PROCEDURE FOR THE PREPARATION OF A COSMETIC REPAIR PRODUCT AND PRODUCT OBTAINED
D E S C R I P C I Ó N
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The invention, as stated in the present specification, refers to a process for the preparation of a cosmetic repair product and the product obtained, providing advantages and characteristics, which will be described in detail below, which represent a remarkable novelty. in the current state of the art.
More specifically, the object of the invention is focused on a process comprising, at least, a controlled oxidation stage allows products with a defined peroxide index to be developed, namely cosmetic-repair products, generated from standardized extracts of plant species with active substances of high aqueous content and vegetable oils rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, where said oxidation is carried out either by the insufflation of ozone gases to a mixture of one or more of both types of components, and / or based on the incorporation of hydrogen peroxide into said mixture. In any case, the product obtained, which will vary depending on the type of component used in each case, always of natural origin, comprises a base paste with lipoperoxides and hydroperoxides that condition a variable IP peroxide index that provides reparative properties.
FIELD OF APPLICATION OF THE INVENTION
The field of application of the present invention is part of the industry sector dedicated to the manufacture of cosmetic and reparative products for topical use for the skin and mucous membranes and oral health and hygiene.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The use of ozonized essential oils is not new, with scientific publications demonstrating the efficacy and tolerability of both sunflower oil, olive oil or ozonized grape seed oil. Its use has been described in different pathologies

such as diabetic foot, tinea pedis, giardiasis, gingivostomatitis, or osteonecrosis of the jaws, among others.
However, there is no known process for making cosmetic products that includes the joint oxidation of essential oils rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, from which lipoperoxides will be released, with water-rich plant extracts, from which hydroperoxides will be released.
EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION
Thus, the procedure for the preparation of a cosmetic repair product and the product obtained that the invention proposes are configured as a novelty within its scope, the distinguishing details being conveniently set forth in the final claims that accompany the present description.
Specifically, as noted above, what the present invention proposes is a joint oxidation process for the preparation of cosmetic-repair products, generated from standardized extracts of plant species with active substances and vegetable oils rich in fatty acids polyunsaturated
The process thus contemplates at least one stage of controlled oxidation by means of which it is possible to produce products with a defined peroxide index. This peroxide index will vary from one combination to another, and together with the characteristics of each of the oils or extracts used, will condition the final properties and applications of the product obtained.
The foundation of the process is the joint oxidation of both types of components, which is carried out, either by applying ozone gas and / or by incorporating hydrogen peroxide, to the mixture of the different basic ingredients mentioned above. . In any case, said components will always consist of one or more of both types of compounds, neither of which will be synthetic or of an unnatural origin.
The application of the product obtained is cosmetic-repairing, with final products intended to promote regeneration and the “cellular anti-aging” capacity due to its ability to induce controlled oxidative stress.

Both the repair and the “anti-aging” cellular capacity through the model of controlled oxidative stress have been widely described in the scientific literature, both in the preclinical and in the clinical setting, so that the product obtained can be beneficial, both in its line Human as a veterinarian.
Specifically, the process of the invention essentially comprises at least one stage of joint oxidation of the mixture of one or more standardized plant extracts of plant species with active substances, and / or one or more oils rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids.
This manufacturing process allows to obtain mixtures of different textures, depending on the time and quality of the exposure to oxidizing agents. These mixtures will always be homogeneous and always with a defined IP peroxide index for each case.
The process will result in a cosmetic or reparative cosmetic product "cosmeceutical" that combines the repair properties of oxidized polyunsaturated fatty acids and those of the vegetable extracts used in each case. The product, for its commercialization, will be presented in different formats according to the texture and the application determined (oils, creams, gels, capsules, tablets, etc.).
For its part, the said stage of joint oxidation of the mixture that comprises the manufacturing process will be carried out following the following steps:
- Selection stage of base components. All components will be of natural origin, scrupulously selected, without any type of unnatural additive. Among these there will always be one or several essential and / or vegetable oils rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, with the potential for production of lipoperoxides by oxidation. There will also always be one or more standardized extracts of plant species with active substances rich in water to facilitate the generation of hydrogen peroxide, which will also contribute to the increase in the peroxide index.
Therefore, for each product, one or more oils rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids (grape seed, rosehip, argan, flax, sunflower, etc.), and one or more vegetable extracts with high aqueous content (Aloe vera, nopal) , horse chestnut, rosemary, marigold, arnica, birch, willow, etc.).

The proportions will vary depending on the application of the final product, but the same manufacturing process will always be respected, which is what is innovated.
- Joint oxidation stage. Once the “Base Components” have been selected, they are mixed and subjected to the controlled oxidation stage that gives the product obtained the determined IP peroxide index that is sought in each case, which includes several options:
- During an uninterrupted period of time, and variable according to each type of mixture of base components (2 to 240 hours), the continuous and controlled insufflation of a gas mixture (concentrated oxygen / ozone) is applied until the mixture of the components base is appreciated homogeneously. The proportion of ozone in the gas mixture will never exceed 5%.
- Optionally, hydrogen peroxide is added to the base component mixture.
- A third option contemplates the overlap of both oxidation methods, that is, the insufflation of the gas mixture (concentrated oxygen / ozone), with 5% or less of ozone, and the incorporation of hydrogen peroxide.
In any case, the bubbling mechanism will always be the same, regardless of the gas mixture, and consists of the application of one or more ducts projecting said mixture with a controlled flow from the bottom of a specimen. The dimensions of the specimen may vary depending on the final product, depending on variables such as volume, gas flow, texture or final peroxide index, but in any case it will be an alloy resistant to the corrosive effect of ozone.
As mentioned, the objective of this stage is the oxidation of both the polyunsaturated fatty acids and the water of the base components, with the aim of achieving a determined peroxide index from lipoperoxides and / or hydrogen peroxide. .
We will call “Base Paste” the product obtained from the base components subjected to the exposed oxidation stage, which has the desired and variable peroxide index, which in any case will provide proven repair properties through controlled investigations.

