[Problem] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a communication system with which it is possible to differentiate the performance of the maintenance processing of a network device in accordance with a user terminal. [Solution] A communication system in the present embodiment provides a communication service to a plurality of aggregated terminals, wherein the communication system has a first network device and a maintenance device that executes the maintenance processing of the first network device. The first network generates, when a first message pertaining to a maintenance processing request is received from a first terminal included in the plurality of terminals, a second message in which first priority information corresponding to the first terminal is added, and transmits the second message to the maintenance device.
