专利摘要:
Fixed bench boat, in whose hull (C) all dimensions are calculated as a direct function of their total length (L). Existing different relationships for the different cross sections, it is characterized because: a) at least one cross section is defined by two lateral portions (2) integrated in the hull (C) and arranged symmetrically with respect to the longitudinal main plane (OY) of the vessel to stiffen its structure; b) has an orza (3) centered under the hull (C) and located in the central neutral zone of the vessel; and c) in the ruffing, understood as the curvature of the boat to rise more by the bow and/or stern than by the center, the radius of curvature is definable at will. Each side portion (2) closes, in conjunction with the hull (C) itself, an interior volume (21) longitudinally variable, ballasted or not, to ensure the stability of the boat.

Object of the invention
The object of the invention relates to a vessel, particularly a bank vessel
5 fixed in whose configuration any of the dimensions of any of its cross sections are a direct function of its total length; There are different relationships for different cross sections.
Background of the invention
In the current state of the art, vessels with their perfectly defined configuration 10 are already known regardless of the dimensions of the vessel itself, being able to cite, for example and among others, documents EP0719225 and EP0561871.
Vessels are even known which, having a determined total length, consist of a plurality of successive bows from bow to stern distributed in pairs separated from each other concrete distances that are a function of said total length; being able to cite, for example
15 and among others, documents ES2157704, ES2351559, ES2374005, ES2374007 and ES2434102.
Technical problem to solve
In all known vessels of this type, such as those described in EP0536130 EP1075414 and EP1855937, the frame is formed by frames or equivalent transverse structures (curved pieces whose base fits into the keel of the boat
20 from where they start in two symmetrical branches forming like the "ribs" of the helmet). Therefore, a keel is required that goes from bow to stern, occupying the entire lower part of the boat, to settle on it the frames that constitute the framework.
As a consequence of the above, the currently known vessels are very heavy. Excessive weight is a big problem to move the boat. This problem is accentuated when the boats are destined for sporting purposes (since the heavier they are the slower they are and the greater the effort they require to move them).
Another problem of currently known vessels is that the keel's own dimensions and configuration condition / limit the radius of curvature (Rc) of the wreck. Negative effects of conventional wrecking is that it reflects excess incoming waves (and the formation of waves leads to energy losses and, consequently, to the decrease in the speed at which rowers can drive the boat). On the boats
currently known, the keel does not allow to increase the radius of curvature of the wrinkle and therefore this excessive reflection of the incoming waves is not possible.
Another problem of currently known vessels (particularly in vessels intended for sporting purposes) is that the vessel tends to drive the bow when the waves hit, given the excessive weight of its keel in the bow (what is known in slang as "put the nose").
Description of the invention
To solve this problem, the vessel object of the invention arises: a vessel without frames in which therefore a conventional keel is not required either. Presenting a hull where all dimensions are calculated in direct function of the total length of the boat, and there are different relationships for the different cross sections; It is characterized because:
• internally it has walls that affect each other and on the inner surface of the hull; said walls being arranged symmetrically in pairs with respect to the main longitudinal plane of the vessel delimiting between them and the hull itself two closed side cavities with a longitudinally variable interior volume;
• externally it has an alZa located in the central neutral zone of the boat, under the hull; Y
• The radius of curvature of the wrinkle is definable at will, without conditions derived from the dimensions, geometry and / or location of the orza.
The aforementioned closed side cavities can be integrated into the hull itself occupying one, several or all cross sections of the boat.
It is indistinct for the purposes of the invention that the longitudinally variable interior volume of the closed lateral cavities go or not ballasted.
It is also indistinct for the purposes of the invention that the wrinkle present in the bow and stern radii of equal or different curvature.
It is also included in the object of the invention that the sections of at least the bow area of the hull have a cantilevered finish.
In the vessel object of the invention: -the frames, or any functionally equivalent transverse structures, have been replaced by closed side cavities integrated in the hull itself and symmetrically arranged with respect to the main longitudinal plane of the vessel (to stiffen its structure without using frames ).
- the keel, or any functionally equivalent longitudinal structure, has been replaced by an orza centered under the hull in order to increase the draft of the vessel and provide greater stability and better governance to fit (without the need for a keel); Y
- at the wreck, understood as the curvature (K = 1 / Rc) of the vessel to rise more by the bow and / or stern than the center, the radius of curvature (Rc) is definable at will, without any limitation derived from structural elements of the boat itself.
Main advantages of the resulting vessel object of the invention with respect to the known ones of the same type are:
a) in its own structure: it is easier to build (because it has no frames or keel) and more resistant to torsion (due to the walls that delimit the closed lateral cavities) without compromising its technical and safety characteristics, nor of its benefits;
b) in its lightness: the total weight of the resulting vessel is reduced by 25% compared to currently known vessels of the same type;
c) in its facility so that the vessel rises when the waves ram, due to the increase in the volume of its bow, which increases in the order of around 5% with respect to the vessels currently known.
