The present invention is the result of research work encouraged by the H2020 Europe program, specifically the project "H2020 project to minimize the water consumption in CSP plants" (project to minimize water consumption in solar concentration plants) and refers to a device implemented in a self-supporting vehicle intended for cleaning mirrors of solar concentration, which includes mechanisms both for the collection of projected water and for the optimization of the process to reduce the flow of water used during cleaning.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Various systems that perform analog processes are currently known, the mention of the following being of special interest:

The proposed invention, "Device for cleaning solar concentrator panel equipped for water saving", is carried out from the following constituent elements:
1. Vehicle set, in turn, formed by the following elements:
to. Tractor head of the vehicle.
b. Installations (hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical) that the cleaning implement requires.
C. Storage tank for cleaning liquid and its pumping system.
d. Mobile load element of the cleaning group (crane).
2. Cleaning group. In turn, it will consist of the following elements:
to. Nexus between mobile load element and cleaning group (truck boom).

3. Water saving systems. Listed below are the savings systems conceived, being possible to integrate all, some or only one of them in the cleaning implement:

Flexible sweeping lip, consisting of a flexible system such as rubber or silicone located behind the water injection nozzles in the direction of advancement of the vehicle, with the ability to fold before contact with the surface of the glass, making full support and a sweeping of the recently cleaned area, removing the residual water existing in the mirror. DESCRIPTION OF A PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
The solar concentrator panel cleaning device equipped for water saving will include three accessory elements, all of which can be implanted working together or only some of them.
For the purposes of the present preferred embodiment, and in relation to the configuration that includes all the saving systems, the construction of the mirror cleaning equipment in concentration camps will include the elements described below.
By means of bolted joints, a pair of articulated bars are fixed, which act as a support arm support for flexible sweeping lips (01), to the main structure of the cleaning implement (05). These articulated bars will allow the final end of the supporting arm of flexible sweeping lips (01) to be brought closer to the mirror. In this final end there is a lip stiffening profile (03) on which the flexible sweeping lip (04) is fixed, the profile of which will be adapted to the section of the surface on which it will move. The end of the flexible sweeping lip (04) will be especially flexible so that it folds in contact with the mirror and during the advance of the vehicle, dragging the water existing in the mirror. At a point located on the second bar of the mobile cover structure (06) the rod end of the linear actuator (07) is fixed; the other end of the linear rod (7) is fixed to the main structure of the cleaning implement (5). The arrangement of the actuating elements will allow the folding of the mobile cover structure (06) to be folded behind the main structure of the cleaning implement (05) and also its extension to cover the volume contained between the main structure of the implement of cleaning (05) and the mirror, during the cleaning process when there are no obstacles to it. Attached to this mobile coverage structure (06) there are waterproof screens that allow the containment of existing water in suspension, and finally its channeling until a final process of water recycling.
