Description of the invention.
The device for restricting the circulation of vehicles, object of this invention, comprising a bollard provided with a body with a lower portion attachable to a support base; and a support base intended to be fixed to the floor, preferably by recessed; said base comprising a cavity for the coupling of a lower portion or section of the bollard and a closure cover of the base cavity; It presents constructive particularities oriented to solve the problematic exposed previously.
For this, and according to the invention, the support base comprises:
- a lower body in which an upper open cavity is defined and a vertical appendix that is housed in the lower end of the bollard when it is arranged coupled with the support base;
- a fixed cover secured to the lower body preferably by means of screws and provided with a window for the introduction of the lower portion of the body of the bollard into the cavity of the base and of a rotating latch lock; Y

The bollard (P) has a body (1), in this case cylindrical, provided with a lower portion (11) intended to be coupled with the base (B) and which has lateral planes (12) and thickeners (13).
As can be seen in Figure 2, the base (B) comprises a lower body (2), a fixed cover (3) intended to be fixed by screws on the lower body (2) and a mobile cover (4).
The lower body (2) comprises an upper open cavity (21), a vertical appendix (22) intended to be inserted in the lower end of the bollard and seats (23) for supporting the axis of rotation of the mobile cover (4). ).
The fixed cover (3) is provided with a window (31), a lock (32) and seats (33) that hug superiorly to the axis of rotation of the mobile cover (4).
