专利说明:

[0001] The technical field of the invention is that of the chests intended to contain a payload, and more particularly the chests for military vehicles intended to contain a drone or a weapon that may require rapid deployment. Military vehicles intended to carry combat equipment such as weapons or drones must ensure a certain level of protection of their cargo against inclement weather, malice or attacks on the outside environment in general. It is known for this to place the load in a trunk or in the vehicle body and close the opening of the trunk, by which the drone or the weapon must come out of a folding panel by a hinge. Usually, the panel opens either completely and comes to rest on a neighboring part of the vehicle which can obstruct the view at a glazing or clog an air exhaust grille for example. The panel can also be kept open only just needed to clear the opening. It is then in the extension of one of the sides of the trunk which limits the shooting angles of the weapon, or it forms a major obstacle which hinders the take-off and landing of a drone it contains. The invention aims to solve this problem of space and clearance of the opening of a trunk in order to make the entry and exit of the trunk easy for a drone or to make the pointing sector of a weapon deployable. the largest possible. Thus, the invention relates to a trunk for containing a payload, trunk having a plurality of faces delimiting an internal volume for the payload, and at least one opening on the top, trunk characterized in that it has at least one panel adapted to cover all or part of the opening and to be positioned along a folding face when the trunk is open, trunk comprising at least one rod and a connecting rod each secured to one side of the trunk by joints located at their first ends, the linkage of the rod being located horizontally between an upper edge of the fold face and the link of the connecting rod, the rod having at its second end a sliding link secured to the panel , the second end of the connecting rod being secured to the panel by a pivot connection, connecting rod comprising a bend located in the vicinity of the first end of the rod and the length of the connecting rod being greater than the distance separating the hinge axis of the connecting rod from the upper edge of the folding face. Advantageously, the trunk comprises two adjacent panels when the trunk is closed.
[0002] Advantageously, the rod has a bend near its second end. Advantageously, the pivoting of the connecting rod is provided by a motor. Advantageously, the edge of the folding face is chamfered. The invention will be better understood on reading the attached description, a description given with reference to the appended drawings, in which: FIG. 1 represents a schematic perspective view of a trunk according to the invention containing a drone. 2 shows a schematic perspective view of a trunk according to the invention being opened and containing a drone.
[0003] Figure 3 shows a schematic perspective view of an open trunk with a drone leaving the inside of the trunk.
[0004] According to Figure 1, a trunk which is here intended to be fixed on a military vehicle (vehicle not shown) contains a drone 10 rotary wing. The trunk 1 is substantially parallelepipedal and has four faces 2,3,4,5 and a base 6 on which the drone 10 rests. The trunk according to the invention could be arranged on a fixed structure (such as a building) or a movable structure (mobile shelter or command post for example). He could also equip a ship. The upper part of the chest 1 comprises two adjacent panels 11a and 11b at a jointing edge 14. The two panels 11a and 11b completely cover a rectangular opening 12 which will be better seen in the following figures. The drone 10 thus contained in the trunk 1 is out of sight, intrusions and threats from the outside environment. The faces 2,3,4,5 and the bottom 6 and the panels 11a and 11b will be made of materials adapted to withstand external threats and transport constraints. For example a shielded aluminum will be suitable for ballistic threats and minimum weight constraints. According to Figure 2, the opening 12 is partially disengaged. Each of the panels 11a and 11b has adopted a semi-open position forming an angle α with respect to the plane P of the opening 12, thus placing itself partially opposite the opening 12. Each panel 11a and 11b has a pair slides 13 under its lower surface (or internal), arranged perpendicularly to the jointing edge of the panel 11. Each slide 3 is connected to a face 4 substantially parallel to the jointing edge 14 of the panel 11 by a link 15. The rod 15 is secured to the trunk 1 by a first end through a hinge 15a secured to the side 4 of the trunk is substantially parallel to the joint edge 14. The second end of the rod 15 is integral with the slide 13 and is slidable 10 in this one. Each panel 11a and 11b comprises at least one rod 18 under its lower surface (or inner), secured by a first end of a face of the box 1 substantially perpendicular to the jointing edge 14 of the panel 11b 15 by a hinge 19. The second end of the rod 18 is secured to the panel by a pivot connection 20 located in the vicinity of the grouting edge 14. It will be noted that the first end 19 of the rod 18 is connected to a motor block 21 for pivotally actuating the rod 18 Such pivotal movement from the closed position of the panel 11a, visible in Figure 1, causes the lifting of the jointing edge 14 and the pivoting of the panel 11a around the axis of articulation 22 of the rods 15. The continuation of the Pivot movement upwards of the connecting rod 18 causes the second ends of the links 15 to slide in their slides 13 in combination with the rotation of the panel 11a around the axis of articulati we have links. According to FIG. 3, the combined translational and rotational movement of each of the panels 11a and 11b results in a positioning of the panels 11a and 11b substantially vertically and along the faces 2 and 4 referred to as folding faces. The second end of each link 15 is in upper abutment on the slide 13 considered. Note that each rod 15 has a bend 23 located near its second end, elbow 23 for lifting the portion of the panel lla or lib in contact with the upper edge 24 of the fold panel 2 or 4 as soon as the opening movement is started. This elbow 23 also has the function of placing the lla panel offset by a distance D relative to the hinge axis 22 of the links in order to avoid any interference of the panel 11a with the trunk. Note also that the link 15 has its articulation, first end, located horizontally between the hinge axis 22 of the connecting rod 18 and the upper edge 24 of the folding face 2. The panels 11a and 11b thus placed parallel to each foldback face 2 and 4 of the box 1 completely free the space opposite the opening 12 and in its vicinity. The drone 10 can freely exit the trunk 1 without being forced into its takeoff by an obstacle formed by the panels 11a and 11b. It should be noted in FIG. 3 that, in order for the opening movement to be completely complete, the connecting rod 18 must have a length greater than the distance L between its articulation axis 19 and the upper edge 24 of the front face. 2 or 4. The situation is also advantageous with respect to the landing of the drone 10. The trunk 1 could of course contain another payload. In all cases, the kinematics of the opening mechanism will reduce the size of the open trunk by positioning the closure panels along two sides of the trunk. In particular, if this payload is constituted by an automatic deployment weapon (weapon fixed on a pivoting or sliding glide), the deployment of this one will be favored by the liberation of the space around the trunk, thus offering a possibility of pointing and shooting on three hundred and sixty degrees in site.
[0005] It is also noted that the panels 11a and 11b encumber only the faces 2 and 4 of the box 1 thus leaving free from interference or masking the environment close to the box 1.
[0006] The course of the closing operation of the trunk 1 takes place in the reverse order of that previously described. It is obvious to the skilled person that the chest may have only one panel covering the entire opening.
[0007] In such a case, it will be preferable to provide a chest 1 sufficiently deep so that the side along which the panel will be positioned in the open chest position is at least as high as the width of the panel. It will also be possible in the vicinity and below the chest sufficient space to allow the panel to pass down. It is also obvious to the skilled person that the connecting rods, rods, slides and motorization can be positioned outside the trunk 1. For this we place the slide of the link at a field of the panel. It will be the same for the pivot connection of the connecting rod. It will be noted that the upper edges 24 of the foldback faces 2 and 4 of the box 1 are chamfered and that each panel 11a and 11b has complementary shapes of these chamfered edges 24, 25 in order to avoid the friction of the panels 11a and 11b. llb on the upper edges 24 of the folding faces 2.30
