[0001] Fastening element for fastening of coating parts, support for a fixing element, and tool for dismounting a fastening element The invention relates to a fastening element for fastening coating parts, to a support for a fastener element and a tool for dismounting a fastener element. In particular, the fastening element serves to mount a lining piece, for example a door liner on the support which is in turn mounted on a component integral with the vehicle, for example a bodywork part. [0002] In some parts of coating, it is necessary that they are able to be disassembled. For this purpose, it is possible to use snap fasteners which detach from the support as soon as a predetermined holding force in terms of construction is exceeded. The advantage in such fasteners is that they allow disassembly to the least complexity of the coating part. The disadvantage is that they provide a comparatively low holding force which, if necessary, is accidentally exceeded during operation, which then causes an accidental detachment of the support liner. It is also already known in the state of the art fasteners that can not be removed without difficulty from their support but in the case of which additional steps are necessary when the fasteners must be detached from the support. Document DE 199 54 293 A1 discloses, for example, a fastening of a trim for a motor vehicle by means of a fastening clip which is able to be inserted by a bottom part into a hole of a sheet or the like and to be fixed. there by means of a spacer pin which can be driven into a central bore of the fastening clip. The fastening clip has a support plate and at a distance from the latter a head piece around which the trim molding engages at least partially. On the head piece, there is provided a recess extending to the spacer pin, and a slot-shaped recess is provided on the spacer pin so as to allow disassembly of the peg. spacing against the direction of insertion by means of an auxiliary tool. [0003] The use of a spacer peg is however complicated and increases the number of parts to be mounted. The object of the present invention is to develop a fastener for fastening coating parts, a support for a fastener and a tool for dismounting a fastener of the type advantageously mentioned in the introduction. particularly so that the structure of a fastener for fastening coating parts is simpler than heretofore. This object is achieved according to the invention by means of a fastening element for the fastening of coating parts having the features of claim 1. According to this, a fastening element for the fastening of coating parts has a section a mounting piece on which it is possible to mount a lining piece, and an engagement section which is adapted to engage a support for the fixing element, the engagement section having at least one lug of engagement, a release tab on which a tool can engage by means of which the locking tab can be moved to a release position being provided on the latching tab. The invention is based on the basic idea of actively deforming the fastener element by means of the tool when the fastener element is to be detached from the support. This allows the fastener to be made in such a way that it basically relies reliably on the carrier, i.e. without being actuated by the tool, and thus provides a high holding force. The interlocking connection then used between the fixing element and the support does not necessarily have to be carried out in such a way that the fixing element is automatically detached from the support in the case of a high triggering force, for example by means of appropriate chamfers on the fastening element or on the support. The connection between the support and the fastening element can effectively be carried out with hooking, for example by means of an undercut. When the fastener is to be detached, it is appropriately deformed by means of the tool so as to detach from the carrier. This ensures that the fastener can be detached from the carrier with little force when needed. The holding force that can be obtained can be comparatively high. [0004] The holding force may, for example, be greater than 300 N. The force required for engagement or insertion of the fastener may be comparatively small and may be, for example, from about one seventh to about one tenth of the restraining force. The insertion force that must be exerted for the engagement of the fastening element may for example be less than about 40 N. The triggering force, that is to say the force that must be exerted to trigger The mounted fastener may, for example, be smaller than the insertion force and may in particular be only about a third to about half of the insertion force. The triggering force may for example be 20 N. The fastener may be an injection molded part. This results in low manufacturing costs. The fastening element may in particular be made in one piece. The assembly costs for assembling the fastener from several spare parts are thus eliminated. The fixing element may for example be made of a thermoplastic material such as polypropylene