    [0001] The invention relates to a device for packaging and dispensing pasty products. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a device for packaging and dispensing pasty products known comprises a rigid bottle 1 carrying a pump body 2 mounted on a ring 3 fixed in the neck of the rigid bottle 1 and secured to the neck of a pocket with flexible and deformable wall 4 containing the product to be dispensed. The pump body 2 comprises a lower part inserted and clipped into the orifice of the ring 3 and carrying a seal 5 housed in an annular groove 6 arranged in this lower part and formed by a lower rib 7 and an upper rib. 7 'carried by this lower part. The ring 3 is also attached by welding to the pocket and clipped into the bottle 1. This annular groove 6 for housing the seal ensures its maintenance and prevents its loss before assembly of the pump in the bag during packaging final, this seal ensuring the long-term tightness of the device. The lower end of this pump body comprises a clipping collar 12 which is force-fitted on a lower annular rib 30 abutment 8 carried by the orifice of the ring 3 and the seal 5 held in its groove 6 is then slid over this abutment rib 8 of the ring, along the peripheral surface of the ring 3 to the stop of the lower rib 7 forming the groove 6 of the seal against the abutment rib 8 of the ring . Such a known arrangement poses the following technical problem.
    [0002] The bag 4 is filled before mounting the pump body and, in general, there is a certain volume of air above the surface of the product in the bag. This results in the need for a random number of priming pumping during the first use of the device, in order to evacuate this air. These priming pumping are detrimental to optimal comfort and efficiency of use. In order to avoid these priming pumping during the first use of the device, it is envisaged to fill the bag 4 of the packaged product to the maximum, before mounting the body of the pump, so as to fill up the central chimney 9 of the body as much as possible. pump through which is evacuated the product by the lower valve 10 of the pump. Now it turns out that the product is introduced into the space between the ring 3 and the lower part of the body of the pump and, more precisely, above the abutment rib 8 carried by the orifice of the ring 3. During assembly of the pump body, the product introduced is then trapped between the abutment rib 8 carried by the orifice of the ring 3 and the seal 5, which, housed in its groove 6, does not can be deformed, as shown in Figure 1. Incompressible, this trapped product forms a rigid zone which prevents the continued mounting of the pump body to the clipped position shown in Figure 2. The invention solves this problem by a particularly simple improvement of manufacture, without decreasing the retaining force of the pump body on the ring. To this end, the invention proposes a device for packaging and dispensing pasty products comprising a rigid bottle carrying a pump body mounted on a ring fixed in the neck of the rigid bottle, comprising a peripheral annular peripheral rib of abutment cooperating with a clipping collar carried by the pump body and secured to the neck of a pouch flexible and deformable wall containing the product to be dispensed, characterized in that at least said abutment rib or said clipping collar is provided with less a vent. According to a preferred embodiment, said vent is arranged in said clipping collar carried by the lower part of the pump body. Advantageously, said vent consists of a slot arranged in said rib or said collar. Preferably, said rib or said flange comprises at least two vents distributed on its periphery. Preferably, the pump body carries, above said clipping collar, a seal housed in an annular groove formed by at least one lower rib carried by the pump body. Preferably, the device is waterproof type said "airless". The invention is hereinafter described in more detail with the help of a figure showing a preferred embodiment of the invention. Figures 1 and 2 are vertical sectional views of a device for packaging and dispensing pasty products according to the prior art. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, according to the invention, a device for packaging and dispensing pasty products comprises a rigid bottle 1 carrying a pump body 2 mounted on a ring 3 fixed in the neck of the rigid bottle 1, comprising a lower peripheral annular rib of abutment 8 cooperating with a clipping collar 12 carried by the pump body and 10 secured to the neck of a pouch flexible and deformable wall 4 containing the product to be dispensed. The pump body 2 comprises a lower part inserted and clipped into the orifice of the ring 3 and carrying an O-ring 5 housed in an annular groove 6 arranged in this lower part and formed by a lower rib 7 and a upper rib 7 'carried by this lower part. At least the abutment rib or the clipping collar 8, 12 is provided with at least one vent 11. According to the embodiment shown, the vents 11 are two in number, distributed on the periphery of the rib, and are arranged in the clipping collar 12 carried by the lower part of the pump body. As best seen in FIG. 5, each vent 11 consists of a slit of calibrated dimension arranged in the flange 25 of clipping 12. Thanks to the invention, when product introduced into the space between the ring 3 and the part lower the body of the pump and, more precisely, above the abutment rib 8 carried by the orifice of the ring 3, is trapped during assembly between the abutment rib 8 and 30 the lower rib 7 forming the groove 6 of the seal, as shown in Figure 3, it can be discharged into the pocket 4 by the vents 11, during the downward pressure of the lower rib 7 of the groove on this product which is therefore reintroduced inside of the pocket 4.
