BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
At the date of this proposal, and with reference to the state of the art, it should be noted that the existence of any other invention that presents technical, functional and structural characteristics that have similarities with those of the present invention is unknown. Regarding the technical problem to which the present invention tries to respond, it should be noted that it focuses on the need to create a system that manages to nail this device, and in particular the beach umbrella, in a simple way, using little effort physical and getting a secure fixation. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The device for holding umbrella sticks or similar structures, consisting of a support with a built-in motor and drilling tools for penetration and fixation on various surfaces, which the present invention proposes, is configured with the intention of achieving improvements within of its field of application with the incentive to present differences from what is already known in the market, and which are included in the final claims of this specification. Improvements that enhance, on the one hand, the resistance to the effects of wind and other forces that may decrease its stability, and on the other, make the interlocking on various types of surfaces in a simple, comfortable and with minimal effort. DESCRIPTION OF A PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
As a preferred embodiment, a device for holding beach umbrella sticks, consisting of a support with a built-in motor and a auger, will be described as a tool for penetration and fixation in the soil or sand. Also, the elements that complement the Device and that have been referred to in the description of the invention will be included.
In view of the drawings made for this specification, and in accordance with the numbering adopted in its figures, this example of preferred embodiment of the invention can be documented, which comprises the parts and elements indicated and described in detail by continuation.
To simplify the description and explanation of a preferred embodiment of this Device, and as contemplated in Figure 1, a division into three interconnected parts, called; Clamping zone (2), Motor-equipment zone (3) and Drilling zone (4), where zones (2) and (3) are the result of the division of the interior of the Tubular support (1) of the Device using the partition (1-T).
- The Tubular Support (1) of the Device, is constituted by a hollow tube of light material, of plastic, with adequate resistance to its function, of a length of 70 cm and an outer diameter, of 3 cm. Section (6) of the Tubular Support (1), in the form of a circular crown. This Tubular Support (1), is cut perpendicularly by its upper and lower parts, keeping both open. The interior of said tubular support (1) -see Figure 2-, is divided by a partition (1-T), into two zones; Clamping area (2), in which the Umbrella Stick (7), and the Motor-Equipment Zone (3) are inserted, where the Motor (8) and Batteries (9) are housed.
- The Clamping Zone (2), has a length of 45 cm and occupies the interior space between the Partition (1-T) and the upper part of the Tubular Support (1) of the Device. Its interior can accommodate standard umbrella sticks, with diameters less than 3 cm.
To continue with the description of this preferred embodiment, a tour of Figure 3 is made, from top to bottom, starting at the mouth of the Support.
The upper end of the Tubular Support (1) of the Device that is open is the mouth where the Umbrella Stick (7) is inserted. At said end, a clipping system is incorporated, called Articulated Clip (11), whose function is to mechanically fix the Umbrella Stick (7), by actuating an articulated lever, which when pressed in the direction against the tube, Insert a stop that fixes said stick inside. As an anti-theft measure, said lever will be locked by an anti-theft security lock with alarm (11-c), which is operated with a specific key. Thus, the Device will remain attached to the umbrella stick, and whoever wants to steal it is exposed to the alarm sound. Although the Umbrella Stick (7) is held by its mouth, a supplementary support is incorporated, which we call, Screw Clip (35), which acts on the lower part of said Stick (7), consisting of a threaded element of the type of safety thyme, which will enter through another threaded nut-type element adhered externally to the tube of the Tubular Support (1), producing once screwed, pressure and blockage on the Umbrella Stick (7), increasing So its fixation. The operation of this Screw Clip (35) will be carried out with a special tool, which will make it difficult to steal the Device. The Thyme Clip (35) will be sturdy plastic.
With the function of ensuring that the Device penetrates with maximum verticality, -which is not the case of holding beach umbrella sticks-, but that it is usable and applicable in other facilities that require it, such as; To hold a flag pole, a tent (Figure 7) and other similar structure, an instrument called, Bubble Level (25) is incorporated, whose principle is based on a small transparent plastic tube, which is filled with liquid with An air bubble inside. The bubble is smaller than the distance between two marks. If the bubble is symmetrically between the two marks, the instrument indicates an exact level, which can be horizontal or vertical. This instrument will be placed in position to measure the verticality and will fit in the highest possible part of the Tubular Support (1) of the Device, in the same Articulated Clip (11).
On the other hand, and with the function of being able to identify and customize the Device, an element is incorporated with the characteristics of a label, which is called, Identifier or Labeller (34). Among the data that is incorporated; references of the device, model, date of manufacture and a serial number that identifies the owner who acquired it. Data to be recorded on the tube of the Tubular Support (1) of the Device at the height of the lower part of the Clamping Zone (2) during the manufacturing process.