- Additionally, the procedure contemplates a stage to clarify both the therapeutic and organoleptic properties of the base paste obtained after the oxidation stage of the base components, in which other components will be added, mainly non-oxidized essential oils, such as sandalwood, incense , amber cashmir, pine, lavender, sweet almonds, lemon, etc. In any case, these components will also be mandatory natural extraction.
- Finally, once the base paste or final product is obtained, it is packaged according to each format and utility (oils, creams, gels, capsules, tablets, etc.), but always in the highest hygienic conditions, and with suitable containers in the that the exact composition, maintenance conditions, recommendations for use and the peroxide index will be specified.
The product obtained, although of a variable nature, depending on the base components used, has the following characteristics and properties:
- Strict elaboration based on 100% natural products.
- Determination of peroxide index, due to its content in lipoperoxides or hydrogen peroxide. These molecules behave like Heat Shock Proteins (heat shock proteins,), and contribute to balancing cellular redox mismatches (analgesic, anti-inflammatory and reparative character).
- The base paste has a peroxide index that, being variable according to the indication to which it is intended, will provide reparative and / or germicidal properties.
- Good tolerability when applied to skin and mucous membranes.
- Total respect for living tissues, demonstrable against cell cultures.
- By not having any type of additive, the properties will be slowly degraded (aging) from the moment of its preparation. This characteristic is unique and exclusive to the product obtained, and makes it advisable to care in a dry, unlit and refrigerated environment.

As a result of the controlled oxidation of a homogeneous "visu" mixture of one or more polyunsaturated fatty acids with one or several standardized extracts of natural plant species with active substances, the base paste is obtained, which is a gel composed of plant extracts in a percentage between 1 and 99% of the composition and one or more essential oils that can go in an equally variable proportion (1-99%), depending on the applications to which it will be used and the peroxide index You want to get.
The oxidation stage will be carried out by exposure to a mixture of gases with an ozone content ranging from 1 to 5%, and / or by exposure to 50% hydrogen peroxide. Both the essential oils and the extracts used must have previously recognized reparative properties, to a greater or lesser extent. As a consequence, the base paste will have lipoperoxides, which will determine a specific and variable peroxide index for each case.
The repair properties of natural plant extracts are combined with the repair properties of oxidized polyunsaturated fatty acids, rich in lipoperoxides and hydrogen peroxide.
According to different studies, both lipoperoxides and hydrogen peroxide would act on the cell as the first and second messenger, inducing episodes of controlled oxidative stress that would stimulate antioxidant defenses and favor redox balance. It has been shown that the oxidative stress model is capable of launching nuclear transcription factors that favor proto-oncogenic activation involved in processes such as antioxidant defense, inflammation, ischemia damage, aging or apoptosis.
All products obtained by this procedure will be made based on oils and natural extracts, without any unnatural additives. Its peroxide index will mark its activity time, and will depend on the relative concentrations of its components, environmental conditions, packaging and conservation. For being "live cosmetics" lines, they will be very well tolerated, even by hypersensitive people or with multiple chemical sensitivity, the products will begin their slow degradation at the same moment of their creation.

The quantitative and qualitative formula of the product will vary, as different proportions of oils and / or extracts will be combined and oxidized in a controlled manner, depending on the indication and the cosmetic-repairing use. In any case, the proportion of ozone in the gas mixture may not exceed 5%, and that of hydrogen peroxide will never drop below 50%. The mixing of the base components will be homogeneous and will be carried out by the "continuous bubbling" procedure, which will be proportional to the volume of the total mixture.
The conditions of the preparation of the base paste will be independent with respect to the variables pressure and temperature, since they are considered overlapping parameters and compensable for the time of exposure to the oxidizing agents, so that they can be modulated until obtaining a final peroxide index, previously determined according to a specific product.
Specimens of varying dimensions will be used, depending on the type of base paste, its application, or the work model (Commercial or experimental). Thus, and by way of example, specimens of more than 30 kg of capacity for commercialization, and 250 ml of capacity for experimentation, may be used.
In any case, the specimens and any exposed material, such as insufflation tubes, valves, etc., will consist of materials resistant to the oxidizing effect of ozone, such as 316 L stainless steel, pure grade II titanium, Pirex glass , Teflon, viton or polyurethane.
Ozone will always be extracted from air concentrates, and the machine to produce it may also be different according to the final product. The use of research models, at small concentrations, such as 40 to 800 ^ gr / ml, will not be the same as the preparation of products already defined and tested for commercialization. In the latter case, industrial ozonizers of up to 40 gr / l will be used. It will be the peroxide index to be achieved with each final product that will condition the concentrations and flows of the gas mixture, and therefore the most appropriate installation.
In any case, the cleanliness and optimum state of the facilities will be continuously ensured.
Once the base paste and the final products are obtained, these will be packaged according to each format and utility (oils, creams, gels, capsules, tablets, etc.), but always in the
maximum hygienic conditions, and with suitable containers in which the exact composition, maintenance conditions, recommendations for use and the peroxide index of each lot will be specified.
5 Describing sufficiently the nature of the present invention, as well as the way of putting it into practice, it is not considered necessary to extend its explanation so that any person skilled in the art understands its scope and the advantages that derive from it.
