DESCRIPTION
EDUCATIONAL FIGHT
The object of the present report is a piggy bank, more specifically, a plug-shaped piggy bank that is sectioned into at least two parts and assembled by means of a mechanical joint.
Background of the invention
At present, when referring to a piggy bank (gallicism, from the French «huche»), a pig or piglet, we are referring to a container for the accumulation and storage of coins, used especially by children. Traditionally, these piggy banks were shaped like a pig, and were materialized in unglazed mud and, subsequently, in ceramic compounds and other materials such as wood, metal, or plastics. In much of Latin America the same object is designated by the term piggy bank.
Piggy banks have been used historically to stimulate savings in children. It is during the last years when the concept of solidarity piggy bank has appeared, which is a device designed to foster solidarity. These piggy banks are usually found in different places bars, pharmacies, public bodies or companies, where they are arranged for the user of the establishment to introduce coins that will aim to address some solidarity cause.
The current solidarity piggy bank is a device designed to foster solidarity, but which essentially lacks an educational role and is not able to measure how solidarity we are with our savings.
Description of the invention
An object of the present invention is a plug-shaped piggy bank that is sectioned into at least two parts and assembled by means of a mechanical connection. The particularity of said piggy bank is that it revolves around its axis of support , depending on the weight of the coins that are introduced in the different parts or bodies of it. To do this, the piggy bank has perimeter of transverse notches that mimic the

perimeter notches of a plug and that serve to make the piggy bank make its turn around the support axis in a staggered manner. An object of the present invention is an educational piggy bank with a solidary purpose, since it is a device designed to educate and promote savings and solidarity in the population.
The piggy bank presented here will have a solidary and educative character, since it is a way to help its users (children and / or adults) to learn to moderate the whims (awakening their conscience and sensitivity to the most disadvantaged), dispense with consumerism, from unnecessary, encourage patience and, in general, adopt an attitude of respect, solidarity and effort according to age. They are values whose importance always goes beyond specific quantities or figures.
With this device we can see how much of our savings we are dedicating to solidarity causes, and how much is for personal savings. This allows us to educate in solidarity values, because every time we introduce a currency we observe the state of our solidarity in relation to the savings destined to other issues. Therefore, the piggy bank presented here is designed to be used in a particular way and is not indicated to be exhibited in public places, since it is used to compare the currencies that we have destined for our “Savings” and how much we have destined to “Share” With various solidarity causes.
The piggy bank has two or more slots through which we will introduce the coins. These will fall inside the body or part of the piggy bank to which the slot gives access, falling to the bottom and accumulating with existing ones.
Once the coin falls on the bottom, the center of gravity of the entire piggy bank will vary, and it will rotate around the point or axis of support of the same, depending on its design. This turn will make us appreciate to which side the piggy bank is tilted, in which we have marked on each body with the name of the destination of the coins that are inside, characterized with words like “Savings” in the case of the destined coins to use them in a particular way and as "I share" in those whose destiny is solidarity.
In this way, when the person sees that the piggy bank leans on the “Savings” side, he is realizing that the coins he enters are destined for their own economy and that they use little for solidarity causes. This allows us to educate ourselves daily (every time we make the gesture of introducing a coin in the piggy bank) in solidarity with others.

