[0001] [0002] Pad printing machine for footwear parts and its operating procedure [0003] [0004] Technical Field of the Invention [0005] [0006] The present invention corresponds to the technical field of footwear, in particular to a pad printing machine in pieces of footwear, such as soles, heels or the like and the operation thereof. [0007] [0008] Background of the Invention [0009] [0010] At present there is a great variety of footwear, both in shape and in styles, colors, qualities ... The trend continues to be the search for new designs, of greater varieties in prints, materials, fabrics, in short, to achieve a greater offer so that the client can find what he is looking for and what he demands. [0011] [0012] Obtaining different designs in the bases, soles and heels of footwear, in many cases requires the use of materials that, together with the work they require, make the product more expensive. In these cases, so that the majority of users can access all types of footwear, more and more impressions of these pieces are used, which are very aesthetically correct and give the footwear an appearance of diverse materials, or of different aesthetic designs , which provide a differentiation to footwear and the user who acquires it. [0013] [0014] For printing these pieces, pad printing machines are usually used, which generally have a cliché that is impregnated with ink from an inkwell and the image of the cliché on the shoe piece is stamped with a tampon. [0015] [0016] Generic pad printing machines usually have an area in which to place the object to be printed, an inkwell that is usually closed and a cliché. The inkwell moves over the cliché to impregnate it with ink. [0017] [0018] Once the cliché has been impregnated in these machines, the buffer must perform a displacement movement to position itself on it, press it to stay with the image of the cliché impregnated on its surface, and again, you must make another displacement by placing it on the object to be printed, to leave the image printed on the object with a new pressure movement. [0019] [0020] These machines have several drawbacks, such as the low productivity they present, due to the multiple displacements that the cliché and the buffer must make to be able to print the image on the object. In addition, the ink bottles thus used, generate overflows of ink in the cliché that in addition to supposing an expense, can end up distorting the image in the tampon by having more ink in some areas than in others. [0021] [0022] Another drawback of these pad printing machines is that they make an image for each pressing of the tampon, so that a shoe sole for example, must be made in two passes, that is, with a first tampon pressure it would print one side of the sole. and with a second impression the opposite side. This generates two joining lines of both prints, on the front and the back of the sole, respectively, which is not very aesthetic for the final result of the product. Likewise, the access that the buffer has to the front and rear area of the sole is rather limited, due to the curvature they present, so that the printing in these areas, in addition to showing said unsightly lines, has a lower intensity of the printed image. [0023] [0024] As an example of the prior art, reference documents ES0258528 and ES2586464 can be mentioned. [0025] [0026] The reference document ES0258528 refers to a machine with an operation like the one proposed, that is, it has a housing with an area to position the object to be printed, arranged at the same level as the cliché inside a inkwell and the operation consists in that after impregnating the tampon with ink, an advance of a car is carried out that simultaneously achieves the positioning of the tampon on the object and the inking of the cliché. After that, the tampon is lowered onto the object, printing the image and then raised in a recoil cart that simultaneously places the tampon on the cliché and cleans it of the excess ink, the tampon drops again taking the impression of the cliché, to resume the cycle again. [0027] [0028] In this type of machine, as explained, the image is marked with a connecting line in the front and another in the back and with low printing intensity in both areas, so that the result is some pieces of footwear with low print quality. [0029] [0030] So these machines may be appropriate for flat objects, but not for volumetric objects that require printing along the entire surface. [0031] [0032] Reference document ES2586464 defines a pad printing machine, comprising a frame with an upright for an image plate, a rotating buffer and an inkwell for inking the buffer comprising a rotating support provided with rotating means for holding the object to be padded. [0033] [0034] In this case, a continuous impression of the object is being sought, which avoids the uncomfortable lines of union between printing passes and this is achieved by rotating support of the object to be printed. However, this machine still has certain drawbacks, given that the cliché is still in a flat element that must be moved in this case under the inkwell, from which it takes the ink by gravity, in addition to the rotating support is only able to hold a single object to be printed, with each print after the printed object must be released to place a new object and this generates a printing process is slow and tedious. [0035] [0036] Likewise, it implies discrete yields, since it is necessary to move the car with the flat plate containing the cliché, back and forth, to impregnate the cliché with ink and then start printing the object. [0037] [0038] On the other hand, the change of cliché is cumbersome, since they are usually subject by means of bolted means that slow down the process of placement and removal to