专利说明:
[0001] TECHNICAL FIELD TO WHICH THE INVENTION RELATES The present invention generally relates to the installation of electrical equipment in a wall. It relates more particularly to an electrical apparatus comprising, on the one hand, a flush-mounting box which comprises a side wall in which at least one window extends, and, on the other hand, a module of electrical equipment housed in said recess box and which comprises: - an electric mechanism, - a base which delimits a housing housing the electrical mechanism, - at least one flap which is mounted movable on the base between a retracted position in which it does not interfere the engagement of the base in the recess box and an extended position in which it passes through said window, and - return means of each flap in the deployed position. The invention finds a particularly advantageous application in the production of electrical equipment having for example a function of switch, back and forth, electric drive, socket, network jack (RJ45), socket phone (RJ11), VDI or equivalent (HDMI, ...), indicator, thermostat, or detector (smoke, flood, temperature, movement or light). BACKGROUND TECHNOLOGY The electrical equipment is mainly constituted in the same way. [0002] Thus, electrical equipment usually comprises a frame-shaped equipment support to be reported on the open front face of a flush-mounting box, a switchgear mechanism (eg switch or socket) to block in the opening defined by the equipment support, and a trim plate to be fixed on the equipment support in such a way that it hides the latter and aesthetically borders the fitting mechanism. Fixing the equipment support to the flush-mounting box and fixing the flush-mounting box to the wall wall can be done in various ways. [0003] Typically, a flush-mounting box generally comprises two claws which intervene in diametrically opposed position and which, under the control of screws, are adapted to hook onto the wall wall. The embedding box generally also comprises two screw holes which rise from its bottom wall, along the inner face of its side wall. The equipment support comprises in correspondence, in the center of each of its four branches, a hole in the shape of a keyhole adapted to allow the passage of a fastening screw engaged in one of the screwdrivers of the box. Recessed. [0004] The installation of such electrical equipment in the wall is then tedious, since it requires the screwing of at least four screws to secure the box to the wall and the equipment support to the box. Document DE9106123 discloses an electrical apparatus whose assembly proves to be faster. [0005] This electrical equipment comprises an equipment mechanism to engage in a mounting box whose side wall has two diametrically opposed windows. As described in this document, the fitting mechanism comprises a base and two opposite side lugs, which extend from the bottom of the base forward and which have snap teeth suitable for hooking. to the windows of the flush-mounting box. These snap teeth are more specifically intended to pass through these windows and to cling to the wall. Otherwise formulated, these ratchet teeth not only allow to maintain the fitting mechanism in the recess box, but also to lock the recess box in the wall wall. The major disadvantage of this electrical equipment is that it requires to provide in the wall wall cavities for accommodating the latching teeth of the fitting mechanism. [0006] Household such cavities in the wall is in practice very difficult to achieve. In addition, in the case where the wall wall is gypsum (friable), this type of attachment does not have sufficient strength in respect of the standards in force. Another disadvantage is that the dimensions of the lateral lugs (in particular the position of the ratchet teeth and the front ends of the lateral lugs) must be very precisely adjusted so that they can perform their function of locking the mechanism forward (at the level of the ratchet teeth) and rearward (at the front ends of the flexible tabs) and their locking function of the box in the wall. In practice, such a degree of precision is difficult to achieve for a mechanism intended to be manufactured in the chain. In other words, the risk that the assembly, once mounted on the wall, is playful is very high. OBJECT OF THE INVENTION In order to overcome the aforementioned drawbacks of the state of the art, the present invention proposes another technical solution, which does not require any particular intervention on the wall wall, and which facilitates the assembly of the electrical equipment and its mounting in the wall. More particularly, it is proposed according to the invention an electrical apparatus as defined in the introduction, wherein the window provided in the side wall of the embedding box is at least partially closed by an elastically deformable film, and wherein the return means of the flap in the deployed position are adapted to exert on each flap a pressure causing the deformation of said elastically deformable film. [0007] Thus, thanks to the invention, the film will be pushed by the flap against the wall, so that it will be able to match the shape of this wall so as to ensure a good fixing of the flush-mounting box in the wall. The cooperation of the flaps of the equipment module with the elastically deformable film of the flush-mounting box will also make it possible to fix the equipment module in the flush-mounting box. This type of attachment is therefore very practical to use and it also facilitates the change of the fitting module. Other advantageous and non-limiting characteristics of the electrical equipment in accordance with the invention are the following: each flap of the equipment module is mounted so that it can tilt on the base via a hinge part; - said hinge portion is located on the front edge of said flap; each shutter is formed in one piece with the base of the fitting module; - The side wall of the recess box has at least two windows and the fitting module has the same number of flaps which, in the deployed position, each through one of said windows; - Each component of the equipment module comprises on its outer face 5 hooking ribs adapted to engage said elastically deformable film; said return means comprise, for each flap, a spring blade of which a part is fixed to the base of the fitting module and of which another part exerts a bearing on the inner face of said flap; Said elastically deformable film completely closes each window; - said elastically deformable film has an extra thickness at each window; and - said elastically deformable film forms a strip which extends all around the side wall of the embedding box. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF AN EXEMPLARY EMBODIMENT The following description with reference to the accompanying drawings, given as non-limiting examples, will make it clear what the invention consists of and how it can be achieved. In the accompanying drawings: - Figure 1 is a schematic perspective view of an electrical apparatus according to the invention and a wall in which the electrical equipment is adapted to be embedded; FIGS. 2 and 3 are diagrammatic sectional views illustrating the mounting of the electrical equipment of FIG. 1 in the wall. In FIG. 1, there is shown an electrical apparatus 1 which comprises a flush-mounting box 10 and an equipment module 50 to be housed in this flush-mounting box 10. This electrical apparatus 1 is designed to be recessed into a cavity practiced in a wall. As it appears in the figures, this wall is formed by a hollow partition. It is recalled in this regard that, in known manner, such a hollow partition is generally composed of a metal frame (formed of vertical uprights and horizontal rails not shown) and plasterboard 100 reported on at least one of the two faces of the metal frame. The cavity made in this hollow partition to accommodate the electrical equipment 1 is then simply formed by a circular opening 101 made with a hole saw in one of the plasterboard 100. In the description, the terms "before" and "back" Will be used in relation to the direction of the gaze of the installer of the electrical equipment 1 in the plasterboard 100. Thus, the terms front and rear respectively designate the outward facing location of the hollow partition and the place turned towards the interior of this hollow partition. The equipment module 50 of this electrical equipment 1 is intended to be supplied by the local electrical network, via two or three electrical son of phase, neutral, and possibly earth (not shown). These electrical wires are preferably protected by a cable ducting sheath drawn between the plasterboards of the hollow partition. This electrical equipment 1 is designed to be easily assembled and fixed in the hollow partition. The recess box 10 comprises for this purpose a body 20 made of a rigid plastic material (typically made of polypropylene), which has a side wall 21 in which at least one window 23 extends. The apparatus module 50 comprises its part is an electrical mechanism 60 that allows the equipment module 50 to perform the electrical function for which it was designed (for example a socket function, switch, ...). [0008] It also comprises a base 51 of insulating material which houses the electrical mechanism 60. It also comprises at least one flap 53 which is movable relative to the base 51 between a retracted position in which it does not hinder the engagement of the base 51 in the recess box 10 and an extended position in which it can pass through the window 23 provided in the side wall 21 of the body 20 of the recess box 10. The return means 70 are provided to return each flap 53 in the deployed position . According to a particularly advantageous characteristic of the invention, the window 23 provided in the side wall 21 of the body 20 of the embedding box 10 is at least partially closed by an elastically deformable film 30, and the return means 70 are adapted to exert on each flap 53 a pressure causing the deformation of the elastically deformable film 30 when the equipment module 50 is engaged in the embedding box 10. It is preferentially provided at least two windows 23 in the side wall 21 of the body 20 of the flush-mounting box 10, and an identical number of flaps 53 on the base 51 of the equipment module 50. The flaps 53 are thus adapted to deploy through the windows 23 of the flush-mounting box 10, in order to deform the elastically deformable film 30. As shown in Figure 3, thus deforming the elastically deformable film 30, the flaps 53 are adapted to cling to this film elastically deformable 30, and this elastically deformable film 30 is adapted to cling to the back of the plasterboard 100. These flaps 53 thus provide a first blocking function of the equipment module 50 in the flush-mounting box 10 and a second blocking function of the flush-mounting box 10 in the wall. In the embodiment shown in the figures, the body 20 of the recess box 10 has a generally cylindrical shape. It could of course have a different form, for example parallelepiped. As shown more particularly in FIG. 1, its side wall 21 is tubular in revolution about an axis A1. It is here closed at the rear by a bottom wall 22 and is open towards the front to receive the module. 