专利摘要:
A device for multiple identification of RFID tags for the registration of mixed objects is proposed, so that by passing said mixed objects and provided with an RFID tag or tag by a receptacle or cabin of the device, said tags are read by an RFID reader and properly recorded for example in a computer system, since many times, due to the nature and/or the number of objects to be registered, the RFID waves do not have sufficient range and errors occur. In said device the RFID reader comprises pairs (5, 6) of antennas in specific positions operating with circular polarization and where the antennas of each pair (5, 6) are operating with opposite circular polarizations, and operate sequentially, comprising the interior of the receptacle (3) upper reflectors (11, 12) of waves facing the antennas. OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a device for massive and simultaneous identification of
10 RFID tags (RFID, radio frequency identification tags), usable for example in the identification and traceability of multiple objects in a unique way through the use of radio waves and reading systems that convert these electromagnetic waves into numerical data. This technology is applicable in different sectors of industrial activity and its use is increasingly widespread in industrial laundry and rental services
15 of clothes. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Currently, devices for multiple identification of RFID tags are known for
20 the registration of mixed objects, so that by passing said mixed objects and provided with an RFID tag or tag through a receptacle or cabin of the device, said tags are read by an RFID reader and properly registered for example in a computer system, which You will have complete knowledge of the mixed objects and for example their nature or origin, or any other information of interest incorporated in the tag or
25 label These cabins or devices work at UHF frequencies, and the reader they use is within the EPC Gen2 standard, - this is an international standard. Each continent
or country has certain working frequencies and the reader is adapted to the country where it will be used.
30 The problem with existing devices is that many times, due to the nature and / or the amount of objects to be recorded, the waves are insufficient in scope and errors occur.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The device for multiple identification of RFID tags of the invention is of the type that
5 comprise a receptacle or cabin comprising an RFID reader with its corresponding antennas, which operates in UHF frequency and international EPC Gen 2 regulations, where according to the invention: the RFID reader comprises at least one pair of antennas; each pair of antennas comprising a lower antenna that is located laterally inferiorly and a
10 upper antenna that is located superiorly on the side opposite the corresponding lower antenna, -where the antennas operate with circular polarization and where the antennas of each pair are operating with opposite circular polarizations, -where the antennas are sequentially operated, Y
15 - comprising inside the receptacle an upper wave reflector facing the superiorly arranged antennas and a lower wave reflector facing the inferiorly arranged antennas.
In this way the grouping of antennas in pairs with opposite circular polarity reinforces the
20 wave penetration capacity. In addition, the wave reflector causes the waves produced by the antennas to be reflected in all possible directions, allowing to excite practically all the tags that are inside, reaching read rates of almost 100% over 1000 tags in each reading, reading performance unknown to date.
25 The device will be combined with software that performs multiple readings of different types of inventory of objects to be recorded in each reading cycle, taking advantage of the technical characteristics that the tags incorporate to be inventoried.
30 DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
Figure 1 shows a schematic view of the device of the invention.
Figure 2.- Shows the operation of the device of the invention.

PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
The device (1) for multiple identification of RFID tags (2) of the invention is of the type that
5 comprise a receptacle (3) or cabin comprising an RFID reader based on antennas, and working in UHF frequency, where according to the invention: - the RFID reader comprises at least one pair (5, 6) of antennas; each pair (5, 6) comprising antennas comprising a lower antenna (5a, 6a) that is located laterally inferiorly and an upper antenna (5b, 6b) that is located superiorly in the
10 lateral opposite to the corresponding lower antenna (5a, 6a), -where the antennas (5a, 5b, 6a, 6b) work with circular polarization and where the antennas of each pair (5, 6) are operating with opposite circular polarizations , -where the antennas (5a, 5b, 6a, 6b) are sequentially operated, and -including inside the receptacle (3) an upper wave reflector (11)
15 facing the superiorly arranged antennas and a lower wave reflector (12) facing the inferiorly arranged antennas.
The preferred embodiment of the invention as shown in the figures, comprises four antennas (5a, 5b, 6a, 6b) forming a first pair (5) of antennas and a second pair (6) of 20 antennas; the antennas (5a, 5b, 6a, 6b) being operated according to the following sequence: first the lower antenna (5a) of the first pair (5), second the lower antenna (6a) of the second pair (6), third the upper antenna (5b) of the first pair (5) and fourth the upper antenna (6b) of the second pair (6). This produces readings of 100%, for example, in inventories of mixing laundry items (90) for washing, where each
25 of which is provided with a tag (2) as seen in Figure 2.
Ideally, the lower antennas (5a, 6a) of each pair (5, 6) have the same polarization direction and the upper antennas (5b, 6b) of each pair (5, 6) have the same polarization direction, contrary to that of the lower antennas (5th, 6th), since the
30 inside sweep in the same direction on each pair of antennas. For example, the lower antennas (5a, 6a) of each pair (5, 6) have left circular polarization (100) and the upper antennas (5b, 6b) of each pair (5, 6) have right circular polarization (101) .
On the other hand, each wave reflector (11, 12) comprises rotating blades (14, 15)

driven by motors (16), each reflector (11, 12) comprising two convex blades
(14) and two concave blades (15). Figure 2 shows the incident waves (60) and the reflected waves (61). Ideally, the reflectors (11, 12) have a dextrogiro (right) turn. In the preferred embodiment, the blades (14, 15) have a radius of curvature of 10 millimeters
5 for working frequencies between 865-868 MHz.
Describing sufficiently the nature of the invention, it is indicated that the description thereof and its preferred embodiment should be construed in a non-limiting manner, and that it encompasses all of the possible embodiments that are deduced from the
10 content of the present specification and of the claims.