The piggy banks are designed by using counterweights or different shapes of the bodies that form it, so that there is a turn of the piggy bank, when the relationship or proportion for which it has been designed is unbalanced. For example, in a practical embodiment, so that a piggy bank that is balanced, that is to say remain unturned, when there is a proportion of 93% / 7% between the "Savings" / "Share". Any other proportion may also be possible by regulating shapes and counterweights of the piggy bank.
The piggy bank is made up of several parts assembled together, but which allow its separation by some mechanical or electronic procedure. When the piggy bank is full or when the owner, for some reason, decides to use the coins that are inside, he will proceed to separate the different parts of the piggy bank.
When separating the different parts of the piggy bank, openings will appear in the areas of union between them, to be able to extract from the interior the deposited coins. In this way each of the parts that constitute it will give rise to different amounts of coins, whose destiny will be saving or sharing in solidarity. The saver will now take or send to the NGO or entity with which he wishes to collaborate the coins extracted from the part of the piggy bank destined for that purpose.
Another way of using the piggy bank presented here would base its use on the non-profit organization itself (NGOs or similar) that facilitates the piggy bank here recommended, and the user can only disengage the parts of the piggy bank, sending him the part corresponding to solidarity savings, and thus, said organization will provide a new piece to complete the piggy bank with the same characteristics, which will be assembled again in the piggy bank, completing its shape, and thus starting again the process of solidarity savings.
Throughout the description and the claims the word "comprises" and its variants are not intended to exclude other technical characteristics, additives, components or steps. For those skilled in the art, other objects, advantages and features of the invention will be derived partly from the description and partly from the practice of the invention. The following examples and drawings are provided by way of illustration, and are not intended to restrict the present invention. In addition, the present invention covers all possible combinations of particular and preferred embodiments indicated herein.

Preferred Embodiment of the Invention
A preferred embodiment of the invention is shown in the attached figures. More specifically, the piggy bank, object of the present specification is characterized by comprising two bodies (1,2) assembled together, by inserting a protuberance (1st, 2nd)

arranged in each of the bodies (1,2) in a recess (1b, 2b) located in the same way in each of the bodies (1,2), just in front of said protuberances (1a, 2a) and in correspondence with they one by one, so that a complete and strong union is realized.
In a preferred embodiment shown in the figures, the piggy bank presented here will be in the form of a plug and will be assembled by mechanical joint, puzzle tongue type or the like at its center.
This piggy bank will rotate around a foothold, depending on the amount of the weight of the coins that are introduced into the bodies (1,2). Once the coin falls on the bottom, the center of gravity of the entire piggy bank varies, and it will rotate around the point or axis of support of the same, depending on its design. Depending on the design of the piggy bank, in a particular embodiment, the piggy bank here recommended comprises counterweights so that there is a rotation of the piggy bank, when the ratio or proportion for which it has been designed is unbalanced. The counterweights, in themselves do not exist, are the currencies themselves that, when filling the piggy bank, act as a counterweight to avoid turning. Thus, to avoid the money order, the saver will have to deposit approximately the same amount of coins in the part corresponding to the "savings" and the "share".
More specifically, the plug rotates around the point of support with the ground, and transverse notches (3) of the perimeter of the plug serve to prevent it from turning sharply and when empty. The support point is therefore composed, in a particular embodiment, by the first two transverse notches (3) of the perimeter of the plug when it is balanced. If you start from a position where the piggy bank as a whole is in a rotated position, the support will be on the two transverse notches (3) of the perimeter that are in the area where the turn was made.
Said bodies (1,2) have transverse notches (3) on their perimeter, which mimic the perimetral notches of a plug and serve to allow the piggy bank to make a stepwise rotation. This staggering is caused by the transverse notches (3) of the perimeter that must guarantee this stepped rotation, so they will be designed so that when the unbalanced occurs when throwing the coins, a total rotation of the piggy bank is avoided. Similarly, each of the bodies (1,2) will incorporate a slit (4) intended for the introduction of coins, which will be stored inside.
In a preferred embodiment, the body (1) will incorporate screen printing, embossed or similar, the inscription "I share" (1c) or a slogan indicating that the content of said body (1) will be intended for use for social purposes; while the body (2) will also incorporate the legend "Savings" (2c) or a slogan that indicates that the content of said body (2) is intended for the user's particular savings.
In a particular embodiment, both the first body (1) and the second body (2), will incorporate screenprinted, embossed or similar, half of a figure (5), legend or the like, which will be fully formed once both bodies (1,2) are 10 joined together.
In a particular embodiment, the bodies (1,2) will incorporate electronic means that indicate the amount of filling of each of said bodies (1,2), both data being able to relate, to make sure the amount of savings versus the amount destined to 15 social uses.
