HYDRAULIC GENERATOR OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present invention, as indicated in the title, refers to an electrical generation device from its location in an aquatic environment, and whose operation is due exclusively to natural physical laws and not from electric pumps, motors , or other similar element.
The object of this invention is to provide a solution until 10 now unknown for several inconveniences that will be discussed later, mainly, it is intended to achieve a final result that allows the recovery of the energy produced by a thrust based on the archimedes principle and thus obtain energy effectively and efficiently, without relying on external factors such as wind, sun, or polluting the seabed or that the generation elements are exposed to the corrosive action of the sea.
The device in question provides essential novelty characteristics and notable advantages over the known and used means for the same purposes in the current state of the art.
20 At present, many generation systems are known
electric, some more effective than others. Many of the current proposals concern solar generators, although they present the obvious inconvenience of depending on the amount of available sunlight. Something similar happens with wind systems, which also depend on conditions that are not usually constant in all areas. However, one of the most attractive proposals turns out to be wave energy due to the constant movement of the waves and the breadth of areas in which these systems can be used, and without necessarily requiring them to do so.
devices of great magnitudes, high costs and that take up a lot of space that can be used for other purposes.
Among the known solutions for this last type of power generation mentioned, buoys of different designs and structures are known, however, they are not very functional. Known buoys are not airtight, which causes a lot of inconvenience to work in marine environments. In addition, they are much more expensive with respect to their maintenance, since there are moving parts in direct contact with the sea, thus presenting many corrosion problems. On the other hand, there are systems that require the installation of large infrastructures and hydraulic connections in the seabed, which causes contamination.
The generator that the invention proposes solves in a fully satisfactory manner the aforementioned problem, providing a series of advantageous and novel features, and without this reducing any of its benefits in other aspects. This generator does not need structure or support to the seabed, since it can be placed on existing docks or oil platforms 20, thus avoiding contamination and destruction of the sea floor, as caused by other known inventions.
It should also be noted that these wave energy systems can be used exclusively at sea and are not valid for traditional water containers, and that their costs can be very high.
However, the invention proposed in this document aims to provide an economical, ecological, practical, simple and easy-to-use solution, the effect of which would be a more efficient recovery and generation of electricity, with lower costs
maintenance, much more functional, and also compatible with any available aquatic environment.
The present invention has its field of application in the energy sector, and more specifically in that of hydraulic generators.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In the state of the art we find some documents related to the invention in question, although none of them 10 provide the same advantageous characteristics nor effectively solve the existing drawbacks.
Thus, in document ES 2 234 419 we find an installation to produce energy through the waves of the sea, characterized by having a structure that will basically consist of a buoy, which will have to have enough buoyancy to drag the hydraulic piston to which has been connected, through a system of marine cables or ends and pulleys that will drive said piston.
On the other hand, in document ES 2 264 861 a 20 vertical sliding buoy is provided on guides in a cemented tube in the seabed to produce electricity, essentially characterized by a tube cemented on the rock of the seabed with concrete armor and footing, the height of it exceeds the level of the high tide and that of the highest point achieved by a wave in zone 25 to avoid flooding of the place or chamber where an electric generator is housed and the conduit through which the cable that carries Earth or power plant the electricity produced by the generator. Said tube has vertically placed guides on its exterior that with sufficient height allow vertical displacement 30 of another concentric tube that is welded to a volumetric shape
conforms the buoy and by rolling on the guides, it will ascend or descend according to its flotation and the action of the wave.
In turn, in document ES 2 273 774 a power generation system is claimed from the waves of the sea, which comprises at least one floating body, a ballast and a chain or connecting cable between said ballast and said floating body, and which also comprises a device disposed inside said floating body to transform the movement of the floating body into pneumatic or hydraulic energy, and means of transmitting energy 10 to the mainland or a fixed structure, characterized by the fact that said device for the transformation of the movement comprises a recovery device that allows the recovery of the chain or cable to its initial position, during the movement of descent of the wave, said recovery device being arranged inside said floating body.
In these documents we see devices of enormous complexity, high volume and high costs that turn out to be inefficient for the tasks that you want to perform. The known systems are not autonomous and require 20 to be installed at sea for operation.
Thus, we see that until now a generator was not known that, due to its novel characteristics, resolves the aforementioned problems both in terms of the documents cited and other inventions or traditional systems that we find in the state of the art.
Taking into consideration the cases mentioned and analyzing the conjugate arguments, with the invention proposed in this document, a final result is produced in which significant differentiating aspects are provided compared to the current state of the art, and where a series of

In particular:
- It is possible to obtain electrical energy through efficiently thanks to the hydraulic force.
- Provides great functionality due to its design.
- The civil work is minor, since it does not require an installation at sea.
- It does not produce polluting waste like other systems that emit fat.
- Requires minimal maintenance.
- This device can be used in any water container medium, and not only in seas or rivers.
- Produces electricity for 24 hours without changing the power, that is, continuously and constantly.
- Bypassing mechanical wear, the movement could be perpetual.
- Allows the storage of energy, so that it is used at the time that is necessary.
- Flee from dimension formats

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Thus, the present invention is constituted from the following elements:
A cylindrical horizontal housing whose longitudinal axis 10 is attached at its ends to vertical supports, partially submerged in an aquatic environment, said housing having at least 3 pairs of cylinders inside, each pair consisting of an upper and a lower cylinder , parallel to each other and linked by a conduit perpendicular to them in their middle zone. 15 Each cylinder has two pistons facing each other that form an air chamber inside, and that open and close intercalated. While the pistons of the cylinder below, that is the one that is submerged at that time, open, that is, are separated by the action of the contained air, the pistons of the cylinder of 20 above would be closed or joined by the water that is introduced in the cylinder Due to the natural action of the archimedes principle, this would cause the cylinders to change position continuously due to the passage of air between both cylinders causing the casing to rotate continuously as if it were a wheel.
25 At each end of the housing there is a plate
semicircular supported by masts, said plates being attached to the pistons by means of cams. The reciprocating movement of the plate favors the entry and exit of pistons allowing the housing to rotate continuously.
The shaft of the housing is connected to a pulley or similar system for the generation or accumulation of electricity.
