    SHOES WITH TRANSFORMABLE HEEL OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
    The invention, as expressed in the statement of the present specification, refers to a shoe with transformable heel that contributes, to the function to which it is intended, advantages and characteristics, which will be described in detail below, which represent a remarkable novelty in the current state of the art.
    More specifically, the object of the invention is focused on footwear, preferably of the type of shoe or lady's sandal, but without this implying a limitation, whose heel is structurally designed to be able to transform it, at will and quickly and simply, of Low heel to high heel and vice versa, allowing to convert the flat shoe footwear to high heel shoes whenever the user wants and when they want, quickly and comfortably at any time and place.
    FIELD OF APPLICATION OF THE INVENTION
    The field of application of the present invention is part of the industry sector dedicated to the manufacture of footwear.
    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
    As is known, high-heeled shoes are often considered more elegant than flat shoes, as they enhance the figure and the walking of those who wear them, usually women. However, they have the disadvantage of being much more uncomfortable to wear than flat shoes, as well as not recommended for the health of the spine, because of the forced position that the foot adopts, the entire body weight falling only in the front of the same. Therefore, its use is not recommended for long periods.
    However, there are few women who, for reasons of fashion, or demands of work, are forced to wear them for long hours. To avoid their inconveniences, some women choose to wear two pairs of shoes, some walking shoes and those of

    The objective of the present invention is, therefore, to provide the market with a new type of shoe that solves said problem in a comfortable, practical and effective way, by developing a heel that can be transformed from low heel to high heel whenever so it is desired and to be able to use the same footwear as flat footwear to walk comfortably and, at any given time, convert it into high-heeled footwear to look only in the moments that it suits and, again, turn it into flat footwear to give rest to the feet and legs of the user.
    On the other hand, and as a reference to the current state of the art, it should be noted that some models of footwear whose heel can be modified in height are known in the market, which, although they provide a system to modify the heel height at will , they usually do it by using heels that are constituted by accessory elements consisting of independent pieces that are attachable and removable to the heel of the shoe itself. Being, therefore, its biggest drawback, the fact that it will be necessary to carry it on for when you want to use it, which does not imply a solution as practical as the system of the present invention, whose heel can be transformed from low to high without having to add or remove any accessory parts.
    In any case, at least on the part of the applicant, it is unknown the existence of any other shoes with transformable heels or any other similar invention that presents technical, structural and constitutive characteristics equal or similar to those specifically presented here. as claimed.
    EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION
    Thus, the footwear with transformable heel that the invention proposes is configured as a remarkable novelty within its field of application, since, according to its implementation and in a restrictive manner, the aforementioned objectives are satisfactorily achieved, the characterizing details being they make it possible and distinguish it from what is already known conveniently set forth in the final claims that accompany the present description.

    Specifically, what the invention proposes, as noted above, is a shoe, preferably a lady's shoe or sandal, whose heel is structurally designed to provide it with means that allow it to be transformed, at will and quickly and easily, of low heel, to wear the footwear as a flat shoe (or sandal), to high heel, for use of the footwear as a high heel shoe (or sandal), as well as to be able to reverse said position equally quickly and easily, so That such change can be made whenever you want at any time and place, since for this it is not necessary, nor the use of tools, nor the availability of accessory elements or parts that must be attached or removed.
    For this, the heel of the footwear essentially comprises a base piece to which a movable part is coupled with, at least two positions, a position of non-use, in which it does not affect the height of the footwear, allowing the use as flat footwear , and a position of use, in which it determines the elevation of the heel so that it becomes high-heeled footwear.
    More specifically, in a first embodiment, the heel of the footwear is configured from a base piece, which determines the heel itself in its low heel position, to which a flip movable piece is attached, which will determine the heel high, for which it presents two positions of use:
    - a folded position, in which said moving part is collected and the base part acts as a low heel;
    - and an unfolded position, in which said moving part is extended, raising the back of the footwear so that it becomes high heeled footwear.
    Preferably, in this embodiment the folding mobile part is manually changed position, pulling it to swing on the axis that joins it to the base piece, and incorporates a stop that keeps it fixed in its two positions, to avoid that, when walking, it could move whether it is fixed in the folded position or in the unfolded position.

    Optionally, in this embodiment, the removable movable part can also be fixed in one or more intermediate positions, allowing different heights to be chosen for the heel of the footwear, as desired.
    In any case, in this embodiment the change of position of the removable moving part is carried out through a motorized mechanism.
    The described shoe with transformable heel represents, therefore, an innovation of structural and constitutive characteristics unknown until now, reasons that together with its practical utility, provide it with sufficient foundation to obtain the privilege of exclusivity that is requested.

    PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
    In view of the aforementioned figures, and in accordance with the numbering adopted, it can be observed in them respective non-limiting examples of the shoes with the recommended transformable heel, which comprises the parts and elements indicated and described in detail below.

    According to figures 1 to 4, it can be seen how, in a first embodiment, the movable part (6) of the heel (4) is a collapsible part that is coupled to the base part (5) through an axis of turn (7) that allows to arrange it folded, in its position of non-use (figures 1 and 2) and deployed, in position of use raising the back of the footwear (1) (figures 3 and 4).

    Optionally, said housing (10) has a series of notches (11) or other means for fixing the retractable movable part (6) in several intermediate positions to determine various heel heights (4) between a minimum position, that of non-use, where it is completely retracted, and maximum, the position of use, in which it is fully extended.
