专利摘要:
Profile for decorative and retro-illuminable panel frames. The profile has on one side a groove that allows the fastening of the sheet to be exposed and has a curved, pointed and thin edge on the side in contact with the sheet that holds. The profile extends a straight strip that facilitates the fixing between profiles and the fixing to other supports. The profile has variants with certain particularities but all of them have in common that used in frames for modular retro-illuminated panels the discontinuity of the graphics represented in the panel by joining several modules is minimal. DESCRIPTION
Profile for decorative and backlit panel frames.
Technology Sector
The invention is introduced in the field of eflmera architecture, decoration and window dressing, as a range of profiles more suitable for the composition of frames in assembled modular systems and panels, especially in backlit, for use in fairs and exhibition competitions temporary, interior design and window dressing.
State of the art
Currently there are different systems, with profiles of different types, through which you can compose frames to accommodate exhibition elements, fabrics, canvases or other materials to be exhibited in backlit, or non-backlit systems, but there are no specific profiles for systems modular backlighting that allows to represent images in which the separation between modules has a minimal impact on the expression of the joint image.
For this case, modular backlit systems and panels, non-specific profiles are being used and we do not opt that the main drawback is that the separation between modules, with the panel illuminated, is very evident because it appears, on the edges where it is held the backlit display element, a dark strip, the perimeter of each module being displayed in excess.
Profile systems used in a non-specific manner for this purpose are described in patent document ES 2007 287 and applied to modular backlit systems in the document with publication number ES 2 541 580 B2.
In addition to this fundamental property, there are others that must be able to offer these profiles. Thus, knowing that modular lighting systems are frequently used in temporary events, it is desirable to have the possibility of profiles configuring stackable frames, which will facilitate their packaging, transport and storage; also have the alternative of creating frames by means of mechanical profile assembly systems, without the need for welding, which will allow them to be assembled "in situ", and, finally, it is useful to have a profile that allows it to be attached to the support that receives it in a simple way.
The retro-illuminated modular systems and panels are formed by several parts, the invention affects the part that houses and holds the exhibition element through which the light is diffused, part of which we call the frame. The framework is usually housed in another part of the system we call support.
Currently, the profiles with which the frames that hold the backlit display element are manufactured have a shape that prevents light from reaching its edges. The reason is that the opaque existing profiles have a side, which, in the perimeter of the frame, is arranged to co-plan with the exhibition element that holds and prevents the light from reaching the perimeter strip or edge of the exposed backlit element . The unlit strip is doubled when two frames are attached to form a composition, and it reaches several centimeters. In the range of invented profiles, all profiles have a shape such that while maintaining the way of fastening the display element of the current profiles, there is no longer a strip of the co-planar profile with it.

Explanation of the invention
In accordance with the state of the art described, a profile is invented for use especially in panel frames and modular backlit systems that cover the current void due to the absence of a specific typology for use in these systems.
To ensure that the light adequately reaches the exhibition element attached to the frame, the shape of the profile, at its edge in contact with the backlit face of the exhibition element, ceases to be flat, being curved and minimal radius, small enough as so that the exhibition element shows only a thin opaque line instead of a strip and large enough so that when the exhibition element is tensioned it does not tear because the edge of the frame is sharp.
Subject to a frame, an exhibition element defines two areas, the exterior that is the side from which the observer sees the exposed element, and the interior, which is the scope or side on which the light source is; Since the opaque frame occupies a volume and everything remains on the inner side, it is important that on that side, the profile that configures the frame, adopts a shape that makes light reach the exposed element; for this, the profile has, by its shape, reflective character, directing the light that falls on them towards the exhibition element to be backlit.
At the basic level, we can resemble the section of the profiles even in a rectangular triangle, in which the minimal and non-cutting radius curved shape occupies the position of the vertex intersection of a leg with the hypotenuse. In addition, the hypotenuse of the triangle may take a curved concave shape. In addition to the shape, the finish of the outer surface of the profile will be reflective, for this, if the material with which the profile is manufactured is not, it will be given a coating that is.
In the systems in which it is planned to use the frames to be made with the invented profile, it is important to attach these frames to the supports that house them, it is of interest to invent profiles with which frames that can be easily fixed to these supports can be manufactured; for this, the profile has the possibility of extending the straight side that does not contact the edge of the sheet. This prolongation creates a flat longitudinal surface as a strip that facilitates clamping operations.
The profile, on the side that corresponds to the leg that intersects with the edge of the exposed element, incorporates a longitudinal groove as a channel, thanks to it you can hold the exhibition element by introduction inside the edge of the sheet, which a tube or a solid strip of flexible and compressible material such as pvc, silicone, rubber, epdm, polyethylene or others will be fixed in the groove continuously, achieving friction clamping.
This same side can incorporate a recess in the corner of the right angle, of a thickness sufficient to accommodate the curved edge of another profile. This allows the profiles to be stacked in a smaller space and therefore to improve their storage capacity.
With this profile frames can be formed without welding, this property is interesting to be able to mount frames "in situ". For this, the profile may incorporate a housing parallel to the strip through the extended strip through which a connecting element can be introduced between two sides of a frame.
Profile dimensions may vary. It is expected that the profiles are produced by extrusion and / or by injection so that any material capable of