change the same, as it happens with the change of shoe lasts subject to the rotating support. [0039] [0040] In addition, in the clichés subject in this way, with bolted elements, there is the disadvantage that in the area between screws an arc is formed in which dust motes are accumulated that remain under the ink, so that when pressing the tampon, the speck adheres to it and generates a mark on the print on the object. [0041] [0042] Also, filling the inkwell is done manually, so you have to stop the machine every time the ink is finished, generating delays in the production process. [0043] Therefore, it is a machine that although it partially solves the problem of printing continuity, it still has drawbacks that reduce productivity. [0044] [0045] No machine has been found in the state of the art that achieves continuous printing and at the same time solves these inconveniences so that it results in high productivity. [0046] [0047] Description of the invention [0048] [0049] The pad printing machine for footwear pieces, which is presented here, comprises a support structure that has a first zone with a rotating device of at least one shoe holder, and a second area with at least one inkwell, a cliché with the image to be printed and a printing buffer of said image on the shoe piece. [0050] [0051] In this machine, the rotating device comprises at least a first flat vertical element with a first and second opposite surfaces, which has means of rotation with respect to a central axis connected to the support structure by means of a clamping frame that has tilting means and means of movement thereof. [0052] [0053] On the other hand, the at least one clamp last is attached to the first surface of the at least one first vertical element and comprises turning means relative to a rotation axis perpendicular thereto arranged on the second surface and is formed by a first longitudinal piece connected to the axis of rotation, two fixing elements of the piece of footwear and means for regulating the distance between them. [0054] [0055] In this way, with this last form it is possible to place different pieces of footwear with different sizes, changing only the regulation of the distance between the fixing elements of the piece, thus avoiding having to disassemble a shoe last and reassemble a new one, each time the size of the shoe piece varies. [0056] [0057] Likewise, associated with each flat vertical element, the machine comprises a roller holder with rotating means with respect to its axis, whose lateral surface has a cliché attached by means of fastening means, means for connecting the roller holder with a cliché open inkwell and, a buffer formed by a roller with turning means, which has two bases and, a lateral surface between both located tangent to the cliché, being the outer diameter of the central section of the buffer greater than the outer diameter of the section at the height of the bases. [0058] [0059] By means of the rotating cliché roller, and the means of connecting the same with the inkwell, it is possible to impregnate the cliché with the ink and print on the image buffer with a simple rotational movement of the same, avoiding this mode displacements of these elements, which slowed down the process. [0060] [0061] The machine also includes control means. [0062] [0063] In this report, in turn, a method of operation of a pad printing machine as described is presented, which comprises a series of phases that are determined below. [0064] [0065] The first phase consists of fixing a piece of footwear in the at least one last of the at least one first flat vertical element. [0066] [0067] Then, the second phase of regulating the distance of the rotating device with respect to the buffer is carried out, depending on the size of the footwear piece, by means of the movement means thereof. [0068] [0069] The third phase consists of the rotational movement of the rotating device, a determined positioning angle such that the last of the shoe piece to be printed is placed in a printing position, aligned with the buffer. [0070] [0071] A fourth phase of rotation of the cliché roller and rotation of the buffer is then carried out, such that the image to be printed is completely marked in the buffer, where the rotation movement of the cliché roller activates the connection means thereof with The inkwell [0072] [0073] The fifth phase consists in the tilting movement of the rotating device in the direction of the buffer, by means of the tilting means, such that the last form presented by the piece of footwear to be printed is arranged tangently to the buffer. [0074] [0075] Then the sixth phase is carried out in which the printing of the image of the tampon on the piece of footwear is carried out, by simultaneously rotating both, with the direction of opposite turns. [0076] Once the image has already been printed on the footwear piece, a seventh phase is carried out in which a tilting movement of the rotating device is carried out, in the opposite direction to the buffer by means of the tilting means. In this way, the printed shoe piece is separated from the buffer. [0077] [0078] Next, an eighth phase consists in a rotational movement of the rotating device at a certain exit angle, such that the last with the printed shoe piece moves from the printing position to a new position. [0079] [0080] Finally, a ninth phase takes place in which the printed shoe piece is removed. [0081] [0082] With the pad printing machine for shoe pieces proposed here, a significant improvement in the state of the art is obtained. [0083] [0084] This is so because a machine is achieved that makes a continuous impression of the image of the buffer, so that only a line of union between the beginning and the end of the image appears. [0085] [0086] This