In a variation on the embodiment, the actuation is carried out by means of a rack (9) with a toothed section (10) provided with a lever or trigger-type element (5'), and in another embodiment, the actuation is carried out by means of a lug (12) mounted in a rotary casing (8'), said lug engaging, on the inside, in a helical groove (11) provided in the inner part associated with the shaft or rod of the bristles (2).

    OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
    The present invention relates to a hairbrush, of the type that includes a handle that is axially related to a carrier shaft of a plurality of radial bristles usable as an element for hair styling.
    These types of brushes also include an external housing to the bristles, whose housing is affected by holes for emergency outside a section of the bristles.
    The object of the invention is to provide a means capable of retracting the bristles from the carcass and to carry out an automatic cleaning of the hair adhered to the bristles, by manually activating that means, so that the bristles emerge to the outside so that Fulfill your hairstyle function.
    BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
    As is known, in relation to the type of brush referred to in the previous section, to say that the element that is used as a means to hide and make the bristles emerge from the housing, is based on an axially movable protrusion in a window established at effect on the handle, and related the axis of the bristles with a recovery spring, so that the actuator element of the bristles, is moved by manual operation in the groove of the handle for concealment of the bristles while the emergence of these It is done automatically by a spring included inside the handle, axially with it.
    Obviously, the automatic recovery of the shaft of the bristles, leads to the emergence of these through the brush housing, which is sometimes undesirable, since cleaning may not be performed as expected and should keep the bristles to carry out this cleaning in optimal conditions or with maximum efficiency.
    In this regard, the document corresponding to US patent 2012233799 referring to a hairbrush can be cited, in which the rod or shaft bearing the bristles is related to the actuation element for the movement backwards of said rod or shaft and corresponding partial concealment of the bristles inside the housing, in order to achieve in this way to be able to carry out the release and cleaning of the loose hair adhered to the bristles of the brush itself.
    As previously stated, the actuation element for the backward movement of the shaft or rod of the bristles is axially displaceable by actuation of the actuator itself of said actuation element.
    DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
    The hairbrush that is recommended, based on the type referred to above, that is to say the one formed by an axis or rod with radial bristles and a carcass with holes through which the bristles can emerge to the outside or remain hidden, by displacement axial of said rod, has the particularity that initially the drive to carry out the axial displacement forwards or backwards of the rod or axle carrying the bristles, is carried out by means of a tilting lever forward or backward, so that in the forward position of such a lever the bristles

    they emerge outside the comb housing holes, while in the retracting position towards the back of the lever, the bristles are hidden inside the housing.
    This realization of the brush does not require any spring, since the concealment and emergence of the bristles through the holes of the housing is done by driving backwards or forwards, and manually, of the lever related to the shaft or rod of the brush and more specifically linked to a groove established for this purpose in a cylindrical body to which the axis or rod of the bristles of the brush is joined, being that cylindrical body and with the axis or rod of the fences, which displaced by actuation of the lever tilted forward or backward.
    In a variant embodiment, the drive can be carried out by means of a rack provided in the cylindrical body that is axially related to the axis or rod of the bristles, so that on such a rack a crown or portion of the crown that emerges outward in a kind of trigger through a groove established for this purpose in the handle, which is logically hollow to accommodate inside the cylindrical body carrying the zipper. In this case the drive is the same by tilting the lever or trigger but through a rack system.
    In another variant embodiment, the cylindrical body related to the shaft or rod of the bristles, have a helical groove in a part close to its rear end on which a pin that emerges outside the housing corresponding to that cylindrical body, and which constitutes the handle itself, so that the rotation of this housing of the handle by manual push of the rod carries with it the incidence of this inside on the helical groove of the cylindrical body associated with the axis or rod of the bristles, carrying the forward or backward movement, depending on the direction of rotation that is given, to that cylindrical body and therefore to the rod with the bristles, to carry out the concealment or emergency of these through the brush housing.
    Finally say that the brush as a whole is removable, specifically the housing including the bristles with its shaft or rod, with respect to the handle, and so on! to be able to use what is the brush or head of the same as a roller without the handle.
    As it has been possible to verify, the hair brush of the invention has the particularity that the two emergency limit positions and concealment of the bristles with respect to the housing are stable positions that can be maintained as long as desired in them, against of what happens with conventional brushes in which in the emergency position of the bristles it is stable but not in the concealment position, since the spring tends to push the rod or shaft of the bristles forward and therefore to the emergence of these through the holes in the housing.
    In addition, actuation, either by means of a lever, rack, rotating pin, etc., is carried out, without axial displacement, but in some cases by tilting drive and in others by rotation.
    If this is added to the fact that the brush head, that is to say the housing with its corresponding carrier axis of the bristles, is removable with respect to the rest of the brush handle, and being able to be used as a roller, it is an advantage to be taken into account in front of conventional brushes where the housing with the bristles is not removable with respect to the handle.

