutter of the adjustment systems. For this purpose, a first aspect of the invention relates to an arrangement of an ice-free vehicle headlamp, in which the headlight comprises an optical module and adjustment means arranged to ensure adjustment of the azimuth and the site of said optical module and the vehicle comprises a front cover element, characterized in that the adjustment means are arranged on one side of said optical module so as to be integrated in an area behind said front cover member in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle. Thus, the space around the projector can be released. Advantageously, the adjustment means are arranged under the optical module so as to be arranged in an area situated behind a front bumper. In this way, the optical module is fixed with robustness. A particularly interesting embodiment the adjustment means are arranged above the optical module so as to be arranged in an area behind a hood. In this way, the optical module can be movable with the hood. Advantageously, the optical module includes at least one light source arranged to emit light and an outer lens arranged to project the light emitted by said at least one light source towards the outside of said optical module. Thus, the source is protected. Advantageously, the adjustment means comprise a ball-type connection element, said ball-type connecting element comprising a first ball-type element and a second sphere-type element, said first ball-type element being arranged inside said ball-type element and a second ball-type element, said first ball-type element being arranged inside said ball-type element. second sphere-type element movably. Thus, the system is simple to manufacture. Advantageously, the projector comprises two optical modules mounted on a plate and arranged so as to be adjusted by the same adjustment means via said plate. Thus, the system is simplified. Advantageously, the projector further comprises heat dissipation means coupled to the optical module. In this way, the reliability of the module is increased. A particularly interesting embodiment is that the optical module is arranged on the vehicle so as to release a passage 20 around and behind him. In this way, the impurities can easily be removed. Advantageously, the vehicle headlight comprises a motor for adjusting the axis of azimuth and / or height of the optical module. In this way, the settings are made automatically.
[0002] A second aspect of the invention is a motor vehicle comprising an arrangement of an ice-free vehicle headlamp on a vehicle according to the first aspect of the invention. Other features and advantages of the present invention will emerge more clearly on reading the following detailed description of an embodiment of the invention given by way of non-limiting example and illustrated by the appended drawings, in which: which: - Figure 1 shows a side view of an arrangement of an ice-free vehicle headlight on a vehicle according to the invention. FIG. 2 represents a front view of an arrangement of an ice-free vehicle headlight on a vehicle according to the invention. FIG. 1 shows a preferred embodiment of an arrangement of an ice-free vehicle headlamp 1 on a vehicle 2 in which the headlamp 1 comprises an optical module 10 which encloses a light source, here one or more diodes (FIG. ) electroluminescent (s) for example, which is arranged to emit light in order to project a beam of light type dipped beam or high beam for example. Note that by projector without ice is meant a projector provided with a module which includes a lens but which is devoid of protective glass normally located in front of the lens. The light source may also be a halogen lamp or a conventional filament bulb. In the case where a diode technology is retained, the light source can be mounted on heat dissipation means, such as an aluminum radiator, for example. In order to guide the light emitted by the light source, the projector comprises light guiding means, here in the form of a reflecting shell covering the light source. In order to project a luminous beam to the outside of the projector, the projector 1 comprises an outer lens which receives the light emitted by the light source and guided by the shell, and focuses it according to the criteria required for to form an adequate light beam (in low beam or high beam). As the projector shown does not include ice, the outer lens is therefore directly exposed to external aggression, such as grains of sand, gravel, or water.
[0003] The projector also comprises adjustment means 11, 11 'of the orientation of the light beam emitted by the outer lens which are distinct from the optical module 2, which make it possible to adjust the height 11 (or the site) and the azimuth 11 ', respectively of the light beam projected by the optical module, via in particular at least one ball-type connecting element which connects the optical module to the vehicle. These adjustment means can be manual or controlled by a motor (not shown). The adjusting means (11, 11 ') comprises said ball-type connecting element (12) which comprises a first ball-like element and a second ball-like element, the first ball-like element being arranged inside. of the second sphere-type element movably. The vehicle comprises a front cover element 20, 30 such as a cover, a shell, a bumper or the like in which the adjustment means 11, 11 'are arranged on one side of the optical module 10 so as to be integrated in an area behind the front cover member in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle. Preferably, the adjustment means 11 are arranged under the optical module 10 so as to be arranged in an area behind a front bumper 20, or alternatively, the adjustment means 11, 11 'are arranged above the module 20. optical 10 so as to be arranged in an area behind a cover 30, Thus, the optical module 10 is arranged on the vehicle 2 so as to release a passage around and behind him. Figure 2 shows a front view in which it is seen that the projector comprises two optical modules 10 mounted on a plate 13 and 25 arranged to be adjusted by adjustment means 11 via the plate. If Figure 2 shows two single ball joints, we can alternatively have one for both modules. It will be understood that various modifications and / or improvements obvious to those skilled in the art can be made to the various embodiments of the invention described herein without departing from the scope of the invention defined by the appended claims.
