专利摘要:
Elastic mechanical device designed to close and open an indefinite number of times bags made of flexible materials by the pressure exerted by this piece (having an approximate spiral shape) on the area of contact with the bag inserted in it. Its operation consists of placing the part that we want to close the bag inside the closed area of the spiral and then approach until its coupling the two hooks that the piece has on its surface, this produces a reduction of the available interior space of the spiral and, consequently, that part of the bag is tightened, leaving it closed hermetically. To open it you only have to release the coupling of the hooks with an external force, the spiral then returns to its relaxed position and we extract the bag from the device.

5 Elastic mechanical device designed to close and open an indefinite number of times bags made of flexible materials.
SECTOR OF THE TECHNIQUE
The invention is located within the technical sector of the procedures that industries use for the closure (and subsequent opening by the customer) of bags made of flexible materials (plastic, paper, cellophane, etc.).
The typology of closures to which I refer specifically must meet these characteristics:
15 They must exert an external mechanical action on the object to be closed.
The same piece, without altering after use, should be used to close and open the bag as many times as needed.
STATE OF THE TECHNIQUE
20 The procedures currently present in the market; plasticized wire, flexible tape, tweezers, etc., are quite precarious and insecure for these reasons:
. They do not guarantee that the inside of the bag remains airtight during the product distribution process and therefore does not ensure the preservation of its contents from the external environment and its possible contaminating or intensifying effect of the
25 product expiration.
The closure can be easily manipulated and that act goes unnoticed by distributors and consumers of the product.
Once the bag is opened, it is often problematic to close it again in a way that ensures that it remains airtight.
TECHNICAL PROBLEM PROPOSED
The limitations and deficiencies of the bag closure systems currently present in the market could be solved if a mechanism were available that could replace them for the most diverse uses and that met these conditions:
Simplicity in your design
Ease of use for the consumer
Mechanism effectiveness
Security in the outcome of the procedure
Very low production cost so as not to increase the price of the product
EXPLANATION OF THE INVENTION
The closing system I opening of bags made of flexible materials that I propose is based on the effect of narrowing by approximation of the sides experienced by the interior space of a piece made of a material with a certain degree of elasticity and with an approximate spiral shape ( especially of Fermat or parabolic spiral) when subjected to a force caused by the displacement of the end of the open branch from the outside of the spiral towards the outer surface of the closed part of the spiral, force enhanced by the pressure exerted by a curved appendix on the inner branch of the open end and held in this position by the coupling of hooks that are embedded in the piece.
Description of the shape of the device (Figure 1):
The piece will be manufactured with a material that admits a minimum level of elasticity: plastic, metal, hard cardboard, etc. The piece of that material will have a band shape (with the width and thickness appropriate to the type of bag) and will be molded to give it an approximate spiral shape of Fermat or parabolic, but with these modifications in its design with respect to the conventional geometric shape:
· The inner branch of the open end of the spiral will end with an appendix that curves towards the center of the spiral (1), which will press when closing.
· The outer branch of the open end of the spiral will be somewhat shorter than the inner branch of the same end of the spiral (2). This modification is not essential for its operation, but it is convenient.
· The outer branch of the open end of the spiral will have a hitch of
trapezoidal shape (or other shape that allows two hooks to fit) at the end
of its tip (3) and Figure 3.
· On the outer surface of the closed part of the spiral there will be a trapezoidal hook (4) and Figure 3 (or any other shape that allows two hooks to fit) located at a distance from the end of the curved end that will be proportional to the pressure of closing (greater distance greater pressure that will exert the piece on the bag and the closing will be more hermetic).
The phases of the closing procedure I opening are the following:
A Figure 1
The part of the bag that we have rolled should move inside the spiral from the initial position indicated in (5) to the final position indicated in (6).
B Figure 2
When the hitch of the open branch (1) is moved to the position of the hitch in the closed branch (2), both are firmly engaged.
by virtue of its shape and the tension that in opposite directions is exerted in the contact area, then a reduction of the internal space of the spiral has occurred and consequently is subjected to a pressure by the
eleven
sides of the spiral the object located in the space indicated in (3). In this way, the closure of the introduced bag is achieved stably.
To release the contact between the hooks, it is only necessary to exert a small external force on the piece and, given its elasticity, we can separate the hooks and extract the part of the bag inserted in the spiral, thus leaving the bag ready to open .
D An adhesive (or other) seal may be placed for the purpose of improving safety over the contact area between the hooks (or any other part of the spiral surface). This would make it difficult to open and manipulate the bag, guaranteeing the integrity of its contents.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
The drawings illustrating the explanation of the invention show the following figures:
Figure 1: A top view of the bag closing device in the state prior to its use, without having yet inserted any bags.
Figure 2: A top view of the bag closing device in the state in which the hooks have already been attached and the bag is inside.
Figure 3: A perspective view of a device hitch.
PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
The explanation of the invention and the observation of the figures of the drawings present a preferred embodiment of the invention, sufficiently describing the elements that make up the device and the mode of operation thereof.

Claims (3)
[1]

[1 ]
one . Mechanical device made of materials that have the property of having certain elasticity (plastic, metal, hard cardboard, etc.) designed to close and open multiple times bags made of flexible materials, characterized by;
. Having the shape of a band that has been modeled to present an approximate spiral figure (especially Fermat) (Figure 1), which includes in its design; an appendix curved in the inner branch of the open end of the spiral (1) and an outer branch of the open end of the spiral somewhat shorter (not essential) than the inner branch (2).
. There will be on the surface of the piece two trapezoidal hooks (or any other that allows their coupling) (Figure 1) located; one at the tip of the outer branch of the open end of the spiral (3) and the other on the outer surface of the closed part of the spiral (4), at a variable distance from the closed end of the spiral according to the pressure that it over The bag wants to be made.
2 _ Mechanical device for closing and opening bags according to claim 1 wherein the method of closing the bag (Figure 2) consists in introducing a part thereof (it is convenient that this part be rolled up) inside the spiral until the bottom of the closed part (3), then move, by means of a force exerted on that device, the hitch indicated in (1) to the hitch indicated in (2) so as to engage and maintain its union stable, thus pressing that area of the bag and achieving its closure.
3 _ Mechanical device for closing and opening bags according to claims 1 and 2 in which the procedure of opening the bag consists in decoupling the two hooks by means of a force exerted on them, releasing the spiral pressure on the part of the bag that has been inserted and removed from the spiral.
[4 ]
Four . Mechanical device for opening and closing bags according to claims 1 and 2 to which an adhesive seal (or other type) can be added on the contact area between the hooks (or any other part of the spiral surface) to make opening difficult and manipulation of the bag, guaranteeing the integrity of its content.
