OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an alternative continuous pulse device that can be used to obtain energy that can be transformed into mechanical, rotational or automotive energy. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Various devices are known by the applicant to achieve an alternative pulse usable for energy: for example the piston of a generator with an explosion engine. However, no device similar to that of the invention is known. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The alternative continuous impulse device of the invention works by the movement of a mobile body within a fluid or gas that is in a tank or vessel in a state of rest, and which is therefore subject to the fundamental principle of hydrostatics, having the virtue or power to transform the energy due to said movement into rotating mechanical energy or automotive movement without this additional external force acting in this transformation. It is not subject to environmental climatic changes, it is clean, quiet, non-polluting, and it can be installed in closed and open spaces, and its use can be industrial as domestic.
Since any geometric body totally or partially submerged in a mass of fluid or gas undergoes an upward thrust force equivalent to the weight of an equal volume of the dislodged fluid, the displaced fluid (displacement) is required to have greater weight than the equivalent to the submerged volume of the movable body, but that its material density is greater than that of the fluid so that it tends to sink if it falls apart, understanding how

material density the density of the material that configures the body, regardless of the density of the air or gas existing in its interior gaps.
The device works by an alternative sliding of the mobile body caused by the impulse generated by the hydrostatic pressure and the sequential interruption of said impulse, causing a reciprocating movement in the geometric body that is transformed into mechanical work, and consequently into resulting energy that we can consume according to our own consumption needs, for example: mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, magnetic, heat, acoustic, electric light, chemical or nuclear enrichment, etc.
According to the invention, the device comprises: - an external volume of fluid, - a mobile body that is inserted in the external volume of fluid and whose weight is less than that of the displaced fluid to tend to float in the rest state, while that its material density is greater than that of the fluid to sink in case of fluid entering its interior, and that it is provided with the possibility of upward / downward movement, - a practicable bottom provided in said movable body, to allow entry of fluid through said bottom and sinking at will of the mobile body, - an alternately floodable chamber, which is arranged on the bottom of the mobile body; and which is determined superiorly by a fixed division (which does not move with the movable body) arranged at a lower level than the surface of the fluid volume, laterally by the lateral contour of the movable body, and inferiorly by the practicable bottom ; and which is intended to open during the descent of the mobile body and to close during its rise, -a first pressure balancing valves during the rise of the mobile body, arranged between the floodable chamber and the external volume of fluid, -at least waterproof spout arranged in the fixed division, with the purpose of communicating the fluid of the flood chamber with a dry zone internal or external to the vessel and of lower pressure, -normally atmospheric pressure-without letting the fluid pass, so that it relieves the internal pressure and the pressure difference will allow the impulse of the mobile body, and -a transmission of exploitation of the generated impulse, which comprises a primary

in solidarity with the mobile body and a fixed secondary with respect to the mobile body.
Thus, the mobile body alternately runs up and down between a maximum maximum point and a minimum minimum point, due to the upward thrust by hydrostatic pressure when the body is at the lowest minimum point and the practicable bottom is closed, and at own weight of the material of the mobile body when it is at the maximum maximum point and the practicable bottom is opened. Obviously, the opening and closing means of the practicable bottom are synchronized with this movement, either with the participation of mechanical, electronic, hydraulic, etc., and the corresponding control unit. The device can be used for example as a complement to other energy sources, or separately.
This document also includes gases, such as highly compressible fluids, that produce the same effect. DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
Figure 1 shows a sequence of three views of the operation of the device of the invention.
Figure 2. - It shows a view similar to that of Figure 1, where the mobile body is sectioned to appreciate the interior operation.
Figure 3.- Shows views of the device of the invention, with the tank level regulating compartments respectively empty and full.
Figure 4.- Shows two plan views of the practicable bottom of the mobile body with its second valves respectively closed and open. PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
The alternative continuous pulse device (1) of the invention comprises:- an external volume of fluid (2),-a movable body (3) that is inserted in the outer volume of fluid (2) and whose

