DESCRIPTION
Umbrella or parasol perfected.
Technology Sector
The present invention relates to an improved umbrella or sunshade, which optionally allows the choice of certain levels of shade, by having a range of covers of different covers or porosities, interchangeable if, easily repositioned by the user, without Need any tool.
As a result of the above, the proposed invention provides other advantages of safety and comfort.
Background of the invention
The weather conditions, and also the characteristics of the people, demand different levels of shade / sun, however, even in days of mild solar radiation, the choice to take the are with the current state of the art, is limited only to two options; sun or shade, without other intermediate possibilities.
On the other hand and due to the fact that the construction of the roof fabrics are of dense coverings (100% coverage), in days of intense sun, staying under a parasol or umbrella can be overwhelming, due to the low or no permeability to the air.
This circumstance, total coverage, makes the wind exert a strong thrust on the umbrellas, facilitating the dragging of the same, with the consequent risk to the adjacent people, as it has sometimes happened.
Another aspect to review of the umbrellas marketed today, more significantly the portable beach, is the fixation of the fabric of the roof to the support structure, made in such a way that it makes very difficult, if not unfeasible, its repositioning or change , and of course quickly and easily. If you also have separate canvases or boobs on the market, ready to be mounted, even in the case of dense covers are not commercialized, this situation is even more evident.
As a result of the above, the renewal only happens through the acquisition of a new complete article.
Also, it is true that there are numerous inventions created in this sector, referring to types of covers, always dense, but perhaps, since these items are very competitively priced, the proposed ideas are difficult to implement, due to their cost.
The comments above, have referred more to the umbrellas or parasols located on beaches, however, some of the circumstances mentioned are even more pressing and extrapolated in those other places where they are installed, especially in terraces and recreational areas, in which The whole year, and not only in summer times, the limitations mentioned are felt.
Explanation of the invention
In order to achieve the objectives set, and avoid the inconveniences mentioned in the previous sections, the proposed model consists of an umbrella or parasol

perfected that provides a new way of conceiving these devices from a new and innovative perspective in terms of performance, style and comfort.
Being able to choose, and install, on the ground, without difficulty and hardly any time, a gradient of variable shade, shortens with the solar intensity and preferences of uses, provides this system with an added value not contemplated until now.
The present invention consists in "disposing" of an already finished umbrella, and / or replacement of covers ready to be installed, made from agricultural meshes, and included in a range of different porosities, therefore, both the fixing system , like the catalog of covers proposed in the invention, they must meet new and different conditions that allow this realization, as will be detailed later.
Other aspects of interest would be the one referring to the possibility of tipping due to a strong wind, the proposed invention diminishes (practically eliminates) this situation. By allowing the air to pass through "the entire" covering envelope, the force exerted on it is minimal, which prevents the umbrella from being dragged with the ease that is currently happening.
Consequence of the above, by facilitating the covers of an air flow, the situation under the umbrella would be more comfortable and fresh, creating an environment almost predetermined by the user.
It is worth mentioning, as aspects also to be taken into account, those referring to the economic cost and weight; in the first, since the manufacturing of meshes is very successful in the productive area, the cost of the proposed invention is very affordable and competitive. Regarding the weight, it is possible to give a greater lightness, which is to be appreciated when it comes to logistics.
Note. In the invention it is contemplated to provide each element, separately and as a whole, with written information, by means of an attached label, the observation of the "shadow level" provided by each of the covers.
Brief description of the drawings
To complement the description that is being made and in order to help a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, according to a preferred example of practical realization thereof, a set of figures is accompanied as an integral part of said description. where with illustrative and non-limiting character, the following has been represented:
Figure number 1.- It shows a perspective view of the umbrella, according to the invention, where the main elements of the proposed system for fastening and rapid change of the roof can be seen, as well as a detail of the porous roof.
Figure number 2.- It shows one of the types of porous roof deployed (the other models would be the same, except for the light covers and shapes; (rectangular, square, etc.), in which you can see the reinforcement of the center and outer edge of the cover, also the detail of an edge and stopper of the opening rod.

Below is a list of the different elements represented in the figures that make up the invention:
1 = Parasol
2 = Cover
3 = Central axis
4 = Eyelets or edgers
5 = Rods
6 = Bowl
7 = Fabric reinforcements Preferred embodiment of the invention
In view of the aforementioned figures, and according to the numbering adopted, it can be seen that it is an improved umbrella or sunshade (1) in which the covering fabric, (2) in its center, is inserted in the axis or mast (3) as well as in its outer perimeter, by means of the edgers (4), in each of the opening rods (5), not requiring more fixing points due to the strong non-resistance of the air and if facilitating the fast change. For safety and to fix the fabric in its upper part, it will carry a bowl or splint (6) inserted, simply by pressing on the end of the mast (3).
In order to extend the preferred embodiment of the invention and since it is characterized by the creation of replaceable covers, and the simple and rapid repositioning to be performed for the user himself, the process of changing them is described below:
With the umbrella or sunshade closed (1) release each of the edgers (4) inserted in the rods (5). Once all the rods have been removed, remove the bowl (6) from the top of the central shaft (3) by exerting a slight force manually. Remove the cover to be replaced (2), and put in place the new chosen cover, starting by introducing the central edge (4) on the shaft (3), then insert all other eyelets or edgers (4) in each one of the rods (5). (Although both sides will carry UV treatment and would be reversible, an indication to dispel doubts will appear on its outer face). Once all the rods have been inserted, replace the upper bowl (6) with light manual pressure.
The present invention is capable of being applied to all types and forms of umbrellas or parasols; square, round, rectangular, etc.
