专利摘要:
Removable ball for therapeutic use formed by a hollow ball (1) with a ball (20) inside, and a tape (10). The user moves the ball (1) which in turn moves the ball (20) that hits its walls, this causes a reflex contraction of the pelvic muscles that strengthens them. The ball (1) is formed by two identical hollow hemispheres (4) that interlock with each other, being removable to be able to change said ball (20) for another of different weight. The area of the joint (3) of both hemispheres (4) has at least one flange (5) and groove (6) that are complementary, in addition it is in the groove (2) where the ring (12) of the tape is inserted. (10), leaving a continuous sphere outside. The tip (11) facilitates the introduction and the tail (14) the extraction. This union system allows generating other geometric figures.

REMOVABLE BALL FOR THERAPEUTIC USE
STATE OF THE PREVIOUS TECHNIQUE
This removable ball for therapeutic use has its roots in the ancient balls popularly called Chinese balls, which among its applications is the therapeutic, when used to strengthen the musculature of the female pelvic area.
There are several patents related to Chinese balls, some of them with internal balls inside the balls, in this case, with the user's gait, these balls move by giving small blows to the walls of the balls that contain them so that they cause a reflex tension of the pelvic muscles and strengthen them. This strengthening of said muscles in women is suitable for example to correct or prevent urinary incontinence or uterine prolapse.
No patent was found with the International Classification codes: A61H 21/00; A61H 19/00; A63B 23/20, having the differentiated elements of the present invention. For example, patent EP 2529720 is not removable and has an interior surface different from that of the invention. WO 2007/051883 has an internal pendulum driven by an engine that hits the walls of the ball, or WO 2012/049336 or US 20140323929 that have vibrating active means. The CA 2270460 patent uses several joined balls of different diameters. All of them have similar purposes, but with technical solutions different from those of the invention.
EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION
Detachable ball for therapeutic use that is formed by two spherical caps that occupy half a sphere each and that are hollowed inside. Said half hollow spheres or hollow hemispheres (4) are identical, so that where the two hemispheres (4) join to form a ball (1), in the area of the joint (3), they have at least one flange (5 ) and at least one slot (6) that are complementary and that fit together. In addition, by means of a turning movement, both hemispheres are locked preventing them from separating when they are pulled, and if the reverse turning movement is made, they can be unlocked.

Being the hemispheres (4) identical, they have the advantage that can be manufactured with a single mold for injection, which is cheaper than needing two different molds to manufacture a ball. In the same way, with a single plane for 3D printer, said hemispheres (4) are obtained, simplifying manufacturing operations in case of using this technique.
The ball (1) is empty inside and allows to house inside a ball (20) that can move freely inside it. The ball (1) is placed in the vagina of the user and this when walking causes the ball (20), moves inside the ball (1) and hits the walls of the ball, which causes a reflex in the user involuntary pelvic muscles that strengthens them in this way. The ball (1) that is removable, allows you to change the inner weight that it encloses, so that with more weight the more intense the taps will be.
The assembly of the removable ball (1), with its inner ball (20), is completed with a tape (10) that aims to hold the ball (1) and facilitate its introduction with the help of a conical tip (11) and its extraction with the help of a tail (14).
At the edges of the joint area (3), it has at least one flange (5) that protrudes from the plane of the joint area (3) and that is more or less centered on the width of said joint area (3), being able to follow a spherical or cylindrical curvature. Corresponding to the number of tabs are the groove (6) that are located below the plane of the joint (3) and more or less centered on the width of the area (3), each being composed of the part open (8) of the groove and the half open part (9) of the groove, being able to follow a spherical or cylindrical curvature.
Each tab (5) can have a section or profile (7) that can be of various forms, for example: a shape that recalls an inverted "L", or an inverted wedge truncated at its tip, or a curved profile that recalls a "C" means, or a rectangular profile with one or more projections or small cylinders or pivots perpendicular to said rectangular profile.
