[0001] The present invention relates to a door locking device. More specifically, the invention relates to a door locking device of the type said, designed and made in particular to allow the optimal closure of the door of a household appliance, including an oven, able to compensate for tolerances and possible games, but which can be used for closing any door to be closed optimally. Hereinafter, the description will refer to the application to a furnace, but it goes without saying that it should not be considered as being limited to this specific use. As is known, there are currently some types of oven that have the function of automatic cleaning of the cooking space through a pyrolysis mechanism. In particular, this type of oven provides for the pyrolysis of residual fats from cooking food, by subjecting the cooking space to a temperature of 600 ° C envion, so that the residual fats are subjected to a pyrolysis process and turned into dust, which can be easily collected and disposed of. If this function is, on the one hand, very convenient to easily and conveniently clean the oven, it is also very dangerous. In fact, opening the oven door could cause even serious damage to a user. To solve this problem, existing furnaces of the type described above are generally equipped with a motorized device, which allows to hold the door. This solution, while effective, is quite expensive because of the overall high production costs.

In view of the above, the object of the present invention is therefore to provide a door locking device that can lock the oven door when the automatic cleaning function is activated, to prevent accidental openings. Another object of the present invention is that the door locking device according to the invention is able to compensate for any closing tolerances of the door. The specific object of the present invention is therefore a door latch device for closing a door for closing a household appliance, such as a furnace and the like, said door being of the type having a latch pin. locking, said door locking device comprising a movable module, movable slidably relative to said appliance and disposed at said locking pin, said movable module having a container, being able to assume an initial position in which it is retained by thrust means, such as a spring and the like, a blocking unit, housed in said container, having a locking member integral with said movable module, which can assume an unlocking position and a locking position, in which it is arranged to retain said locking pin when said door is closed, a detection slider movable between a stroke start position, in which it does not interact with said latch pin of said gate, to an end position in which it interacts with said movable module, so as to do so sliding, moving from said initial position, a locking slider can take a rest position and an operative position, preventing in said operative position that said locking member can move from said locking position to said unlocking position, and a ratchet integral with said locking slider, engageable with one of a plurality of adjusting grooves, whose position is integral with said appliance when said locking slider is in said operative position, so as to lock said door in position. Still according to the invention, said door locking device may comprise a plate, fixed to said appliance, on which said adjustment grooves are made, said movable module being slidably coupled to said plate. According to the invention, again, said detection slider may be disposed next to said locking member and may have an appendage for interacting with said locking pin when said door is closed.
[0003] Advantageously according to the invention, said detection slider may comprise a relief for retaining said locking member in said unlocking position when said detection slider is in said starting position. Subsequently according to the invention, said locking member may be rotatably coupled to said container and may comprise a body and a hook, and said locking slider may include a protrusion which, when said locking slider takes said operative position, is located at said body of said locking member, so as to prevent, with its own size, that said locking member can move from said locking position to said unlocking position, and another lateral relief, profiled so as to when said locking slider is in said rest position, said pawl is held up by said other side elevation, while said slider is in said operative position, said pawl lowers to engage with one of said adjustment grooves. Still according to the invention, said pawl can be coupled in rotation with said locking slider. According to the invention, again, said door locking device may comprise an actuator module for passing said locking slider 15 from said rest position to said operating position. Subsequently according to the invention, said actuator module may comprise an electronic control unit, connected to, or integrated in, the control logic of said appliance, and a coil, operably connected to said electronic control unit, having a movable core connected, via a rod, said locking slider. The present invention will now be described by way of non-limiting example, according to its preferred embodiments, with particular reference to the figures of the accompanying drawings, in which: Figure 1 shows a perspective view of a Door lock according to the present invention; Figure 2 shows an exploded view of the door lock device according to Figure 1; Figure 3 shows the internal mechanisms of the door lock device according to Figure 1; Figure 4 shows a sectional side view of the door latch device installed in the door opening configuration of the appliance; Figure 5 shows the internal mechanisms of the door locking device in a closed configuration; Figure 6 shows a sectional side view of the door lock device in the configuration in the closed configuration; Figure 7 shows the internal mechanisms of the door lock device in blocking configuration; and Fig. 8 shows a sectional side view of the door latch in the latching configuration. In the different figures, similar parts will be indicated with the same numerical references. Referring to FIGS. 1 - 3, there can be seen a door locking device 10 according to the present invention, able to retain a door P of a household appliance, in particular an oven F and the like, in closure, said door P being of the type provided with a locking pin R. In particular, the door locking device 1 comprises a plate 2 and a mobile module 3, slidably coupled to said plate 2 and movable longitudinally relative to that -this. Said plate 2 can be fixed on the upper part of the oven or the appliance on which the door locking device 1 is installed, at the level of the closing of the door P. On said plate 2 are made a series of grooves 21 and an opening 22, whose functions, in this case also, will be better defined later. The mobile module 3 provides a container 31, in which are housed a blocking unit 4 and an actuator module 5, intended to interact with said blocking unit 4.
