TECHNICAL BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION In the field of automotive lighting, it is known, when using light emitting diodes (or LEDs for "LightEmitting Diodes" in English, which is a semiconductor component) as the source of light, to connect these LEDs by means of an electrical interconnection element, for example of the printed circuit board (or PCB) type, ensuring the electrical connection between the LEDs and other components that can be mounted, and then dispose the LEDs and the PCB on a heat sink (typically a radiator), this dissipator then being mounted in the projector or the fire on a support, for example a reflector of projector.
[0002] The electrical connection of the printed circuit board carrying the LEDs to the rest of the vehicle requires the mounting of a connector on the card, the connector ensuring the contact between the card and a wiring harness connecting the vehicle. It is usual to use to make a connector in two parts. More specifically, a first portion of the connector (female portion) is first soldered to the printed circuit board; the card is then placed on the heat sink, which is then placed on the projector bracket. Once the heat sink placed on its support, the electrical connection between the printed circuit board and the rest of the vehicle is achieved by the junction of the second connector portion (male part) to the first, the second connector portion being integral with the bundle of electrical connection wires. However, the above procedure has the drawback of being expensive, insofar as, on the one hand, the connection operations relating to the printed circuit board involve high temperatures which must be able to be supported by the material. forming the first part of the connector, which is fixed on the card, thereby increasing its cost. On the other hand, the mounting method is long, and therefore expensive in labor, since once the dissipator placed on its lighting support, it is then necessary to connect the second connector portion, connected to the beam of electrical son, the first connector portion fixed on the printed circuit board and, in a confined space, and therefore not very accessible, between the support and the dissipator, which can be difficult. Finally, this process requires the performance of tests to verify that the connection between the two connector parts is correctly established, and this with dedicated hardware, which is an additional cost factor. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION is intended to overcome these disadvantages by providing a less expensive solution while allowing a satisfactory reliability and easy assembly and therefore fast the various elements of the lighting device. For this purpose, the subject of the invention is a light module comprising at least one electronic component and an electrical connector, the component and the connector being interconnected by an electrical interconnection device, the interconnection device being fixed to a dissipator of heat, - the connector having electrical connection contacts, - the connector being disposed on one side of the interconnection device so that the contacts pass through the interconnection device to emerge on another of its faces, where they are electrically connected to the interconnection device, - the interconnection device being fixed to the dissipator by the emerging face of the contacts, - the surface of the heat sink receiving the interconnection device having a cavity at least at the contacts, so as to avoid electrical contact of the contacts with the heatsink. In this way, particularly in the context of the particular application to the mounting of a light source in a motor vehicle headlight, the skilled person can use a connector in one part, which includes connection contacts and beam of electrical connecting wires connected to each other in the connector itself in a non-removable and therefore reliable manner, to fix it to an electrical interconnection device (for example a printed circuit board), to fix the circuit board on the dissipator without that the connection contacts do not pose mechanical or electrical problems with the heatsink through the cavity, and then place the heat sink on a support in the projector. In this way, it is possible to dispense with the step of mounting the second connector portion and the step of testing the electrical connection of the two parts. According to various embodiments of the invention, which may be taken together or separately: the electronic component is disposed on the dissipator and is electrically connected to the interconnection device; - the electronic component is disposed on the interconnection device and electrically connected thereto; the interconnection device is in thermal contact with the dissipator; - The cavity has a depth allowing to leave a gap between the contacts and the heatsink sufficient to avoid an electric arc between contacts and dissipator; the electronic component is a semiconductor emitter chip, preferably an electroluminescent diode; the dissipator is substantially L-shaped; the interconnection device is fixed to the dissipator via one of the branches of the L formed by the dissipator; the dissipator comprises openings; the cavity of the dissipator is constituted by a boss; - The sink cavity has holes for the evacuation of a possible accumulation of water; the electrical connection between the contacts and the interconnection device is a wave solder or a push-type contact. The device comprises an electrical interconnection element 1, for example of the printed circuit board or PCB type, on which are fixed and / or interconnected electronic components 2. These components 10 comprise, for example, one or more semiconductor emitter chips, preferably LEDs in the case of an application to a light device, including lighting and / or signaling for a motor vehicle. The printed circuit board 1 carries at least one connector 3, 15 disposed on a face 11 of the card and intended to provide the electrical connection between the card and a bundle of electrical wires 4, making the electrical connection with the rest of the vehicle. The connector 3 comprises, in the embodiment shown, a single housing 31, to which are fixed electrical contact means, such as contacts, or connection pins 32 protruding from the housing, as well as the connecting wires 4. The son 4 and the contacts 32 are fixed inside the housing 31 and respectively electrically connected to each other, that is to say a contact in principle to a single connecting wire. The contacts 32 pass through the card 1 to be electrically connected to the circuits carried by the card on the other face 12 of the card, opposite to the face 11 and said emerging face. This connection on the card can be achieved for example by a wave soldering method, which will also ensure the holding in position of the connector. The wave solder is preferably selective, that is to say concerning only a selected area. The connection can also be made using a push-type contact. The card 1 is fixed on a heat sink 5, intended to evacuate the heat produced by the electronic components 2. The card 1 is preferably in thermal contact with the dissipator 5. The dissipator 5 is made of a good thermal conductive material, preferably inexpensive, not too heavy and easy to manufacture, such as a metal, preferably aluminum. In the embodiment shown in the figures, at least one component 2 is fixed on the dissipator 5 itself, for example by gluing, the component being electrically connected to the card 1 by bridging, using connection wires. electric, for example metallic (not shown). This embodiment makes it possible to optimize the cooling of the component 2. In a variant, the components 2 can be carried by the card 1, for example soldered. Still in the example shown in the figures, the dissipator 5 has a generally substantially CL-shaped shape, the card 1 being disposed on one of the branches 54 of the L, on a so-called ventral side, ie oriented towards The other branch of the L is marked 55. According to the invention, the dissipator 5 further comprises a cavity 53, preferably a boss, which extends at least to the right of the contacts 32 of the connector 3 towards the dorsal or external face of the L formed by the dissipator, so as to spare a space between the contacts and the dissipator to accommodate the latter by avoiding any electrical contact between contacts and dissipator. Preferably, the boss 53 has a depth such that there is sufficient spacing between contacts and dissipator to also avoid any risk of electric arc between these elements; a gap of about one millimeter is suitable for automotive lighting applications. In this way, it is possible to use a single connector 3, provided with contacts traversing the electronic card and connected thereto by a method such as wave soldering, involving a temperature rise which remains moderate and allows use less expensive components and materials; this single connector is easy to use, reliable and does not require a subsequent connection test step as in the case of two-part connectors. Such a configuration according to the invention also makes it possible to avoid the use of any adhesive between the dissipator 5 and the card 1, which adhesive should moreover be electrically insulating. It should be noted that the electrical interconnection tracks carried by the card 1 must be disposed either on its face 11 or on its face 12 to the right of the boss 53.
