专利摘要:
The invention relates to a hoisting device comprising a first part (1) movably secured to a running rail (2) above it and a second part (3) suspended below the first part (1) and lifting means (4) arranged in the first part. between the part (1) and the second part (3) for raising and lowering the second part (3). Furthermore, a scissor mechanism (5) is provided between the first part (1) and the second part (3) to prevent horizontal movement and rotation of the second part (3) with respect to the first part (1). 专利说明:
Field of the Invention The present invention relates to lifting devices. Description of Related Art It is known in the art to use a lifting device comprising a top movably fixed to the ceiling and a lower part suspended below it, and flexible lifting means arranged between the top and bottom for lifting and lowering the lower part. One problem with such a hoisting device is that its lower part is susceptible to hail when driving that hoist device while the lower part is down, whereby the lower part is subjected to a force opposite to the direction of movement of the upper part and possibly a rotational force about the elevation axis. Another known solution is to use a lifting device having a pillar frame and arranged to run on rails on the floor and on the ceiling. However, such a lifting device is often massive and, due to the floor rail, its use is restricted to a space where, for example, there is no underpass. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the invention is thus to provide a device for solving at least some of the above problems. The object of the invention is achieved by a device characterized by what is stated in the independent claim. Preferred embodiments of the invention are claimed in the dependent claims. The aforesaid object is achieved by a hoisting device comprising a first part movably secured to a tramline and a second part suspended below the first part. Further, the lifting device comprises lifting intervals 25 arranged between the first part and the second part for lifting and lowering the second part, and for preventing horizontal movement and rotation of the second part of the scissor mechanism arranged between the first part and the second part with respect to the first part. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The invention will now be further described in connection with preferred embodiments, with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: Figure 1 shows a first embodiment of a hoisting device; and 20185072 prh 26 -01-2018 Fig. 2 shows an enlarged view of the positioning of the second part of the lifting device according to the first embodiment in the correct position relative to the shelf. DESCRIPTION OF AT LEAST ONE EMBODIMENT Figure 1 shows, by way of example, a general view of a first embodiment of a hoisting device. Referring to Figure 1, this embodiment comprises a first section 1 movably secured to a rail 2 above the first section 1 Attachment of the lifting device to an overhead rail is advantageous since it allows the lifting device to be operated from the lower rail, e.g. Said lifting device further comprises a second part 3 suspended below the first part 1 and lifting means 4 arranged between the first part 1 and the second part 3 for raising and lowering the second part 3. Said second part 3 can be, for example, a two-sided open basket into which a load can be loaded through its open sides. Furthermore, a scissor mechanism 5 is provided between the first part 1 and the second part 3 to prevent horizontal movement of the second part 3 with respect to the first part 1. Said lifting means 4 may comprise at least one flexible rope which is threaded between the first part and the second part so that it attaches to one of the four anchorage points for lifting and lowering the second part 3. Said flexible rope may also be, for example, a strap or a wire. Alternatively, the lifting means 4 may comprise, for example, four or more ropes, each of which is secured to a second part 3 each at its own attachment point. Said scissor mechanism 5 comprises a plurality of pairs of beams. In the middle of at least one pair of beams, a first hinge 6 rotatably joining the beams and a second hinge 7, a third hinge 8, a fourth hinge 9 and a fifth hinge 10 respectively are provided at the first, second, third and fourth ends of said at least one beam pair. 10 connect said at least one pair of beams to a rotatingly preceding and following beam pair. Mai30 said joints 6-10 are preferably implemented using bearings. In the embodiment shown in Fig. 1, a first conductor rail 12 is provided on a second surface 11 of the first part 1 (lower surface in the figure) and a second conductor rail 14 is provided on a first surface 13 of the second part 3. is slidably secured to the first conductor rail 12 via the first conductor carriage 16 and the scissor mechanism 5 20185072 prh 26 -01-2018, the second end portion 17 is rotatably secured to a second surface 11 of said first portion 1, respectively. 5 on the first surface 13. Said scissor mechanism 5 is advantageous in that it stiffens the structure of the lifting device and tends to keep the second part 3 parallel to the first part 1 and thereby reduce the horizontal oscillation and rotation of the second part 3 of the lifting device. Thanks to the scissor mechanism 5, the second part 3 of the lifting device 10 can be lifted at the same time as the first part 1 of the lifting device is moved laterally, without the second part 3 being subjected to any swinging. The simultaneous lifting and lateral movement described above is exemplified in Figure 1. Simultaneous lifting and lateral movement significantly accelerates the movement of the lifting device from position 15 to another. In addition, reducing the swing reduces the risk of collision of the hoist with the environment and facilitates the positioning of the second part 3 of the hoist, for example with respect to the storage shelf. Fig. 2 shows an enlarged view of the second part 3 of the lifting device according to the first embodiment being aligned with the shelf at a location. Said second part 3 may comprise one or more alignment members 21 for positioning the second part of the lifting device in the correct position relative to the storage shelf. Figure 2 shows, by way of example, that said cursor members may be, for example, pins protruding from a second portion that contact a counter body 22 on said storage shelf. Said protruding pins or their counterparts may be advantageously shaped to facilitate alignment. The protruding pins mentioned in Fig. 2 are illustrated at least in a partially extended position. As the hoist moves, the protruding pins are located inside the lower part of the hoist and when the hoist stops near the correct shelf position, said pins project outwardly to align the other part of the hoist with respect to the storage shelf. Alternatively, the cursor members may be, for example, electrical or optical sensors. At least one electrical conductor 23 (shown in dashed lines in Figure 1) is provided between the first part 1 and the second part 3 for operating the positioning means. Said at least one electrical conductor 23 is preferably attached to a scissor mechanism 5 to surround said scissor mechanism 5. Figure 1 also shows, by way of example, one alternative for controlling the lifting device. In this example, the hoisting device comprises a control device 24 connected to the hoisting device, which further comprises a user interface, and which can be used to manually control the hoisting device in the manual control mode. The user interface in the control device may comprise, for example, buttons which, when pressed, send signals to the hoist to control an electric motor driving said hoist. Alternatively, the lifting device may be controlled in autopilot mode. Here, the lifting device comprises a stand-alone computer which reads a computer program or user input and, on the basis thereof, transmits signals to the lifting device to control the electric motor driving said lifting device. Further, the lifting device may comprise a second transmitter which, in both the manual control mode and the automatic control mode, transmits information from the cursor elements back to the control device or computer. It will be obvious to a person skilled in the art that as technology advances, the basic idea of the invention can be implemented in many different ways. The invention and its embodiments are thus not limited to the examples described above, but may vary within the scope of the claims.