machine has a rotating device that has the option of being formed by one or two vertical elements. In the case where it has two parallel vertical elements, it is capable of printing the corresponding pieces of footwear at both feet, increasing the productivity of the machine. In addition, both when it is formed by a vertical element or by two, it can comprise more than one shoe-holding last, thereby increasing its productivity, given that with a simple angle of rotation, the device move a piece of already printed footwear and place a new one in the print position. [0087] [0088] Another advantage of this machine is that the lasts have fastening elements of the piece of footwear and means of regulating the distance between them, so that the same form is valid for any piece of footwear, being able to be attached to said norm with a simple regulation of said fixing elements, depending on the size of said piece of footwear. On other machines, each time a piece of footwear is made, it must be attached to a last of the appropriate size and then fastened by means of bolted elements the last to the machine. Every time I change the size of the piece of footwear, said last should be unscrewed, to proceed to place the next last suitable by size to the piece. These jobs involve an investment of time and significant labor. With the last form used in this machine, the time invested in these tasks is significantly reduced. [0089] [0090] Likewise, thanks to the cliché clamping means to the cliché roller, they favor a quick placement of the same, thus eliminating the long times that were invested in fixing and subsequently releasing a cliché, usually by means of screwed means. In addition, these screwed means have the disadvantage that between both screws an arc is formed in which dust motes can be accumulated that subsequently stick to the buffer and generate marks on the piece to be printed. [0091] [0092] Another advantage that this machine presents is that the shape of the buffer has a larger diameter in the central section, which generates a greater and better reach of the surface of the buffer to the curved areas of the footwear piece, preventing areas with lower printing intensity as it happened in other machines with cylindrical rotating tampons. [0093] [0094] In addition, thanks to the automatic refill mechanism of the inkwell and solvent receptacle, it is avoided to have to recharge by hand every time the ink or solvent is finished, so that the process does not present interruptions for these refills and the inkwell and The receptacle always has the same level of product. [0095] [0096] With this machine you get a better finish and an adjustment of it faster, resulting in a very effective machine, which achieves much higher levels of productivity. [0118] Figure 10.- Shows an elevational view of the rotating device of the pad printing machine for shoe pieces, for a second preferred embodiment of the invention. [0119] [0120] Detailed description of a preferred embodiment of the invention [0121] [0122] In view of the figures provided, it can be seen that in a first preferred embodiment of the invention, the pad printing machine (1) for pieces of footwear (2) proposed herein comprises a support structure (3) with a first zone (4.1) having a rotating device (5) of at least one last (6) for securing the piece of footwear (2), and a second zone (4.2) having at least one inkwell (7), a cliché (8) with the image to be printed and a printing buffer (9) of said image on the shoe piece (2). [0123] [0124] In this machine (1), the rotating device (5) comprises at least a first flat vertical element (10) with a first and second opposite surfaces (11.1, 11.2), which has turning means relative to a central axis (13 ) connected to the support structure (3) by means of a clamping frame (14) that has tilting means and displacement means thereof. [0125] [0126] Likewise, the at least one clamp last (6) is attached to the first surface (11.1) of the first vertical element (10) and comprises means of rotation with respect to a rotation axis (15) perpendicular thereto arranged in the second surface (11.2) and, as shown in Figure 7, is formed by a first longitudinal piece (16) connected to the axis of rotation (15), two fixing elements (17) of the footwear part (2) and means for regulating the distance between them. In this first preferred embodiment, as can be seen in Figures 1.1, 6.1 and 6.2, the machine (1) comprises four lasts (6) attached to the first surface (11.1) of the first vertical element (10). [0127] [0128] Likewise, as shown in said Figures 1.1, 6.1 and 6.2, in this first preferred embodiment of the invention, the rotating device (5) further comprises a second flat vertical element (18), in the same way and parallel to the first vertical element (10) and connected to the same central axis (13) of rotation. The second vertical element (18) also has an opposite first and second surfaces (19.1, 19.2) and both first and second vertical elements (10, 18) are arranged such that they have the second surface (11.2, 19.2) of the same faces . [0129] Likewise, the second vertical element (18) has the same number of lashes (6) as the first vertical element (10), and each one is attached to the first surface (19.1) thereof, arranged in correspondence with a last (6) for holding the first vertical element (10), and connected to the same rotation means with respect to the axis of rotation (15) as the last (6) of the first vertical element (10), such that said means of Turn are arranged between the second surface (11.2, 19.2) of both first and second vertical elements (10, 18). [0130] [0131] On the other hand, the pad printing machine (1) comprises associated with each first and second vertical elements (10, 18), a