    Figure 1 shows a representation of what is considered the axis or rod carrying the radial bristles of a conventional hairbrush, the cylindrical body being seen that is related through the rear end with the rod or shaft of said bristles of the brush.
    Figures 2 and 3.- They show two perspective views of the first embodiment of the brush of the invention where the actuation is shown by means of a tilting lever to carry out the emergence of the bristles or their concealment with respect to the brush housing. .
    Figure 4.- Shows an exploded perspective view of the parts of the brush that participate in the drive by means of a rack.
    Figure 5.- Shows two perspective views of the brush formed by the elements represented in the previous figure, both in the emergency position of the bristles (A) and in the position of concealment of the bristles (B), with respect to the housing, by tilting the crown-carrying trigger that acts on the zipper as the driving element of the bristles of the brush.
    Figure 6.- Shows an exploded perspective view of the parts corresponding to the brush that participate in it to drive the bristles by turning a teton linked to the outer casing of the cylindrical body axially linked to the shaft or rod of the bristles of the brush
    Figures 7 and 8.- They show two perspective views of the brush constituted by means of the elements of figure 7, both in the emergency position of the bristles through the holes of the housing and the retraction of said bristles.
    Figure 9.- Shows a perspective view of the disassembly of the housing with the bristles of the brush, or what is the same the head of such brush, with respect to the back or handle thereof.
    PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
    As can be seen in the aforementioned figures, the brush of the invention is constituted as is conventional, from a rod or shaft (1), from which a plurality of bristles (2) emerge radially, for combing the hair, that rod or shaft (1) being related at its rear end with a cylindrical body (3) and axially connected thereto.
    Well, according to the invention, that cylindrical body (3) posterior to the rod or shaft (1) of the bristles (2) of the brush, has a through groove (4) to allow tilting forward or backward of a lever ( 5) manually operated, so that based on the actuation of such a lever (5), the emergence of the bristles (2) or their concealment is carried out, with respect to an external housing (6) which is affected by a multitude of holes (7) through which the bristles (2) can be projected outwards or hidden inwards.
    The cylindrical body (3) can constitute the handle itself, as shown in figures 1, 2 and 3, or be an element complemented with a housing (8), as will be shown below.

    Specifically, in figure 4 the cylindrical body (3 ') is shown, which in this case includes a rack (9), said cylindrical body (3) with its rack (9) housed inside a housing (8) affected is a groove (4 ') through which a trigger or lever (5') emerges, carrying a crown or toothed sector (10) that engages with the rack (9) to carry out the movement towards in front of or behind the cylindrical body (3 ') and with it the shaft or rod carrying the bristles (2), for concealment or emergency of these with respect to the housing (8).
    Obviously this embodiment shown in Figures 4 and 5, assumes that the actuation of the rack (9) through the pinon, crown or toothed sector (10) is carried out by means of a trigger or lever (5 '), also manually operated and tilting, inside the corresponding slot (4 ') of the housing (8), with two positions: (A) emergency bristles and (B) concealment of the bristles.
    This last embodiment can be formalized without a zipper, that is, the trigger or lever (5 ’) can be inserted into a groove (4’) of the cylindrical body (3 ’) that drives said body in both directions inside the housing (8).
    In the variant embodiment shown in Figures 6, 7 and 8, the cylindrical body (3 '') joined to the housing itself (6) of the bristles (2), has a helical groove (11), in proximity to its rear end, which is complemented by a kind of threaded plug (13), in whose helical groove (11) the inner end of a stud (12), emerging outside the corresponding outer casing (8 ''), enveloping the cylindrical body (3 '') referred to above, in such a way that the rotation of such housing (8 '') by rotating drive to one side or the other of the teat (12), will carry its sliding on the helical groove (11) ) and therefore the forward or backward movement of the cylindrical part (3 '') and therefore of the bristles (2), to emerge or hide from the housing (6) as shown in figures 7 and 8, respectively.
    Finally, say that the head that constitutes the housing (6) with the bristles (2) on its axis or rod (1) is capable of being disassembled with respect to what is the handle (3), whatever the realization of this, in order to use this housing (6) with the bristles (2) or brush head as a roller without the handle.