To support these manufacturing processes, as well, as a non-exclusive listing, aluminum and / or titanium and any of its alloys will be used in any of its finishing modes, raw or anodized with any of the types of anodizing: any type of steel and any type of plastic polymer. The shape of the profile may change to adapt to the requirements of the extrusion or injection required by each material but will always respect its functional performance.
Description of the drawings
The figures attached in this document show a way of realizing the invention.
Explicitly figure to figure:
Figure 1 shows the section of a basic profile.
Figure 2 shows the section of a profile that incorporates the fastening strip.
Figure 3 shows a section profile where you can see the setback for stacking them.
Figure 4 shows a sectional profile, in which the housing for the union of profiles without welding is appreciated.
Figure 5 shows two profiles belonging to two frames of two different modules placed in the position in which they are part of a modular light label.
Figure 6 shows how the frames of equal dimensions are stacked and held together to facilitate storage, packaging and transport operations.
Figure 7 shows the housing through which a piece that joins two sides of a frame can be passed allowing them to be assembled without welding.
Figure 8 shows a front view with two profiles assembled forming the corner of a 90 ° frame.
Detailed exposition of a mode of realization of the invention
The frames referred to in the invention are of closed shapes, usually square or rectangular.
In case of backlighting, in figures 1, 2, 3 and 4, the numerical reference (4) shows the side with respect to the display element or sheet (2) from which the light is emitted.
According to the position of figures 1 to 4, on its side (14), the profile has a groove (3) that allows the display element to be trapped or backlit (2) by the introduction continuously at length of the groove (3) of the profile of a tube or a solid strip (12) of flexible and compressible material such as pvc, silicone, rubber, epdm, polyethylene or others on each side of the frame that houses the display or laminate (2 ), achieving friction support.
The tip (1) of the profile in Figures 1, 2, 3 and 4, is curved, when rounded, it will not be sharp, to avoid, when tearing it, tearing the expository element or sheet (2) it holds, and

It is also as thin as possible to reduce the surface in contact with the sheet to be backlit (2) and thus minimize the edge that does not receive light from the exhibition element and that can be viewed from the position of an observer.
The shape of the profile on its side of greater length (5), is such that it allows the reflection of the light that falls on it towards the display element to be backlit (2); (5) in figures 1, 2, 3 and 4 shows the curved shape inclined between the rays of light it receives and the trace of the exhibition element to be illuminated, the concave part of the curve being left in the area closest to the tip in order to allow access of more light to the edge; The surface material of this strip (5) will be light reflective.
Figure 2 shows a sectional profile in which the straight extension (6) of the profile on its vertical side (15) creates a flat longitudinal surface, or straight strip, in which holes (9) can be made for fixing Simple from the frame to the support that houses it.
Figure 5 shows the connection between two frames connected butt by the side (14) which is the one that incorporates the groove (3) for fastening and tensioning of the display element or sheet (2). In this figure it can be seen how the thickness of the frame in the contact perimeter between the two panels is minimized so that a better continuity of the images or motifs represented on the panel can be achieved.
The sections of the profiles shown in Figures 3 and 4 allow stackable frames.
These profiles have a recess in the corner of the right angle of a thickness that allows the curved end (1) to be introduced. Figure 6 shows the way in which several frames are stacked and held together.
In figure 7 we can see an alternative in the profile of the frame. In the straight extension of the straight side (15) there is a housing (10) that allows to insert inside an assembly piece (11). This piece (11) allows joining two sides of a frame and can form corners with different angles without welding.
Figure 8 shows a front view of a corner of a frame with two sides assembled at 90 °.