In order to safeguard small objects and even to be able to hang other elements, see Figures 3 and 4, a mixed element that functions as a tray and a clothes rack is incorporated into the Device. We call this element TrayPerchero (12). It has the shape of a circular crown with an outside diameter of 25 cm and a hole with a diameter such that it allows to pass to the Tubular Support (1) of the Device, which has an external diameter of 3 cm, with sufficient clearance through said hole . It has a perimeter flange of a height of 2 cm, called Tray Tab (12-b), whose function is to prevent objects deposited in it from falling. It also has another cylindrical flange around the hole, called, cylindrical tab (12-c), which protrudes above, 2 cm, and below it, 4 cm. This tab is integrated in the Tray-Coat rack (12). This set, including its eyelashes, which has a circular crown shape, is split diagonally in half. In Figure 4, it is seen that at one of the ends a hinge (36) is attached which joins the two parts at said end and allows, at the opposite end, said parts to open or separate and facilitate inserting the tray by the outside of the tube of the Tubular Support (1) of the Device. To join and fix these parts once placed, a Thyme Clip system (37) is incorporated, with its Eyelashes (37-p) and a security screw. To fix the Tray-Hanger (12) to the tube of the Tubular Support (1) of the Device another Screw Clip (12-t) is incorporated in the lower part of the Cylindrical Tab (12-c), and by means of the actuation of its safety thyme, ensures that the Tray-Hanger (12) does not move vertically. Safety screws have been used in Clips (37) and (12-t), as an anti-theft measure.
Taking advantage of the constructive structure of the tray, four small hooks with Percha functions (12-p) have been integrated as a whole, giving rise to a coat rack, which fused to the described tray, make up the Tray-Coat rack (12). Made of plastic material, light and resistant, whose thickness is 3 mm. In Figure 3, it is seen that the Hanger Tray (12) is located at the highest point of the Tubular Support (1) of the Device so that garments can be hung and not dragged into the sand. However, the height is adjustable.
Before going down to the Equipment-Motor Zone (3) to follow the description, reference is made to the function of the Partition (1-T), which in addition to dividing the interior space of the Tubular Support (1) of the Device into the two Zones (2) and (3), have the function of allowing the air flow between both spaces, and therefore, to be able to ventilate the equipment-engine with clean and dry air, which is achieved by means of a partition (1-T) with grid structure that incorporates a dust filter and anti humidity (30).
Going down through the partition, you reach the:
- Motor-equipment zone (3). It is delimited between the Partition (I-T) and the lower end of the Tubular Support (1) of the Device and with a length of 25 cm, being housed in its interior space; a motor or micro-motor (8) with its power source (9) and other accessories, with the function of rotating the drilling tools (10), getting a comfortable penetration and a good fixation in the device.
Due to the characteristics of the interior where it is housed, the Motor (8) is cylindrical, with small dimensions of the micro-motor type and with a diameter slightly less than 3 cm. It will work, in direct current, and depending on the effort to which it will be subjected, motors that work at least a voltage of l2V will be coupled, obtaining with this voltage, the other parameters; output power, torque, intensity, revolutions, among others, necessary to do the drilling work in the most favorable conditions, and therefore, obtain a more efficient result. Said Motor (8) will have its axis rotated in both directions. Due to the unfavorable conditions in which it can work, it will be an airtight motor, resistant to adverse atmospheric and anti-shock conditions.
The ventilation of the Motor (8) will be carried out through the existing Separation Partition (1-T), which has grille-type holes that allow the flow of air, and by including an anti-dust and anti-humidity filter (30 ), which is easily replaceable, it is guaranteed that no dust or moisture enters through this partition. The Motor (8) is located in the lower part of the Motor-Equipment Zone (3), with its axis remaining in the lower part of this space. Once the Motor (8) is assembled, it is closed at its bottom, thus covering the lower part of the Tubular Support (1), by means of a cover called, Engine Cover (27), screwed and easily removable. Said cover (27) has a central hole through which its shaft is accessed to attach the drilling tools (10) and to place a motor protection gasket (13) whose material is rubber.
The Power Source (9), is composed of one or several Batteries or Batteries (9), preferably rechargeable and cylindrical in shape, with voltages available between 3V-24V. Said Energy Source (9) is located between the Motor (8) and the Separation Wall (l-T). The assembly and manual exchange of the Batteries or Batteries (9) will be done, through a hole made in the Tubular Support (1) of the Device, close to them, and sealed by means of a detachable Access Cover (15). This access, also, will be used to replace the Dust and anti-humidity filter (30).
The recharging of the Batteries or Batteries (9) will be carried out by means of electric chargers, or even, with specific solar panels. It will carry a charger connector (l5-c) in the access cover (15), to connect chargers by electricity or solar energy with; solar micro-panels or flexible solar micro-panels.
To start the Engine (8), a Switch (14) is incorporated which, when pressed manually, performs this function. Said Switch (14) has three options; one, press to turn the motor shaft in a direction of penetration, forward, another, on the contrary, backward, and the third, blocking both options. Its design and dimensions are standard type and will be manufactured, with plastic materials.
The Switch (14) will be placed on the outside of the Tubular Support (1) of the Device and at a comfortable height for the user, such as the lower part of the Clamping Zone (2).
The entire wiring system, accessories, connectors and the necessary connections of the power system; Batteries and Batteries (9) and the Switch (14) with the Motor (8), are not specified because they are considered included in the elements to be connected.