or polyamide. The support may be a carrier further described in the following, which is for example adapted to be attached to a body component. [0005] The connection of the fastening element to a lining piece can in particular be achieved by means of a separate intermediate piece. It may further be provided that the trigger tab is arranged at the end of the locking tab which is turned towards the attachment section. This results in the advantage that it is possible to introduce and place a tool - 4 - for the dismounting of the fastening element near the support for the fastening element and thus easily accessible from the outside. . It may further be provided that the latching lug extends from one end of the latching section turned away from the securing section towards the attachment section. This results in the advantage that the locking lug is made relatively long and thus flexible. This influences and advantageously increases the holding force. Flexibility at the same time as triggering and tripping of the fastener is possible with low forces. [0006] Two interlocking tabs may be arranged on the attachment section, which are symmetrically opposed. This allows a regular force distribution and a regular application of the retaining force by the fastener. This also facilitates the engagement and release of the fastener. [0007] The locking tabs may have a substantially identical structure. It may further be provided that at least one prestressing element is provided, which urges the fastener away from the support when the fastener is engaged. A prestressing element of this type makes it possible to clamp the fastener element in the support and thus to reduce or even entirely avoid vibrations. It is thus possible to suppress a development of sounds perceived as unpleasant. Several prestressing elements, in particular two prestressing elements can be provided. The prestressing elements may be arranged symmetrically. In particular, it can be provided that the prestressing elements are made in the form of a wing, a pad or a bar. The present invention further relates to a support for a fastener. Thus, a support for a fastener has a guide for a tool that can engage the trigger tab of the fastener so that the detent tab is moved to a position of release. This results in the advantage that the tool for triggering the fastener is automatically positioned and guided correctly so that the fastener can be detached in a simple and reliable manner. This represents a particular advantage in that the tool must most often be placed "blindly" since the fastener is most often arranged not visible. The guide further ensures that the insertion force acts in the "right" direction, that is to say in the direction necessary for the detachment of the fastener. As a result, only a small force is required for detachment, in particular only a trigger force of about 20 N. Advantageously, an insertion chamfer for the tool can be further provided. This facilitates insertion and correct placement of the tool. It may further be provided that the guidance is in the form of a rectangular guide channel. This automatically results in opposite guide surfaces to each other in pairs, by means of which the tool can be guided with less effort. It is further possible to realize a rectangular guide channel in a simple manner. The present invention further relates to a tool for disassembling a fastener. A tool for dismounting a fastener is then made of flat material and has two trigger chamfers opposite to each other. This results in a low height of the tool which leads to a generally flat structure of the assembly according to the invention. The trigger chamfers are advantageously arranged so as to automatically engage with the release tabs of the fastener element during the insertion of the tool and press them so that the engagement of the element fastener is unlocked. The fastener can then simply be removed from the support member. The basic body of the tool can be elongated and have a rectangular cross section. Such a cross section can be obtained with less effort either by cutting the tool in a sheet, or by injection molding of the tool. The cross section of the tool is then adapted to the guide channel of the support member for the fastener so that the tool can easily be inserted but at the same time be reliably guided by way that the trigger chamfers engage the trigger tabs. Other features and advantages of the invention will emerge from the description which follows and from the following drawing to which reference is made. In the drawings: - Figure 1 shows a perspective view of a fastener according to an embodiment of the invention; - Figure 2 shows another perspective view of the fastener of Figure 1; - Figure 3 shows a side view of the fastener of Figures 1 and 2; - Figure 4 shows another side view of the fastener of Figures 1 and 2; - Figure 5 shows a top view of the fastener of Figures 1 and 2; FIG. 6 shows a perspective view of a support according to one embodiment of the invention, which is provided to cooperate with the fastening