    The applicant of the present invention is unaware of the existence of relative background manufacturing procedures for knitted fabrics that allow obtaining non-flammable knitted fabrics, or that provide a possible solution for manufacturing these fabrics in warp knitting machines that allow manufacturing Indesmallable knitting fabric, since this type of machines, unlike the knitting machines mentioned above, have one thread per needle, that is, as many guide wires as needles and also the threads are taken to the same bar or hair comb.

    related to each other forming meshes and presenting said fabric the peculiarity that it is an indesmallable knitted fabric by warp. In a first embodiment of the invention one of said threads forms a 2-0 / 0-2 ligature and the other one one of the following ligatures: 1-0 / 1-2; 1-0 / 2-3 or 1-0 / 3-4; and in a second embodiment of the invention one of the threads forms a 2-0-0 / 0-2-2 bond and the other one of the following strands: 1-0-1 / 1-2-1; 1-0-1 / 2-3-2; 1-0-1 / 3-4-3; 0-11 / 2-1-1 or 0-1-1 / 4-3-3.
    The ligatures of this type or pattern, allows said threads to define in the knitted fabric by warp the respective faces of the fabric providing the plating effect.
    Therefore, said fabric has the characteristics of the woven fabric, but with the particularity that it is a knitted fabric by warp, indesmallable.
    The process for the manufacture of a vandalized fabric object of this invention presents constructive particularities oriented to allow the manufacture of said vandalized fabric so that it is indesmallable.
    For this purpose and in accordance with the invention, this process comprises the elaboration of an indesmallable fabric in a warp knitting machine, by feeding two threads of different materials to two combs positioned so that said threads are supplied in parallel in certain positions , making the thread of one of the combs one of the linked ones: 2-0 / 0-2; or 2-0-0 / 0-2-2; and the thread of the other comb one of the following tied: 1-0 / 1-2; 1-0 / 2-3; 1-0 / 3-4; or 1-0-1 / 1-2-1; 1-0-1 / 2-3-2; 1-0-1 / 3-4-3; 0-1-1 / 2-11; 0-1-1 / 3-2-2; 0-1-1 / 4-3-3 respectively; making each thread a face of the fabric.

    As previously mentioned, the threads used for the conformation of this knitted fabric by warp are made of different materials so that the fabric obtained present on the opposite faces different properties allowing for example that the fabric can be stamped by one of their faces with transfer and the other being of polyamide improving the touch in contact with the skin, or using on one side of the fabric threads that can be devoured and on the other not or for example the use on one of the faces of an elastomer that have an adherent or stronger property and content thereof.
    By way of example in the process of this invention it is envisioned that the threads used in the manufacture of the fabric can be made of different materials, for example and in a non-limiting manner: polyamide-elastomer, polyester-elastomer, polyamide-polyester, polyamide- acetate, acetate-elastomer, acetate-polyester, polyamide-polypropylene, polyester-polypropylene, polypropylene-elastomer, cotton polyamide, cotton-polyester, cotton-elastomer, cotton-polypropylene, etc. Description of the figures.

    In the exemplary embodiment shown in the attached figures, the knitted fabric of the invention is constituted by an indesmallable warp knitted fabric consisting of two threads (1, 2) of different materials, depending on the properties that are desired to obtain in each one of the faces of the vandalized and indesmallable fabric.
    As already mentioned, the threads (1, 2) can be by way of example of the following materials: polyamide-elastomer, polyester-elastomer, polyamide polyester, polyamide-acetate, acetate-elastomer, acetate-polyester, polypropylene polyamide, polyester -propylene, polypropylene-elastomer, polyamide cotton, cotton -polyester, cotton-elastomer, cotton-polypropylene, etc.


    The fabric can be made with one of the following gauges: 28 -32 -36 -40; presenting the threads (1, 2) titles between 20 and 100 Deniers.
    In the exemplary embodiments shown in Figures 1 to 6, the thread (1) forms a 2-0 / 0-2 ligature while the thread (2) has different ligatures.
