专利摘要:
Customizable immobilization system. The invention consists of a bag that adapts to the anatomical shape when a saturated solution of sodium acetate is introduced through an injection system, after which the sodium acetate is crystallized in sodium acetate trihydrate by means of a manually activated nucleator, creating a Block of sodium acetate trihydrate crystals with the anatomical shape and reinforced by an external casing. All this done in the materials and with the appropriate techniques that favor the immobilization in each case. (Machine-translation by Google Translate, not legally binding)

PERSONALIZED IMMOBILIZATION SYSTEM
SECTOR OF THE TECHNIQUE
The present invention relates to a custom immobilization system for immobilization of people and limbs. The system has been conceived and realized to obtain numerous and notable advantages over other existing means of analogous purposes.
The system is intended to immobilize a person or limb reducing the chances of voluntary or involuntary movements. For this, the system has 4 distinct parts that fit together forming a single object that is capable of adapting to each person's anatomy and immobilizing said anatomical region.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Several systems and devices for the immobilization of people or limbs are known.
In this sense, systems based on bandages impregnated in plaster can be cited which, after being wetted, are placed on the limb to be immobilized until they dry creating a plaster frame reinforced by the fabric maya.
This system has several disadvantages, such as the reuse of materials, which entails great difficulty given the contamination of the system, such as the high temperatures necessary to reactivate the plaster, or that normally to cut the limb the sales are cut so that These are single use. In addition, the placement of metal guides that allow plaster cutting sometimes produces allergic reactions that are only detectable after the removal of the plaster when they are already of great importance.

Likewise, other systems based on high density foamy plastics are known that have an anatomically compatible distribution with most people and that adjust to them by sliding belts that fit around. This system has great limitations of applicability since it is a pressure-based system that does not suppose a true immobilization but rather limits the smooth movements in addition to being uncomfortable in the long term and does not allow control before any variation, such as presence of an open wound with gauze, or the presence of objects between the immobilized plastic and the person.
EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION
The personalized immobilization system of the invention presents a new strategy when it comes to personalizing the surface of the immobilizer: instead of deforming an elastic, it is filled with a crystallizable fluid and once it adopts the desired form it crystallizes. Based on the supercooling properties of the trihydrated sodium acetate, an injection system is provided communicated with an adaptable bag, both filled with a saturated sodium acetate solution which is arranged around the limb to be immobilized, supported by the outer shell so that at inject more solution the bag adopt the shape of the limb.
In addition, the system is expected to have its own nucleator communicated with the adaptable bag and also filled with solution which causes the nuclear to crystallize the sodium acetate trihydrate.
There is also the possibility of introducing weak points in the adaptable bag so that the amount of dissolution and consequently the thickness of the glass at that point is minimal, thus allowing greater flexibility in these points.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
In order to complete the description that will then be made, and in order to help a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, the present descriptive memory of a set of drawings is attached, based on whose figures the figures will be more easily understood. innovations and advantages of the device object of the

invention.
Figure 1 represents the diagram of the custom immobilization system. In which you can see the injection system (1) where you can see how it is included in the outer shell (3), as well as the nucleator (4), and the adaptable bag (2).
Figure 2 represents a custom head restraint system where the injection system (1), the outer shell (3), the nucleator (4), the adaptable bag (2) and the weak points (5) can be observed.
Figure 3 shows a front perspective of the custom head restraint system, where the outer shell (3) and the adaptable bag (2) are observed.
Figure 4 represents a personalized head restraint system without the external housing (3) where the injection system (1), the nucleator (4), the adaptable bag (2) and weak points (5) can be observed.
Figure 5 represents a diagram of the nucleator (4) where it can be distinguished how the outer shell (3) and the adaptable bag (2) fit with the actual parts of the nucleator (4), which are the elastic sheet (6), the metal sheet (8) and the metal tip (7).
Figure 6 represents a diagram of the operation of the nucleator (4) where we can distinguish the outer shell (3), the adaptable bag (2), the elastic sheet (6), the metal sheet (8), the metal tip (7) and the finger (9).
PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
In view of the figures it can be seen how the system is constituted by 4 pieces (1, 2, 3 and 4) which, when coupled together, give rise to the customizable immobilization system.
At present there are very different materials with which to make the various

parts of the system, and multiple techniques that we could use in making the adaptable bag. However, for simple economy, generalized materials and techniques are chosen. Thus, for the adaptable bag, nitrile injected in mold has been chosen and for the injection system a syringe of those given usually for sanitary purposes is used unit to the adaptable bag by silicone. The nucleator will use a thicker nitrile elastic sheet than the rest of the adaptable bag while the metal sheet and the metal tip will be aluminum. The outer shell will be made of high density polyethylene foam.
Consequently, in order to immobilize a person's wrist, the personalized immobilization system is placed on the wrist, the injection system is prepared until the bag adjusts to the shape of the wrist, after which the nucleator is pressed and A few seconds will produce a reaction that will produce heat and a crystal will form with the shape of the wrist immobilizing it. When it is desired to remove the system, the case is first removed and then the bag is opened using the weak points as hinges. The bag is introduced in a thermal bath at 80 degrees until all the acetate has gone into a liquid state, at which time the injection system is recharged, all parts are autoclaved and reassembled.
In case of emergency, a specific area of the bag can be removed and the acetate of that point dissolved with water to have direct access to that point in the immobilized area, keeping the rest immobilized.
The materials used in the manufacture of the components of the personal immobilization system, their shapes and dimensions, and all the accessory details, which may be presented, will be independent of the object of the invention, provided they do not affect their essentiality.
