The soilless or hydroponic cultivation technique in which plants germinate, grow and are maintained on natural or artificial substrates when they are maintained under adequate conditions of light and heat is well known and the necessary nutrients are supplied in a solution supplied in quantities and certain rhythm
Currently the substrates are of very varied types, but all have a high water retention capacity, allow root aeration, have a stable structure and a low rate of decomposition.
On the other hand, fabrics called geotextiles, which are permeable and flexible fabrics of synthetic fibers, mainly polypropylene and polyester, which can be made of woven or non-woven are also well known. Description of the invention
The process for manufacturing grass plates, object of the present invention, comprises the following steps:
a) heat smelting of polypropylene pellets

b) obtaining continuous fibers of predetermined thickness by passing the polypropylene melt through pressurized air through rows.
c) mechanical treatment of continuous polypropylene fibers
d) cut to a predetermined length of the polypropylene fibers obtained in the previous step
e) packed in bullets of the fibers obtained in step d)
f) unpacking the bullets obtained in stage e)
g) separated from the fibers
h) carding and combing obtaining a polypropylene veil with the fibers oriented in the same direction
i) lapped with two or more veils
j) stretched
k) joining two or more veils by punching
l) heat treatment obtaining the geotextile support
m) hydroponic cultivation of grass seeds using as support the geotextile support obtained in stage l)
n) rooting of the grass seeds in the geotextile support obtaining grass plates as tepes.
Likewise, protection is claimed for the grass plate manufactured according to the procedure described above.
Preferred embodiment
The following describes a preferred embodiment of the process for manufacturing grass plates, object of the present description, which comprises the following steps:
to. heat smelting of polypropylene pellets, preferably by conduits heated by thermal oil,
b. obtaining continuous fibers of predetermined thickness by passing the polypropylene melt through pressurized air through rows of predetermined diameter.

The product obtained has an adequate and rapid germination, a reduction of the necessary nutrients and water, a suitable and normal reticular and plant development and a perfect adaptation to the final soil and among the advantages, it is possible to mention:
• easy cultivation
• there is no technical complexity in the cultivation and planting phases
• Simple final ground placement, similar to how carpets or rugs would be placed on artificial grass.
• The use of complex machinery in obtaining tepes is avoided
• Easy handling in planting and placement
• Weight reduction compared to traditional tepes
• You can manufacture tepes of different sizes and shapes with the possibility of use for example in advertising
• Germination can be in situ
• The cost of transport is reduced as there are no layers of land, so the weight is less than in traditional tepes.
