专利说明:

[0001] FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a diffuser of substances, and especially of perfume, essential oils, disinfectant, odor destroyer or insecticide or repellents. We still talk about nebulizing system or aerosol dispenser. Such a diffuser is intended to transform within a chamber a liquid into a gas or mist incorporating microdroplets of the substance to be diffused, or even steam. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Diffusers of substances of any kind, and more particularly of perfume or essential oils, have largely developed. Among these are diffusion devices implementing the principle of a venturi. For this purpose, the means for implementing this principle, in particular a pump, are relatively electrical energy consumers. In doing so, when such diffusers operate on an integrated battery, they have a relatively limited operating time, and in any case, incompatible with a certain number of applications for which an operating time typically of at least one month is required. . In addition, the implementation of such a venturi principle requires a number of elements 25 to outbid the cost of producing such a diffuser. In fact, the present invention is primarily to optimize the operating time of such diffusers, when they operate on batteries or batteries and in the alternative to simplify their design and manufacture. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION For this purpose, the invention relates to a diffuser of substances, in particular perfume, essential oils, disinfectant or insecticide comprising: a reservoir containing said substance in liquid form, closed in its part superior; an air source adapted to introduce air into said container, in particular at its upper part; an outlet orifice adapted to allow the diffusion of the substance in the form of vapor or droplets; means for raising the temperature of the substance to vaporize the substance, said means being connected to a source of electrical energy.
[0002] According to the invention, this diffuser further comprises a wick dipping part of the liquid substance of the reservoir, the wick whose upper end is in contact with the temperature raising means, above the upper level of the the liquid substance contained in the tank.
[0003] In other words, the invention consists first of all in generating vapor or droplets of the substance to be diffused, not by venturi effect, but by raising the temperature, and then allowing this transformation of the phase liquid in the vapor phase or in droplets by capillary contacting said liquid substance with a source of temperature rise, this capillarity being achieved by the wick.
[0004] Typically, the means for raising the temperature consists of an electrical resistance, whose two terminals are connected to a source of electrical energy, and for example to a battery integrated in the diffuser.
[0005] Insofar as it is not desired for a continuous diffusion of the substance in the enclosure in which the diffuser is placed, this battery is associated with an electronic card or equivalent system, for sequencing the power supply phases. electrical resistance in electric current, and therefore the diffusion phases.
[0006] SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES The manner in which the invention can be realized, and the advantages which result therefrom, will emerge more clearly from the exemplary embodiment which follows, given by way of indication, and not by way of limitation, in support of the appended figures. in which: - Figure 1 is a schematic representation illustrating the principle of operation of the diffuser according to the invention; FIG. 2 is a schematic representation of one embodiment of the invention; FIG. 3 is a partial view of FIG. 2; FIG. 4 is a view from above of an element of the diffuser of the invention. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION FIG. 1 thus schematically shows the operating principle of the diffuser according to the invention. . Basically, it comprises a container 1 for receiving the substance to be diffused, in this case the perfume 2, which is therefore in liquid form. As can be seen in FIG. 1, said liquid does not completely fill the container, a zone 10 free of the liquid being formed near its upper end. The container 1 is closed in its upper part, for example by a plug 3. This cap 3 nevertheless has a pipe 4 allowing the introduction of air at the upper part 10 of the container, and a pipe 7 allowing the exit of the substance vaporized or in the form of droplets out of the container to ensure its effective diffusion into the chamber in which is positioned the diffuser. The air introduced through line 4 serves as diffusion vector perfume 2 then vaporized or in the form of droplets. The air conveyed by the pipe 4 inside the vessel is for example generated by a pump 5, or any other equivalent means, such as a turbine or a fan. Whatever the means used, it is electrically powered by a battery 6. According to a characteristic of the invention, a wick 8, for example made of cotton or other, such as for example fiberglass or silicon ), soaking in the liquid 2. The upper end of the wick 8 is kept out of the liquid 2, especially in the area 10 of the container. For this purpose, the wick 8 is held by a support (not shown), which may be the resistance itself, or is made sufficiently rigid to allow it to be held out of the liquid phase 2.
[0007] According to the invention, the wick 8 is in contact with an electrical resistance 9, the two terminals 11 are also connected to a battery 6 (see Figures 2 and 3). In fact, the electric current generated by battery Joule effect carries the resistance 9 at a temperature sufficient to cause the transformation of the liquid phase of the perfume 2 vapor phase or droplets, said liquid phase being fed into contact with the resistance 9 by capillarity generated by said wick 8. However, the temperature of the resistor 9 is not too high, so as to prevent the latter from being incandescent, with the risk of damaging the wick 8, or of denaturing the liquid. As it is transformed into vapor or droplets, the liquid is sucked by capillarity in contact with the electrical resistance. In order to ensure optimum contact between the liquid 2 and the electrical resistance 9, the wick 8 is twisted around the resistor. According to such a configuration, it is the resistor itself, held in place on an integrated support (not shown) 11 within the container, which acts as a support for the wick 8. Advantageously, the battery 6 is associated with an electronic card (not shown) making it possible to define, on the one hand, the periods during which it is desired to see the diffuser operate, and, on the other hand, to generate the pulses of electric current through the electrical resistance of a relatively long duration. short so as not to risk the deterioration of the wick. The power-up phases of the resistor 9 are synchronous with the operating phases of the pump 5 supplying air to the interior of the container 10. In fact, the pump 5 is itself dependent on the associated electronic card. 6. It is therefore conceivable that it is very easy to move the diffuser in the place where it is desired to see the desired substance. It has indeed a reduced size and weight, making it easily manipulated.
[0008] However, it is also conceivable to provide as a power source, not a battery or a battery 6, integrated in the diffuser as in the previous example, but constituted by the power supply sector. In this case, it is necessary to add a transformer (not shown), in order to adapt the voltage of such a current to the needs of the diffuser. Such a diffuser is likely to be regularly recharged in liquid substance. For this purpose, the shutter plug 3 is removably attached to the container 1 by any known means, such as for example by screwing, clipping, etc. ... We conceive in fact all the interest of the diffuser according to the invention, firstly because of its simplicity of implementation and use, and secondly its very low power consumption, because of the transformation mode of the liquid phase, particularly effective. 15