cliché roller (20) with rotating means, whose lateral surface has a cliché (8) secured by means of fastening means, connection means of the cliché roller (20) with an open inkwell (7) and, a buffer (9) formed by a roller with rotating means, which has two bases and a surface lateral between them located tangent to the cliché (8), the outer diameter of the central section of the buffer (9) being greater than the outer diameter of the section at the height of the bases. [0132] [0133] In a possible second preferred embodiment of the invention, the pad printing machine (1) may have a single first vertical element (10) in the rotating device (5), as shown in Figures 8 to 10. In this case , in which the same number of clamping lasts (6) as in the first proposed embodiment is proposed, that is, four clamping lasts (6), these are arranged on the first surface (11.1) of the first vertical element (10) and the turning means of each last (6) are located on the second surface (11.2) thereof, as was the case in the first embodiment, but in this case, the turning means are not included between two vertical elements, but are exposed. [0134] [0135] The pad printing machine (1) of the first embodiment proposed herein further comprises control means of the machine (1). [0136] [0137] As shown in Figures 4.1 to 4.3, in this first preferred embodiment of the invention, the connection means of the cliché roller (20) with the inkwell (7) are formed by an ink metering roller (21) disposed partially submerged in the ink of the inkwell (7) and, an ink applicator roller (22), arranged intermediate between the metering roller (21) and the cliché roller (20) and tangent thereto. [0138] Furthermore, in this first preferred embodiment of the invention, the means for securing the cliché (8) to the cliché roller (20) are formed by an electromagnet connected to a battery. This battery is an emergency battery, which prevents the cliché (8) from being deactivated and moving from its position on the lateral surface of the cliché holder (20) in the presence of a power failure. [0139] [0140] In this first preferred embodiment of the invention, as can be seen in Figures 1.1 and 2, the first zone (4.1) of the support structure (3) comprises at least two horizontal parallel bars (23). Likewise, as shown in Figures 1 and 3, the fastening frame (14) of the rotating device (5) to said first zone (4.1) of the support structure (3) comprises a first and a second connection bars (24) having a first end (24.1) fixed to the central axis (13) of rotation of the rotating device (5) and a second end (24.2) attached to one of the parallel bars (23) of said support structure (3) . [0141] [0142] Said connecting bars (24) are connected by an intermediate point by a crossbar (25), as shown in Figure 1.2. Thus, the tilting means of the clamping frame (14) are formed by a linear actuator (26) connected by a first end to the crossbar (25) and by a second end to the second zone (4.2) of the support structure (3). The movement of said linear actuator (26) is synchronized with the rotation means of the at least one last (6) and the rotation means of the cliché roller (20). [0143] [0144] On the other hand, the means of displacement of the clamping frame (14) are formed by positioning holes (27) in both parallel bars (23) of the support structure (3), which can be seen in Figures 1.1 and 2 and , an anchoring element therein at the second end (24.2) of both connecting bars (24) of the clamping frame (14). [0145] [0146] In this first preferred embodiment of the invention, the first zone (4.1) of the support structure (3) comprises adjustment guides (28) of the position of the buffer (9) with respect to the lasts (6) of the rotating device (5) in a direction perpendicular to it and a control wheel (29) thereof. In this way, a lateral adjustment of the buffer (9) is achieved, for a centering thereof with respect to the piece of footwear (2) to be printed. [0147] As shown in Figure 3, in this first preferred embodiment of the invention, the machine (1) comprises means for automatically extracting the shoe pieces (2) arranged in correspondence with the first surface (11.1, 19.1) of both first and second vertical elements (10, 18), formed by a linkage mechanism and a pneumatic piston, arranged at the first end (24.1) of both connecting rods (24) of the clamping frame (14) of the rotating device (5). [0148] [0149] In a second embodiment, as shown in the Figure in which the rotating device only has a first vertical element (10), the means for automatically removing the shoe pieces (2) are located in correspondence with the first surface (11.1) of said first vertical element (10), arranged at the first end (24.1) of one of the connecting rods (24) of the clamping frame (14). [0150] [0151] Likewise, in the first embodiment proposed here, the machine (1) comprises means for cleaning the buffer (9) formed by a solvent receptacle (30) and a cleaning roller (31) arranged partially submerged in the solvent of said receptacle (30) and tangent to the buffer (9). Thus, in each of the stamping cycles, the buffer (9) is cleaned by this cleaning roller (31), which has been impregnated with the solvent and, the buffer (9) is ready for further use. [0152] [0153] The machine (1) of this first preferred embodiment of the invention comprises an automatic refill mechanism of the inkwell (7) and the solvent receptacle (30). This mechanism is formed in each case by a peristaltic pump (32) connected to the inkwell (7) and the receptacle (30) respectively, and to a corresponding tank (39) (not shown in the Figures) that pumps the corresponding product thereto allowing an exact dosage of them. [0154] [0155] In this first preferred embodiment, the first and second flat vertical elements (10, 18) have a circular shape, but in other embodiments it may have other shapes according to the needs of each case, which may be, for example, a way in which It is possible to save material, or provide some design to the machine, such as a clover shape. [0156] [0157] As can be seen in Figure 7, the means for regulating the distance between the two fasteners (17) of the shoe piece (2) in the last (6) are formed by a second longitudinal piece (33) arranged on the first longitudinal piece (16) and of length equal to or less than this one, which has a set of socket holes (34) along it, suitable for fitting into each one of them one of said fixing elements (17) of the shoe piece (2). [0158] [0159] In this first embodiment, the rotation means with respect to a perpendicular axis of rotation (15) of each of the clamp lasts (6) are formed by a motor (35) arranged on the second surface (11.2, 19.2) of the first and second vertical element (10, 18). [0160] [0161] The control means of this pad printing machine (1), in this first preferred embodiment of the invention, comprise a control panel (36) connected to the turning means of the rotating device (5), to the turning means from the last (6) of clamping, to the linear actuator (26) of the tilting means of the clamping frame (14) of the rotating device (5), to the rotating means of the cliché roller (20) and to the means of rotation of the buffer (9). [0162] [0163] In both the first and second preferred embodiments of the invention, the machine (1) can have a protective structure (not shown in the Figures) that eliminates any possibility of entrapment (due to the rotation of the rotating device and the lasts clamping), knocking (due to the rotation of the clamping lasts) and crushing (due to the tilting movement of the rotating device). [0164] [0165] The protection structure has doors controlled by interlocking systems that instantly stop the movement of the machine (1) at its opening. These doors can be located on the front, intended to allow the operator to supply and remove the pieces of footwear in compliance with the required health and safety requirements and, on the side, for cleaning and maintenance. [0166] [0167] This report also presents an operating procedure for a pad printing machine (1) as proposed, for printing on a piece of footwear (2). [0168] [0169] This procedure, for the machine (1) of the first preferred embodiment proposed, comprises the following phases: [0170] A first fixing phase (40) of a piece of footwear (2) in the four lasts (6) for securing both first and second vertical elements (10, 18). In the machine (1) of the second embodiment, this phase is the same, but the shoe pieces (2) are fixed in the four lasts (6) of the first vertical element (10), since there is no second vertical element (18) in that case. [0171] [0172] Next, the second phase consists in the regulation (41) of the distance of the rotating device (5) with respect to the buffer (9), depending on the size of the shoe piece (2), by means of the movement means thereof. [0173] [0174] The third phase is formed by the turning movement (42) of the rotary device (5), a determined positioning angle such that one of the four lasts (6) that the shoe piece (2) to be printed presents is positioned in a printing position, aligned with the buffer (9). [0175] [0176] Once in this position, the fourth phase of rotation (43) of the cliché roller (20) and rotation of the buffer (9) takes place, such that the image to be printed is completely marked in the buffer (9), where the rotational movement of the cliché roller (20) activates the means of connection thereof with the inkwell (7). [0177] [0178] Next, the fifth phase consists of the tilting movement (44) of the rotating device (5) in the direction of the buffer (9), by means of the tilting means, such that the last last (6) presented by the shoe piece (2) to be printed is arranged tangently to the buffer (9). [0179] [0180] At this time, the sixth printing phase (45) of the image of the buffer (9) on the shoe piece (2) takes place, by simultaneously turning both of them, in the direction of opposite turns. [0181] [0182] With the footwear piece (2) already printed, a seventh phase of tilting movement (46) of the rotating device (5) is carried out, in the opposite direction to the buffer (9) by means of the tilting means. In this way, the last (6) with the printed shoe piece (2) is separated from the buffer (9). [0183] Next, an eighth phase of rotational movement (47) of the rotating device (5) is carried out at a certain exit angle, such that the last (6) of attachment with the printed shoe piece (2) moves from the position Print to a new position. [0184] [0185] In this first preferred embodiment of the invention, since the first and second vertical elements (10, 18) have more than one clamp (6), the exit angle traveled in the rotational movement of the rotating device (5 ) in the previous phase, it is equal to the positioning angle of a new lash (6) of clamping consecutively arranged to the lash (6) of clamping the printed shoe piece (2). [0186] [0187] Finally, a ninth phase of extraction (48) of the printed shoe piece (2) takes place, which in this first embodiment is executed by means of automatic extraction of the shoe pieces (2). In other embodiments, this extraction phase can be performed manually. [0188] [0189] The described embodiments constitute only examples of the present invention, therefore, the specific details, terms and phrases used herein are not to be considered as limiting, but are only to be understood as a basis for the claims and as a representative basis that provides an understandable description as well as sufficient information to the person skilled in the art to apply the present invention.