50 for fixing it in the circular opening 101 made in the gypsum board 100, the body 20 of the embedding box 10 has an outside sidewalk 28 which runs along the edge of the front opening of the outside. side wall 21 and which is adapted to bear against the front face of the gypsum board 100, all around the circular opening 101. Thus, this outer pavement 28 serves to lock the body 20 of the flush-mounting box 10 to 30 the rear (the blocking to the front being made exclusively using the flaps 53 and the elastically deformable film 30). In practice, the side wall 21 of the body 20 of the embedding box 10 has four windows 23 of rectangular shapes, which are evenly distributed around the axis Al. These windows 23 each have four straight edges, two of which extend parallel to the axis Al. These windows 23 extend in length on an angular sector around the axis Al which is strictly greater than 10 degrees, and which is here substantially equal to 50 degrees. They extend in height on only a part of the height of the side wall 21 of the body 20. The elastically deformable film 30 is preferably provided to completely close each window 23, so as to seal the recess box 10. Here, this elastically deformable film is formed by a peripheral strip 30 which covers the entire periphery of the side wall 21 of the body 20 of the embedding box 10, over part of its height. This peripheral strip 30 has here, at each of the windows 23, an extra thickness 31. As shown clearly in FIGS. 1 and 2, this extra thickness 31 is here formed by a set of parallel ribs projecting from the remainder of the peripheral strip 30. These ribs, which are provided to optimize the attachment of the peripheral strip 30 to the plasterboard 100, are profiled and extend in length in planes orthogonal to the axis Al. Alternatively, it would have could have foreseen that this extra thickness is presented differently. Thus, it could consist of parallel ribs extending in length along axes parallel to the Al axis. It could also consist of cylindrical pins having axes perpendicular to the Al axis. It could also simply be formed by a buffer, that is to say by a rectangular plate projecting constant thickness. [0009] This peripheral strip 30 is here made of SEBS (acronym for "polystyrene-b-poly (ethylene-butylene) -b-polystyrene"). It is overmolded on the body 20 of the recess box 10. Alternatively, it could be provided that it forms a separate part of the body, and that it is simply attached thereto and possibly glued thereto. [0010] The equipment module 50, which is designed to offer the user the desired electrical function, is in the form of an "all-in-one" block, adapted to be attached directly to the mounting box 10 (without use of equipment support to make the connection between the equipment module and the flush-mounting box). [0011] The base 51 of this equipment module 50 comprises a side wall 52 which is closed at the front by a front wall 57 and which is closed at the rear by a bottom to define an interior receiving space of the electric mechanism 60. [0012] The shape of the base 51 is designed to be similar to that of the interior volume delimited by the flush-mounting box 10, so that it makes it possible to take advantage of the entire interior volume delimited by the flush-mounting box 10 to accommodate any type of electric mechanism. The electrical mechanism 60 housed inside the base 51 of the equipment module 50 conventionally comprises a functional part serving to perform the function for which the equipment module 50 has been designed, and a connecting part serving to ensure its connection. electric to the local power grid. By "functional part" is meant a part which is adapted to perform a function which goes beyond a simple connection to electrical conductors (this connection being made by the "connecting part"). The functional portion has a shape adapted to the function that the electric mechanism must perform. It may thus be an interaction function with the user 20 (typically a socket function, switch, back and forth, electric dimmer, VDI plug or equivalent, network socket, telephone jack), or an interaction function with the environment (typically a light function, a thermostat, a smoke detector, a flood detector, a temperature detector, motion detector, light detector, etc.). This is a plug function. The functional part then comprises a hubcap 63 which is engaged through a central opening made in the end wall 57 of the base 51 of the equipment module and which delimits an insertion well 62 of an electrical plug. It also comprises a ground pin 61 which emerges inside the insertion well 62 and two cells (not visible) which are housed inside the base 51, behind two holes provided at the bottom of the insertion well 62, and which are adapted to receive two pins of the electrical plug. The connecting part may itself have automatic or screw terminals, for fixing and connecting the three electrical son from the local power network to the earth pin and the aforementioned cells. Preferably, this connection portion will comprise three piston terminals (not shown), which will be in the form of cylindrical studs respectively connected to the earth pin and the aforementioned cells, and which will be mounted mobile in translation through the bottom of the base 51, along axes parallel to the axis Al. These pads will be returned to the rear by compression springs housed in the base 51. In correspondence, the mounting box 10 will preferably be equipped with a terminal block connection terminal (not shown) fixed on the front face of its bottom wall 22. This connection terminal block will then comprise three electrical connection elements each provided for, on one side, allow the connection of an electrical wire from the electrical network local, and, on the other, allow the connection of one of the piston terminals of the equipment module 50. [0013] To lock the flush-mounting box 10 in the hollow partition (towards the front) and to lock the fitting module 50 in the flush-mounting box 10, the base 51 of the equipment module 50 is here equipped with four flaps 53 which are each movable so as to be able to deploy