专利说明:
[0001] The invention relates to the sorting of waste with a view in particular to their recycling or their elimination. The invention is more particularly related to a packaging cleaning device in the context of the reprocessing of waste resulting particularly from large-scale distribution. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION In the field of the treatment of waste derived in particular from large-scale distribution, it is known from WO-A-2014076285 a treatment apparatus for collecting material adhering to the external surface of packages to be treated and that were previously shredded. Such an apparatus is shown in the appended FIG. [0002] This apparatus 1 comprises a rotary cylindrical drum 4 provided with orifices 6 forming a screen for retaining the packages and passing the material to be collected, a rotating brush 7 mounted in the rotary drum to brush the inner surface of this drum, motorized means 12 for rotating the brush 7 and the cylindrical drum 4 and an outer casing 3 to collect the material from the packages 13 introduced into the cylindrical drum 4 and having passed through the wall of this cylindrical drum 4. [0003] Thus, when a package 13 is introduced into this apparatus 1, it is caught by the brush 7 to be brushed and taken into the contact zone of the brush with the inner surface of the drum 4, zone in which the packaging is subjected to an intense brushing. This has the effect of removing the adhering material on the surface of the package 13. Once the latter has left the contact zone, it is ejected by the brush 7 to an upper region, to follow a substantially circular path, to during which it jumps over the brush 7 and hits the drum 4, before being snatched again by the brush which brings it back into the contact zone to undergo a new intense brushing. With each jump out of the contact zone, the packaging in process loses an additional portion of the adhering material on its surface, which is centrifuged when the package passes over the brush while spinning. OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The object of the invention is to propose an improvement of the above-mentioned apparatus, in particular by improving the extraction capacity of the viscous materials out of the packaging and by facilitating the passage of these adherent materials through the rotary drum holes. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION To this end, the subject of the invention is a treatment apparatus for collecting material adhering to a surface of packaging to be treated as waste, this apparatus comprising: a rotary cylindrical drum provided with orifices to form a sieve retaining the packaging and passing the material to collect; a rotating brush mounted in the rotary drum for brushing the internal surface of this drum; motorized means for rotating the brush and the rotating drum; and an outer casing for collecting the material which has passed through the wall of the rotary drum during the treatment. In addition to the aforementioned elements, the processing apparatus comprises a roller mounted in the rotating drum in the immediate vicinity of the inner surface thereof. The roller improves in particular the ability of the apparatus to extract products (for example from the 3028779 3 deli meats) out of a package by a "rolling pin" effect, which the brush alone can not achieve. Preferably, the roll comprises at least a first section and a second section having external surfaces arranged to respectively perform a first function and a second function. Advantageously then, the first section is a so-called "deconditioning" section having an outer surface bristling with points arranged to pierce the packagings and the second section is a so-called "rolling" section having a smooth outer surface arranged to expel the material from the packings. packaging to be pushed into the holes of the drum. An improvement in the performance of the apparatus 15 can thus be obtained. Advantageously again in this embodiment, the treatment apparatus comprises a deflector mounted at the inlet of the drum and arranged so as to orient the packages towards the deconditioning section of the roll. The risk that a package escapes perforation is therefore limited. Alternatively, the roll has sections having diameters increasing towards the exit of the drum. [0004] According to a particular characteristic, said apparatus comprises means for elastic return of the roll in a normal operating position to ensure rolling of the packages. Advantageously then, the return means 30 comprise a controllable actuator for bringing the roller from its normal operating position to a cleaning position in which the roller is in contact with the bristles of the brush. [0005] The roll can thus be freed of packaging or materials that may remain stuck on it. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES The invention will be better understood on reading the following description of a particular non-limiting embodiment of the invention. Reference is made to the accompanying drawings in which: - Figure 1 is a view of the apparatus according to the prior art, in longitudinal section, and has been described previously; FIG. 2 is a broken perspective view of the apparatus according to the invention, the rear of the apparatus being more particularly visible in the foreground; FIG. 3 is a partial perspective view of the apparatus according to the invention, the front of the apparatus being more particularly visible in the first plane; FIG. 4 is an end view of this apparatus showing the roller in normal operating position; Figure 5 is a view similar to Figure 4 showing the roll in the cleaning position; - Figure 6 is an end view of the apparatus according to an alternative embodiment showing the roll with sections with increasing diameters towards the exit of the drum. [0006] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Referring to FIGS. 2 to 6, the treatment apparatus according to the invention, marked 1, comprises a frame 2 in the form of a structure formed by mechanically welded steel profiles, carrying a housing. rigid 3028779 5 3 in the form of a cylinder of solid sheet which extends horizontally. The housing 3 encloses a cylindrical drum or trommel 4 in the form of a sheet metal cylinder perforated by a series of orifices 6 over the vast majority of its surface to form a rotary screen, and a rotating cylindrical brush 7 mounted to the Inside the trommel 4. The cylindrical brush 7 has a diameter of the order of half the internal diameter of the trommel 4, the housing 10 cylindrical 3 has a diameter greater than that of the trommel 4 because it surrounds this trommel. Other diameter values may be chosen depending on the general arrangement selected. The trommel 4 is rotatably mounted by being guided at each of its ends by three rotary rollers 11 arranged at a hundred and twenty degrees about its axis of rotation. The trommel 4 is rotated by a motor not visible in the figures. The entire device is advantageously inclined so that the end of the trommel 4 through which the packagings 13 to be treated are introduced, which is higher than the other end of the trommel 4 through which the packaging which has been treated. In fact, the admission and evacuation of the packages 13 to be treated and the evacuation of the extracted materials are facilitated. The brush 7 is rotated by a motor 12 which is carried by the frame 2 at one end of the apparatus. The rotational speed of the brush 7 is much greater than that of the trommel 4. [0007] The operation of the brush 7 is as follows. In operation, the brush 7 and the trommel 4 both turn in the same direction, which is the indirect direction indicated by the letter I in FIG. 1, which has the effect of stirring the packages 13 to be treated present in the internal space E delimited by the trommel 4 and the brush 7. [0008] In practice, each package 13 follows a circular path during its treatment: it is caught by the brush 7 to be brushed and taken to the contact zone, that is to say the zone in which the brush is in contact. on the inner surface of the trommel 4, where this element is brushed. This has the effect of removing the adhering material on the surface of this package 13. Once the package has left the contact area, it is ejected by the brush 7 to the upper region, to follow a substantially circular path to during which it jumps over the brush 7, possibly bouncing on the inner surface of the trommel 4 before being again caught by the brush 7 to pass into the contact zone. In its trajectory, it is also common that during its fallout, the package first lands on the brush 7, so that it projects it against the inner surface of the trommel 4, which has the effect 20 d to further increase the efficiency of the evacuation of adhering materials. During each hopping cycle, the packaging 13 in process loses an additional portion of the adhering materials to its surface, which are brushed by the brush 7 at each pass through the contact zone, and also centrifuged when the package goes over the brush while spinning. The apparatus of the invention further comprises a roller 20 which improves the recovery of the materials contained in the packages. The roll 20, which has the general shape of a cylinder, is mounted inside the trommel 4 to roll on the inner surface of the trommel 4 under the action of elastic return means generally designated 40. [0009] The roller 20, better visible in FIGS. 2 and 3, comprises two successive sections along its length: a first so-called "deconditioning" section 21 having an outer surface bristling with points arranged so as to extract the materials from the packages, and possibly shredding them, and a second so-called "rolling" section 22 having a smooth outer surface arranged so as to force the passage of the materials to be collected through the trommel 4. The sections 21, 22 here have the same maximum diameter external. Said roller 20 is carried by an axis 23 whose ends 23.1 are each mounted free to rotate on a first end of a cradle portion 42 having a general L shape. Each cradle portion 42 has a second end of which it is integral. one