Going down through the motor shaft (8), you reach the: -Punching area (4). Part reserved for Drilling Tools (10) equipped with its Protective Case (5) that can be used when the Device is not inserted.
The drilling tool to be used will be a Auger (10), which has the function of drilling the surface to introduce the Device, -the tool and part of the Support-, in a comfortable way and with good fixing results. The Auger (10), which is coupled to the motor shaft (8), is driven by it, turning it in the direction marked by the option pressed on the Switch (14). If it is the Forward Turn (29), penetration occurs with the Force applied (28). If the option pressed is with Turn back (29-i) the disassembly or unlocking of the Device occurs.
The drilling tool chosen, which is the Auger (10), has a conical and helical shape, sharp at its tip, which allows, with a certain guarantee, to remove and evacuate the excess material, sand or earth removed (17), see Figures 3 and 6, in the hole made, with the result of getting a hole with compact walls. The auger (10), has a diameter that is the most equivalent to that of the tube, in this case of 3 cm, to give better support to the assembly, it will protrude from the lower end of the tubular support (1) of the device, 30 cm, measures and characteristics , indicative and not limiting for this invention, nor therefore, for another preferred embodiment. Made of light and resistant plastic materials, not discarding metallic materials for applications of surfaces more resistant than sand or earth.
With the function that the user can visually appreciate the depth at which the Device is introduced by the action of the Motor (8) and the Drilling Tools (10), marks are incorporated, which are called Depth Marks ( 24), which indicate how the Device sinks over the surface of the land (16) according to said Marks (24), to the desired depth. These Marks (24) in the form of short lines, are engraved or painted with measurements, and located in the lower part of the Tubular Support (1) of the Device that corresponds to the Zone of the motor-equipment (3).
For reasons of protection and safety for people, and for its own maintenance and conservation, the Auger (10), which is coupled to the motor shaft (8), is equipped with a tubular sheath of the same Section (6) and the same material that the tube of the Tubular Support (1) of the Device, see Figure 2, and that will be called, Protective Cover (5), which will completely wrap the Auger (10), having its lower part closed and the upper one open , which incorporates a widening flange (5-e), enlarged enough, so that said Protective Cover (5) can be snapped into the lower end of the Motor-Equipment Zone (3), when the Device is not inserted
To reduce the movement of winding due to the wind, the weight of the objects and garments supported by the Tray-Hanger (12), or other reasons, once the Device is driven to the desired depth, a stabilizing element similar to a flat washer, called Stabilizer washer (26) and which has the Tab (26-p), see Figures 3, 5 and 7, which includes a system for its fastening called Screw Clip (26-t). Said Washer (26) is in the form of a circular crown with an outer radius of 15 cm, whose hole with sufficient clearance allows the entry of the tube of the Tubular Support (1) through its interior. Its thickness of 3 cm and its Tab (26-p), 4 cm high. Orientative and non-limiting dimensions to other measures, in this invention. Its material will be light and resistant plastic.
As for its application, before starting the fixing process, the Stabilizer Washer (26) is introduced through the lower part of the Device, then drilling is carried out. Once this is finished, the stabilizer washer (26) slides vertically outside the Tubular Support (1) of the Device, until it is supported on the ground. It is pressed by applying the Vertical Force (38) to the Washer (26) against the Ground Surface (16), and by means of the Screw Clip (26-t), tightening the safety screw that acts through a hole threaded on the Tab (26-p), the Washer is fixed to the tube of the Tubular Support (1). In this way, the set formed by; the part of the device introduced into the ground, - a part of the tubular support (1) and the auger (10) -, plus the stabilizer washer (26), improve the holding of the device.
With the above in this descriptive content, any expert in this field can understand its scope and assess the advantages obtained from the invention, and be able to build and implement this Device. 7.-DEVICE FOR THE HOLDING OF SADDLE STICKS OR SIMILAR STRUCTURES, COMPOSED BY A SUPPORT WITH INCORPORATED MOTOR AND TOOLS FOR ITS PENETRATION AND FIXING IN DIFFERENT SURFACES, in all according to claim 1, characterized by the fact of having the Tray-Coat rack (12), element for containing and hanging objects, in the form of a circular crown with an outer diameter between 20-30 cm and an inner hole with the diameter of the Tubular Support (1), between 3-5 cm. The thickness of the Tray-Coat rack (12) is between 2-4 mm. It has two perimeter tabs, one, Tray tab (12-b) in the outer diameter with a height of 2-3 cm, and the other, Cylindrical tab (l2-c), in the hole with a height between 6-10 cm . Also, it has Hangers (12-p) integrated to the Tray. The Tray-Hanger (12) is divided in half, to be able to be installed outside the tube of the Tubular Support (1) of the Device, which is achieved by a Hinge (36) that allows the separation of said halves, which are attached, by means of a screw clip
(37) that includes, some Eyelashes (37-p) and a threaded hole for you to tighten your security screw. To fix the height of the Tray-Coat rack (12) in the Tubular Support (1), a Screw Clip (l2-t) with safety screw is used.

The Charger Connector (1 S-e) will be integrated in the Access Cover (15).