through the four windows 23 of the recess box 10. [0014] Preferably, each flap 53 of the equipment module 50 is mounted to tilt on the base 51, via a hinge portion 54. Alternatively, it could be provided that each flap is movably mounted in translation on the base. Here, each flap 53 is formed in one piece with the base 51 of the equipment module 50. More precisely, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, each flap 53 is cut out as part of the thickness of the side wall 52 of the base 51. Each flap 53 has three free edges and a fourth edge, namely here a front edge, which connects to the rest of the side wall 53 of the base 51 by two tabs 54A forming said hinge portion 54 of pivoting axis orthogonal to the axis Al. The four flaps 53 are regularly distributed around the axis A1 and have rectangular shapes, of dimensions strictly smaller than the dimensions of the windows 23 made in the side wall 21 of the body 20. of the recess box 10, so as to pass through these windows 23. These flaps 53 are thus free to pivot through these windows 23, between a retracted position and an extended position. [0015] When the flaps 53 are in the retracted position, they are arranged in the extension of the remainder of the side wall 52 of the base 51 of the equipment module 50. Thus positioned, these flaps 53 do not interfere with the engagement of the equipment module 50 in the recess box 10. When the flaps 53 are in the extended position, they protrude from the side wall 52 of the base 51 of the equipment module 50 and can thus pass through the windows 23 of the recess box 10. As as shown in FIG. 3, the flaps 23 can thus deform the peripheral strip 30, which allows them to cling to this peripheral strip 30 and which allows the peripheral strip 30 to cling to the back of the plasterboard 100. Here, each flap 53 of the equipment module 50 has, projecting on its outer face, hooking ribs 55 ensuring better attachment of the equipment module 50 to the elastically deformable film 30. These attachment ribs 55, here three in number on each flap 53, are profiled and parallel. They extend in length in planes orthogonal to the axis Al. In the embodiment shown in the figures, the return means of the flaps 53 in the deployed position comprise, for each flap 53, a leaf spring 70. [0016] As shown more particularly in Figure 2, this leaf spring 70 is formed by a single rod or metal rod, folded so as to have two branches 71, 72 V (whose apex is turned towards the pivot axis of the flap 53 correspondent). A first of these branches 71 is fixed to the side wall 52 of the base 51 and extends in length parallel to the axis Al. The second branch 72 is simply supported against the inner face of the corresponding flap 53, so as to push back to the outside. The end 73 of this second branch 72 is folded towards the first leg 71, so as to bear thereon and to ensure the spring blade 70 a better stiffness. [0017] This stiffness is provided so as to allow the flap 53 to push the peripheral strip 30 outwards, against the rear face of the gypsum board 100, to ensure a good attachment of the electrical equipment 1 in the circular opening 101 made in this gypsum board 100. The extra thicknesses 31 of the peripheral strip 30 optimize this fixation. The installation of the electrical equipment 1 in the circular opening 101 made in the gypsum board 100 is carried out as follows. [0018] Before engaging the flush-mounting box 10 in the circular opening 101, the installer connects the electrical wires coming from the local electrical network to the electrical connection elements of the terminal block provided at the bottom of the flush-mounting box 10, via an opening (not visible) located in the bottom of the flush-mounting box 10. [0019] Then, the installer reports the recess box 10 in the circular opening 101 made in the plasterboard 100, taking care that its peripheral sidewalk 28 is applied against the plasterboard 100 (Figure 2). The installer then reports the equipment module 50 in the recess box 10, taking care that its piston terminals are connected to the electrical connection elements of the terminal block (Figure 3). To engage the base 51 of the equipment module 50 in the recess box 10, the installer must compress the flaps 53 inward to place them in the retracted position. He can carry out this operation manually or he can use a sleeve (not shown) which, once placed around the side wall 52 of the base 51 of the equipment module 50, keeps the flaps 53 in the retracted position. Once the equipment module 50 engaged in the flush-mounting box 10, its flaps 53 unfold, which makes it possible to block the equipment module 50 in the flush-mounting box 10 and the flush-mounting box 10 in the case. hollow partition. The present invention is not limited to the embodiment described and shown, but the art can apply any variant within his mind. Thus, one could have provided recall means (flaps in the deployed position) of different architectures. By way of example, these return means could be in the form of pointed tabs rising from the bottom of the flush-mounting box, towards the front. Positioned near the side wall of the flush-mounting box, these tabs could then engage between the base and the shutters of the equipment module during assembly of the equipment module in the flush-mounting box. They would force the shutters to unfold. According to another variant, provision could be made to equip the base of the equipment module with additional means of attachment to the flush-mounting box, to ensure better attachment of the equipment module in the flush-mounting box. By way of example, these means could comprise two latching lugs which would come into formation with the base of the equipment module and which would be adapted to hook onto the flush-mounting box.