end of a controllable actuator 41 forming part of the elastic return means 40. Each of the controllable actuators 41 is here a double acting jack and has an opposite end articulated to the frame 2. [0010] Each cradle portion 42 is connected to the frame 2 between its first and second ends to pivot about an axis X. The cradle 42 thus forms a lever that allows the controllable actuator 41 to pivot the roller 20 around the yoke. X axis between a normal operating position, particularly visible in Figure 4, and a cleaning position visible in Figure 5. In its normal operating position visible in particular in Figure 4, the roller 20 has its outer surface, and more particularly the outer surface 30 relative to the rolling section 22, bearing against the inner surface of the trommel 4. The controllable actuator 41 elastically retains the roll 20 in this position by applying to the roller a force of a few tens of kilonewtons via the effect Lever provided by the cradle portions 42. In this position, and according to this particular embodiment, the outer surface of the roll 20 is spaced a value dd. 7. According to this particular embodiment, d is of the order of 5 mm. However, other values may be chosen depending on the general arrangement adopted. In normal operating position, the roller 20 is rotated by the trommel 4 and rolls on the inner surface thereof. [0011] Thus, in the normal operating position, the tips of the section 21 of the roll 20 pierce the packages by pressing them against the inner surface of the trommel 4 and the smooth surface of the section 22 laminates the packages 13 and / or the materials to be collected and thus 15 facilitates the passage of said materials through the orifices 6 of the drum 4 towards the housing. The roller 20 simultaneously performs two functions: a first deconditioning, and / or shredding, and a second rolling. [0012] As shown in FIG. 5, the roll 20 in the cleaning position has its outer surface in contact with the bristles of the rotating brush 7, causing the cleaning of said outer surface of the roll. In order to orient the packages 13 advantageously towards the deconditioning section 21 of the roll 20, a plate-shaped deflector 30 is placed at the entrance of the trommel 4. Thus, said packages 13 and their materials to be collected are deconditioned and possibly shredded beforehand. The outer surface of the trommel 4 is here provided with a set of blades 16 arranged in a helicoidal pattern to drive the extracted materials on the basis of the roll. along the housing which contains them, for their evacuation at one of the ends of the casing 3. In addition, there is provided a lower vertical duct 17 which is connected to a lower opening of the casing 3 located at the the end of the casing which is opposed to the motor 12. The dimensions of the orifices 6 of the drum 4 are 5 chosen to retain the shredded and lacerated packagings 13 they contain and which adhere to these packagings. The passage of the materials in question is further facilitated by the centrifugal effect of the rotation of the trommel 4, so that these materials are then found in the casing 3, the shredded packagings being retained within the casing. E. Of course, the invention is not limited to the embodiment described but encompasses any variant within the scope of the invention as defined by the claims. In particular, the roll may comprise only a single section or several sections dedicated to other processing functions, in addition or not to the aforementioned functions. One thinks in particular of a third section provided with bristles similar to those of the brush. In another embodiment according to the invention, visible in FIG. 6, the sections of the roll 20 have diameters increasing in the direction of the outlet 25 of the drum 4. Thus, for example, sections 24 dedicated to rolling are pushing more and more on the materials to be collected so as to ensure a gradual passage of said materials in the orifices 6 to the housing 3. Alternatively, the brushing elements of the brush 7, that is to say its bristles, are located along of the latter in a helicoid pattern to drive the packages 13 along the trommel 4 during their treatment, so as to naturally promote their evacuation to the outlet at one end of the trommel 4. This can be combined at the inclination of the trommel 3028779 so as to have the output lower than the input, the gravity naturally causing the packages to exit. It is also possible to provide an inverse inclination so that the materials to be collected flow towards the inlet while the helical shape of the brush promotes the recovery of the packages which have been treated. In the embodiment shown, the roll 20 is rotatably mounted in the drum 4. [0013] This being so, a configuration where the roll 20 would be slaved in rotation is perfectly conceivable. There is no doubt that several other extracted material entrainment systems can be used. One thinks in particular of a movable member 15 implanted in the housing and moved back and forth to push the extracted material to one end of the device.