element of FIGS. 1 to 5; - Figure 7 shows a top view in perspective on a receiving element for the fastening element according to Figures 1 to 5; - Figure 8 shows a perspective view of a tool according to one embodiment of the invention provided to cooperate with a fastener according to the invention; FIG. 9 shows the trigger chamfers of the tool of FIG. 8 in an enlarged top view; FIG. 10 shows the trigger chamfers of the tool of FIG. 8 in an enlarged lateral view; and Fig. 11 shows in a perspective view the fastener mounted in the holder with a tool engaging thereto. Figures 1 to 5 show a fastener 10 as an embodiment of the invention. [0008] The fastening element 10 has a fastening section 12 and an engagement section 14. The fastening section 12 is intended to be connected to a component to be fastened. For this purpose, it can be provided a receiving element which can be made in one piece with the component or as a separate part mounted on the component. The engagement section 14 is provided to engage a later explained carrier so that the attached component is then mounted on the carrier. The support can also be made as a separate part or integrated into another room. The attachment section 12 has a cylindrical section 16 and a substantially rectangular platform 18 molded with the cylindrical section 16. [0009] The rectangular basic shape of the platform together with an appropriately configured receiving element ensures that the fastening element 10 can be inserted into the receiving element only in the correct direction. For this purpose, the dimensions of the receiving element are adapted to the smaller width of the platform. The platform, turned 90 °, that is to say with the larger width, can not be inserted into the receiving element. As can be seen in FIG. 2, the platform 18 has in its center an orifice 20. The end of the cylindrical section 16 turned towards the platform 18 projects into the orifice 20 and is connected to the platform 18 via several spring bars 22. [0010] The spring bars 22 are made in the form of a spiral, as can be clearly seen in FIG. 5. The spring bars 22 are articulated on a substantially triangular end portion 17 of the cylindrical section 16. The spring bars then extend over a much of their length along the outer faces of the end section so that they succeed in support and are supported there in case of large deflection. This prevents an excessively strong deflection of the end section and thus excessively high deformation and stress of the spring bars. The engagement section 14 has a middle bar 15 and two latches 24 which are symmetrically opposed. The two interlocking tabs 24 have an identical structure. The latching tabs 24 extend from one end of the latching section 14 turned away from the fastening section 12 towards the fastening section 12. There is provided on each of the latching tabs 24 a trigger tab 26 which is arranged at the end of the locking tab 24 facing the attachment section 12. There is provided a flange 28 opposite the free ends of the release tabs 26 at the end of the cylindrical section 16 diverted from the On the other hand, two prestressing elements 30 are symmetrically arranged on the flange 28. The prestressing elements 30 project from the flange 28 at an acute angle towards the engagement section 14 and are made in this example of wing-shaped embodiment. The tip of the middle bar 15 of the engagement section 14 diverted from the platform 18 and the face of the platform 18 facing the engagement section 14 are spaced from each other by 21.4 mm. The platform 18 has a thickness of 2.2 mm. As can be seen in the top view of the platform 18 in FIG. 5, the platform 18 has a rectangular basic shape 28.4 mm long and 25.6 mm wide. The cylindrical section 16 has a diameter of 4.9 mm. The latching tabs 24 each have an elastically deformable spring section 32 by means of which they are resiliently articulated on the middle bar 15. A reinforcing section 34 which thickens and ends in the tooth The triggering tab 26 then connects to the reinforcing section 34. The triggering tab 26 is arranged on the side of the reinforcing section 34 facing the middle bar 15 and extends the unsolicited state of the fastening element 10 parallel to the middle bar 15. The trigger tabs 26 each have a length of 5.7 mm. The two inner faces of the release tabs 26 facing the middle bar 15 have a distance of 9.2 mm from each other. [0011] The rounded tool engaging surfaces 27 are formed on the face of the trigger tab 26 away from the middle bar 15. The tool engaging surfaces 27 define a circle with a diameter of 11.8 mm. The engagement tooth 36 has a leading face 38 and a tooth spine 39. The tips of the engagement teeth 36 have a distance of 15.1 mm from each other. The back of tooth 39 is formed by the face of the reinforcement section 34 diverted from the middle bar 15. The transition between the spring section 32 and the middle bar 15 is carried out with a radius of 0.95 mm on the inside face, c that is, in the area in which the spring section 32 merges into the reinforcement section 