Object of the invention.
The object of the present invention is a self-regulation device of a cutting head for mono-guide cutters, which has characteristics oriented to allow the self-regulation of a cutting head with respect to a mono-guide profile on which it is mounted with possibility of movement in the longitudinal direction.
Field of application of the invention.
This invention is applicable in the field of mono-guide cutters and especially, but not limited to, manual ceramic cutters.
State of the art
Currently, ceramic cutters that have a cutting head that can be moved along a mono-guide profile are known in the market.
The aforementioned head incorporates sets of bearings that move along longitudinal raceways defined in the guide and arranged in perpendicular planes.
Said bearing sets comprise fixed bearings and adjustable bearings that have the function of adjusting the play of the spindle head.

Description of the invention
In order to solve the problem set forth above, the self-regulating device for mono-guide cutters object of the invention has been devised, comprising bearing sets included in a movable cutting head along a mono-guide profile and which they include fixed bearings and adjustable bearings that act on longitudinal raceways defined in the mono-guide profile and arranged in different planes, it presents constructive particularities oriented to maintain the pressure of the adjustable bearings on the guide constantly, without the intervention of the operator and disregarding the regulation system by means of a tightening screw and counter nut.
According to the invention, to achieve the proposed objectives, eachAdjustable bearing is mounted on a rocker that features afirst end mounted with the possibility of turning on an axis fixed to the head, anda second end that presses against an elastic element located betweensaid second rocker end and the cutting head housing.
The pressure exerted by the elastic element is determined by design, controllingthe clearance between the second end of the rocker and the head housing ofcut, and the measure of the elastic element arranged between them.
In addition, through self-regulation by means of this elastic element thecutting head bearings always exert the correct pressure on theguide, regardless of whether it has irregularities, positive or negative, tohead travel length.
This eliminates the play between the guide and the cutting head and at the sametime is achieved that the sliding of the head has precision contact andquality.
This system provides a series of relevant advantages over the method ofscrew and counter nut regulation currently used; being of note:
-Reduce the number of components.-No need to be manually adjusted by the assembly operator, soIt saves time and production costs.-It does not depend on the touch or criteria of each operator when adjusting the pressurecorrect.-The cutting head is automatically centered with the guide without theNeed to use any tools.-No need for further adjustments by the user.-Absorb possible dimensional variations, both positive and negative,of the guide along the entire path of the cutting head.-Improves the aesthetic appearance of the cutting head by removing the screws of

- Figure 3 shows a partial elevation view of the cutting head sectioned by a vertical plane, allowing the observation of one of the sets of rollers intended to act on one of the sides of the mono-guide profile and shapers of the self-regulation device of the invention.
Preferred embodiment of the invention.
In the exemplary embodiment shown in Figure 1, a manual ceramic cutter provided with a mono-guide profile (1) can be seen on which a cutting head (2) is mounted with the possibility of longitudinal displacement.
As can be seen in figures 2 and 3, the cutting head (2) comprises internally and on two opposite sides, two sets of bearings, each of which comprises: a pair of fixed and aligned fixed bearings (31, 32) longitudinally in the direction of travel of the cutting head (1) and an adjustable bearing (33) disposed between the previous two and in a