The, or the grooves (6) are composed of two parts, an open part (8) where the corresponding flange (5) will enter when joining two hemispheres (4) and a half open part (9) where said flange will be locked to the slide into it when applying a turning movement around the common axis of the two hemispheres (4). The half-open groove (9) has the profile inverted or complementary to the profile of the flange (5) in such a way that it adjusts and when interlocking it resists an outward tensile force that tends to separate the hemispheres (4). In this way, the ball (1) can contain inside one or several weights.

Said ball (1), can be disassembled when making the movement contrary to the interlocking and thus access inside and change the weight or weights, for others at the user's choice. The weight can be a small ball (20) that has a metallic spherical core (22) with a coating (21) of a hard plastic or elastomeric material so that the taps it gives inside the ball (1 ) Do not make a dent, and dampen the noise they can make. Also the weight could be formed by a certain amount of small weights similar to each other, which would act as inertial force instead of giving the dry taps of a ball (20).
The outer diameters of the different balls (20) may be the same or not. In the event that the balls (20) have the same coating thickness (21), their outer diameter will be greater the more weight they have. In the case that the balls (20) have the same external diameter, but with different weights, the thickness of the coating layer (21) and the diameter of the metal core (22) are different. In this case they can be easily distinguished by a color code in their coating (21), or by the intensity of the same color of said coating (21), the most intense corresponding to the heaviest ball (20).
The inner surface of the hollow hemisphere (4) in the area of the joint (3) is cylindrical geometry (18), occupying one third or more of the height of the hemisphere (4), and in the area of its bottom is circular plane (19) whose diameter is one third or more, of the diameter defined in the cylindrical inner surface (18) of the hemisphere (4).
Along the area of the joint (3) there is a groove (2) on the outer surface of the ball (1) which is a depression of said surface with a radius less than that of the outer surface of the ball (1) . The groove (2) has a depth that corresponds to the thickness of the ring (12) of the tape (10) and has a width that corresponds to the width of said ring (12), such that the outer surfaces of the Ball with the tape attached have the same radius. The width of the groove (2) can be homogeneous at all points or have wider areas than others in the form of undulation. The advantage of a homogeneous groove (2) is that the ball (1) can be placed in any position, which facilitates its use.
The tape (10) serves to hold the ball (1) and to facilitate insertion and removal into the vagina. It is made of silicone material of medical grade or similar, and has a certain elasticity. This tape (10) is formed by a tip (11) protruding at one end that can have a complete or truncated conical shape. The height of the cone may be one third or more of the diameter of the groove (2) of the ball (1), ending tangentially on the surface of the ball (1).
The cone may be truncated laterally (Figure 4) by the planes defined by the circumferences of the upper and lower part of the ring (12).
The tape (10) has a ring (12) that fits in the groove (2) of the ball (1), also has a joining area (13) of the ring (12) with the tail (14), and this it ends in a bump (15) at its 5 end.
The profile of the ring (12) of the tape (10) has double curvature, whose inner radius is smaller than that of the groove (2) of the ball (1) where it adjusts and presses for its elasticity at all its points, and whose outer radius, once the ring (12) is placed on the ball (1), it remains of the same value as the outer radius of the ball (1) so that it follows the spherical surface of the ball (1).
10 The hemisphere (4) has at least a small mark of visual aid for mounting the ball (1) that can be painted or embossed. They help in the correct placement and subsequent rotation and interlocking of the two hemispheres (4) that are assembled form a ball (1). The two marks can be the same or differentiated from each other and can be painted or embossed. If they are different, one of them can be a straight line (16) painted or of positive or negative relief. 15 The other mark can be circular (17) painted or of positive or negative relief, both being placed in the groove (2). To start the assembly, the two rectilinear marks (16) of the two hemispheres (4) face each other, and once the two hemispheres (4) are interlocked, the straight lines (16) are faced with the circular marks (17).
