5 10 fifteen twenty 25 30 35 REGULATION DEVICE FOR ARM ALIGNMENT FOR TOLDOS DESCRIPTION Object of the invention The present invention, as expressed in the statement of this specification refers to a regulation device for the alignment of arms for awnings, where the arms include end sections that articulate in fixed supports by means of articulation axes that they can be placed in different directions to vary the inclination of pairs of arms that support a canopy. Starting from this premise, the objective of the invention is to allow a quick regulation of the awning in a closed or almost closed position, emphasizing that the access to be able to regulate the variation of the direction of each of the articulation axes does not depend on the type of awning as in other known regulating devices. It is also noted that to be able to regulate the inclination of each axis of articulation, it acts directly on the axis of articulation. Technical problem to solve and background of the invention At present, the regulation devices are known to be able to place the awnings in different inclinations, where said devices allow to align the pairs of arms that support each awning to be able to equal or at least minimize the deviation in height between the pairs of arms coupled to about fixed supports by means of articulation axes, so that by varying the inclination said articulation axes the inclination of the arms is varied. The patent with publication number ES 2342779 T3 and the utility model with publication number ES 1061705 U describe devices that allow to adjust the positioning of the arm only when it is in the open position, so that said regulation must necessarily be carried out with open arms with the need to close them afterwards to verify the correctness of the alignment, which requires repeating the operating process as many times as necessary until the correct alignment is achieved. Another regulation device, such as the one described in the model of 5 10 fifteen twenty 25 30 35 utility with publication number ES 1048736 U, consists of two concentric studs: one that is arranged on the inner side of the awning and another that is on the outer side of said awning. This described device allows the regulation with the arms closed and practically closed, but in some awnings there is a limitation in the sense that it is not possible to have access to the regulation element from the outside, precisely because of the type of awning it is. Another adjustment device comprises articulation axes that have eccentric end sections that are integral with the arms, so that the articulation axes and the arms rotate jointly with respect to the fixed supports. The fact that the eccentric shafts are integral to the arms causes the arms to have uneven movements during the opening of the awning; also presenting the disadvantage that it is difficult to match the linearity of said arms when they are open. Said eccentric end sections of the articulation axes have a larger diameter than the rest of said articulation axes, whereby the diameter of the holes of the arms where the eccentric end sections fit is greater than the rest of the facing holes of the fixed arms and supports. In line with what was said in the previous paragraph, each real articulation axis is the imaginary axis between the centers of the two outer diameters of said articulation axis: on the one hand the eccentric end section and on the other hand the end of the rest of the axis of articulation In this situation, once the height between the extreme elbows of the arms has been matched, during the process of unfolding the awning canvas the movement between the extreme elbows is not symmetrical. Description of the invention In order to achieve the objectives and avoid the inconveniences mentioned in the previous sections, the invention proposes a regulation device for the alignment of arms for awnings comprising an articulation axis that constitutes an articulated connection nexus between an end section of each arm, and a fixed support; where the direction of the articulation axis is regulated by the regulating device; and where the articulation axis is inserted into opposite holes located in the fixed support and in the end section of the arm. 5 10 fifteen twenty 25 30 35 The axis of articulation comprises an eccentric recess that is in contact with a contact surface located in correspondence with a widened area of the contour of the hole of the fixed support; where the axis of articulation is configured to be able to rotate to place said axis of articulation in one of the different stable directions contained in a plane. The device of the invention further comprises a locking stud as a means to immobilize the axis of articulation; where in one active position one end of the locking stud presses against a point area of the eccentric recess of the articulation shaft; and where said point area of the eccentric recess is facing the contact surface of the hole located in the fixed support. The axis of articulation includes at one of its ends a recess as a means to rotate said axis of articulation. In one embodiment of the invention, the contact surface of the fixed support comprises a projecting element selected between an independent projecting element and a projecting element integral with the support. In another embodiment of the invention, the contact surface of the fixed support comprises a side portion that forms part of the contour of the fixed support hole. In one embodiment of the invention, the eccentric recess is located in an intermediate zone of the articulation axis; where a part of the fixed support is located within an extreme recess of the arm; and where opposite fins of the arm have first extreme holes in which they adjust some end sections of the axis of articulation that appear above and below the fixed support. In line with what was said in the previous paragraph, the fixed support includes a central hole in which it adjusts a central part of the articulation axis; where said central hole has two opposite curved portions that are divergent downwards; and where in one of said curved portions the contact surface that is in contact with the eccentric recess of the articulation axis is located. In another embodiment of the invention, the eccentric recess is located in a lower end zone of the articulation axis; where an extreme part of the arm is located within a 5 10 fifteen twenty 25 30 35 fixed support bracket. Said fixed support has opposite fins: upper and lower that are located above and below the extreme part of the arm; where said opposite fins: upper and lower, have a few second end holes in which they fit some end sections of the articulation axis. The second end hole of the lower opposite fin of the fixed support includes the contact surface that is in contact with the eccentric recess of the articulation shaft. The extreme part of the arm comprises two opposite wings that have central holes where a central part of the articulation axis fits. The second end hole of the lower opposite fin of the fixed support includes a recess facing an end portion of the articulation shaft; wherein said end portion is located below the eccentric recess; and where said end portion of the articulation shaft is housed in the recess of the fixed support .. The device of the invention solves the two problems raised: on the one hand it allows to regulate in any type of awning the regulation of the pairs of arms in closed or folded position and on the other hand the arms do not have unequal movements during the folding and unfolding of the awnings Next, in order to facilitate a better understanding of this descriptive report and forming an integral part thereof, a series of figures are attached in which the object of the invention has been represented by way of illustration and not limitation. Brief description of the figures Figure 1 to 3.