Additional advantages of the boat according to the invention lie in the wrecking: by suppressing the keel, the wrecking (understood as such the curvature made by the decks of the boats rising more with respect to the water surface by the bow and stern than by the center of the boat) can be defined / dimensioned with total precision to improve the performance of the boat (and avoid what is called "snout" in slang) without the limitation of the existence of the keel in these areas .
Other configurations and advantages of the invention can be deduced from the following description, and from the dependent claims.
Description of the drawings
In order to better understand the object of the invention, a preferred embodiment is shown in the attached figures, susceptible of accessory changes that do not distort its foundation. In this case:
Figure 1a shows a schematic general view of a vessel according to the invention, in whose hull (C) of total length (1) a plurality of sections A: A, 6: 6, C: C, D have been indicated: D, E: E, F: F, G: G, H: H, 1: 1, J: J, K: K, L: L, M: M from its bow.
Figure 1b represents a schematic general view of the elevation of a vessel according to the invention. In this figure, the radii of curvature (Rc) of the bow and stern cracks have been shown in strokes.
Figure 2a represents a schematic general view in corresponding upper plan with Figure 1 a, to observe the arrangement, geometry and location of the closed lateral cavities
(2) in the helmet (C) for an exemplary embodiment.
Figure 2b represents a general schematic section in elevation according to indication N: N of Figure 2a.

In this figure 3, to simplify, all the sections have been represented in a single figure, visualizing only one of the halves (which are symmetrical and are at different levels, on a theoretical axis az) in full correspondence with Figure 1.
Figure 4 represents any cross-section, according to indication X: X of Figure 1 b, to observe the closed lateral cavities (2), with their interior volume (21) in any area of the boat, for an embodiment in the that the interior volume (21) is not ballasted.
Figure 5 represents a section similar to Figure 4, to observe the closed side cavities (2), with its interior volume (21) in any area of the vessel, for an embodiment in which the interior volume (21) is weighted (21a).
Detailed description of a preferred embodiment
An example of practical, non-limiting embodiment of the present invention is described below. Other embodiments in which accessory changes are introduced that do not distort its foundation are not ruled out at all.
The object of the invention is a vessel, particularly a fixed bank vessel where all dimensions are calculated as a direct function of the total length (1) of the vessel, there being different relationships for the different cross sections.
In accordance with the invention, and according to the embodiment shown, in the vessel object of the invention the hull (C) has internally closed side cavities (2) integrated in the hull itself (e) and arranged symmetrically with respect to the longitudinal main plane of the boat, to stiffen its structure. Each of these closed side cavities (2) is obtained by arranging two side walls (2 '), (2 ") so that they affect each other and in the
own hull (C) in conjunction with which delimit an interior volume (21); this interior volume (21) being longitudinally variable in at least one or more of the central cross sections (the furthest from the bow and / or stern), to ensure the stability of the boat.
In the embodiment shown, the closed side cavities (2) reach sections C: C, D: D, E: E, F: F, G: G, H: H, 1: 1, J: J, K : K and do not reach sections A: A, 8: 8, L: L,
M: M. It is indistinct, and is included in the object of the invention, that the closed side cavities
(2) reach one, several or all cross sections of the vessel.
It is indistinct for the purposes of the invention, and is included therein that the interior volume (21) is empty - as shown in Figure 4 - or that is ballasted with a ballast (21a) that occupies said interior volume (21 ) totally or partially - as in the representation of Figure 5-.
In accordance with the invention, and according to the embodiment shown, the vessel has an orza (3) externally centered under its hull (C); that is to say, located in the central neutral zone of the boat, which contributes to avoid lateral displacement and does not hinder to turn, ensuring greater stability and better governance when girdling.
In the exemplary embodiment shown, the orza (3) reaches sections F: F, G: G, H: H, 1: 1. It is included in the object of the invention that the orza (3) reaches or not other central sections of the boat.
In accordance with the invention, the wrecking, understood as the curvature (K = 1 / Rc) of the vessel to rise more by the bow and / or stern than by the center, the radius of curvature (Rc) is definable at will, without any limitation derived from structural elements of the vessel itself (since the frames and keel have been removed, which in fact limited the radius of curvature in conventional vessels).
It is indistinct for the purposes of the invention, and is included therein as the wreck (K = 1 / Rc)
present in the bow and stern radii of curvature (Rc) the same or different.
In accordance with the invention, the sections of at least the bow area of the hull (C) have a cantilever finish (4), in order to increase the volume so that the vessel rises when the waves ram.
In the exemplary embodiment shown, this cantilever finish (4) reaches sections A: A, 8: 8, C: C and D: D -see figure 3-. It is indistinct for the purposes of the invention that, according to the needs and dimensions of the vessel, the overhang (4) reaches more or less sections; that is, the overhang (4) is more or less long.
The materials, dimensions, proportions and, in general, those others may be variable
accessory or secondary details that do not alter, change or modify the essentiality
proposal.
The terms in which this report is written are true and faithful reflection of the object described, and should be taken in its broadest sense and never in a limiting way.