Weight is less than that of the fluid (2) displaced to tend to float in a resting state, while its material density is greater than that of the fluid (2) to sink in case of fluid entering its interior, and which is equipped with possibility of upward / downward movement, -a practicable bottom (7) provided in said movable body (3), to allow the entry of fluid through said bottom and the sinking of the movable body (3), -a flood chamber (4 ) alternatively (see fig 2), which is arranged on the bottom (7) of the movable body (3); and which is determined superiorly by a fixed division (5) arranged at a lower level than the surface of the fluid volume (2), laterally by the lateral contour (6) of the movable body (3), and inferiorly by the background (7) practicable; and which is intended to open during the descent of the mobile body (3) and to close during its rise, -a first pressure balancing valves (8) during the ascent of the mobile body (3), arranged between the flooding chamber (4) and the outer volume of fluid (2), -at least, an impermeable spigot (55) arranged in the fixed division (5), in order to communicate the fluid in the flood chamber (4) with atmospheric pressure-without leaving passing the fluid, so that the difference in pressures will allow the impulse of the mobile body (3), and -a transmission (9) of use of the generated impulse, which comprises a primary integral to the mobile body (3) and a fixed secondary with respect to to the mobile body (3).
The first pressure balancing valves (8) preferably comprise unidirectional valves, with operating flow enabled from inside the flood chamber (3) to the outer volume of fluid (2), so that no reverse flow occurs accidentally that interrupt operation. Said first pressure balancing valves (8) are ideally arranged in the lateral contour (6) of the movable body (3) above the practicable bottom (7) of the movable body (3), and at different heights along the contour lateral (6) of the movable body (3), so that the difference in hydrostatic pressures between the practicable bottom (7) and said first valves (8) is greater the higher they are, producing greater momentum at the beginning of the movement upward.
Once the valves 10 of the bottom 7 are closed, the pressure in the flood chamber 4 has to be less than the external volume of the fluid 2, in order to establish this pressure difference a third valve has been practiced preferably

The practicable bottom (7) of the movable body (3) preferably comprises (see figs 2 and 4) a plurality of unidirectional second valves (10) with operating flow enabled from the outer volume of fluid (2) into the chamber flood (4), in order that there are no accidental reverse flows that interfere with the operation. In general, the unidirectional valves (8,10) comprise mechanical and / or electric and / or pneumatic and / or hydraulic actuation valves.
The provision of sealing seals (11) with the possibility of movement between the fixed division (5) that determines the flooding chamber (4) and the mobile body (3) is also provided, so that it does not get flu or brake the movement of the mobile body (3) and at the same time the necessary tightness is maintained.
On the other hand, the fluid (2) can be any, such as fresh water, salt water and / or preferably fluids with low coefficient of friction (low viscosity), even gases, since they will provide the lowest losses
A very preferred variant, which is the one shown in the figures, arranges the external volume of fluid (2) in a tank (12), so that it can be used with fluids other than water and without consumption thereof and isolated from the outside so as not to cause fluid losses. The provision of at least one regulatory compartment (14) of the tank level (12), which is communicated with said deposit, is provided in said variant
(12) to take fluid from it and lower its level, or provide stored fluid to the tank and increase its level, so that the movement speed of the mobile body can be regulated (3) (see two fluid level regulations ( 2) in figure 3). Said regulator compartments (14) of the tank level are ideally arranged inside the tank (12), so that a more compact device (1) is achieved. The provision of some third valves (15) and / or transfer pumps, not shown, for regulating the fluid passage between the regulating compartments (14) and the tank (12) is also provided. Another alternative, not represented in the figures, would be that the outer volume of fluid (12) comprised a natural water mass (sea, lakes, etc.)
The mobile body (3) and / or the tank (12) in this example preferably have a general shape

cylindrical, reducing living edges that promote non-laminar flows, turbulence and friction. With this configuration, as seen in Figure 4, the second valves (10) could adopt configuration in the form of a circular sector, of easy operation and large pitch.
As for the transmission primary (9) (see fig. 2), in this case, it comprises at least one connecting rod (90) articulated respectively to a cross member (30) of the movable body (3) and a crankshaft (91) which is it is fixed on a fixed bed (19) arranged inside the mobile body (3); while the secondary of the transmission (9) comprises said connecting rod
10 (90) and a set of gears (93) with an upper output shaft (92), through which the generated energy can be used. Said output shaft (92) is arranged aligned with the direction of movement of the movable body (3) (vertical) so as not to have to pass through the fluid (2), this implies that the gear set (93) comprises change gears of direction of rotation, for example bevel gears.
The device (1) also preferably includes guides (16) (see fig. 2) and sliders (17) and / or runners that run along said guides (16), to drive the upward / downward movement. of the mobile body (3). Said guides (16) are ideally arranged vertically and supported on the bench (19),
20 while the sliders (17) are in solidarity with the mobile body (3) and arranged on the inside of it.
For its part, the fixed bed (19) is supported, for example, in an upper support (20) through an upper opening (31) of the mobile body (3). Said support
25 (20), in the variant shown in the figures, is found configuring a cover that is covering the tank (12).
Describing sufficiently the nature of the invention, it is indicated that the description thereof and its preferred embodiment should be interpreted in a non-limiting manner, and
30 which encompasses all of the possible embodiments that are deduced from the content of the present specification and from the claims.
