ELECTRIC CRANE CONTROL SYSTEM
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The invention relates to an electric crane control system for use as an electric control system for a hydraulic timber or piece cargo crane.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In the past, crane steering has provided pre-guided solutions to improve ergonomics and steering capabilities. There are solutions on the market realized with hydraulic pre-steering, with a lever-like lever system or electro-hydraulic pre-steering, with crane control with two electric joysticks with three functions each.
The disadvantage of current technology is that hydraulic pre-steering facilitates the ergonomic positioning of the controls and reduces the forces required to turn the control levers, but the disadvantage of current technology is that it is not possible to functionally reduce driver-specific adjustments such as travel speeds. It is not possible to reduce driver-specific adjustments such as travel speeds by function. In addition, the hydraulic pre-steering controls are relatively large in size and the associated pre-steering hoses further increase the space requirements and make it difficult to position the steering devices in the control position structures. The pre-steering components and oil temperature monitor their hydraulic systems for temperature and the downside is that they overheat the crane cab space or that the driver may get burned when touching heated components.
Electronically controlled controls have only been available with joystick-based solutions, where all crane operations are controlled by hand-operated levers. These systems typically have ample control system control options for motion speeds and lever resolution and the ability to store driver-specific adjustments. The downside to joystick control is that for drivers,
20197089 prh 15 -06-20199 who are already accustomed to using a mechanically controlled crane, it is difficult to learn a new lever system actuator as an obstacle to the transition to an electronically controlled steering system.
PURPOSE OF THE INVENTION
The object of the invention is that the electric crane control system makes the crane control easy. It is a further object that the electronic control system position be adjustable as desired, thereby improving the ergonomics of the control devices.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The above drawbacks can be overcome and the objects of the invention realized by an electric crane control system according to the invention, characterized in what is defined in the characterizing part of claim 1. Preferred embodiments of the invention are the subject of dependent claims 2 to 4.
The main advantage of the invention is that the user, who is accustomed to mechanical control, is easy to learn and to start using an electrically driven crane, when the controls and the lever system are similar to the driver. That is, switching to an electrically controlled machine is easier than modern solutions. Compared to hydraulic pre-steering or mechanical steering, electric steering provides better ergonomics, easier installation and control of the controls due to the smaller size of the electrical components. Electrically controlled steering system provides better control than other control systems and driver-specific settings. In addition, installing highly heated components in the vicinity of the driver is avoided. The equipment of the invented electronic crane control system acts as a control device for a hydraulic timber or piece cargo crane, mimicking the lever systems of the mechanical controls for the cranes. In the case of the invention, the driver uses electric control levers and calipers, which are arranged in the same way as in the case of their mechanical control joints. Generic versions in mechanical control devices are known as versions in which the boom is controlled by four linear levers and two pedals, two levers in the x-y direction and two pedals, or by five linear levers and one pedal. It is clear that the invention of electric

LIST OF FIGURES
In the following, the invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows an electric crane steering system according to the invention mounted on a log truck with a timber crane, viewed from the side perpendicular.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention is not illustrated with reference to the related parts of the invention, but is a schematic representation illustrating the basic structure and operation of a preferred embodiment of the invention and its parts.
The following sections and sections are shown.
Lever system 1 with manual control lever Wide foot control lever Ib.
Hydraulic valve assembly 2.
Timber crane 3 with cabin 3a.
Vehicle cab 3b.
Adjusting bracket 4.
The lever system 1 is secured to the crane control position, to the crane cab 3a or to the vehicle cab 3b by means of positioning support means, one or more adjusting brackets 4.
The adjusting fastening member 4 may be of the articulated arm, at the end of which the lever system 1 is mounted. The pivot arms of the adjusting bracket 4 are either locked by their frictional force by means of a clamping screw or by the use of a separate locking device with a few alternative positions or by a separate locking device supporting the linkage. The support device may be a telescopic arm with the guide device mounted at its end. The telescopic arm has one or more nested or parallel profiles which are locked together by a frictional clamping screw, or by a separate locking device with a few alternative positions for position selection. The support device can

The figure shows an electric crane control system for use as an electrical control device for a hydraulic timber or piece cargo crane.
It has now been found that the electric crane control system consists of one or more mechanical lever systems 1, which are wired or wirelessly connected to one or more 10 hydraulic valves 2, hydraulic valves 2 to operate a hydraulic valve, the lever system 1 consists of electric control levers having the same movements and functions of the control levers as in the mechanical control system. the vehicle
The lever system 1 has one or more manual control levers 1a.
The lever system 1 has one or more foot control levers Ib, or pedals.
The lever system 1 is fixed in one or more adjustable mounting means 4 to the cab 3a of the timber or piece cargo crane 3 or to the cab 3b of the vehicle. Joystick controls (joysticks) are familiar from the cab of a vehicle. utility model # FI7189 (U20060139).
The invented electric crane control system is made of cranes using known technology and components from known materials.
The invention is not limited to the above example only, but many modifications are possible within the scope of the inventive ideas defined in the claims.