The same principle of interlocking gasket (3), with at least one flange (5) and at least 20 a groove (6) formed by an open part (8) and a half-open part (9), and whose gasket ( 3) It is of circular geometry, it can be applied to other forms different from the spherical, hollow or not, in which the resulting body has symmetry by the plane defined by its joint area (3). For example, the body resulting from the union of two identical pieces, has an oval shape, a kind of rugby ball shape. Or in two identical halves with cylindrical body 25 so that together they form a cylinder. Or, in general, that being the area of the circular geometry joint, its body has any shape so that when joining two halves they have symmetry along the plane defined by their joint area.

DETAILED EXHIBITION OF AN EMBODIMENT
Without being limiting, a specific embodiment of the present invention is set forth below:
Ball (1) formed by two identical hollow hemispheres (4) that can be mounted and removed. Inside the ball (1) is a small ball (20) that has a spherical steel core (22) with a coating (21) of a hard elastomer material.
Since the ball (1) is removable, the inner ball (20) can be exchanged for a different weight 5 at the user's choice. The outer diameters of the different balls (20) are the same, but inside the thickness of the coating layer (21) and the diameter of the metal part vary depending on the different weights. The different weights of the balls (20) are distinguished by the intensity of the color of their outer coating (21).
In the area of the joint (3), the hemisphere (4) has a single flange (5) that protrudes from the plane 10 of the area of the joint (3) and occupies a quarter of it, about 90 °, in addition is centered
in the width of the area of the joint (3) and is of cylindrical geometry on its outer face and conical geometry on its inner face, its profile being in the form of a truncated wedge. Attached to the flange (5) begins the groove (6) that is below the plane of the joint (3) and occupies approximately half of said area (3), being composed of an open part (8) of the slot that occupies a quarter and a half-open part (9) of the slot that also occupies approximately a quarter of said area of the joint (3). Said half open part (9) is complementary to the shape of the tab (5), where it fits.
When two identical hollow hemispheres (4) are joined to form a ball (1), the flange (5) of one will enter the open slot (8) of the other and by turning it will enter its open middle slot 20 (9) where both Wedge profiles will make it locked. At the same time what will happen
same with the tab (5) of the second hemisphere (4), so that when its tabs (5) are interlocked in the corresponding half-open grooves (9) they will be approximately diametrically opposed.
The inner surface of the hemisphere (4) in the area of the joint (3) is cylindrical (18), 25 occupying half the height of the hemisphere (4), and in the area of its bottom is circular flat
(19) whose diameter is two thirds the diameter of the cylindrical inner surface (18) of the hemisphere (4).
Along the area of the joint (3) there is a groove (2) in the ball (1) that is a spherical surface segment smaller than the outer surface of the sphere (1), and that is homogeneous in all its points, equal in its width and depth, which allows
any position of the ball (1) in the ring (12) of the tape (10) that is fitted in said groove (2), without externally noticing difference.
The tape (10) is formed by a tip (11) that protrudes at one end and has a conical shape being the height of the cone one third or more of the diameter of the groove (2) of the ball (1). 5 The conical tip can have the sides of the cone truncated by the planes defined by the circumferences of the upper and lower part of the ring (12).
The tape (10) has a ring (12) that fits in the groove (2) of the ball (1), also has a joining area (13) of the ring (12) with the tail (14), and this it ends in a bump (15) at its end.
10 The profile of the ring (12) of the tape (10) follows the curvature of the groove (2), its inner radius being smaller than that of the groove (2) where it adjusts for its elasticity, and whose outer radius, once placed the ring (12) in the ball (1) is of the same value as the outer radius of the ball (1) so that it follows the spherical surface of the ball (1).
Finally, the hemisphere (4) has two small markings to aid placement and subsequent rotation and interlocking of the two hemispheres (4) that form a ball (1), the two marks being differentiated from each other. One of them is a straight line (16) of positive relief that is placed in the groove (2) just at the height where the flange (5) and the groove (6) meet. The other mark is circular (17) of negative relief, which is also placed in the groove (2) at the height where the open part of the groove (8) is joined with its half-open part (9).