- They show sectional views of a first embodiment of the adjustment device for the alignment of arms for awnings, object of the invention. Description of an embodiment of the invention Considering the numbering adopted in the figures, the adjustment device for the alignment of arms for awnings comprises a fixed support 1, 2 in which it articulates an end section of each arm 3, 4 foldable by means of an articulation axis 5, 6 which is adjusted inside facing holes located in the fixed support 1, 2 and in an end section of the arm 3, 4; wherein said articulation axis 5, 6 can be rotated by means of a tool 7 that is inserted into a recess 8 located at a lower end of the articulation axis 5, 6; all this to be able to rotate each axis of articulation 5, 6 and thus be able to position it in one of several desired stable 5 ′, 6 ′ directions contained in the same plane. Each awning (not shown in the figures) comprises a laminar body that is coupled to a pair of arms that articulate in respective fixed supports; so that in one embodiment each arm 3 has a configuration like the one shown in figures 1, 2 and 3; and in another embodiment each arm 4 has a configuration like the one shown in figure 7. Also, in figures 1, 2, 3, 6 and 6a a configuration of the fixed support 1 is shown which is different from the configuration of the fixed support 2 shown in figures 7, 10 and 10a. On the other hand, in figures 1, 2, 3 and 4 a configuration of the articulation axis 5 is shown which is different from the configuration of the articulation axis 6 shown in the 5 10 fifteen twenty 25 30 35 Figures 7 and 8. Each articulation axis 5, 6 includes an eccentric recess 9, 10 associated with a locking stud 11 by means of which said articulation axis 5, 6 can be immobilized in one of several stable directions 5 ’, 6’; all this to be able to level some extreme elbows 12 of each pair of arms 3, 4 at the same height by turning the articulation axes 5, 6, so that turning the articulation axes 5, 6 changes the height position of the end elbows 12. The locking stud 11 is fitted within a threaded bore 1a, 2a of the fixed support 1, 2, so that one end of said locking stud 11 presses against the eccentric recess 9, 10 of the articulation shaft 5, 6 when said articulation axis 5, 6 is immobilized in one of several stable directions 5 ', 6' selected. A first embodiment of the invention is shown in Figures 1 to 6 and 6a. In this first embodiment, the eccentric recess 9 is located in an intermediate zone of the articulation axis 5; where a part of the fixed support 1 is located inside an extreme recess 13 of the arm 3, so that said arm 3 includes opposite fins 14 which have first first end holes 15 in which they adjust some end sections of the articulation axis 5 that appear above and below the fixed support 1. In this first embodiment that is being described, the end sections of the articulation axis 5 are embedded within bushings 16 embedded in said first end holes 15, although the end sections of the articulation axes 5 can also be fitted directly into the holes 15 as mentioned above. In this first embodiment, the fixed support 1 has a central hole 17 in which a central part of the articulation axis 5 is located; where said central hole 17 has two opposite curved portions 17a that are divergent downwards so that the articulation axis 5 can be positioned in one of several stable directions 5 ’. One of these two curved portions 17a is interrupted by a projection element 18 located at the height of the eccentric recess 9 of the articulation axis 5. Said projection element 18 can be part of the fixed support 1 or can be a separate piece integral with 5 10 fifteen twenty 25 30 35 said fixed support 1, so that the eccentric recess 9 of the articulation shaft 5 is in contact with said projecting element 18. In line with what was said in the previous paragraph, the inclination of the articulation axis 5 can be varied by means of the adjustment device by rotating said articulation axis 5 with the aid of the tool 7; wherein a point area of said eccentric recess 9 supports and rests on the respective projecting element 18; so that the variation of the depth of the eccentric recess 9 allows the inclination of the articulation axis 5 to be varied when it is rotated to place it in one of several stable directions 5 ’; and therefore to be able to vary in this way the inclination of the respective arm 1 in order to place at the same height the end elbows 12 of each pair of folding arms 1. In a second embodiment of the invention shown in Figures 8 to 10, and 10a, the eccentric recess 10 is located in a lower end zone of the articulation axis 6; where an end part of the arm 4 is formed by two opposite wings 4a, and where said end part of the arm 4 is located within a recess 19 of the fixed support 2. Said opposite wings 4a of the arm 4 have central holes 20 where it adjusts a central part of the articulation shaft 6. The fixed support 2 includes opposite fins: upper 21 and lower 22, which are located above and below the end part (formed by the two opposite wings 4a) of the arm 4, where said opposite fins: upper 21, and lower 22, have a second end holes 23, 24 in which end sections of the articulation axis 6 fit. In this second embodiment of the invention, the second end hole 24 of the lower opposite fin 22 of the fixed support 2 has an elongated passage section that allows varying the inclination of the articulation axis 6 to be able to place it in one of several stable directions 6 '; where the eccentric recess 10 of the articulation shaft 6 rests and rests on a lateral portion 24a of the contour of the second end hole 24 located in the lower opposite fin 22 of the fixed support 2. Said second end hole 24 of the opposite bottom fin 22 of the fixed support 2 includes a recess 24b facing an end portion 6a of the articulation shaft 6; wherein said end portion 6a is located below the eccentric recess 10 of the shaft of articulation 6. The function of the recess 24b is to house the end portion 6a of the articulation shaft in order to secure the seat of the eccentric recess 10 over the side portion 24a of the second end hole 24. 5 In the second embodiment of the invention, the threaded bore 2a where the locking stud 11 threads is located on the lower opposite fin 22 of the fixed support 2; while in the first embodiment of the invention, the threaded bore 1a where the locking stud 11 threads is located in a lower part of the fixed support 1.