[0004] The container 31 provides an upper half-shell 311 and a lower half-shell 312, the latter slidably coupled to said plate 2. The locking unit 4 comprises a locking member 41, pivotally mounted on said container 31 and having a body 411 and a hook 412, able to take an unlocking position and a locking position, in which it is arranged to lock the locking pin R of said door P. In this locking position, said hook 412 passes through said opening 22. Said locking unit 4 also comprises a detection slider 42 of the door P and a locking slider 43. Said detection slider 42 is disposed adjacent to said locking member 41 and has an appendix 421 disposed through said opening 22 and intended to interact with said closing pin R closing said door P, so as to retain it. Said detection slider 42 also comprises a relief 422 for retaining said locking member 41 in said rest position. Said detection slider 42 is movable between a starting position of stroke, in which it is retained by first resilient means, such as a first thrust spring and the like (not shown in the figures), and in which said relief 422 retains said locking member 41 in said rest position; and an end position, which it slidably moves in the direction of the arrow A until it encounters a stop (not visible in the figures) provided on said container 31. Said locking slider 43 comprises a protrusion 431, disposed at one end, and another lateral relief 432, whose function will be better defined later. Said locking slider 43 can take a rest position, in which it is retained by second thrust means, such as a second spring and the like (not shown in the figures) and an operative position, in which said projection 431 is disposed at level of said body 411 of said locking member 41, so as to prevent, with its own size, that said locking member 41 can move from said locking position to said unlocking position. The blocking module 4 also comprises a pawl 45, pivotally attached to said container 31 and disposed at said lateral relief 432, so that when said blocking slider 43 is in said first position, said pawl 45 is kept raised by said other lateral relief 432, while when said locking slider 43 is in said second position, said pawl 45 is lowered to fit and engage with one of said adjustment grooves 21. Said actuator module 5 comprises a unit electronic control unit 51, connected to (or integrated in) the control logic of the appliance, and a coil 52, operatively connected to said electronic control unit 51, in which there is a movable core (not shown in FIGS. figures), so that when said coil 52 is energized, it attracts said movable core inside. Said movable core is connected via a rod 53 to said blocking slider 43. The operation of the door lock device 1 described above proceeds in the following manner. Referring to Figure 4, the door latch 1 5 is seen when the furnace door P, or the appliance in general, is open. In this configuration, said detection slider 42 is in said starting position of travel, so that said relief 422 holds said locking member 41 in said unlocking position, said locking slider 43 is in said rest position and the reel 52 of said actuator module 5 is not excited. When the P-door is closed, the door-locking device 1 can assume a lockable closure configuration (FIGS. 5 and 6) and a locked-in closure configuration (FIGS. 7 and 8). In particular, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the door locking device 1 goes into the lockable closing configuration when the door P is closed along the arrow C, and the locking pin R interferes with said appendix. 421 of said detection slider 42, so that said detection slider 42 begins to move in the direction A, defeating the resistance of the thrust spring, so that the locking member 41 disengages said relief 422 , rotates along said arrow B, and said hook 412 can be placed at the rear of said locking pin R of said door P.
