DESCRIPTION
Object of the invention
The present invention relates to a rotating dental attachment, which, thanks to its 360 ° rotation capacity on itself, allows to solve large divergences of the implants. The object of the invention is of application in dental implantology.
Technical problem to solve and background of the invention
At present, the different dental attachments are usually of one piece and said piece already has a fixed inclination (it can be 15 °, 30 °), but none of them can be rotated 360 ° to find the desired position and correct possible divergences by adding of the implants.
It is known a dental abutment that has an inclination that is variable, by means of an articulation around which the abutment is articulated, and offers a configurable angle of up to 30 °.
The current systems are conditioned by the positions of the antirotatory elements, which are usually polygons located on the implant, the antirotatory elements being responsible for establishing the different positions with their sides.
In the state of the art, a multitude of documents related to dental anchors or dental abutments offering fixed angles of inclination are required, which require a specific and exact prior placement with high precision.
Document ES 2 264 650 A1 discloses a rotary crown dental implant, comprising an implant body formed by at least one supportive anchoring structure with a prosthetic support structure and at least one rotary insertion crown with an external surface provided of a thread steak, which causes

the insertion of the anchoring structure in the bone due to the atomization of said crown in a drilling hole made in the bone; where the implant insertion crown is a unit connected to the anchor structure so that it has freedom of rotation with respect to it, and where the prosthetic support structure is arranged at the upper end of the anchor structure, and in solidarity thereto, the insertion crown remaining at the end of said anchoring structure.
EP 0 874 605 B1 discloses a fixing device and the prosthesis that includes said fixing device, such that the fixing device comprises a fixing element of the device, which has an extreme insertion surface and a cylindrical peripheral surface provided of screw threads, and a plurality of circumferentially spaced cutting recesses, which are formed in a self-tapping extreme front portion of the threaded peripheral surface adjacent to said end insertion surface and which open axially to said end insertion surface, where the device it has a plurality of tissue collecting and tissue distribution grooves, circumferentially spaced, formed in a non-self-tapping rear portion of the threaded peripheral surface, said grooves opening radially outwardly and extending, at least partially, in the longitudinal direction of the element of fixation of the device In fact, each groove being at a front end thereof, connected and open to one of said cutting recesses to collect bone material therefrom and guide it radially out of the grooves in order to distribute the circumferentially detached bone material around the inner wall. of the cavity during insertion of the fixing device.
None of the documents mentioned here, solves the problem of designing an effective, resistant attachment that meets the characteristics of biocompatibility and biomechanics, suitable to solve the problems of large divergences of dental implants.

Description of an embodiment of the invention
In view of the foregoing and referring to the numbering adopted in the figures, the object of the invention is a rotating dental attachment that allows a 360 ° rotation of the attachment itself and thus resolve the divergences of the implants.
The attachment object of the invention comprises a base piece (1) and an angled top piece (2) that has the ability to rotate 360 degrees on the base piece
(one) . The base part (1) is placed on an implant (3) and fixed to the implant (3) by means of a screw (4), so that the base part (1) comprises an inner housing (10) for the passage of the screw (4), while the angled upper part (2) is coupled either by pressure or by friction on the base part (1).
The base piece (1) and the angled top piece (2) are coupled thanks to the elasticity of the base piece (1).
The base piece (1) comprises a perimeter flange (8) and the angled top piece
(2) comprises an interior perimeter recess (9), such that the interior perimeter recess (9) of the angled upper part (2) is configured to receive the perimeter flange (8) of the base part (1) and thus allow the anchoring of the angled upper part (2) on the base part (1). Likewise, the perimeter flange (8) and the inner perimeter recess (9) are responsible for, once the screw (4) has been screwed into the implant (3), fix the base piece (1) and the angled upper part (2) between sl
The screw (4) used in the fixation between the base piece (1) and the implant (3) is captured between the base piece (1) and the angled top piece (2) once the angled top piece (2) has been attached ) on the base piece (1).
The screw (4) of the attachment object of the invention has an angled head, so that the screw (4) can be screwed with inclination from one side of the screw itself (4). To fix the screw (4) from one side of the screw (4) in its position with the necessary inclination, the attachment object of the invention has a wrench

angled (5) specially developed for the invention. The angled wrench (5) has a special head (6) designed to be able to screw the screw (4) with the inclination of the attachment.
In addition to the attachment object of the invention, the friction pressure that exists between the base piece (1) and the angled upper part (2), allows the attachment object of the invention to be rotated and kept stable in the position fixed by means of the angled key ( 5).
In the attachment object of the invention the base part (1), the screw (4) and the angled upper part (2) are factory assembled for use.
The attachment object of the invention offers the advantage that for its placement in the patient's mouth, it is first screwed in the mouth in any position and then the angled upper part (2) is rotated on the base piece (1) until it is placed said angled upper part (2) in the position of interest using a key for this purpose.
The way to fix the attachment object of the invention is as follows: the base part (1) is fixed to the implant (3) by screwing the screw (4), but without tightening said screw (4) at all, then position the angled upper part (2) in the desired position and screw the screw (4).
The final adjustment of the screw (4) against the base piece (1) makes it possible to block the elasticity of the base piece (1) and thus block the position of the angled upper part (2) on the base piece (1).
Once the dental attachment object of the invention has been oriented to the desired position, it is used as a normal attachment.
The attachment object of the invention is especially interesting in cases of divergent implants and implants in the vestibular direction.

The attachment object of the invention has two embodiments applicable to two types of products:
- The first embodiment of the attachment is applied to a rotating tranespiterial attachment: the attachment is screwed onto the implant (3) and serves to screw a dental suprastructure. In this case, the attachment allows the angled upper part (2) to be rotated 360 degrees until it reaches an optimal position for the screw outlet (4) in the required area. In this embodiment of the attachment, the angled upper part (2) comprises an internal thread (7) where the dental superstructure is screwed.
- Rotating anchor: the attachment is screwed onto the implant (3) and serves to anchor a female (11) which in turn is fixed to a removable prosthesis. In this case, the attachment allows the angled upper part (2) to be rotated 360 degrees until a common insertion axis is achieved with the rest of the anchors. In this embodiment of the attachment the angled upper part (2) comprises an outer perimeter recess (12) that is complemented with an internal perimeter flange (13) of the female (11) for anchoring the female (11) on the upper part angled (2).
The invention should not be limited to the particular embodiment described in this document. Experts in the field can develop other embodiments in view of the description made here. Accordingly, the scope of the invention is defined by the following claims.