34. The prestressing elements 30 project from the flange 28 towards the engagement section 14 at an angle of 54 °. . The tip of the prestressing elements 30 is arranged at a distance of 10.5 mm from the face of the platform 18 facing the engagement section 14. The two points of the prestressing elements 30 are arranged at a distance of 21, 8 mm from each other. It is visible from the side view according to Figure 4 that the middle bar 15 is made in the form of arrow. The base body of the middle bar 15 has a width of 11.8 mm. In the region of the flange 28, the middle bar has a shoulder 40 with a height of 4.5 mm. The shoulder 40 has a diameter of 16 mm. FIG. 6 shows a top view in perspective of an exemplary embodiment according to the invention of a support 42 for the fastening element 10, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 5. The support 42 has a guide 44 which is formed as a rectangular guide channel 44. The guide channel 44 has an insertion chamfer 46 on the inlet side. On the output side of the guide channel 44, the support 42 has a median section 48. A central circular orifice 50 is provided in the median section 48. Three lateral sections 52 , 54, 56 are further molded with the medial section 48, which have attachment holes 58. The support 42 is here made in one piece. The support 42 may for example be a metal component, a plastic component or a fiber reinforced material component. FIG. 7 shows a top view in perspective on a receiving element 60 for the fastening element 10 according to FIGS. 1 to 5. The receiving element 60 has in the median section 62 an insertion channel 64 which comprises an insertion chamfer 66 and an engagement rib 68. Two lateral wings 70 each having two fixing orifices 72 are formed on the median section 62. FIGS. 8 to 10 show a tool 74 for disassembling an element The tool 74 is made of flat material and has two trigger chamfers 76 opposite one another. Trigger chamfering 76, end side, are here each made on two parallel pins 78 which are molded with one end of the tool 74. [0012] The trigger chamfers 76 and the inner faces of the pins 78 limit an intermediate space 80 narrowing toward the tool 74. This intermediate space 80 has its greatest width at the tips of the trigger chamfers 76, and its width decreases. along the trigger chamfers 76 in the direction of the tool 74. The tool 74 has at its detourned end trigger chamfers 76 a gripping zone 82. Information or labels are for example arranged, printed or engraved in the median area 84 of tool 74. [0013] The trigger chamfers 76 are arranged symmetrically and have an opening angle of 90 °. The trigger chamfers 76 are molded with the end of the zone 84 which here has a width of 24 mm. As it is more visible in the side view in detail according to Figure 10 on the trigger chamfers 76 of the tool 74, the trigger chamfers 76, seen in the side view, form a rounded tip 86. The rounded tip 86 here in this embodiment is a radius of 0.5 mm. The rounded tip 86 is then arranged at a flat side, here the upper face 88. A first lateral chamfer 90 extends in a lateral view from the tip 86 at an angle of 55 °, to which a second connection is then connected. lateral chamfer 92 at an angle of 30 ° to the second flat side, here the lower face 94. The operation of the fastening element 10 can be described as follows. [0014] The fastening element 10 is engaged in the central circular orifice 50 of the support 42 by means of the engagement section 14. The insertion force for this then amounts, for example, to less than 40 N. configuration of the locking tabs 24 allows retention forces greater than 300 N. The attachment section 12 is inserted with the platform 18 in the receiving element 60. For this purpose, the platform 18 is inserted into the channel of 64, which is facilitated by the insertion chamfer 66. The engagement rib 68 prevents slippage of the platform 18. The receiving element 60 is for example snapped onto a piece of coating by means of the fixing holes 72. [0015] By means of the spring bars 22, it is possible to compensate for any lateral offset between the support 42 and the receiving element 60 for the lining piece. FIG. 11 shows in a perspective view from above the fixing element 10 mounted in the support 42, but without the receiving element 60. [0016] In order to release the fastening element 10, the tool 74 is inserted, with the trigger chamfers 76 first, into the rectangular guide channel 44, which is facilitated by the insertion chamfer 46 on the input side. Some flexibility of the tool also facilitates insertion. Through the guide channel 44, the trigger chamfers 76 are moved towards the trigger tabs 26. By applying the trigger chamfers 76, the trigger tabs 26 are pressed into the intermediate space 80 and thus towards the middle bar 15 of the fixing element 10. The locking tabs 24 are thus released from their engagement 25 in the orifice 50, and the fixing element 10 can be extracted. For the release of the engagement, it is only necessary according to this embodiment to exert a release force of less than 20 N.
